It’s a great little bowling alley, much better than the bigger ones. The arcade is great too (big arcade fan) and I really like the card system they have which I haven’t seen before outside of TikTok… However, you need to top the card up with £10 to get the ‘bonus credits’ otherwise you don’t get enough to do an even number of games without having credits left over (I can’t remember the exact numbers but it definitely works out this way depending on the machine you play). It’s something like 11 credits for a good number of the machines and you only get 50 credits for £5 or conveniently 110 credits for £10. Can’t really moan about the prices too much as it works out to around £1 for most of the games like most arcades. They also need better / more prizes, some for adults too maybe. We like arcades too 😂 All in all it’s a great little place and we’ll be back next time we’re in Bournemouth. One last thing, the milkshakes are awesome, get the Oreo one.

Had my 21st Birthday party here recently. We hired out the entirety of Pins, with the bowling and bar for roughly 40 people. Amazing party, large variety of great tasting food, bowling all night, staff very helpful and always made sure we had a drink in hand. One staff member, Harry, really went out of his way all night for me and always happy to help when anyone needed anything. Really great night, amazing value and gave me a birthday to remember! Thank you and will definitely be back!

Place has a decent amount of options of fun arcades and looks to be mix of payment systems; some machines take the credit system they use (pre-paid card system) and tickets, to some coins to play. The inconsistency is the minor draw back. Plenty of space around, clean and friendly staff.

Had an excellent time today with my brother, lots to play on and a great way to have some fun :) Staff were very lovely and super helpful, and Ben (I think, he had a big beard!) was exceptional in explaining how the ticket system worked and was always there to help with any questions I had. He really made us feel really welcome and we'll be back again soon for more fun, might even try the bowling next time! Thanks for the great time :D

Cute little place to do bowling if you are In Bournemouth area. Super near to most hotels near the beach so it is pretty local and near in distance to even walk if you don’t have a car. By car it took us literally 2 min!

I took a large group of 25 Italian students bowling and they had a great time. We almost monopolised the whole alley but staff coped well and nothing was too much trouble. The students really enjoyed the smaller venue as it was more intimate and friendly. After the bowling we all had pizzas which were quickly cooked to order and were delicious. I'll definitely go there again for events in future, it was so easy and really fun!!

Always good fun here. Its quieter here most of the time compared to the one by the sea front. My husband and I have been going there for the past 9 years, for a little date night before food. It's great for all ages.

My family and I had a great time bowling yesterday. The price was reasonable for drinks and bowling. We didn’t get a chance to us the arcade but there was a choice of using card to pay for the arcade machines and there was lots of choice.

Absolutely blown away by the friendliness of staff, ease of access and quality of the venue. Was very skeptical when I heard this was a mostly cashless venue and me and my friends were amazed. Very accommodating to our slightly tipsy party, helped us set up and immediately start playing. The two ladies with pink highlights were great to talk to and are an asset to the place :) Definitely recommend the Deal or No Deal game and throwing some hoops! Have yet to try the bowling alley or the bar but the never expiring tickets means we'll definitely be back! Definitely need more rubber ducks in their prize collection 😉 Business owners should definitely be proud of what they've bought to Bournemouth! <3
