K. P.Well, what a wonderful night the 12 of us had.
Shannon greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming. Then the lovely Sam came to greet us and took us to a lovely room all to ourselves.
The music was great and Sam was fab trying to control 12 women lol, great job Sam!
We made fab cocktails, and the nibbles were delicious.
Both Sam and Shannon really made our night.
Thank you so much guys, we had the best time.
I highly recommend the cocktail master class for a group night out!
D. U. (.My friends and I had a private karaoke booth. It was so much fun! The bar itself is quite cool. Good people inside if you know what i mean. And the drink prices were good :)

Y.Really nice cool venue, I enjoyed the night with my friends and was treated with respect by a very nice tasty female bouncer, my friend was pretty drunk and rather then just throw us out she gave him water and came back to check on him, after some time she decided that he was not going to improve and politely asked us to take him home. I think she was Spanish and she said her name was Si. Thank you, you were very professional and you are an asset to any night club.
S. K.Club is great, drinks are nice, atmosphere is enjoyable, bar staff are very friendly but the music lets it down. Once it passes 9, It's a bit old fashioned and a bit sad when you see people yawning on the dance floor later at primetime on a saturday night. Would give the club 5/5 but genuinely feel the DJ let it down and some more 'with the times' music should be playing on a saturday night to get people dancing. Not quite sure who the audience they were aiming to please were but the drab music was not really pleasing anyone when we were there
T. D.Recently came to Tiger Tiger for my cousins hen do, booking a package of 3 course meal, cocktail class and kareoke. In the lead up to the event the staff I loaded with were lovely and so helpful. The food was delicious, it was a set menu with lots of choice. The cocktail class was great fun and the guys who ran it were fantastic. Everything was very well organized and ran smoothly. Only complaints would be slow service at the bar and very busy in the upstairs area with not really enough room to dance.
L. C. (.Tiger Tiger nights range from why did I waste so much money on entry to why did I waste so much on entry. Either the place is dead and there so few people at the bars or drinking or the place is so packed there is no room to move or let alone change rooms.
Staff can be rude and unreasonably forceful to the point where I was squashed into a wall. When the upstairs is too packed the club staff were restricting movement up and down by having us queue, we all stood there waiting our turn and whilst one staff member had no issue with how far away from the stairs we all where stood, a lady working there did. Instead of try directing us with hand gestures and her words she took it upon herself to grapple the person in front and throw him back at us.
The club has a smoking area which connects the upstairs and downstairs fairly seamlessly, using this to control the flow of movement would have made so much more sense then trying to squeeze everyone down the same set of stairs, however they had closed it off from anyone downstairs to use. This meant if you wanted to go outside you had to wait in a queue to go upstairs then navigate through two (very packed rooms) before you could then descend downstairs again (on the other side of the club) to get some air.
The silent disco works well. Karaoke is fun. Drinks are a bit pricey (but what can you expect, it is a club) and the type of people you will find there vary immensely depending on which day you go.
All in all, go there but don't pay crazy prices for entry, do the karaoke and hope you don't get abuse.
K. D.Great day/evening had here. Staff were friendly and helpful, good value for money and always clean. The food was amazing we al had 3 courses. I would definitely recommend Tiger Tiger. We were a Hen Party of 11, all ages, and everyone enjoyed their time here.
J. R.Accidentally stumbled into Tiger Tiger last Saturday and was massively surprised. The last time I visited this club was back in 2011 when I was a student and I didn't really rate it. However, upon attending the club on 30/06 I had an enjoyable night, reasonably priced drinks, great music, and a light up dancefloor- what's there to fault?
T. F.Karaoke booth. It was fun but the booth was very dark, I'm sure that lowers inhibition but it would have been nice to see the others when they were singing. Also the sound balance is such that it's hard to hear people's voices, which again may spare some pain but you can't tell if people are singing well either. Also the bar staff seem remarkably slow.
K. C.Am way past nightclub age but I went to my daughter's Hen Party which finished up here recently. We had a private Karaoke Booth and it was such fun. Expensive Prosecco though!
N. G.Went here for our work Christmas meal. Food was average, and we struggled to get drinks as there weren't enough staff around despite being told we could order them at our table. We finished the night in the karaoke booths which was fab but the evening was spoilt by an incident with one of the bouncers early in the evening when he refused to let one of our group back into the venue after taking a call outside - the "power" of his job had clearly gone to his head but this was sorted by a manager who apologised for his behaviour. Unnecessary and did spoilt the early part of the evening.
L. T.£5 to get in which is standard for most places on a Saturday night....music was ok. The place was packed but full of very young people that perhaps need their id checked before entering. The floor was wet and very sticky with a bad smell to accompany that. Only came here as some friends suggest it...think I maybe socialising with the wrong people 😂😂🤭
S. H.Came here for a hen party a few weeks ago and had a package which included food, karaoke and then a private area after - was fab! Food was good, the karaoke was such a laugh and we were looked after really well all night. Will be back with the girls soon! :)
K. A.Had an amazing time today with Steffers hen party and making cocktails. Our host Sam the bar tender was a superb host and made such an effort to keep us all entertained. Back tonight for a sneak and karaoke and dancing.
H. S.Came to Tiger Tiger in Cardiff to do a cocktail making masterclass for a Hen Do. We received very friendly service and Owen really made our experience. We had a much better time than expected. Would definitely recommend.
C. M.Went to a hen party and it was my first time in Tiger Tiger. I was not a fan of the lightning in there - too red and too dark! There was no way you could get a good picture, unless it was my rubbish camera on my phone. I quite enjoyed the food even though the Thai curry was a little bit on the runny side but it did taste nice. Then had the cheesecake - yum. What was a big plus, especially when you are having a hen party, is that all drinks are half price up until 10pm.

