Amazing service… Thanks Gareth!!! Came in a complete newbie looking for a set up. Booked a demo session with Gareth and he spent hours explaining everything, answering all questions and was incredibly informative. He ordered everything in, called me to follow up and check everything was good and arranged a swift pick up. Amazing service and amazing guys that are very helpful and passionate about that they do. Highly, highly recommend that if you can choose to go anywhere in reading you pop in to AudioT and have a chat. Ethan.

Outstanding Hi-Fi knowledge and customer service!! Having had an Arcam hifi separates system for some years now (from Audio-T), I decided to join the 21st century and get a music streamer, the Arcam ST-60. Gareth was so helpful with his advice and even dropped the product to me at home within the week. Amazing service! As for the product, I’ve just got it going and I’m blown away by the clear sound - a world of music with HiFi quality sound now at my fingertips! Brilliant! Thank you, Ben

Needed a new cartridge supplied and fitted to my turntable. Spoke to Rob, he couldn't have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable and friendly and I was extremely happy with the service provided. Will definitely go back to these guys. Gareth was also very friendly and the audio displays are quite stunning!

This must be the best place in Reading for the music lover who wants the best equipment. Thoroughly knowledgeable staff. I went in with a fixed budget and through their recommendations (cheers Gareth) went under it enough to buy some headphones. Very happy with both the service and the products. They have a 'listening room' so they were able to set up the proposed system. I brought in a selection of my vinyl and listened to it. Very satisfied, very happy. Thoroughly recommended. My only warning is that the prices reflect the quality of the products. To my amusement they described my system as 'entry level'.

My go-to place on anything related to hifi equipment in Reading. The straight-to-the-point, no-nonsense approach of the experts at the store always keeps surprising me. These guys know what they're talking about. I absolutely love the fact that I can have a local store with genuinely nice people to go to regardless of my audio-related question/need. Also any and all support-related matters have been taken care of by the guys at the store personally and immediately. This is not the level of service you tend to get when ordering online from places that originally might appear cheaper. Highly recommended!
