Went with my son and a group of his friends for a 2hr VR session. The group were only 9-10 but Danny helped all get set up and supported as needed. All enjoyed the visit a lot. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout and on hand for any questions. Equipment was high spec and worked well. Sofas and food available, which was an added bonus. Food was really good quality too.

Pulse VR delivers an amazing experience for gamers and anyone willing to try new technology. The gaming setup is excellent with choices ranging from PC gaming, consoles, racing simulators and driving games, up to virtual reality where you can be completely immersed in your game environment. It's difficult to explain how amazing be is, you just have to try it for yourself. 11/10 would go again.

Just got back from a teens party at Pulse, and all had a really enjoyable time. All the activities were well explained, and the gaming equipment is modern and high quality. The food included within the package was of a high standard, and all served at the time requested. You can see the owner takes pride in his gaming lounge, and this is reflected in the experience for customers. Great place to hold a party, I'm sure we'll be back.

First time visiting one of these and my daughter and husband enjoyed themselves playing as a team. I watched and the two staff did offer me to try and have a go which I did! There are a couple of tables and chairs, sofas to sit on and watch. Overall a fun experience

A real gem of a place. We discovered this for our lads recently and they absolutely love it there. From PC gaming (there's loads of games to choose from, so something for everyone), to e-sports and VR. There's so much to enjoy. Dan the owner is a lovely bloke and can't do enough for you - a credit to the place.

Excellent place. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, and the two things I tried, a zombie wave shooter, and the driving SIM rig were immensely fun. Went by myself, but there's plenty of space and facilities for a good sized group to enjoy.

100% recommend. I came here earlier st 1:00 and LOVED IT. The selection of games are great and I love the details that show if it is comfortable to play for new people or how hard it is to play. The staff are attentive and look out for if you’re getting motion sickness. There are multiplayer games and single player to make it fun for the whole family. A great price to pay for an amazing VR experience. 5 out of 5 will definitely come again!

We had a work social in the evening here and it was really good fun! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, making sure everyone had a go, even though some of us arrived late. They explained everything and helped tailor the games to suit everyone. We had two competitions; a shooter and a car race, as well as a good selection of other games depending on what each person wanted to try. I really enjoyed it, hope to be back soon. Really great staff member and a relaxing atmosphere, just wish we could have had longer on the VR!! the fact that food is included with some activities is a really great addition :)

Staff were friendly and helpful, great selection of games and due to being in the same room multiplayer is great in a group. The headsets are on pulleys attached to the ceiling so you can't trip over them which is a great addition too.

Went here with a friend off the cuff. Was welcomed into a reasonable sized room with consoles and computers, F1 racing seats with screens and at the back a large space with rubber mats with 2 Oculus Rift VR headsets. The guy explained how it all worked and what games we wanted to play on the VR headsets and we chose a 4 star difficulty Zombie game and a 5 star difficulty war game called Pavlov (although the guy recommended against this for first timers). The experience was amazing, the zombie game (although very arcade like) was a great way for us both to get used to being in the virtual world and using the controllers.... Its nothing like sitting at home on my PS4!! Then we were launched into Pavlov, a game in which you manually reload guns and have a virtual ammo belt.... It was hard to get used to reloading all the different guns but it only added to the realism of the game. Graphics were brill, headshots created gushes of blood and exploded skulls! The amount of crouching I did, hiding behind various obstacles left my thighs burning. An awesome experience at excellent value, think i might go again next weekend!!!

Just took my daughter here age 9 and had a cracking time shooting robots. She loved it and I did too. Our first time doing VR, but certainly not our last. Danny @ Pulse VR provided amazing entertainment for our office Christmas party by bringing Beat Sabre to our event - the absolutely loved it, and Danny was super flexible in staying longer than booked in order to give everyone a turn and even a final play-off for the grand prize. Having originally met Danny at a business event, we will definitely be looking at booking him in future for both business and party events.
