I joined the Burlesque dance group, in September 18, I look forward to going and strutting my stuff every Wednesday, I have met new friends and as well as learning to Burlesque, I have become more confident, and feel really good about myself, not easy at 54 I can tell you. I'm loving learning the new dances and can't wait to do the live performances, it's all such great fun, I'm so glad I joined as it has enriched my life with fun, learning, confidence and a lot of glamour xx Thankyou so much Lisa Nicklin x

I have been going to the Selby classes since it opened and I love it. I have met some lovely people though doing it and we all have a great time every week. I have seen a huge change in my self confidence and even lost a little weight to since starting. It doesn't matter who you are, there is something for everyone at these classes and everything that is put on as well as the classes such as shows and events are optional so you only do what you want to. I would recommend these classes to every woman. Come along!! 👯

I currently attend Goole Goddesses classes on a Monday evening, and love it! It's a great way to meet positive and enthusiastic people that I can have a laugh with. The classes are suitable for all shapes and sizes, the routines are fun and sexy to make us all realise we can do it and look good doing it! The instructor is fun, hard working and always supportive and motivational. She does much more then just teach us some dance moves! Come down and have a look at what we do! I've also taken part in a boudoir shoot and a promotional day for the classes, and again these are incredible fun! Both days felt amazing and I have some great photos to show for it!

I attend 2 classes at Rivermills ballrooms Selby as I can't get enough of learning new routines to music. Tina really encourages us even if we think we cant we really can. The ladies here in both classes are so amazing and we all encourage each other. I now have new dance skills and the courage to perform on stage to the public. Best of all I have new friends x

Currently attending the Beverly classes with Suzi. I love every week!! She makes everyone feel comfortable and at ease, running through the moves step by step as many times as we need. Each week of our skills improving so is our confidence. Couldn't recommend the classes enough. Any age, shape or background, from the moment you step through the doors your part of the family. Joined last september and have never looked back. Gained confidence, lost weight, got new skills and new friends. Paris encourages you at every stage. Will always repeat a section if your not certain. Have learnt to dance using a variety of props. Its just fun with a capital F. All ages above 18yrs are welcome to class. I'm in the 60 plus bracket and have never felt so good about my image. I still get doubts but all the ladies and Paris give you a massive boost.
