Good place for betting. Once you get in there is free coffee and other soft drinks available. There is a good variety of food available on order. There is one thing to be careful about though, the minimum bet has increased massively.

Great lil casino mmmmmmmmjj especially considering placement! Very tidy upstairs with a good selection of games to play. Plus not sure why but the food In derby is just fantastic. Never any incidents with staff, in fact they go out of their way to ensure all my needs where met a one and beyond. Its no major city casino but don't miss out on a good experience and if your a poker player there's a few regular sublime gamesr

Staff are always friendly professional, the minimum stakes go up 25 minimum on colors is steep but its a risk/reward thing.

Great place for enjoyment. Betting, slots, drinks and food and music. You can bet from 50p in roulette from Monday to Friday. Then minimum 1pound for rest of the days. Friendly staffs, good fun.

Had one of the best/scariest experiences tonight at Genting Derby. However, the professionalism and friendliness of the staff was quite superb. I did well on roulette and black jack earlier in the evening in which my winnings were on my Genting card. I went for a drink and put my card back in one of the self service roulette machines. The machine malfunctioned and upon start up all my winnings for the night has been wiped off my card. I won’t disclose how much but it was a fair amount. The floor staff were quick to assist and I explained what had happened. They tried resetting the machine but still my card was showing the incorrect balance and my winnings for the night were no where to be seen. I instantly thought the worse. I was waiting for someone to tell me ‘sorry there is nothing we can do we can only refund you your original stake that you started the evening with.’ I was starting to lose hope when the floor staff tried to amend the problem. Kirk/Kurt the pit boss however was excellent throughout. He apologised for what has happened (it wasn’t his fault at all, that is technology for you) and assured me that my winnings for the evening would be paid to me. He took me to the cashier desk and processed everything. I guarantee not many casinos would have done this but their honesty was brilliant. So thank you Kirk/Kurt for dealing with the problem efficiently and professionally. The casino and the staff were brilliant throughout the night. Really polite and friendly. It was my first visit since they have re-opened and everything is COVID secure. Great casino and great staff. Thank you again.

Wow, 2.00am and all action, I went for food, not gambling, for the time of day it was busy on the tables. Staff very polite, and willing to help. I arrived 5minutes before the kitchen closed, but they still served me a meal. A little on the pricey side, but excellent, and hey it was 2.00 am. I intend using the restraint again. I didn't go there for the casino aspect itself, a friend did. I can only tell you about the experience and the bar. We walk in and I have to sign up to get a card, which I do. So we head upstairs, we go to the bar and I decide to order some food. It was so amazing, I would so highly recommend it. I want to go back just for that burger. We got drinks as well, their selection is amazing! They had 5 different types of tonic?? I don't even like tonic but I liked that one! (I got tonic with elderflower, if anyone is curious). The service was very quick, the bartender was lovely. When we decided to head off, there was the option to leave your card at the reception, which I did, instead of taking it with me. All in all, a great night, I would certainly recommend it to non gamblers

The staff here are absolutely fantastic. From the bouncers, to the receptionists, to the bar staff, to the dealers. Everyone is extremely professional and very welcoming. There is a fantastic selection of drinks and to my surprise, many of them are quite reasonably priced. They also have a sizable food menu (their pizzas are absolutely amazing.) I'd highly recommend this place if you're a fan of gambling or if you simply want a slightly more up-market whiskey or cocktail.

The staff here are fantastic. the receptionists, to the bar staff, to the dealers. Everyone is extremely professional and very welcoming. I have been to Casino's all around the UK and lucky for me this is the best of the best, If your looking for a night of light gambling and entertainment have a look at their website most weekends they have entertainers on very good most of them are. Ideal for parties or out with the wife as I do this place caters for everyone.

Went for a night out ,never been here before ,food was fantastic portions real good ,try the zombie cocktail lovely , it is a casino but its cozy, for a girls night out staff nice ,dance floor on a Saturday night ,taxis right out side if an when needed overall a good place to either end the night or start the night

This place is the best casino within Derby centre. Pleasant staff that always make you feel welcome and the games on offer are more than sufficient. Dress code is usually very relaxed apart from on the weekends where smart casual fits the bill. Fully recommended!

Well the Casino is clean and the Security is excellent, however the Bar staff don't seem to want to serve you and look so miserable I was kinda worried about them lol If Ur drinking stick to Pints as a Double vodbull will cost you almost a Tenner , but at 4am who cares lol

Poker tournaments hosted every week. If you're new to poker I'd recommend going on Thursday nights. Lively bar on Friday and Saturday nights. Restaurant food is also very nice.

Ambience is decent. Remember guys the Casino will not admit people in track suits on Fridays and Saturdays (This was weird). The reason quoted was that many families dine in at the Casino Lounge during these days. I'll leave it to you to correlate them.
