L. A.I went in to buy a top and then had to return it due to wrong sizing and there weren't any bigger sizes and the staff were wonderful both times. Exceeded my expectations and they were just so lovely, we had a nice chat both times I was at the till and they made my day!
T. T.Half the store is up stairs so as a wheelchair user I couldn't assess it. To much stock on the floor so made it hard to get around. Sorry but the prices are way to high. HMV used to be good. Oh on a good note though the music that was playing in the background was very good.

S. T.This is now my local HMV and it never disappoints. They could probably be a bit more competitive with Amazon by having a few more in store deals to help keep this excellent chain alive.
R. S.It has a wide variety of music from CDs to vinyls, they have DVD's, posters, plushies, t-shirts, and pop figures. If you like anime they have a section of the shop on the second floor with anime DVD's and they have posters, t-shirts, blankets, pillows and a lot of other anime related things. The customer service is amazing and the shop has an amazing atmosphere.

D. L.HMV. Swindon is a big store located over 2 floors, it sells Dvd, s cd ,s album, s and merchandise from, some films, t,shirts, in fact many more items too numerous to mention, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, if you can't find what you are looking for, they will order it for you,

The only reason it wasn't 5 is because their live demo models (portable speakers) didn't work when I visited and considered buying some.
A.Awesome shop!! Love the CD section I spend most my time there and I love the variety and the amount of genres which are covered.. It would be 5 stars but they removed the superhero section which was up the Stairs (I didn't check downstairs maybe I should have but oh well) I was kinda disappointed to see it gone anywho.. The staff are amazing and I love the CD selection! The Hip-Hop part is where I always end up looking and I love planning on which one I'm getting next time I visit 😂.. Awesome store!

A. W.Not as much selection as they used to have. Staff all seem fairly new and don't know where much is. Otherwise a nice place to shop.

Prices are competitive and always knowledge only a few feet away, for recommendations or location of products in store.
