The comedians were good 👌🏽 and well worth going to see. However a few things let the show down; the venue is a little worse for wear, seating is cramped and not very comfortable, the drinks from the bar tasted extremely watered down and the show timing could be improved (late start and long breaks in between acts). Hopefully it was just a one off, may look to catch another show in the future 👍🏾.

Great, cheap night out. 7 acts for £7.

I enjoyed two splendid evenings (February 12 and 14, 2014) at this club. Everything was done in a professional manner and the shows could not have been better.
This was undoubtedly the highlight of my visit to Leicester.
Long may you prosper!

I've always had a brilliant time here. Crowd so friendly. The acts are so new and diverse and most importantly make me laugh! For the price is great value!

Great venue during the Comedy Festival - been 3 years running now and it's kept on getting better each year with its acts. "Five acts for a fiver" definitely the highlight of the festival each year

We've been twice; once to the opening night and once to a Groupon deal.
The good: Friendly, funny staff ("Do you want the posh vodka or the one that tastes like battery acid?" - I think that might be classed as upselling!), some good acts coming up.
The middling: The acts we saw weren't bad. We weren't familiar with them before we went, but they made us laugh.
The bad: Terrible food (Margherita was a non-pizza dough base badly smeared with tomato purée and a handful of grated cheese. If we'd paid full price, we'd've sent it back); Quite disorganised (a cash-only venue that couldn't change a tenner)
There's space for a comedy club in Leicester and hopefully this place will do well, but there's room for improvement.

Went to see Reginald D Hunter, had a good night in a different setting. It'll depend on who you're seeing, but it's a good spot in town and you can see the stage clearly.

Brilliant show. Bar staff were lovely and had a brilliant sense of humor. Very nice venue.

I saw some mixed reviews on line for this venue so was not sure before we went.
When we got there it was brilliant. Definitely will go again.

Compere and first act were very mainstream but Tony Law was as brilliant as ever but not appreciated by this traditional audience

Second time we have been and not been disappointed yet. Brilliant comedy all round!!!

Small and intimate comedy gig venue that only made the stand up even better for me

Decent venue and definitely should go if a mystery guest is announced!

Great place, so long as the comedians actually turn up.

No longer a library, looks a lot better. Not sure why the lights were off in the waiting area.
