Reviews of Royal Pier Arcade
J. T.
If you are staying overnight in Aberystwyth this is the place to be a little arcade to keep the kids amused. A large snooker, pool, shuffleboard, beer pong and darts area for the slightly grown ups and even a night club. Highly recommend
A. Y.
The Royal Pier Arcade is such an iconic place to the town and it’s coast.
I visited here not for the arcades but to view the Murmuration of the starlings which happens yearly from later October onwards. It didn’t disappoint and was a spectacular thing to watch.
If you want to catch the murmuration they start around dusk around 4:30pm onwards in October. It doesn’t always happen but you have a better chance of seeing it when the weather isn’t wet and too windy.
L. M.
Good selection of games 2p upwards.. very busy when we went (it was raining)most were ticket rewards pool & snooker at the back. bar & food served chip shop at the front.. some machines dated but generally pretty good
I. L.
Lovely restaurant and fish & chip shop with an arcade for the kids. Restaurant was amazing with great food at a very reasonable price. The staff couldn't do anymore to please.
Turn up and no need to book.
We then spent the afternoon on the beach.
A. I.
Smashing fish and chips from the Chippy. Very generous portions. Only real complaints are being charged 25p for a sachet of sauce, and there were no umbrellas to provide shade. Food was spot on though and my LB loved the popcorn chicken!
M. E.
Nicely kept arcade. The pub on the pier is beautifully decorated, with verdigris panels and lots of sea view seating. Easy to get to bar with a nice atmosphere.
j. k.
The selection of arcade games is really impressive and it's a really clean place but nearly every machine has now doubled in price. £2 is steep, especially for the 2 player games. Also quite a few were broken, I was really excited about the new pong set they got but it just sucked my £4 and did nothing 😔
J. P.
Shame it's a bit dull ,but it's a lovely place. The town is quaint and old fashioned small shops no branches they r outside of town .. The beach looks lovely
J. B.
For a relatively small space there's plenty goung on! The chippy now has the best chips in town - consistently delicious and theres a cute little outdoor seating area.
Head inside and there's more seating for the chippy and a mi i bowling section. The arcade has a good variety of machines including vr which is great fun if you haven't tried it.
There's also snooker and pool bar which is always popular, as well as the Inn on the Pier currently being refurbished, and Pier Brasserie upstairs with fantastic sea views and good quality food.
All in all you can have a great afternoon here!
T. B.
Not a bad arcade. Shame most of the prices have almost doubled since our last visit.
Grab machines that are usually 30p a go are now £1.50.
p. t.
It has gone very pricey in the arcade at £2 a go,and for a family with a few children it's going to be very expensive.I have 1 child and I still spent alot in there over 2 days.It seems the chippy part has list the seating area as both days it was corned off which is a shame.
r. e. W.
We found the new pier bar. Modern, comfortable, and welcoming. It will become one of my favourite places.
I. H.
On our visit to this seaside town this is the most prominent thing that stands out on the beach...This was one of the first piers to open in Wales dating back to 1865,as most piers it has it pleasure arcades and a cafe for something to eat and drink....👍
S. D.
Nice little arcade but quite pricey. A lot of the ticket games are £2 a go which I find a bit too much.
R. X.
Absolute amazing viewpoint, large area of pool tables and other stuff and bar is well maintained with experienced staff, defo go again
R. S.
Best chip shop in town. Perfect chips and lovely juicy scampi. Staff were flat out yesterday but still managed to be friendly and efficient. Bonus points for being able to pay by card and the plastic-free packaging.
G. -. S.
My daughter had barrels of fun and that’s the main thing. Some of the machines were in the expensive side so it loses a star for that but otherwise great.
S. G.
Very busy due to the Bank Holiday.
Bear in mind you can only win tickets, those are cashed in for a voucher which you redeem against items at the desk.
Items available are nothing special.
It helped pass a couple of hours with the grandkids when the weather wasn't any good.
s. c.
Nice to visit, Location is Beautiful, especially in the evening, with lights of Aberystwyth. Food is OK,
O. S.
Best place I had visited in a long while and certainly plan to come back
P. M.
Anyone who has anything bad to say about the Royal Pier clearly hasn’t frequented enough arcades around the country to know this is a gem. I’ve been visiting the pier consistently for 30 years and it is one of the last bastions of a true amusement arcade; games for all budgets, including a healthy number of 2p machines. It’s very clean and the staff have always been friendly. They are generous should any machine fail and the toys for ticket exchange is relatively fair. It’s one of the few piers where it feels like everyone goes home a winner, and there’s a lot of fun to be had for a couple of quid if you’re just in the market for 2p games!
J. O.
Was well maintained and railed off so as to keep the kiddies safe. It was windy when we went so didnt stay long but was great fun the 10 minutes we were there.
R. C.
Ace place. Went there with my nephews and they loved it! Also had ice cream and also loved it. Great place to take kids and also to have a laugh yourself 👌
S. a. S. W.
Amazing staff- my teenage daughter fainted in the arcade and the staff were kind and concerned- first aider attended quickly and we were very well looked after. Excellent place and staff I cannot recommend them enough.
A. J.
Food from the fish & chip shop is lovely and in a convenient place. Arcade was clean.
M. H.
Machines are old and it's £2 a go on most but good views from restaurant upstairs food ok too
T. M.
I found it to be OK,but expensive to play a game of pool at £1.50 a time
A. H. (.
Great for kids and so much to do bigger inside than expected
R. O. G.
Very busy and hard to win anything. The owners must make a mint from day to day as we the gullible public pour money into those arcade machines.
R. N.
Nice place to visit. 5 min walk from Aberystwyth town. Close to several hotels and guest houses.
15 min walk from Aberystwyth University campus
S. P.
Good little arcade, around 50 machines of various games, 2 pence pushers, oldschool fair games, most giving out tickets to redeem at their little ticket stall for prizes,
Some machines are very good fir getting tickets to money ratio, others are clearly absolutely pointless if youre going for a fun little momento to take home,
Goodluck all!
J. W.
Lovely views, if not a bit windy.
M. N.
Good fun little arcade, pays out tickets which can be redeemed for toys, sweets etc. Pool tables in the back. Avoid the chippy over the road very expensive and bisto gravy 🤮🤮 small fish, the one attached to arcade looked better and more reasonable priced.
S. M.
See hundreds of Red Kites swoop down as they look for food
