Nice hidden place, gave me a new Orleans vibe of old pub/club which was nice. Nice music, pianist was great. Prices high for half an aubergine as the only vegetarian main. Will come back for sure for the music not for the food. Staff very nice and welcoming.
V. B.
We enjoyed New year's eve here. Great atmosphere and music, especially Mary Pierce. Food always good. Quite reasonable price for a memorable evening.

I went for a jazz night and I wasn’t disappointed, the music was very jazzy and the atmosphere was amazing. Just what you would expect fork an underground jazz club 😃 usually they will make have a reservation and pay for music and service charge. The food itself cost around £20 for the stake + music and device charge almost reached £40 a person.
H. H.
Underground venue, great jazz, good food. Can’t wait to be back!
Only thing to be aware of is that they don’t let you have alcoholic drinks unless you’re a member (160/yr) or you’re having dinner (and I don’t think you can book a table unless you’re having dinner either).
J. H.
Absolutely superb. Good food but that's not why you go there, although it is good food! Such a friendly, happy atmosphere. Great welcome at the door and with all the staff. The live Jazz is fantastic. Really great night. Thanks.
A. K.
Went here for the jazz festival and really enjoyed the performance. The owner was very kind to find us a table when the event was fully booked

Wonderful place amazing atmosphere great vibe.
It was so nice to go to a jazz evening and you could tell the musicians and the audience were just happy to be back to something like normality.
The food and drink was really well priced considering the location , which was great to see!.
The band was amazing and they were all so emersed in their music and Polly Gibbons was outstanding, so on the whole absolutely worth every penny for a great evenings entertainment and their staff were a credit to the jazz club, keep up the good work.
P. B.
1st time at a jazz restaurant and it was great. I would recommend a visit. The lunch was delicious and the entertainment was lovely. A very relaxed atmosphere.
S. R.
What a brilliant venue if you like live jazz your going to love this place. Great food amazing atmosphere. One you have to try
I. D.
Thursday night dinner and Jazz in a classic intimate club basement. Food was very good. Richly flavoured and generous portion of bean, feta n chorizo starter followed by tasty bangers n mash. Nachos and the goats cheese starters were also good. Lamb main was succulent and a close second the sausages. The Jazz was delightful and we were treated to two special guests in addition to a great band (drummer wins for effortless style). Will return.
F. E.
From the moment you walk in, you know what you're getting yourself into. Great atmosphere, great music, great service and a juicy succulent steak! We'll be back. Thanks for a great evening.
A. D.
such a nice club, the manager was so kind and the waiter really knew what she was talking about when it came to recommendations i can't wait to go back
K. D.
Simply the best place to go and see live jazz, eat exceptionally good food (it's got even better), and listen to music that is literally RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU.
The night I went, the band were all beneath 25, all British, all laid-back, and absolutely brilliant. I strongly recommend you book a table and go.
A. E.
SW10's best kepr grooviest secret. Super intimate live venue. Great value fantastic quality grub reasonably priced booze. Can't recommend this place enough. Will defo be returning my patronage. Opened the London Jazz festival. Thanks guys.
M. F. A.
The 606 Club is always a wonderful experience, an intimate ambience with top class music and delicious food. The basement location gives you this tucked away, concealed vibe that helps make it like the best kept secret in Chelsea! I've personally been many times and always had a fantastic evening. Highly recommended 👌
L. G.
Great venue! Music, food, staff were fantastic. Guiliermo made us feel welcome and looked after us for the entire night, making sure we had everything we needed! Thank you to him and to the 606 club for a wonderful Saturday night :)
A. S. T.
Amazing jazz club. Been there several times and always got to listen top musicians! Depending on evening you can find different style concert: Jazz, R&B, blues and more! Also food is delicious and friendly staff. I suggest you to book on weekends! Recommended for a special night!
A. B.
Great music, lovely food and really friendly, accommodating staff. It was nice to watch some live jazz on a Monday after work. I did have a group of about 10 friends who wanted to come along too, but as they were not members they decided not to come due to the "substantial meal" policy in order to drink alcohol. I understand this is part of their licensing agreement as a members club, however it definitely discouraged them from coming along.
