J. H.Love this store, so glad HMV is back after so long. The staff are engaging, informative and friendly upon entry and the entirety in-store. I wanted an exchange for the same item but different design and they did so without any trouble. The store is mostly in stock aside from the most popular demands, which sell quick once restocked. The vibes are immaculate haha

V. B.This store was fantastic, so much bigger than you expect! A huge range of t-shirts, albums, plushies & other merch from so many brands! The only thing I was abit gutted about was the prices. I would have brought so many bits in there if they were that little bit cheaper but when you know you can find the same item elsewhere for less, why would you spend more :/

m.Very similar layout to the big store in Birmingham (although obviously not as big and as much stuff as there) but nice open plan industrial feel with lots of great stuff, I also like that the music isn't catogrised by style but by A-Z which makes it a lot easier to find things when you like lots of different styles of music instead of going back and forth to different sections all the time, I hope they keep this one open Southampton is too big a town not to have a large entertainment store.

c. b.Amazing shop if you you nerd/ geek culture, as soon as you walk in you are greated by friendly staff who are always a pleasure to talk to. And the shop is just amazing if you just want some awesome top or a fan of Japanese stuff or just nerd stuff!
Will definitely be coming again! And hope it is here to stay for a long time to come!
a. r. (.So pleased this shop is back. The HUGE space has been utilised well. All the usual stuff that you'd find in HMV plus more. A damn fine reason to go shopping in Southampton.

T. S.It's good to have HMV back in Southampton yes online is more convenient but having it same day or even finding something cheaper a rarity I know but sometimes... worked in both the previous store locations and on 1st day in precinct one.