C. W.
Great place for a meal and drink,, with outdoor area overlooking the sea.
L. R.
Great place for amusemts, but so expensive compared to Barmouth! Chips were fab.
j. t.
beautiful location, took the nephew to play in the arcades, all covid precautions adhered to. great selection of games kept us busy for 2 hours, definitely be visiting on out next trip to aberystwyth
S. A.
Lovely place to walk along, can be busy, great views
a. k.
The sparrow murmuration at the pier was amazing and plenty of nice takeaways and great views
A. J.
Wonderful restoration of the old pier post-storm damage. Everything you could want on a traditional seaside pier at a reasonable cost.
Was very impressed by the snooker room.
S.
Good place for a drink, play snooker or pool..or just sit outside on pier..great staff
A. K.
It was great, everyone is so humble and the environment has pretty good vibe.
T. H.
A lovely place for an afternoon stroll and perhaps get an ice cream.
J. F.
Lovely Aberystwyth So friendly Lovely beaches Especially love Ynyslas
A. S.
Just re-opened after a re-fit. It's really nicely done and allows space for customers. Diolch yn fawr.
K. M.
Only place in Aberystwyth for little entertainment for most of the Machines give you a tickets with your exchange.
Z. W.
Average food and not that great for kids. Needs a spruce up!!
S. P.
I didn't use the arcade but did have a wonder round and looked like there was lots to do, from 2p machines to games. Lots to keep the small and big kids entertained for sure.
The fish and chips where one of the best i have ever had. Cooked to perfection.
We sat on the sun deck which was lovely and felt like we where abroad. Can not comment on restaurant or for food from there, but looked lovely and clean throughout.
Lots of hand pumps dotted about and clear one way in and out.
D. G.
Dated and confusing as to how to get there, but offered some entertainment and great views
M. H.
Friendly staff, good rides and games. Fun for all.
P. J.
Great views of the bay. Didn't use any of the facilities
E. “. D.
Very busy, Fish and Chip great as was the ice cream parlour.
H. G.
Great friendly service. Welcomed to our table by a lovely waitress. Quick service. From getting the menu to our order been taken was about, only 10 minutes. Food was fresh, hot and very delicious.
The waitress made sure everything was okay half way through the meal; which was lovely. Over all a very good experience. Highly recommended. Five stars. I would definitely be returning.
w. r.
Great fish and chips on the Royal Pier
D. G.
Full of fun for all the family.... Kids and adults (some OAPs having fun there too)!
Play arcade games and win tickets.... Exchange tickets for prizes... Simple as!
Has got a great bar and #snooker hall, with some very pristine tables. Bumper cars and amusements, food and drink, beautiful views and close to a lovely city centre....
Makes part of a lovely day out!
I. R.
A reasonable selection of games to play, what you'd expect from a generic amusement arcade. The "family friendly" cafe is up a load of stairs with no lift access (the chair lift which is not for prams and only for wheelchairs) was broken anyway.
P. P.
Great views of a wonderful sunset from the pier.
S. W.
Quaint little arcade. Excellent 2p machines 🤣
j. B. (. B.
Wow. Thank you for replying to my review.
It was a great evening out and had lots of fun on the 2p slots, playing pool and having something to eat.... We even came home with some stickers, key chains and a belly full of sherbet dip.
Well worth a visit.
R. C.
Very nice pier with great view. It is kept very clean which is great and the amusements were awesome!! The Ice Cream is also great at a great price.
T. W.
Incredible views and atmosphere
m. d.
Very nice fish and chips ,shame the peir was closed from wind
p. o.
Great place to kill a hour
e. T.
Very windy but fab day out.
D. B. W.
Typical arcade, fun but odds always against you on the chance machines. Skill has nothing to do with it anymore. Very expensive gaming machines.
S. P.
Lots of arcade machines and all working fine!
It is expensive with alot of things costing £2.
Very cramped also.
The Space Invaders machine is the best!!
E. G.
Fish and chips on the Pier were sooooooo YUM!!! Felt very COVID guideline secure, but still accessible and friendly. I asked for a small fish and chips and the girl told me when I collecting my food that they had accidentally given me a large fish- at no extra charge- and I can honestly say I enjoyed every last bit of that meal! Fish was amazing. Beautiful food!! Super friendly staff and felt very safe in terms of guidelines. I would 100% recommend :)
S. M.
A lovely spot to look back at the sea front
J. P.
Just had some dinner in the top floor restaurant and I have to say the service and food was outstanding.
L. W.
Nice arcade lot machines need repair I. E 2p machines
C.
Big kid at heart and loved the arcade!!!
Updated from when we last visited in about 2019 to now (2022) and its such an expensive arcade! Roughly £2-£3 for a physical game, could spend a small fortune!
Staff are friendly & helpful and ticket prizes are reasonable.
k. a.
Really nice pier with your standard arcade machines from 2p machines to air hockey and everything in between. Prices of some machines I thought was a bit high but good fun is always a given when you have a few quid to spend in the arcade. There is also bowling facilities (miniature bowling) for £3 a person. There is also a bar and pool and snooker tables under eigtheens are allowed but only under the supervision of an adult. Overall this is a good stop in a small town to waste some holiday time. If you visit I hope you have plenty of fun and if you do agree with this review please leave a like.
J. W.
Had a lovely visit here. We were in Wales for a week's holiday and drove to Aberystwyth on the Sunday. Its a Seaside resort, which was quite busy, but a nice visit overall. And of course fish and chips
D. S.
Typical British Seaside views
K. M.
Lovely, cosy arcade
I. H.
Great bar, friendly staff 👍
C. B.
Great place to get a drink, a bite to eat ,arcade for the kids, a nice
place to chill for a while, and a nice promenade to walk on a sunny day
S. C.
Reasonable ticket expectancy for prizes which makes a change to most arcades. Some nice items won
G. E.
Not as good as it used to be but still decent for kids. Majority of machines are ticket redemption based, expect your money to be p*ssed up the wall in an endless pursuit of chasing a few more tickets for that toy which could probably be bought elsewhere for a quid. :)
T.
It's a really cool arcade, has a vintage feel to it while still seeming fresh and new. The prizes that can be won with tickets are cheap and nice. :>
A. E.
The restaurant on the top floor was fantastic! The staff were friendly and warm, service was excellent and the food was delicious and very well priced. Would highly recommend a visit here.
S.
It's a nice place to go for a couple of days it has a good arcade on a pub which we managed to watch the football on it was a nice place and especially at night at the fish and chip shop which really made the night
R. C.

