First night lasted night and it was a really enjoyable night. Staff are so friendly and very helpful. And because we are new members you get a good discount book for 5 visits which has alsorts in it, plus it was even a cheaper night when you win like the other half did too.

Foods ok could do with a little revamp, staff are friendly but they don't tell the people that are constantly talking through all the game to shut up. When you've got someone talking close loudly it just ruins your night when you're trying to listen. Next night out to bingo might have to try elsewhere like gala

Came with a few of the girls straight from work in wetherby,staff were friendly and helpful,hadn't had time to eat so ordered some food and drinks,didn't have to wait long for the food and it was really nice and really good portion sizes too,decent prices and the drinks are really good value at 2 for £6,enjoyable night out 🙂

I felt relatively safe as social distancing is clearly marked out and the staff do issue repeated reminders of what people need to do. Less than half the seats are in actualize and again are clearly marked. Perspex screens are in place at the bar and the venue was clean. Hand sanitizer are scattered around but the only drawback to them is that they are not automatic so in the absence of napkins and/or paper towels, one might want to bring their own little bottle to use - strictly persoal preference as most venues have manual sanitizer.

Would be better to have more staff on helping new Customer's and forgotten or lost cards. Surely swiping in is something that customers could do themselves on entry or up at the bingo tickets office upstairs. We were worried we were going to miss the first numbers!