Other than that, it was a really nice night and would definitely recommend.
J. D.
Good food and atmosphere, like the jazz club kind of decor and style
K. A.
Lovely intimate club with friendly staff and great food. A great jazz club look and feel.
Food service is fast and of outstanding quality.
Easy parking, thigh check the signs outside. Useful as public transport links I think aren't great.
V. L.
Most fabulous evening and so glad to be back at the 606 in the flesh after what seems an age. Great musicians, great service and great meal.
i. t.
Brilliant concert with our teacher Francesca Conffortini!🥰🥰❤❤🌹🌹💥💥🍀🍀💋💋💋
R. D.
Great atmosphere good food and Jaelee Smith and her band were brilliant!
D. S.
My favourite Jazz / live music venue in London. Unpretentious.... good food... great vibe.... focused on a great variety of very talented performers every month... it rarely fails to deliver a magical night if intimate passionate live performances from relatively "unfamous" highly skilled musicians is what you love.
M. N.
Very cozy place with good music and good food. Atmosphere is great and just great entertainment.
The room needs some acoustic treatment for the drums (was exceptionally loud and the mids a bit too strong IMO) but in general the music and experience is great.
V. S.
Great venue for live music, fantastic staff, and very reasonable prices I'm going again very soon.
K. C.
Great ambience, very good food, friendly staff and fantastic live music - what more one can want? Wholeheartedly recommended! 😁
S. T.
A great atmosphere, fantastic food and amazing music. First visit of many I hope.
M. F.
Club 606 is my new favourite in London! Heard from it by a jazz lover friend and after one night there (hard to find the first time !) I love it! The gig last Sunday showed Anita Wardell & band, with a first time performance by Nathan Brown, a newcomer playing jazz guitar! You can expect a new star being born here ! Anita is a star on her own! I love especially her slow songs, but she can also sing faster than I can talk! - The food is great: my roast lamb was perfect! What a lovely night out with top jazz!
A.
Awsome food, music and company! Still going strong with a full house and the very best of service from everyone at the club!
r.
Great Jazz bar.
This is a proper Jazz underground bar. The vibe is fantastic and food isn’t bad as well.
I can’t recommend enough for Jazz lovers.
S. A.
Tiny, intimate venue where tables are essentially right up against the band and each other. Service is very personal and friendly. Food menu is limited and there can sometimes be a wait, but it's delicious.
B. W.
I love this place. Despite it's superb reputation, it's a real hidden gem in London
J. H.
The Live streams have been an amazing experience for those of us who have been "locked down and isolated in the sticks"
- Having the chance to experience live musicians at home is so satisfying and super audio quality as well...... Please keep up live streams when lockdown ends- only one suggestion - maybe the stage lighting could be improved a little for broadcasts?
- Great system for us "Out of Town" fans !- still hope to make occasional live gigs as well, in future!- i try and spread the Word around at every opportunity!
John

The ribeye was juicy and fat.
I wasn’t paying much attention to the water but it hit the spot.

606 is a best jazz club in London!! Old traditions, fresh musicians, passionate owners. True alive jazz soul of London lives only here of all places and trust me I've been everywhere :)
Enjoy
H. F.
Great music but food and decor could be improved
S. A.
Great atmosphere, never been disappointed with the music. Love this place 😍
S. T.
Incredible place, authentic, original and superb good value for money quality entertainment. Never fails to deliver.
O. H.
Fantastic music. But you have to order a main meal to be able to drink and the kitchen is thoroughly m incompetent. The food is DISGUSTING. So, have a meal before you go, order the cheapest thing on the menu to satisfy food requirement and leave it untouched.
C. B.
Absolutely amazing! Fantastic food! Superb service! And the music was beyond my expectations! I love this place! Booked for next week already..
M. T. (. R. P. G.
Fantastic live music, good food and a special setting. Would highly recommend
B. A. (.
Nice jazz music and tasty meals. Had fun!
G. M.
Fantastic food, great atmosphere and music.