Nice place to have a drink and food and play on the amusement arcade
G. K.
My kids love this place...there every weekend very fun place to go..when it's cold outside keep indoors and enjoy
A. M. F.
Place seem a bit rundown, is overcrowded with machines and no space to play properly without somebody bumping in to you. The variety of games are good and staff are helpful.
K. k.
Love place to go even just for a day out nice trip for the family
p. h.
Lovely place too here a look around can’t wait to go again 👍
J. F.
Nice old pier amusement arcade great for children lots to do, good for food and drinks the ice cream is good and locally sourced, well worth a visit when in Aberystwyth
M.
Grade II listed Aberystwyth Pier, the oldest in Wales, was one of 14 designed by master pier builder Eugenius Birch (1818-84). Built in 1864 for the Aberystwyth Pier Company and engineered by John Dowson, it was the principality’s first purpose-built pleasure pier (as opposed to a landing jetty), cost £13,600 and opened on Good Friday 1865, the same day as the town’s railway station. Constructed of braced iron piles and columns and built on rock, it was 243.8m (800 ft) long x 6.1m (20ft) wide, leading to a 36.6m (120ft)-wide pier head.
C. W.
Nice place, service was a little slow though, so decide to only have drinks, good views though
J. M.
Went there when it was open (blooming pandemic!) And it was great. Nice restaurant upstairs as well.
S. B.
Brilliant place to go if you’re in Aberystwyth. Great for the kids too.
E. E.
We visited the amusement arcade, and also the nightclub upstairs to see a comedy gig as part of Aberystwyth Comedy Festival - what a venue! The arcade was also good, including a small bowling alley. There is also a bar and pizza restaurant but we didn't have time to visit.
w.
Best place in town for food/drink/games/dancing/sport watching/snooker!!!!
A. J.
Walked underneath it, didn't actually go on/in the Pier, yet Google maps asked me to rate my experience. On the whole the underneath was pleasant, shaded and had the added facility of being right up close to the sea 👍🌊
E. S.
Nice friendly place
L. C.
Had good fun for an hour or 2
D. M.
Great restaurant upstairs, superb pool room at the back, and decent amusements up front.
A. W.
Nice for walks and some shopping. Nice views and an overall great experience.

