Can't comment on the food as we arrived at midnight for 2 hours of hen-do karaoke. The room was great (named crazy rich Asians) was really spacious with plenty of seating, 2 large wall mounted TVs, good choice of songs, nice lighting and a button to call the host who was very good at his job, he explained everything well and was friendly and welcoming. Good selection of songs, some of them had the original videos playing alongside the songs as well.

Fabulous place to socialise for all types of groups. Great ambience, staff are friendly and helpful.. food was grand. 👌👌

Service and price was decent but mixed feelings on the Karaoke. First of all the sound system and booths are great. We booked for 6 and had plenty of room, and the price per head included drinks etc. Mics and sound were very good BUT the choice of songs are incredibly limited/outdated. Not only that, but a lot of the songs are not originals and have SUPER WEIRD stock videos with out-of-sync lyrics, which we found to be very annoying. For that reason I can't really recommend this place for Karaoke, there are better options in Birmingham.

I went there for my friends 21st bday and we rented the crazy rich Asians karaoke room, it was AMAZING. Loved the decor and lighting!! Service was great too!! My only downside is that it's in a really dodgy looking area so it was a bit worrying having to go out in the dark

Booked a room for my boyfriend's Birthday. Really friendly helpful staff and good choice of songs that everyone knows! We had some food as well as drinks and it was all really good. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely fantastic night. Attended for our work Christmas party and loved it. I have already attended a few times for the food, but this time it was all about the karaoke and it didn't disappoint. Loved it!

Food was excellent. If you are doing the karaoke, be prepared to climb stairs and climb again with your food in hand! Seconds only for the fittest eaters!! Karaoke tracks could be a little more UK friendly!

Went there for my birthday and the staff were really nice, cleared the plates away and everything. There were a big variety of songs to choose from and you could put them in a playlist so they would play one after the other, the bar was only a few steps away too - would definitely go there again

First time visit recently for a friends retirement, great buffet food with lots of choice, reasonable prices for both food and drink Only 4 stars as very disappointed with lack of sitting areas for guests who are in the karaoke area down stairs, we were instructed to take our food back down 3 flights of stairs , we decided against this and used the bar area, not ideal but better than judging stairs with hot food, something the management need to look at before someone has an accident

One of the best nights ever. Private. Room service. Hygienic. Staff helpful. Groups small n large will love enjoy a laugh here.

As far as buffets go it's extremely decent, but Also very busy and loud, you wont have a relaxing meal here, but the food is good.

Great food lots of choice the only down side was there was a lot of stairs to get back to our karaoke room

The singing booths were great a decent selection of songs but the booths were 2 fairly steep flights of stairs to get to the buffet and we were not told that it extended around the corner with more choice so to get a plate of food was to walk up 2 flights and down again so that was inconvenient it would have been better to have a set menu brought to you so we didn't need to walk up and down the stairs especially in big groups.