J. H.
This is one of my favourite places in London. Great music, warm and cosy atmosphere.
G. P.
Superb music, very nice atention. Also good kitchen to have dinner. Fantastic experience.
S. L.
Came here for the Jazz and really enjoyed the experience. They have a great line up and a wide selection of artists. Would really recommend coming here for a try. Note that if you are not member, you will need to order food (which isn't too expensive, around £10~20ish). Do book in advance, they tend to be full)
S. P.
👏👏 What a great venue! Cozy with fabulous ambience, good food and super talented musicians. Well worth a visit 💯
J. D.
Food was over priced and the portions were tiny. Music was great.
Go for the music not the food.
M. H.
Very enjoyable. It is (literally) a basement jazz club, quite cramped (but that is part of its attraction), good food and drink at a reasonable price for London and a live jazz set. Make sure you leave plenty of time to get there, it is a bit of a walk from the public transit.
S. V.
Classic jazz club with great line up of musicians. Good quality dinner is offered with vegetarian options. Not the easiest place to get to with public transport but worth the effort. Expect to pay £12 to £14 for the musicians & £30 to £50 for dinner.
C. H.
Really good jazz bar, food and wine great top, staff a tad grumpy but the music makes up for that!
P. L.
A must visit venue for any Londoner, its like being in someones living room you are so close to the music and the atmosphere is very friendly. The food is also really good. Well deserved 5 stars for 606.
S. P.
Just saw JJA & Heartbeat perform. Absolutely fabulous.
M. v. W.
Dinner and live music. Good atmosphere, nice people.
E. O. T. T. R.
Excellent venue. Worth going if you're in town!
T. T.
Was so good! We travelled across London for our anniversary. The food was amazing - definitely recommend the pate & the portion sizes were very generous! Great ambience, performers and service from the staff. Was a shame we had to leave because we had travelled far. Look forward to returning!!
J. G.
Excellent food, amazing jazz - what better way to spend a Sunday lunch. Both our kids are avid jazz fans so really nice to be welcomed in with younger jazz listeners too. Highly recommended and worth the commute!
E. Q.
Fabulous music, food and company
Very personal atmosphere and the acoustics are so fine for all serious Jazz fans. Exciting line ups too. You will forever remember this hidden gem.
P. G.
What a wonderful place - an absolute must for anyone and everyone
B. C.
Great food, even better music
K. G.
Amazing jazz club. Food is of a decent standard, the jazz is exceptional. Samara are a true delight. Faultless musicians and I have played for a long time. Been here a few times despite the fact its a good hours journey to get there. We'll worth the trip in my opinion.
T. B.
Great place, the jazz club like it should be. Ticket prices are reasonable , dinner prices as well. Food was tasty and fresh. Service was not bad, waitress who do the service was very helpful with meal and wine choice.
Only 4 star because I think that service charge which it is added to final bill its very unfair, specially that its jazz club, not a "posh" Michelin Star restaurant...
C. D.
4/5 as a jazz club; the band was excellent on our evening. 3/5 for the food; my steak was overcooked and the food prices in general were too high for what you receive. 2.5/5 for service; friendly waiters and quick, but we were pushed to order our mains a number of times. Our drinks menu was taken away almost instantly even though our whole table had yet to order drinks and there was no offering of any sauces with our mains. We had to request a waiter to actually take a dessert order.
T. T.
Top quality Live jazz. Decent food.
Good service. Top atmosphere
C. C.
Shared a delicious supper here with friends whilst listening to a couple of great jazz bands. The staff were helpful and super friendly. Would definitely recommend for a cool night out with friends or a romantic dinner à deux! 👍
G. E.
Great club! Totally love the 606 club...For lovers of Jazz Latin and RnB. You can expect nothing but top class performances with music from some of the greatest musicians bands singers in the world. Along with the music they also serve delicious food and drinks by lovely staff. A really nice atmosphere...top place 👍😊
M. A. Q. F.
We didn't know that we had to make a reservation, so the place was full! Lucky, us we were greeted wonderfully and they were wonderful at allowing us to take a quick peak at the show and even found us a good table. Was an amazing night, highly recommend
B. H.
Everyone needs to enjoy great live music in an intimate setting like you'll find at 606. We enjoyed our dinner, but were blown away by Purdy. Perfect sized room, with bigger talent than you'll expect at such a right sized place. Amazing.
