Have visited 17 on Sloane with a couple of my Thai friends not too long ago. I must say, it was a formidable experience! Their selection of shots and premium flavors made us stay until they closed down! My friends are not avid smokers, as in Thailand we do not have a lot of quality shisha lounges, so they were very pleased by the quality shisha and service! Thank you Hus for our pleasurable experience, next time we are in London we will surely come back again!

Absolutely sublime shisha! Best shisha in London. Beautiful settings. Comfy and cosy seating. Roni was attentive and helpful and recommended a great mix which I usually wouldn’t go for. It’s definitely my only go to shisha in central London.

Visited a couple days ago and was amazed by the hospitality and kindness especially by one of the workers named roni, I will never forget the experience I had at 17sloane because of him… always checked up on me and the group I was with to see if we needed anything and it was a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service!! If I was his manager I’d give him a raise for his amazing ability to create such a welcoming atmosphere and memorable experience!

Visited this shisha place after seeing recommended in the Business Traveller magazine. It's a cosy spot, that feels intimate and exclusive - unlike other shisha places in London where they are too busy and crowded. The shisha is 10/10 with a huge variety of flavours. The staff were welcoming and polite and the free jar of the sweets on each table was a lovely little plus! Will be returning here again for sure :)

Super discreet, stylish and edgy shisha cafe. The hotel serves amazing food and drinks but the star of the show are the shishas and staff. Everyone was incredibly hospitable when we went and we'll definitely be back!

Me and my friends were looking for a shisha place to go in Knightsbridge, and we found 17 on sloane. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the really friendly staff. We were seated immediately and staff were being really attentive. We ordered our usual shisha, and honestly it was actually one of the best shishas I have ever had in my life!!! The whole experience was really enjoyable from the staff, shisha and general atmosphere/vibe of the whole place. This place seems to be a hotspot for celebrities as i bumped into a few while I was there! I highly recommend 17 on Sloane - I will definitely be coming back!

I have been smoking for over 20 years and I have never had shisha this good. Fantastic flavour and smoke! Only 2 mins walk from Harrods to get to the lounge, amazing music, very comfortable and good people, would come back from Doha just to smoke their shisha!! One of the best shisha lounges in London! I would definitely recommend anyone coming here, it has the best shisha and good food. The shisha is brilliant as well as smooth and the staff are also friendly. This is the best spot for a group of friends or even couples! It’s nice warm and cosy everything is lovely.
