Venue was quite clean. The mens toilets do need a new dryer however as the one there couldn't blow an envelope open.
Staff are friendly, drinks are pricey for me, however for Cardiff prices quite reasonable.
I'd like to return again sometime.
T. P.Absolutely loved it! I’ve been here before but is even better atmosphere. We’re booking an event together with friends and I can’t wait to be here night time! Central placed and elegant vintage style exactly what you need to relax and enjoy a Sunday afternoon. Flavoured beer and fresh good cider! We tested before! Quite pricey but absolutely loved it! Recommend gladly!
J. P.Lovely decor, very tasty and different food, friendly staff. Great place to visit with a group of friends. Different feel to the other restsurants that have been here before. Less puny but that's a good thing...
Revisit in Feb 2020 - good lunch. Staff were a bit too attentive considering it was quiet. Request for parmesan to go with risotto was questioned.....

m. c.Nice place with a real nice vibe. When I visited there was a live band playing but the noise wasn't overbearing and I could still easily chat with friends. Be back for sure.

My husband and I had lunch and the brie starter was outstanding, honestly the best brie starter I have tasted. In general food was superb and the menu was very, very good. We would definitely recommend!!

Thoroughly recommend the sharing platters - the homemade bread was superb and the fried seafood delicious. Between us we had fish, meat and vegetarian mains - all good and the creamed spinach side best I've ever tasted

M. R.Having had so many 'mass produced' Christmas dinners in the past I wasnt expecting much, BUT this place was fantastic. I just couldn't fault anything, honestly. The food was amazing, I had the venison and the potatoes were the best I have ever had. Just a bowl of those and I would be happy. Thank you.