E. S.
Absolutely adore this place. It's always such a special night out. An endless array of quality artists in an atmospheric venue with amazing food and a pretty lush wine list to boot.
P. S. C.
Ronnie Scott's or Blue Note it is not! I love a lot of the quality musicians and there is a very relaxed environment at 606, but sometimes too relaxed. Prices are reasonable, but the food (which you have to eat) and service leave a lot to be desired. I've been coming off and on for at least 4 years, but the food is still really poor. Been praying they'd change the kitchen and waiting staff, but still no joy. Totally unimaginative menu and when it's busy the staff just can't cope. Go to the venue hungry, then you'll more easily forgive the food.
A. J.
Excellent music. True supper club or speakeasy feel. You do have to eat in order to drink nut the food is worth it. We had a first class experience on a Sunday evening..
T. L.
Beautiful Jazz spot! Feels like you’ve been transported back to a 60s underground jazz club somewhere in New Orleans. Beautiful intimate atmosphere. Very good music (obv depending on who’s playing!)
Food ok and not that many options for drinks. Also a bit tricky to find and not the safest place to park a nice car - so truly authentic indeed ;)
T. A.
Wonderful atmosphere, really fabulous venue. So precious to still have a venue like this, when so many closing down. Great to be up close to bands. Very quick, friendly staff, tasty food.
D. R.
Great venue. Food was good but 2 suggestions: warm the plates, my sausage and mash was on the cold side. Serve a green veg like a Savoy cabbage or kale with mash potato not a salad.
L. R.
I used to go here 20 years ago. Revisited a few weeks ago. Same fab ambience. Great music. Decent food. Brilliant night out.
I. D.
We had a wonderful Valentine's Evening at the 606 Club last night with Sarah Dowling and her Band. Sarah is not only a talented singer but also animated, funny and she has incredible stage presence. The food at the Club was excellent and the atmosphere for wonderful too.

Great venue. Food is not great. The starters did not appear freshly prepared but more like from the nibble selection at Tesco's.
Music was great but I certainly feel this place could be spruced up a bit an given a little more class.
D. C.
Excellent experience - brilliant food, drink and music. Great buzz on reopening night!
M. R.
Excellent jazz venue, perfect size means there's not really a bad seat in the house. Good menu of reliable food food as well.
D. N.
Great Club! Down in the depths at Lots Road, Chelsea. The door looks like the back gate to a prison, but once throgh the door it's a nice, compact basement venue. Tables get you very close to the stage. Sound and lighting is good. Small bar at back and table service for a meal. Night out here will cost you £40-£50 a head depending. Strongly recommended
D. H. G.
Uncommon venue, low ceilings, brusque service and outstanding quality of acts. A top choice for any music lover in London. A cared for place, legendary but modest, capable of turning any night into a lifelong memory.
A. R.
Excellent food, top jazz just a few feet from the stage, v reasonable prices, slightly tarnished by the tut-tutting school ma’am who clearly needs to switch to a job she enjoys - but her 2 colleagues more than made up as nothing was too much trouble and were super happy to charge my depleting iPhone for the journey home; now that’s extra-mile hospitality👍
P. J.
We've seen the Hamish Stuart Band here twice. It's a terrific intimate venue. You are almost on stage with the band. The food here is excellent with a great menu.
I. M.
Really like the club and while Dave O'Higgins is an amazingly accomplished player, I didn't get a sense of "soul" or "heart" in the music. May have been me, tho.... Just back from holiday and maybe a touch if post holiday blues. Pianist was excellent.
