This place always has top singers, the vibe is very pleasant and culturally enriched with an excellent friendly service. As a customer I can appreciate how much investment is done to keep the place among the best and affordable at the same time. No compromising when it comes to making it enjoyable and safe . Security and all members of staff are always in the lookout to make sure no harassment is experienced by the ladies and is a family friendly environment. The food is delicious, I love the grilled baby chicken. One of my favourite places in London. I enjoy always excellent customer service.

This was my second visit to the lounge. It's very spacious and can get cold if heaters are not on, so ensure to wrap up in winter. Shisha is good and coal came when it needed to without asking. Overall service is great and a great lounge for a night out.

This place is just amazing. The manager is so welcoming and always greets his customers and when they leave he never failed to ask us how our experience was and if everything was ok. He is a good man and deserves every success. The staffs are all polite, I never experienced anything wrong at this place. Perfect place for an evening out with friends or with your partner. The food is good too, I usually order chicken burger or wrap with mojitos and jug of lemonades. I hope this place will not change and will always have this amazing service.

I've been visiting Bamboo lounge for five and half years with my friends if not once always twice a week. The atmosphere is great and so is the music, They also have the best singers (local & internationally). The staff are very friendly and look after you, nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond to serve you quick and make sure that you are comfortable. The venue is beautiful and big enough to accommodate any number you come with, the owner of the place (Hassen) is the best and kindest person i have met, he is always there making sure that everyone is having good time . The SHISHA and the FOOD are absolutely amazing and there's a wide variety of selection of food, we start to write what we ate so we can chose other food next time . I totally recommend to never miss on the desserts. Finally, bamboo lounge once you visit you will get addicted to the place you not alone 🤝

I’ve recently been going with my friends to this lounge and its really good! We’ve had amazing service from Mouhcine who has been our waiter several times. Very professional, polite and attentive at all times. The live music is great and lots of people come to enjoy themselves. Love how everyone comes together to have fun and enjoy the evenings. The singers sing different cultured songs and do take requests. Lots of interaction between the singer and guests. The owner is always present and ensures the guests are attended to which is great to see. The food is great and the shisha is pretty good. Definitely recommend this place!

Cause for the following reasons Bamboo lounge is a place important to my heart because following reasons and facts. > First in London and in the whole of UK there no other shishia, restaurant and live music Entertainment venue exist except “Bamboo lounge”. > Second bamboo it’s the only place that you will feel safe and secure and whether you are with your family or with your loved ones or as a couple from the management and the owner of Bamboo to the Waitrose and security they will make sure to ensure you and your loved ones that that your safety and privacy is appalled to the most respectful way. Not like other places that you will be getting interference from the strangers that doesn’t happen in Bamboo because the owner himself imposed rules to remove anyone who is acting dodgy or troubling his customers. > Third, There is no other place you can compare to Bamboo lounge were you go and experience the real historical, unique arab live music and entertainment. Also, I personally have been going Bamboo lounge for years and since then I have been enjoying having a great joyful moments every single time I go bamboo because I call bamboo my second house of joy for the following reasons I thought that safety and the family orientated security that Bamboo gives you I associate Bamboo with happiness whenever I am down or after a long day at work or studying every single day I will around 7 pm are used to call and all my friends know that basically calling Bamboo time meaning after headache and hectic day you can’t be assured when you going to Bamboo and order a their lush blueberry /raspberry ice by shisha or apple and me rest of there lush shishia at Bamboo. The great stuff will issue you have a great time and forget all about your problems for the few hours you are there. I recommend you to go to bamboo and experience that if you haven’t been to Bamboo. I hope you to go on experience bamboo like me. Because there is no other place in London like bamboo you can have 7 days life music, Friday night and the Weeknd vibes are lit. Saturday night there is a great Dj from8 to 12 mid night and two outstanding singers till 3 am who make sure then you definitely experience the real Bamboo vibes of Iraqi/Arabic,/English/latino. It’s doesn’t matter where are you from still be always welcome with a smile at Bamboo and have a fun and enjoy your time and your friends and family and loved ones. Bamboo lounge it’s the only place that unites all the divided Arabs community in the uk and around the world. We might not be United in our opinions and believe but for we are all unite as always is being Bamboo lounge dancing and listening and embracing each other’s culture and music. 4: There’s no other place who can’t offer or do a great party or celebration rather than Bamboo, personal I have done two of my birthdays at Bamboo people talk about it because of the love and tip class service from the amazing stuff and management. 5: And also Bamboo the offer and great food for writers of cultural Arab Couzines and they have great shares and the test of the food, drinks are testy delicious, amazing. Last but not least the staff members from the will Make sure that they do provide you with the top service and also, They are well mannered and then they will treat you with respect and make sure you had a great time. To me this why Bamboo has been successful business running for six years and we recently celebrated with them the sixth birthday party of consistent success and inshallah many more successful Bamboo and the best is yet to come. We are regular customer at Bamboo lounge for shisha and live entertainment in the evenings, regular football matches on a cinema screen and recently for traditional Iraqi breakfast. This lounge is different to any other lounge, after the recent refurbishment it has grown in popularity and you will see live music every day of the week, traditional Middle Eastern food all night and shishas in all different flavours, catering to all parties. The staff are all very hard working and kind, and this is one of the few places you will see a fair divide of men and women, with regular customers and faces, I am comfortable to come here with my friends, husband and parents due to its clean environment and nature and many thanks to Hassan the owner for always taking care of his customers.

