Great Rooms and Can’t praise Jack highly enough, excellent.

Always clean, great gear, great sound and free from the typical annoyances of other rehearsal studios.
You can concentrate on your own songs without having to listen to the band next door thanks to the excellent sound proofing.
I’ve been using the studio for years and will continue to do so.

I've been using these rooms for a few years because it's local but I have mixed feelings about this place. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's terrible and the equipment is broken. It does the job. It's cheap but the rooms are pretty cold, gloomy and tired. A lot of noise bleed from other rooms if heavy bands neighbouring.

Excellent studio. Very professionally run and great value.
Studios had good quality equipment (Marshall stacks etc). No complaints, will definitely visit again soon.
Keep up the great work guys 👍

Finding a rehearsal space when you're trying to make a noise with your mates IS A HASSLE! Long gone are the days when you would get your mates over to the house for a jam or hang out in the garage, simply because it gets too cold, noisy and you get told off.
Finding a "hall" be it a local community centre or a church room is hit and miss as they'll either be expensive, cold and you'll end up offending the dominoes gamesters played in the next room. Believe me, I've been there, seen it all and tried to get a groove on.
You might be thinking "Oh, I've never had that problem", and that may be true. Some musicians and performers probably can get away with what I've just waffled on about but if you're in the business to make some noise with Gibson's, Fender's and Marshall's then you'll appreciate the issue.
However, If you're in Berkshire or within comfortable driving distance from Hurst (RG10), you'll be pleased to know of a little hidden gem of a place called the Rhoom Studios. Run by a fellow musician (I want to say "provided for musicians by musicians" but that's a little cheesy. Oh, I've said it!) this place has ALL YOU'LL NEED to make progress in your world. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for this place I wouldn't have been able to write, rehearse and record as many songs as I have done.
Having a place that allows you to get creative and focus on the music instead of "am I too noisy, what time do we get kicked out, who's that looking at us from the door etc" is what EVERY musician needs.
Providing you don't take the mick, you'll have a place where you can park safely and arrange repeat dates, as long as those dates are available. That's the core requirements I had and I wasn't let down.
When I used this place (I've moved away from the area, sadly I can't find anything like it in Norfolk) there were only a couple of rooms (rhooms?) but since then, expansion has occurred and serious refurbishment. I haven't got to the best bit yet though - You can also make use of amps, PA's and drums if they're available. I say "if they're available" as i'm not sure if every room has them. There may be different rates for rooms with no gear. You'll be warm if it's cold out or cold if it''s warm out as there are tower fans there from memory (some would argue that it was the only fans we ever had as a band)..overall though, this place is rehearsal space 2.0
The chap who runs it is also very friendly, fair and flexible and is a great example of what you can achieve when you can rehearse the WAY YOU WANT TO.
Ditch the church halls and get it right from the start with The Rhoom Studios.

We've used this place for years and for good reason. Super affordable, amazing comms, spotless and clean rooms and anytime we have gear requirements it's arranged for us.

Great space, well appointed and accessibly priced. My son and his band had a great day practicing and my neighbours are still talking to me!

Really good Studio with such a good price. It had kettle with tea, coffee and sugar in the studio, which was even better. You can even book overnight for even lower price.

Well equipped studios and Jay is a pleasure to deal with. We're based in Reading so it's a little out of the way but it's always worth the drive.
