Honestly, I’ve had the best experience from start to finish with, Ian, at Vinyl Groove Audio and I can’t recommend him enough!! His Demo studio is absolutely fantastic (setting is beautiful too), he knows just about anything and everything about turntables, amplifier’s, speakers etc and his knowledge is exceptionally vast! We booked a 2 hour demonstration and as his next demo wasn’t for another 2 hours, and we were enjoying it so much, we ended up staying until nearly 4pm! Fabulous hospitality and absolutely no pressure to commit to buying! I can’t thank you enough, Ian, for helping me choose my Rega Planar3 and audio system, and I’m so very grateful to you for kindly coming to Liverpool to install it!

Ian was brilliant from the first visit to his amazing listening room to the installation of my new system. Helpful, knowledgable and friendly, he guided me though a selection of amps and speakers and nothing was too much trouble. He even serviced my old turntable from the early 90s. Can't recommend highly enough and the system I bought from him sounds fantastic, I'm hearing new things on albums I've been listening to for 30 years. A great guy and a wonderful business.

A world class establishment.Apart from Ian having a world class range of products,he has the knowledge to back it up.Spending 3hrs trying out various set ups as I did,you don't feel under any pressure to buy,any suggestions Ian made were in no way of the hard sell variety,if anything they were to save you money in the long run.Cant recommend a visit highly enough.