I really like this lounge. I was welcomed in by an amazing staff member called ‘Saeed’. He showed me to my table and had the biggest, happiest smile on his face. Everyone was helpful and the service was amazing, thanks to all the staff. Saeed was my favourite. He made sure I was ok and happy throughout. Shisha isn’t the best compared to others around the area, nice vibe, atmosphere is good, and the service is good, they try to appease you with whatever is needed/wanted. £25 for shisha, and £2 for a big bottle of water. Service is slow especially when the place is extremely busy.

I went here yesterday with friends. In terms of the ambience the music is really good thanks to they’re amazing DJ. Dancing to dabke is followed in the middle of the lounge by a member of staff from which I saw. Customer service is okay. The attends to us efficiently however they served me my starter and main at the same time which wasn’t good as my main will get cold whilst eating the starter. After taking your order your expected to pay immediately which I think is wrong as most restaurants ask you to pay after you’ve eaten! They seem to be a money minded business and care more about the money than the reputation of the business. When I rang the restaurant the prior to coming asking about closing times and parking the manager seemed rude by his tone of voice. The customer service is again average, many of them don’t seem to have interpersonal skills and seem to be rude and arrogant. It’s like they don’t like being bothered even though they’re job is to be waiters. The food is average, they’re salad isn’t fresh and didn’t taste very nice. Apart from that the kebabs and freshly squeezed juices were good. For shisha we ordered a double apple and mint meaning it has a longing burning time however this wasn’t the case when we got it. Which was replaced quickly. For a weekday the music was very good the DJ (I don’t know his name) is very good!

Came here on a Saturday night and boy was it busy! Even though it was packed, we easily found parking on the main road, about a minutes walk away. Staff here were good, but I feel they were a little understaffed for how busy it was. The manager was constantly making sure everyone was getting the service they should be even though when I spoke to him he mentioned two staff had called in sick that evening. Good quality shisha and food was very good quality too. Recommend you visit here for both.

We have been visiting Bamboo Lounge during the lockdown period. The service we have received from Salama has been exceptional. He is always there to ensure we have the food/shisha on time and always available to assist.

The food was good. The entertainment however is unbelievably fun. I love my Arabic atmosphere and I loved every minute of the music and the musicians. However the choice of staff members (specifically the men) is poor. Unfortunately there is an Egyptian guy who always for some reason serves us and he really can make you (girls) feel uncomfortable. The place originally was such a well known and respected lounge however the type of men and ladies that go there now have made the place a little more on the trashy side.

