Been researching for a number of weeks to upgrade my music system, and booked a demonstration at the Swindon shop. They have a room set up as a lounge so you can get a real feel of the sound, and was able to take a couple of my records along. Stefan the sales advisor was absolutely brilliant, first class service, and very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me choose a system that was right for me. Spent approx 2hrs trying out various set ups and finally made my choice, and got a great deal for the system I purchased. Could not fault at all, absolutely first class customer service, would definitely recommend and will definitely use again…well happy , thank you AudioT and thank you Stefan 👌

Great information-gathering experience. Super helpful and knowledgeable without being at all pushy, and not at all awkward being the only customers in the shop. Will definitely go back to try some out and will purchase from here when we’ve worked out what we’re after!

First class experience at Audio T Swindon with Stefan. Highly recommended. I was in the market for a new integrated hifi and speakers. Having decided on roughly what I would like to demo I visited Audio T in Swindon as I have been in a few times over the years and always had a good experience. Stefan was wonderfully helpful, setting up a Naim Uniti Nova to demo with a couple of pairs of speakers. I wanted to demo another set of speakers with the Nova which weren't in stock so Stefan organised this for me. A few days later I returned for a second demo when the speakers arrived from another store. I was able to take all the time I wanted to listen to the kit and enjoyed a good chat with Stefan between times. The atmosphere was very relaxed and there was never any pressure. I purchased the Nova, B&W 705 signatures and stands and left a very happy customer.

Went to Audio-T Swindon for advice on an amplifier and speakers. Bagged a Rotel A12 and a pair of B&W 606 Anniversary speakers. Was helped by the amazing Stefan. When writing a review on a company where everything has gone smoothly it is very easy to write glowing compliments. However, in those circumstances do you really know how that company performs? Recent times have obviously been challenging particularly for the retail sector. I ordered a new AV receiver from Audio T. There was a bit of a mix up which resulted in a delay. This was when Audio T stepped up to the plate and showed how good customer service can smooth over any delays or errors. I would have no hesitation in recommending Audio T particularly the help given by Andrew.

Absolutely wonderful shopping experience Both Andy & Stefan made it a pleasure to do business with, both very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and not at all pushy to make a sale. They set up a amplifier I was interested in in their own demo room for an hour or two and then allowed me to take a amplifier to demo at home with my existing equipment as well. Looking forward to opening and setting up my new amplifier this weekend! Ill certainly be coming back to buy other goodies as soon as budget allows :-)