N. C.
Had a fantastic day at the Pier. Arcade was great fun especially the 2p machines. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ate at the restaurant upstairs. Great food and service.
D. L.
very good place with lots of fun to be had with the amusement and being close to beach
D. H.
Good fun, alot of construction occuring at the moment which spoils things just a little. But a nice place to visit
L. S.
Nice view. Very loud and tacky inside. Nice if you like these types of places
p. m.
Very friendly staff and lovely food. Well worth a visit
U.
Honestly so amazing. i love the 2 9 inch pizza for 15 pound deal with chips. great pizzas and great arcade with a lot of variety in games and choice
W. T.
Not totally as expected. Leaflets appear to offer more. Bowling alley had to be examined by attendant twice as jambed but token was refunded. Not the best weather today but all in all enjoyable.
J. B.
Went here saturday, This place always brings a smile to my face, plenty of fun arcade machines, and a lovley sitting area at the end to have a drink with a sweet view!
A. A. B. W.
Great fun. Traditional pier arcade. Good selection of games to play for all ages. Very clean and tidy
R. D.
Well worth going up the stairs for this place. Nice, airy restaurant with excellent views over the Promenade. Friendly, very attentive service. Really good, unpretentious food - it was the best Sunday roast we'd had in ages. Very good place to come with children too, with a special table with paper and colouring pens where they could play and plenty of room for them to wander around. Will definitely be going back next time we're in Aberystwyth.
B. “. d. d. W.
The arcade was amazing with great staff as a freind had lost her purse and the where amazing finding it with all the money in it and as we are from out of town they where able to post it to our home town witch I think was amazing and would recommend this place for food and a arcade and the pub there all amazing
F. C.
Good views across the bay. Amusement area very noisy. Fish and chips very good
B. M.
Good to get away from the wind and rain. Seems to be mostly seaside amusements but there are also lots of snooker and pool tables and a very nice bar at the back. A restaurant upstairs, despite there being big signs, you still seem to miss the fact that they are there...
J.
The best fish and chips I've had in my life. The curry sauce too! Must try!
j. b.
Beautiful place rain or shine. Wonderful views and atmosphere in and surrounding will be visiting again.
D. E.
Unique bar on the pier in Aberystwyth, not many like it, 360 style bar plenty of drink selections ,great views out over the sea and stunning promenade, lovely ambience in this place , all sport on the TV , good value for money decent food too with great pizzas, one of if not the best bar in Aber IMO.