R. S.
606 is a really great jazz club. I have never been disappointed. Jamie Calum apparently says it is the best live music venue in London. Switching genres, Wigmore Hall is pretty good. But 606 - the best jazz club for great bands, not always or even often that famous. Marvelous the location, atmosphere - entry through a wire gate, down steel stairs into a brick basement. Not a member, want to drink? You have to eat a full meal. This is not an issue. The food is by London standards reasonably priced and while simple good quality and well cooked. But you go for the music. Hot tip just heard Alison Limerick and Algorisms. First concert apparently. She is phenomenal. Go hear her.
J. Y.
Jazz as it should be. This little cosy gem of a place is located in a basement near Chelsea Harbour Way and is a great place for a night out on any day of the week. Due to the small size you'll be guaranteed a clear view of the musicians who play every night. This establishment also offers a tasty selection of dishes that change each week. As this place does get quite busy, try to book in advance to avoid disappointment!
S.
Very cool basement live music venue/restaurant in Chelsea. Had a lovely meal and saw a live jazz band on date night. Highly Recommended!
H. L.
I visit this Club with my daughter ( She’s regular ) to see a Female Brazilian Jazz Singer performing in this Club couple of years a go and really like this place, the food was fantastic and the music was awesome . For Jazz lovers, this is the place you have to visit.
C. R.
Nice place hidden in a basement. Very intimate and cozy. The food was good and various while they only serve beers in bottle and no whiskey which for a jazz club is quite strange.
E. H.
Intimate jazz club, great music every night and good food. I like that the music is taken seriously here, not as background entertainment during drinks and chatting. Jazz lovers will enjoy this place a lot!
S. W.
Very Intimate, Excellent Service, Jazz Live, one of London U.K. best Jazz venue in Chelsea. Had the most memorable time with someone very special. Acoustics & Sound in this venue is top level.
E. J.
Fantastic venue for live music. You have to book a table, no tickets issued, they just put a music charge on your bill. You do have to eat here if you want to drink.
Z. Z.
Been coming for years. Always love the vibe. Never had a bad night. Lovely people - a place to support because it truly is special.
M.
First time been to venue. Food good, reasonably priced. You pay for the music again reasonable. It is a jazz club. Can have tea/ coffee soft drinks or alcohol.
P. D. B.
The food was great, but the music was even better. Looking forward to going there again. It has a special atmosphere that makes you feel like going back in time.
l. a.
Small intermate, great atmosphere book ahead ...... Trout was supreme fizzy pink £36 per bottle little bit more than I expected music was excellent and I can spell dizzy Gillespie now the drummer was very friendly 'giggle'.....a good night out .even though I...went home alone....
J. Z.
I can't believe more people don't go here! I took my boyfriend's parents who are very into jazz, and despite not being a jazz fan myself every single person had a blast.
We saw Ola Onabule - it was intimate, professional, and 100% entertaining. Would very highly recommend going on a night to see him.
J. L.
Fantastic iconic jazz venue with great acts, seating close to stage and superb atmosphere. Nice food, good value, with vegetarian options.
M. K.
Super music, good food. Nice place.
S. A.
Intimate venue with excellent musicians and tamed atmosphere.
R. W.
Absolutely loved this place. A hidden little gem. The music was amazing and we enjoyed a tasty meal aswell. Will definitely be going back!
G. L. P.
The 606 has been around for 35 years, run by musician Steve Rubie, renowned as the place to hear the best of British jazz every single night. Many infamous late-night hangouts have happened in the basement club – we can’t name names, or tell stories though… but according to the cheeky little’n Jamie Cullum, 606 is “London’s best music venue”. And he ought to know.
In an unexpectedly industrial feeling location around Chelsea Harbour way, you'd be forgiven for thinking you were looking for number 606. You aren't - that's in homage to where the club originally was on King's Road. Now it's accessed via a red brick arch, an intercom and a jaunt through the blissful Boho mild chaos of the front office, which reveals this gem of a club and it's true sabby chic, intimate, interior. It fits 165, but really just feels like someone's amazing front room. With live music and food.
It’s a small club with tables radiating out from the stage in the centre. Wherever you sit, you’ll get a great view. With musicians every day, sometimes twice, you can be assured that every effort has gone into getting the very best acts out there. This is a true jazz club just as it should be.
M. J.
Top Lindon jazz club. I always go here on Sunday nights when I'm in London.
