A very typical bingo experience, lots of parking here and the staff are nice and pleasant.

Always have a good night at bingo and nothing has changed apart from the obvious social distancing rules. There are screens between the tables and you must wear a mask when at the reception, the bar or using the toilets but at your table it is safe to remove it! There is a group area where people from the same household or social bubble can sit together at the same table. It's a well run club and the staff seem to have a good time too!

It was my first time in here and I cannot get over the fact how friendly and helpful the staff was. They could tell we didn't know what we were doing and made sure to come around every so often to check how we were doing. One of the ladies even stayed with us for first few games to show us what to do and ensure through the night to see how we are getting on. I have never been cared for like this in my life. Even though we didn't win anything, the experience itself was amazing because of the people. I will make sure to come back, especially for the free bingo Thursdays.

This is a great place to spend a bit of time with friends and/or family and a chance to win some cash. Staff: some seem really friendly but lack the capacity to assist you if you're new to this kind of Bingo as it's not like seaside bingo, be cheeky and ask the people who are playing they're more willing to help. So, take yourself down and get yourself playing and WIN WIN WIN and always remember to shout "Bingo!"

Great place to play i was shocked at all the slots available, they even have my favorite game Fishin Frenzy! Was offered lots of drinks during the night. The Slots Host was great and really helpful.

Large bingo hall, great food ( you've got to try the sweet potato fries 😍) and even a cute little sheltered smoking area where you can still be part of the fun of bingo or slots whilst getting some air (heaters available for when it's chilly) and they've practically always got some event or special offer on, or free bingo so definately worth being notified of upcoming events so you don't miss out. 👌

I did park in their car park however i think improvements must be made, at the time i parked there and run to the shopping to get change for the parking machine, once with the coins none of the machines were working, after ask to a pass by found out that i could just go to the bingo and pay for my time in advance, it is a very nice place, bingo and car park but should display more info as people get in and leave to park somewhere else, so, you are loosing costumers, thanks.

It's ok but I never seem to win these days as people have lots of books on their touchpads and they have ruined the game of chance. I have books but my chance is minimal compared to touchpads with dozens of books on them.

Internet advertised prices are different to club prices. Gala Derby City insist they have never had the prices advertised on the official Gala Internet site. Think they need to get there act together. 3 stars given grudgingly because it is a good club and excellent staff. But at the end of the day everybody goes with the intention of winning so you have to wonder what else they are getting wrong.

You can often park here when the bingo is not on and go. The parking meter charges £4 for 2 hrs but if the machine is not working then you can go inside to Gala if its open and pay just £3 for the same period. The parking cameras are very accurate and will catch you if you dont pay BTW so be warned. When you go inside you start typing your car reg in and it picks it shows a pic of your car coming into the carpark!! Safe parking and well lit. Its is open to the street and so do not leave valuables in car.
