Typical bingo hall. Every member of staff were nice. I was a new member so the lady at the front desk showed me around, then the manager took over and checked on me later. The atmosphere was a happy one, with lots of banter around the room.

Wow just wow fantastic the bingo Hall was spotless and the way they have made it so safe for their customers is jist out of this world. And the staff are so amazing always there to help you no matter what they are doing. All I can add is Dan has a fantastic team who work with him to make gala buzz lincoln one of the best places to be at where you can play bingo have a few drinks even play the bandits if you like too and eat from the diner. I'm just so happy as I've been in total lockdown ever since last march and this was my first time out since then and I jist missed my buzz at bingo. If you could somehow get this to Dan the manager and he's staff please let them no they are all fantastic people and I send a big thanks to them all. A very happy customer 😀

Food was awful. My daughter took me out for my birthday. Ordered the burgers one beef and one go large chicken. Asked for food to be brought to table in interval. Food came during bingo and the go large had no chips and didn't have the toppings as advertised. As a result food was going cold whilst sorting the mess up and almost missed numbers due to meal being brought earlier than requested. The beef burgers tasted like they had been sat in hot hold since the lunchtime trade as they were hard dry and tasteless. Will not be eating at buzz bingo again

Brilliant here ive been here a few times and its always had happy helpful friendly staff great prices on food and drink. Nothing is to much trouble books are reasonable priced to. A great day out i perfere it here to grimsby one. Staff in grimsby are sometimes rude to members and can be unpleasent lincoln staff much more pleasent and more friendly

Not a tourist attraction, but staff are really lovely, and from my own personal opinion and from personal reasons, the food is actually proper top quality, and yes admittedly there's a Burger King round the corner, nothing comes closer to quality

The free day on a Thursday should not have the electronic packages, free means Not paying at all!!!! And the decor hasn't been changed in years and the carpet is a health and safety nightmare it's got more duct tape than carpet in a lot of places,