J.
Up close jazz. Food is good if not great, atmosphere is unlike anything else. Tremendous place for a Sunday afternoon roast meal with culture.
D. W.
The jazz band were awesome, and the food was a very good quality and reasonably priced. Service was excellent.
E. H.
Had a great night at this establishment! The place was cool had good food, drink and quality music with a good atmosphere and attentive service! Definitely recommend and will be back! 😎
R. P. L.
Great music, good food, perfect, cosy basement jazz club vibe.
D. O.
One of the coolest jazz clubs in London. Relaxed atmosphere and great food. You must try the in house chips too.!
a. h.
Super jazz club and superbe selection of lives I loved it. Very well situated in a calme quarter... Don't expect great food... As all jazz clubs their strength isn't in th food...
P. H.
Fabulous music, good food. If you aren't a member be sure to book ahead and confirm your booking on the day
M. H.
Fantastic intimate Jazz venue, friendly and welcoming.
N.
Stunning venue. A cellar with a stage and about 20 tables. Excellent sound. Fun vibes. Good food. Good service.
R. P.
Great night, all you want from a jazz club - Spike Wells,Eddie Myer, Riley Stone-Lonergan gave us a great show, Service and food excellent too.... reminded me of Small in Manhattan
P. o. B.
Small, cosy place. They serve food and drinks..I watched a gospel live band performance and thoroughly enjoyed myself.
B. B.
Great venue, delicious meals, gorgeous musicians, but as a single person it's almost impossible to get a good table...
C. B.
stunning evening. the musicians were so tight. food good. the friendliness of every person we encountered was so refreshing.
M. B.
Excellent club with top musicians always playing. Good food and atmosphere. A true experience.
P. D.
One of favourite clubs. Tucked away in the back streets of Chelsea lurks this gem. Good food, cool jazz from newbies to greats.
S. A.
Underground place...not as alive as others however a good place to go if there is nothing on the agenda. A heads up, you need to order food to get drinks. Music was good.
J. K.
Historic Jazz Bar. Cool location. Great Music performance. Astonishing. Surprisingly very good restaurant.
B. S.
Great club. Great music. For fans of jazz in a real environment, it's one of the best spots in London.
C. D.
A delightful, laid back and intimate venue. Exactly the sort of place jazz enthusiasts seek in mood, temperament and location.

Fabulous nightly Music venue, showcasing the best in British based Music talent, super atmosphere, unique vibe, great food & cool staff!!. One of London hidden gems.
N. H.
Completely different than Ronnie Scott's: more intimate and personal. Tasty food and fantastic music. This is a place you'll want to return to.
S. A.
Fantastic evening of first rate jazz. Very reasonable price and a tasty steak. What's not to like!!
S. H. S.
Brilliant evening with Bruce Mississippi Johnson #606club
I. M.
The music is exceptional, the venue perfect but service is patchy and the food could be described, at best as pub food.
J. E.
Fantastic music. Friendly vibe. We had a brilliant time here. Recommended.
a. t.
Disappointing live music, way too many components to the band (1 bass , 2 guitars, 1 sax, 1 singer, 1 drums, 1 pianist who also played a keyboard simultaneously and 1 percussionist), style more appropriate for older audiences
R. K.
One of the best live music venues in London. Great vibe, intimate setting and amazing food!
b. r.
Great atmosphere and nice brunch whilst listening to good and entertaining gospel music
R. C.
Pub style Jazz club. Nice atmosphere, more informal tha rival Pizza Jazz Express or Ronnie Scott.

Lovely friendly proper jazz club, decent food, decent wine, fair prices, good live real jazz. The real deal.
B. K.
Exceptional good music and atmosphere. Good food and service. Enjoyed our night a lot!
A. W.
Fabulous little jazz club with a speakeasy feel, the only reason I've given it only 3 stars is the food......it's all a bit bland!
a. d.
Best jazz spot in London, good food too,but please keep the drummer s in check
R. K.
Nice intimate surrounding with a great performance. The food was good and the service from our waitress Maria was exceptional.
