M. B.My partner and I had a great curry cookery class with Minesh at The Kari Club. The 3 hours was just about right and the setting was relaxed and intimate. I enjoyed learning about when to add spices and aromatics to Indian food. The flavours were delicious. Particularly enjoyed rolling out and cooking a chapati! A good afternoon.

J. W.Amazing cookery course! I have done several cookery courses and this was an insightful yet incredibly personal look at authentic Indian cuisine. Minesh is so laid back and guides you through the process of making a curry, rice, side and chapati, getting everyone involved along the way. I have definitely learnt lots and can't wait to try out my new techniques.

S. C.Minesh's cookery class was brilliant, he is so knowledgeable about the different kinds of food in India and has such a passion for his mother's recipes and the link between good food and family. The food we created was completely from scratch and absolutely delicious, it's inspired me to visit our local international grocer and seek out black cardamom, among other things! Thanks Minesh :-)
S. R.Minesh is extremely passionate and knowledgable in his delivery of a quite brilliant cooking class. I have learnt a lot, especially about the importance of fresh ingredients and taking care and patience with them. End result was fantastic tasting real Indian food that I will enjoy trying to make again at home!