m. h. r.Booked a booth in the Kanaloa bar for my friends birthday, we had a huge treasure chest, it came out on fire and the atmosphere was awesome. The staff were friendly and overall amazing night, going to go back next weekend! Thanks
K. S.Seemed like all the music was very much the same on both floors which is a shame. And also its advertised there is a karaoke room but there was no karaoke. Prices for drinks were a bit steap also. .. On a positive the security was very good and friendly.

C.Despite a recent relaunch of the ground floor as Jewel Bar, the whole club is still widely known and marketed as Tiger Tiger and on a Monday night, thanks to some hefty student discounts, becomes the place to forget that the weekend has only just passed. The music is a pretty wide variety of mainstream dance, pop and electronic and despite the huge size, the place is normally fairly full, such is the popularity of the night! Definitely worth a look in at least a couple of times in your university career.

K. O.Went there for my nieces hen night, we booked a private booth, when we got there the area stank of stail pee. We might have well just sat in the mens loo's (sorry men). myself and another complained they came back and said all we can offer is to spray air freshner around the area and give you a bottle of wine (no thanks the wine was cheap and nasty). We co,plained again and said we had to be moved. Eventually we were give the upstairs privat VIP lounge, the food that came with the package was laughable a handful of potatoe wedges 2 chicken wings 3 olives, 3 slices of pizza, 6 cocktail sausges and a load of green leaves. Good job we ate before hand. The toilets were appalling stinking and falling apart no locks no seats and what seats you had we broken. and no bloody loo paper. We had a good night as we made our own fun. But to be honest I will not be rushing back there in a hurry.
p. h.Don't go for a meal on an 'event' night (Halowe'en/Bank Holidays etc) as the drinkers actually come and stand in between the tables! Staff are lazy, food overpriced and slow, drinks are priced at the same as an entire bottle at a supermarket. No one seems to know how to speak to clients, it's about time they stopped living off the reputation that Torchwood filmed there once a decade ago.
M.The draught beer was watered down and tasted awful. I recommend anyone who purchases beer here to buy it bottled instead. However, the kareoke booth was great fun with friends.
s. k.Tiger tiger is one night club, you can find in any alots of twon , also is good , if you are new in some where and you don’t know which nights club is good absolutely choos tiger tiger , is best options on that time , tiger tiger have have two or three saloon and kind of music, don’t miss it , have funny time there , good luck .
L. R.Club in general is ok. Although paid for a table which came with vodka and mixers, i believe the vodka may have been paint stripper, very very cheap worse than bottom shelf corner shop stuff.