If you are looking for a bubbly, nice environment, with music to dance to then here is the place for you. However when we went they hardly had anything on the menu, which is a downfall for the company. So no soft drinks, smoothie, no desserts i had to order water and just plain shisha which kept burning and smoke wasnt great.

I genuinely loved the atmosphere at this place, had been to this place on the recommendation of a friend. I wouldn't make this my usual as it's a bit far from where I live. The place has got outdoor heaters that keep you warm in the coldest of climates and the shisha are made to suit your needs as we were asked, "how the shisha is" number of times. Shows that they treat the customers the way they should.

I have been going to Bamboo every other weekend for the past two years and the experience has always been exceptional. The service has always we. excellent. There are a couple of guys - Rambo ( yes Rambo of all service ) and Ali who go above and beyond to meet customers expectations. The food is delicious and fresh and they have a variety of traditional Lebanons and Pizzas. With regard to the Shisha, they might have set the standard really high. Highly recommended!!!!

I like it how if you sit in the far back end in the conservatory section of the restaurant, you can tap on the buzzer on the tables and the waiter comes and serves you immediately it's a great opportunity to think about what dishes you want to try and order. In terms of price wise, the food is fairly cheap and delicious but the shisha prices needs to tone down a little bit, hopefully if a discount is given would be much appreciated. All thanks to my beautiful girlfriend bringing me here as I enjoyed an amazing day watching the World Cup match after work hours. I've never had known about this place if it wasn't for her.

This has been my regular shisha spot for over a year and I've enjoyed it but... They now charge you a minimum spend per person no matter the time of day or why you are there. If you just pop in for a shisha and a tea, you won't meet the minimum spend and you're then forced to buy extra bottles or something to make up the rest of the money. I love that they have a rewards card and I've earned pleanty on it, well done. But you need to get rid of this minimum spend. Or at least only do it on nights you have live music.

Stopped in for tea and shisha and was wonderful experience! Their selection of teas is unreal - and I mean REAL tea....not brewed from a teabag! There was an assortment of fragrant shisha flavors, from double apple to what taste you want, so I was really spoilt for choice! I recommend going thru their entire list before just asking for your favourite. They also do really nice and fresh juice made from a machine and you can even spectate the employees how they really do the whole progress from 0 till its finished. They also serve good shish kebab, hamburgers and even more . There are also events starting at 9 pm till 12 from monday to thursday. This place will be my only place i would enjoy being at .

I have been to plenty of places all over London , I could say that Bamboo lounge is the best , my recommendations based on the following2 ; 1. Very good management, professional and welcoming , do make you feel you are at your own place 2, Service is good , clean tidy place, they try their best to satisfy the customer , I personally smoke shisha and I noticed many times if anyone is unhappy with the shisha they even change the head free of charge to satisfy him/her 3. very enjoyable live music , different styles, 4. Very strict no alcohol place which make it very family and friendly oriented place 5. there are 2 seating areas where you could chose from either at the live music or the quiet area , so plenty of options 6. Regarding the minimum charge , I believe its very reasonable , as there are no single place in the UK that would allow free of charge live music, and bamboo lounge minimum charge is part of your spending it means free entry and I doubt it if anyone would like to spend an evening , with dinner, drinks , shisha and assuming the bill will be less than 15 or 25 pounds . 7. they allow you to have a free birthday party as no charge for the birthday party , you can bring your own cakes , not like all other places where you have to buy cakes from the place and charge you extra for the party , adding to that the singer and the lounge employees will celebrate it with you 8. respectable place where people dignity , is protected and no place for dirty things as any suspicious actions are not tolerated and strict actions are taken I have been going to the lounge on a regular bases with friends , colleagues and family members and never faced any disrespect or under estimating behaviours from the management or employees All in all I do recommend it for everyone who would like to spend a good time and enjoy the nice atmosphere Thanks Dr. Ali
