L. I. T.100% recommended! Sun did a brilliant job of servicing my Conn 6M recently. Very flexible with arranging drop off/collection, and incredibly thorough on communication whilst she was servicing my sax. She would send me regular updates explaining what she doing, how she was doing it and why. Additionally, Sun was remarkably quick in carrying out the service and on top of everything else, incredibly friendly, approachable and lovely to chat to!

Very reasonable prices. I had not realized how much I had been compensating for my B flat clarinet which needed a service. Sun found 2 problems, fixed them while I waited - all within one hour - and arranged somewhere to park! It is now a joy to play.

M. M.I want to say what a brilliant job Sun has done for me ; she’s just completed it. I asked Sun to fully service a flute that hadn’t been played or used for a long while. After a full discussion I agreed the work she suggested ( a complete overhaul and service- which it did needed) she gave a timescale, we discussed options and I agreed the work and price. She did all that she said she would, no issues, no problems, no unexpected surprises – so in business terms I’m extremely satisfied with the way she carried out the transaction. She’s clearly an expert who knows what she’s talking about.
The flute looks great, I’m about to give it to a very pleased school – and I’ll let you know how it plays over the coming weeks. I’m sure it will be great, Sun gives you that sort of confidence.