Great food, great service, sky sports, pool, snooker. All in one place. Spent hours here looking over the great views
l. H.
Great arcade and atmosphere. Very clean and all amusements are recent and fairly priced
N. B.
Pretty much like any other arcade. Dark sweaty, extortionate, but a lot of fun for all the family somehow. Must be the novelty.
J. O.
Love this place, seemingly upgraded the amount of arcade machines and quality of the area
P. T.
Great time friendly staff and wicked games........ Not a very cooperative teddy trapped in the scissor game though he just didnt want to come hoke with us

There's decent arcade amusements inside that amused my little un for an hour before I ran out of money. You can walk outside but it was to cold and windy on the day we visited so didn't venture out.
C.
Good food and service. Great views at the end of the pier.
T. V.
Great place. Right by a lovely beach
P. L.
Took the kids there and really loved all the different types of games they had they couldn't make up there minds what game they wanted to play but they preferred the 2 pence games in the end would go back there again.
D. S.
Great spot to watch the world go by. Classic pier with an old fashioned feel to it.
J. D.
Love a arcade, plenty of rides and slots, great fun and allround entertainment for children and adults x

fun for the kids but not on your wallet a good range of arcade games from 2p plus you play for tickets the usually deal with little prizes but the kids do love it😁
k. s.
Stunning setting, lovely staff. A nice place to be
N. S.
Not a bad place wasted a hour when the weather was bad like just a usual arcade inside
j. p.
Fab couple of hours kids love it as did I wonderful
P. &. J. C.
It used to be chip box number four that would be getting 5 stars for its fish and chips but the pier does amazing chips now!
k. m.
Enjoyable way to spend a few minutes if the weather is anything less than pleasant
P. W.
Lots to do great out door seating with great views.Pool and snooker tables in side lots of fun if you cant play money lasts longer as i found.🎱
A. F.

G. H.

M. C.
A nice little arcade, restaurant and pier, worth a visit!
T. M.
Lots to do on this pier - chip shop, cafe, amusements, pool...
Only 1 toilet in the whole place (that I could find) which was annoying.
A. J.
Really nice to take a.walk & just think back . Nice
N. T.
The Brasserie was really good, with quality food, reasonably priced and helpful staff
V. W.
Was a wet and windy day, lovely views though, wish we had time to stay, will return on sunnier day to appreciate it. Shops were fab though.
D. P.
Old school seaside pier. Fish and chips were good as well.
P. H.
When you are actually out on the very end of the pier it's pretty nice. The bit before is either tacky, shabby, or both. Sorry.
M. H.
Plenty of machines, a bit cramped. Pool room pricey
M. N.
Small sea side town, not much for kids but walking up the nearby hill is a good experience with great views.
S. L.
Great place to take the kids on a rainy or sunny day. Plenty of variety of slot machines and games. Bike racing, ball throwing, grabbers, punching ball, air hockey, 2p & 10p slot machines with a ticket system for prises, and small kiddie rides. There's a choice of places to eat from a little chippy to a lovely restaurant upstairs. You can play snooker and pool at the pool hall and have a beer or a brew, an outside pier garden with picnic benches an lovely fake trees to enjoy a cool drink on a hot day.
M. L.
It's not obvious that you can freely walk to the end of the pier but if you find your way through the amusements & the sports bar you'll be rewarded with some spectacular views.
N. G.
Playing pool here is great fun with my family. Wide variety of drinks and also food. The amusements are interesting too and fun even for me!
D. C. A.
Lovely place if the sun is shining 🌞
K. k.
I come here to play pool with my partner or mother
The people there are a bit iffy bit other than that, it's a nice place
D. M.
Lovely staff friendly place with great pizzas in the inn!!
J. J.
We visited the pier restaurant today after a few years. That time we were very disappointed. Not so this time. We were greeted by a very professional and attentive manager, who told us there was a wait on food. We decided to wait, we are glad we did. Our waitress was a lovely young lady who was very attentive but not overpowering. All three of us enjoyed the fajitas. ( Well done the chef and crew ) very tasty and good value for money.
A much better experience this time. Well done to all .
L. C.

Who doesn’t like going to the amusements at the seaside… usually take our youngest in there for an hour to spend a few pounds on the penny falls.

