I visited last Saturday with a friend. She got signed up. The girl doing the sign up was so friendly. Then when we sat for coffees the server was so friendly and chatty. Everyone was nice here. Lovely staff X

It was more enjoyable a few years back, but things seem to have changed, compared to online slots, and that of other local casinos the bonus seems harder to win, for a designated super casino I would definitely recommend an upgrade of machines and have better titles of games. I would also suggest the resturaunt stay open 24 hours, with more events been held weekly. the staff are good, I give them 10/10

The coolest casino I’ve been to in the UK. Came here to watch the football on their MASSIVE set of screens, food was quality as well. The place is massive with loads of slots, blackjack and roulette. As a first timer you also get a free £20 bet for signing up to their loyalty card so definitely worth coming just for a free punt!

As someone who finds Casinos a little daunting I was very pleased with my experience here. We visited with friends who recommended we try it, and I'm glad we did. The staff were very friendly, they were happy to help with any questions, and the casino was spacious and had a relaxed atmosphere. The drinks are reasonably priced, and you can just drop and enjoy a beer if that's all you want to do. Give it a try!

Gorgeous looking casino. Gives off the high roller vibes. Good mix of high stakes and low minimum roulette and blackjack tables. Roulette tables all had £25 minimums on the even return bets which is high but Saturday night so expected, just made it harder to play with newer friends who weren't committed to throwing hundreds of pounds at the table. Drinks brought to the table as always is a nice touch. Staff at the bar were inattentive (they weren't busy, just elected to clean) which I thought was bizarre as on the whole the staff were professional and happy to help. Tables were packed, pandemic non-existent in the four walls of Victoria Gate apparently. The doorman suggested I remove my face mask, a little odd but personal preference I guess. I would visit again but perhaps post-covid.

A decent UK casino, got some free play when I joined, you don't need to be a member to go. Friendly service and I left £280 up so that helped too 🙂 decent TV screens for sports as well, I'll go again but suspect I might not get as lucky next time.

Called in here on the off chance it would be a good evening, sadly, it wasn’t, but nothing to do with the Casino. Lots of people not wearing face masks, no social distancing, so had to leave. The casino itself is a brilliant place, even to call in for a drink at one of the bars, the atmosphere is always upbeat and the staff are always friendly.

Very nice casino and addition to leeds. The atmosphere was great, good array of games and tables and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The few hours flew by. Didn't get the result I wanted but that's how it goes. The drinks were very expensive so I'd recommend maybe sinking a few elsewhere and coming here after if you're out with friends and you're not on a large budget.

OK, this is a casino and if you want to you can come in and gamble as much as you want but there is a lot more to this place. I am not a member at this time but will be joining as soon as possible as there are great bargains to be had, such as free coffee, tea and soft drinks, and 10%of drinks and food. Ordered to butter chicken burgers with chips and could not recommend how nice it was. No one will force you to bet you can watch all the sports you want and on certain dates there are free tribute nights. Worth giving it a try. Highly recommended.

Great place to casino in City. Watch your money it will melt immediately 😂. Do go when it's crowd so that you can expect some profit. Enjoy free soft drinks provided by the management if you are a member. Nice ambience inside and outside, very close to city center

We became members and ate in the restaurant which was very good. The dine and game offer is very good value. Played on the roulette tables for a while then had a drink in the upper bar whilst watching rugby on one of the TV's. Went down to the curvy bar for cocktails where there was a singer. Without realising we had spend 5 enjoyable hours and came away with some winnings.

Fantastic place, food and service amazing, really well looked after by the restaurant staff and got a free bottle of fizz for my mums 65th. Even the doormen were chatty and arranged taxis for us and assisted us with my 90 year old grandad. Brilliant place will definitely be visiting again.

Being from Vegas I'm always surprised with smaller casinos how nicer they can be. Good size poker room. Decent comps on the weekend. Food menus not bad, burger was really good which is a plus for an American girl. Staff are friendly. Car park situation isn't the best, never see the point in charging guests for parking. Nicely decorated. Worth a visit.

Even if you don't play there's a nice area for food. They serve afternoon tea as well. Have large screen for sporting events eg cricket football tennis etc. As a member gives you perks free tea /coffee soft drink. 20 %off food etc. Also they have a loyalty scheme. Entrance either on Eastgate or within Victoria gate shopping centre. Also have live acts on evening. Very relaxed atmosphere. Have two small roof terraces if just want to relax with a drink etc in the sunshine . Staff very helpful. Actually a nice place to be. Parking within Victoria Gate itself if needed

First time I have been to a casino and was a little worried I would not know what to do or if I made any faux pas. All staff were very friendly and politely explained to me when I made a few errors. Brilliant first experience and will definitely go again. Not sure if they are genuine or not but I noticed a few drunken groups/individuals rude to the staff and croupiers because they were either drunk / losing or both so personally I would take complaints against staff with a pinch of salt

The restaurant food was not seasoned. Tasted bland. I had to ask them to cook my meal again which I didn't eat the second time around. As it still had no taste. I wouldn't eat from there again. The actual casino I have no complaints about. Friendly staff and big tv screens if you want to watch a movie while you gamble

Just been for the first time. Great food. Good customer service. Dodnt like the fact that anyone off the street can bounce in. Lots of young guys with hoodies and caps felt a bit seedy. Some one chinese guy in his shorts! Like he'd just popped in from the gym. Extravagant but no dress policy takes the shine away.
