Nice cosy jazz bar with some fantastic bands!! Not much in terms of spirits and cocktails, poor selection of dark rums, but the staff try their best and they are generally quick to serve. It gets really busy so table booking is advised if you want a seat, or get there early.

Great prices however facilities are lacking, there was only 1 working toilet in when I went and it's door didn't lock 🤣 hopefully the others will be working again soon and I was just there on a bad night!

This is a great little venue that packs in some amazing live talent. Small like the other basement bars, but offers great acoustics, a diverse range of acts, polite and efficient bar staff, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended for all music lovers.

Great ambience and vibe Quite the cozy jazz bar but the atmosphere feels authentic and the décor matches the overall aesthetic. There seems to be a good selection of live shows happening and the one I attended had good acoustics at a reasonable volume. Would like to see what sort of jazz nights it has to offer Drinks were a bit overpriced, but would definitely recommend. Staff was polite and helpful.

Well that was a great night and I'd highly recommend it. The young musicians worked like dogs. The main band were great and the jamming session brought more surprises. A great wee venue, good accoustics good bar service and a very welcoming owner. Great platform for musicians and all of them young skilled and keen as mustard.

Very nice basement bar with live music almost every night of the week and great place if you like your Jazz. Arrive early though as the venue is not big and seats can be difficult to find if it's a popular act. If it's a ticketed event you may have to queue outside until the designated start time, especially if there's an early act on.

Ideal venue for a jazz club. Very good sound. Friendly atmosphere. It would be good to have a slightly wider range of draught beers - Williams Brothers would be my recommendation. Will definitely be going back soon.

Visited the blue Arrow for a Celtic Connections gigg and was a really nice venue for the music that was being played. The sound was fine and the bar staff were quick but also friendly. Only complaints would be the price of a pint which was closer to 5 pounds than 4.

Great intimate place for music but get there early if you want a seat/table or book in advance! Doors opened at 7.30 and we got there approx 7.50 and it was already full. Great night though with Janette Mason and Horse.

Great small venue. Drinks a bit pricey but bar snacks very cheap so it evens out I suppose. Went for the Monday night cabaret which was great!

I thought the place had a good friendly atmosphere. It's not huge inside but just big enough to be pleasant. The bar did not have a great selection of drinks , so if you stick religiously to the same tipple you might be disappointed.

Great little music venue, saw Titus andronicus there recently and was amazing, good sound quality and your right there with the performer, price for drinks was reasonable and they had specials on a nice selection of spirits, at the time Woodford reserve and buffalo trace for 3.50.
