S. T. (.Food was good. Didn't enjoy the bingo as the caller wasn't very clear and I found myself having to look at the screen to determine what number was being called. The bingo seemed to be rushed, especially the national game and games that followed, so that the boards could be played. Too much tele- bingo which made the night drag. Not my cup of tea. Ticket prices good and the prize money too but too many breaks from the actual game. Won't be going again.

B.Clean and tidy bingo hall. Food is okay for the price. Had a pint of Worthington which had a tang to it. Think they need to clean the beer pipes asap. Overall experience was good.

S. E.1 member of Staff selling the books isn't the nicest of people never smiles no plz or thank you and don't make you feel welcome to the club but other staff always makes you feel welcome and always happy and smiling.

P. R.I love club 3000, have lots of happy memories there.
But I am concerned with what I spotted last night. Staff asked members to move tables as there were too many of them around the table. Then in less than 3 minutes, the staff member showed 2 new members to the same seat, with no cleansing of the table, or mini cash bingo boards. Extremely worrying.
And the new cleaners, I am shocked at their lack of abilities, they wander around with a cloth occasionally wiping the handrails.
I know Steve has worked hard to organise the social distancing, but the staff need more training i feel.

P. f.Customers behaved very sensibly and observed social distancing, however some members of staff didn't and I only saw 1 of them wearing a mask, surely they should be wearing them to keep their customers safe?. The signage could have been better as they were all the same colour on the floor and some areas were so dark you could hardly see which way they were telling you to go. Maybe increase the lighting in these places, as staff agreed it was too dark. Toilets were immaculate and the no touch flushes, hand wash and dryers are fab. Plenty of hand sanitizer about, let's hope Cwmbran will follow suite, because their toilet standards and building cleanliness are diabolical to say tbe least. Well done club 3000 Cardiff.

J. H.Great venue, good selection of food and drinks. The wheel chair access isn't great, the doors open inwards instead of outwards so makes it quite difficult. And the ramps in the building have ridges so I have to tilt the chair to avoid tipping.

C.Good night of bingo but the hygiene of the food area and staff behind the counter and in the kitchen not so good the chef had no hair net on and no hat the member of staff at the front had several rings on and bracelet dangling in the food as I work in the food industry and I know that is not alond hope you sort the hygiene levels out as it is the only thing letting you down
L. O.I used to enjoy going to bingo as a treat . But the fun has gone out of it now, these electronic pets that people play are quite expensive, and if you are marking a book with a pen the traditional way you don't have much chance against people playing 20, 30, 40 or more books on an electronic game. So I stopped going. A real shame as it was enjoyable, but money talks these days

K. D.Like the club prize money in the evening session is good, a bit expensive if playing the new bees ( boring bit of kit ) peffered the old ones. Food in my opinon is expensive £2 for a plate of chips and you don,t get many Example My wife and I went Sturday 30 June 2018 both had the £2 meal small fish in breadcrumbs which was hard and very little fish inside I had 24 chips not very nice looking ,but hot and cold peas one stage from frozen my wife had dryed bake beans. It,s no use complaing to the staff because the reply is see the manager. Some of the staff are very good others need to go on a customer realation course. I do like the £2 pint.
Club 3000 just had there 10 bithday after taken over the premises from Gala Bingo I cannot see any change in decor or repairs to the many brokken seats and tables that need replacing, but after writing this review i will be still going to bingo but takening my own food.