R. J.
Tired old school slot machine type establishment that I thought were abolished in the 80's. Noisy child environment. Nasty bar at the end. Pleasant enough indoor restaurant that you won't know is there unless you look for it run by foreign types.
K. C.
Absolutely great food. Will definitely be there again staff great.
T. R.
I visit here for the amusement arcade. It's recent revamp means there's something for everyone.
P. M.
Beautiful pier with great views. Bar inside was a bit tacky.
A. I.
Lovely views from pier for a pint but can be very windy at times. The pool hall is excellent but drinks are expensive.
M. H.
It's a place where you can drink beer and play pool
s. B.
Really nice place for kids
J. B.
Lovely seafront good arcade excellent fish and chips
N. F.
It's a bar, can be busy and noisy. Dedicated to sports with ridiculous amount of TV screens. Noisy chaotic.
r. b.
Great place to relax for the day
J. K.
Great menu - Vegetarian/Vegan options were fab, well thought out and of a generous size. In addition the prices seemed good value and you had a sense it was family friendly and well run. We had the butternut squash pie, the veggie sizzler and kids fish and chips. Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Views from the restaurant and bar area were lovely. You can access through the side door just past the entrance to the amusement arcade or through the arcade itself. If you're in the area would highly recommend.
P. S. N.
Nice new refurbished
N. B.
Worst burgers ever. No lettuce even though the menu states all burgers are served with iceberg lettuce. And i got two bottom bits of buns with soggy chicken burger in the middle served to me. Service wasnt great either. BUT lots of fun to be had in the amusements.
D. C.

I never head for home until the Starlings have roosted under the pier, an amazing spectacle x
B. G.
A favourite haunt on summer holidays for many years, but has now, as with many piers, started to fall on hard times. It's not as good as it once was, but lovely to see it still open.
M. W.
Brassiere was very nice; fresh and tasty food, good service, amazing views. Will visit again.
k. w.
Very old fashioned. Made it interesting
D. W.
Beautiful place, plenty of machines and the staff are very helpful ♿
R. H.
Nice place to go for a day out for the family. Good prizes for the tickets. This year they have indoor bumper cars. It a bit expensive (£3 for 3 mins or £5 for 6 mins) but it looks cool. There a nice bar with pool tables and snooker tables. Reasonable price on the drink and they also do all you can eat pizza for £5 on a Monday.
P. M.
Much as you'd expect from a seaside pier. Has a huge snooker room, which is rare but plenty of other ways to make you part with your money...
J. J.
Lovely seafront. Short pier with games arcade and snooker hall.

A very much iconic part of Aberystwyth. A must visit for all visitors.
H. D. (. H. P.
A local recommended for us to go down by the pier a few minutes before sunset.
Awesome advice. During this time apparently EVERY night an incredible amount of birds get all organized and go to sleep under the pier. People gather and watch, but being a small town it isn't a crowded experience.
At least go to the pier for the "Free Bird Show".
A. H.
Excellent arcade
C. P.
Visited Aberystwyth Few Times And We Always End Our Day Inside Of The Pier Spending Our Loose Change In The Machines. Great For All Ages, Pleny Of Variety For Everyone.

P. D.
Tidy arcade, nice pub, and luscious ice cream's!
N. R.
Kids enjoyed the arcade games - plenty of 2p games with tokens to exchange into prizes. Staff were friendly and helpful letting the kids choose their prizes with their tokens.
K. B.
Large amusement arcade which is ideal for bad weather days, reasonably priced restaurant too.
T. I.
Great place to play snooker .
M. P.
I've eaten at The Brasserie restaurant in Aberystwyth on a number of occasions, both with family and friends. Their flexibility to cater for a wide variety of clientele is second to none and the food has always been excellent (their hand made chips are a must for any visitor to the pier). I can't recommend this restaurant highly enough.
M. D.
Very expensive and the gift tickets are worth penny's but it's fun .
L. R.
Lots to do here. Snooker hall at back with bar & access to outdoor seating on end of pier overlooking rocky shore & sea. Large arcade with dodgems & bowling, range of food available from brasserie. Night club called pier pressure, aswell as the inn on the pier bar.
C. B.

Good spot for watching the swallow murmurations

The pop over has amusements and a arcade there is also a bar and you can get something to eat here. Be warned n ok dogs are allowed except guide dogs. I would alternatively recommend walking down the seafront and ordering food from the tabke and chairs outside the kiosk on the beach front. It is weather permitting but serves the best homemade pizza fresh and quick and delicious at a reasonable price they also have a licence if u want a cold beer on a warm day on the beach front.
D. H.
We spent a few hours on the pier at Aber. There are a couple of bars and of course the obligatory slot machines. If you are hungry there is the restaurant at the end of the pier with fabulous views over the sea. If you are in the mood for a boogie the famous Pier Pressure nightclub opens up when its time for most normal people to go home.
S. M.

Great entertaining pier
D. S. (.
Lovely little arcade
J. S.
A complex of various businesses - from an amusement park to a restaurant and club located inside a Victorian Pier. Gets very busy for nights out in Aber, but the carpeted interior makes the club feel wuite unhygienic.
G. U. 1.
