Nice and spacious, brightly lit hall. Bandits at front door so try to get you to part with your hard earned cash straight away. Staff not friendly, no smiles no thanks for your custom nothing. No table numbers for ordering food but female member of staff on the bar grunts at you like it's the customer fault !! Staff allowed people in hall to talk all through bingo calling even though they are meant to be in the lounge.

1st time here. Went with my partner and our friend who introduced us to this venue. Staff very helpful & polite. Venue very clean in all areas and the food & drink was reasonably priced and good 👍. Only 4 stars because of the poster on the callers stage...... see the photo and see if you can spot the mistake (I'm a teacher and this kind of silly mistake is so easily avoided)!

Same people seem to win a lot usually on bees maybe they are buying lots of books but it gets a bit dishearten when you go through a very long dry spell

Finally managed to leave a review. I visited bingo and had the best service ever. I was running late and my friends were inside already. I called up, Hayley and Louise really gave me exceptionally service, put a tablet aside for me and I was able to spend valuable time with my friends. Thank you.

Been renovated recently and it looks good. They also now take debit cards. Sat in the chat room, was a nice change.

I'm at the Carlton Bingo twice a week sometime three. I've no complaints about the staff the comfort and the cleanliness. We sometimes go earlier and have a meal I can honestly say I've not had a bad meal yet and very reasonably priced.

What a difference to the place since the refurbishment . It's much brighter . Easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. A good selection of food items at very reasonable prices. Toilets are very clean and well maintained. Certainly worth a visit if you like bingo.

I used to really enjoy going to Charlton bingo but something has changed, the price is getting higher for books and electronic tablets is about £25 a session plus they have changed the format of play for book and the national it's the prize money for most games seems to have dropped I don't think it good value for money NOT HAPPY please get it sorted to much time is devoted to table to bingo. Great time overall. Paper/electronic books are good value for money with excellent cash prizes. Well organised staff. Bit too much pound bingo inbetween main sessions which became a bit boring. Food not great.

If you like bingo then on you go. We had a good time and won on the tables a few times. The staff are nice and I got a free fish and chips which tasted really nice. The place was clean and tidy and it is what it is. 👍👍👍

Was OK as a new member got 2.00 for table top which had to go in by staff and 3.00 for slots again which had to go In by staff electronic was quite pricey for little tickets, food court well not even one star for service. Asked for chips and curry sauce to be told they had none then I asked for gravy again none then I asked for a menu was told no I could have sandwiches or biscuits and I said wasn't good enough spoke to the management who where fantastic and was told to go to the food court and they will have it for me. To go back they had made gravy which I replied no it was curry sauce and was told they couldn't make it you'd them fine get ur manager over here for her to huf and go make it in the end felt like it was definitely a bother cafe customer service shocking seriously let's this place down

What can I say nice decor, cheapish alcohol, excellent variety of cooked foods all cheap and reasonably priced. Workers always friendly enough, only negative side is...I've never bloody won anything yet!!

Good night as usual but one thing wrong to pay £1 for a cup of hot water is not right as I don't take tea or coffee when I go to Livingston Carlton I get my hot water free same as there sauces or vinegar so why do you charge

Was back in UK for new year, went up with my mum for a laugh and was a great night. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, price for food and drinks is insanely good and the quality is great. Would highly recommend going here for a laugh.
