Great studio, friendly staff who will go above and beyond to help with anything. Great decor and atmosphere in the rehearsal spaces. Different sized rooms for different size ensembles. Really reasonable prices. Quality equipment. Value for money.

Brilliant place and amazing equipment.. there's adequate parking and space to carry large instruments too. The mixers are of good quality. The only drawback is the HVAC systems. Heating works like a charm but sitting inside the studio on a hot day will sure roast you alive!

Helpful staff, love the orange amps, good well equipped rehearsal studios. PA kit well balanced, and you can get a good volume without feedback. And importantly, space to park.

It is a nice studio. Only issue is the receptionist smoking in the alley with the rear/side door open which blows the smoke in to the sitting area/hallway. Not very comfortable for someone who can not tolerate smoke as it gets trapped inside.

I have been to a few studios over the years, but this place is bar far the best music studio i have been to. Clean, organised and professional. High quality equipment, well maintained and excellent service. 100/100. Will definitely be coming back 🙂 Thank you Sanctuary!!

It's was ok. Parking was fine, I found the front door ok and their covid policies were good enough. The first studio room I played it was really good. It was a small room but the acoustics were great and the drum set was very well tuned and maintained. The second room I went in was awful. It was a bigger room but I was very echoey and the drum set paled in comparison - the Tom's and snare were extremely loud and cymbals were poor quality. When I playing I also struggled to hear anything over the sound of the drums, and even when I could, it was all bass and no treble, which is the opposite to what I needed (there wasn't a way to change it).

I was here to pickup my partner after their band practice. The space was spotless and looked very nice. I'm not a musician but everything look new and clean. I especially like their coffee as kindly offered while waiting for him!

Has improved a lot over the last few years with better soundproofing and isolation for the studios, meaning there's less bleed from other rooms. Still quite expensive per hour compared to other studios in the area. PA systems in the rooms are decent quality and studio equipment is in fairly good shape.

I've rehearsed here many times but never recorded with them. The studios are nice and clean and the equipment is about as good as you're going to find in a hired rehearsal room. My only criticism would be that they are a little expensive but I guess you get what you pay for.

Sanctuary Studios have been around for quite a while. Some pretty good rooms and equipment for rehearsals. Drums are generally reasonable for studio kits. Staff are very friendly and eager to help at every opportunity.

We (Evantyde) have tried plenty of studios and to find an average on quality and price its difficult, but with Sanctuary's deal where if you book over 6pm on a week day you get that time back on the weekend- Fantastic. The people are nice and easy to talk to, they provide everything you need and are really cool when it comes to chopping and changing to make things fit for you. Since going there, we haven't looked back and continue to go.

Fantastic Studio rehearsal rooms. Loads of parking. Dan and his team are super helpful. Rooms have PA Drums Bass amp and guitar amp. So ypu can just bring your guitars and drumstcks and get stuck in. They have for sale strings picks etc. Soft drinks as well. 6 rooms and room 6 opens up to create a showcase stage. It is also home to the free school of music, a special project brining oppertunities to people who otherwise may not get the chance to explore their talent. Recently remodeled rooms. If you havent been for a while book in..if you havnt tried it..get booked in. This place rocks!!!!
