Reviews of Cadogan Hall
S. W.
Wonderful evening seeing Frankies Guys. Such a lovely building and very well organised. The bar area was spacious and we got served very quickly. All staff very courteous. We have booked a few more shows as we had a good experience there. Go and try and enjoy.
A.
A beautiful and surprisingly intimate venue for classical concerts. A concert at Cadogan Hall had been on my list for some time so I was very pleased to finally be able to visit. The Hall is impressive and the seating well spaced to allow for great views and more importantly a superb listening experience for any position. We were treated to the equisite Royal Philharmonic Orchestra who were faultless. The highlight half way through was the appearance of Japanese solo violinist Fumiaki Miura. It was quite special to see one of the world's be soloists in person. A night to remember
P. H.
A familiar venue. We saw Maddy Prior there yesterday. It is comfortable, beautiful and you see the stage very well. The prices of events can be quite reasonable. The hall is in the poshest part of Chelsea.
C. C. (.
Always a brilliant venue, tight and acoustically excellent. Music just piles over you. Hearing pipes crashing over rock music is just unbelievable.
L. A.
Keala Settle was beyond amazing.
The Hall is a beautiful building.
It was clean staff were pleasant & helpful & only 2 minutes walk from the nearest tube station, Sloan Square.
Will definitely go to another event at this venue.
A. T.
Went to see Gyles Branderath and Susie Dent in Something Rhymes with Purple Fantastic show and it really is a great venue although a lot of whining from people about having to walk up 60 steps to the stalls. Block B in the gallery leaves you level with the people on stage but ton closer than the back of the stalls
S. S.
Lovely venue, good acoustics, friendly staff. But one bar that runs out of draught beer, and then just about everything! ; and another bar that shuts early when there's still plenty of paying punters shows a lack of planning and organisation.
R. L.
First visit to this venue and I was impressed. Not too large an auditorium so good view from everywhere. Good acoustics made for an enjoyable evening. The only negative was the slowness of vacating the building at the end of the concert. Why don't they open all the exits?
J. P.
Great venue, good views, comfortable seats with plenty of leg room, good acoustics and view of the stage. Looks like it's been renovated recently so very clean. Bar a bit pricey but nothing unusual for London. Highly recommended as a music venue.
b. g.
It was quaint. Clean venue and friendly stuff. I enjoyed my visit.
A. G.
Visited in person to book concert tickets without paying rip off booking fee. Efficient service. They gave me printed tickets and had staff serving me. No booking fee. Online booking £4 but e-ticket and no staff required. How does that work?
J. S.
This was a great venue for my grandson's school concert. Convienient location, a decent bar and good seats. The only drawback was not enough restrooms, particularly ladies', for such a full house.
C. E.
Love this gorgeous old grande dame of theatres. Sort of Art Deco - a quick Google is more reliable than me. Whoever schedules the shows is brilliant. Always something fantastic on - surprises and old favourites. Live music gigs !!
R. C.
Really lovely concert hall, just off Sloane Square (which was magically twinkly for Christmas). Easy to get too by tube and bus. If you are driving, parking roadside limited as all permit parking.
From a mobility perspective, very kind staff, plus lift. There are no stairs for stalls but quite a steep slope down to stage front so need to be careful/have assistance.
Seats are roomy, with decent leg space (for a 5'4" curvy plus lady) but slope back so if you are a 'sit upright' person like me, you might find uncomfortable! I created cushion out of jacket which resolved my backache but I am a bit odd like that so could just be me but why I marked 4 out of 5!
Overall super venue, exta helpful and smiley staff and great location. Oh and 'Down for the Count' who were the entertainment that night pretty fabulous too. Absolutely recommend them too.
J. E.
Really easy to get to and a large all seated hall. There's only a couple of feet between the front row and the stage and wherever you sit you get an excellent view! The toilets are OK and there's 2 bars.
A. A.
Well spent Sunday afternoon at Cardogan Hall enjoying Beethoven 250th Anniversary Piano Concerto Series 5 with
Elizabeth Sombart and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
H.
Fab Christmas concert 'by candlelight'. Upstairs balcony just over stage a nice seat for watching the orchestra, with direct side views of stage. Combo of seated and standing for carols. Bar had queuea that moved quickly.
A. P.
My first visit to Cadogan Hall. I knew of it as a supplementary venue of "the Proms" and anticipated a degree of pomp. Not so.
I found the staff to be helpful and welcoming. Prices at the bar are not excessive. My view, from the gallery was unimpeded and the performance was A1.
J. S.
Had a great evening with Fearne Cotton at her book launch night 🚀 📖
S. W.
Lovely venue, friendly team. No fault of the venue but the audience don't get up to dance & sing along at upbeat concerts 🤷🏻♀️
G.
Went to see a long awaited show!
Lovely cosy venue, with a robust restored feel to the main reception room & bar. Venue layout easy to follow with good access to toilets between stair levels. Well kept overall, including nice clean toilets.
We sat at stalls (row J) and the seat distancing and knee/leg room was good, seats averagely compfy. Staggered views not that great for watching lots of center stage stuff tbh, I had to keep leaning to see around the head of person in front. Sound and lighting; the whole ambience was otherwise excellent and perfectly chill.
air temp control good middle ground - I could relax and take off my coat and gloves.
Staff very friendly and professional, taking the time to help you efficiently despite the show starting in minutes!
Prices for drinks are typical London prices (eg some £6-8 glass of wine and something like £5 per can on beer). Of course they offer you beer in those flimsy festival plastic cups, but that's nothing new really. Range of bar drinks are fair with a bit of everything, queuing system often loose but it doesn't take too long to be served with several tills open at once.
I also happened to leave my gloves behind; and they replied (email) within 12hrs of my email enquiry - informing me that they had them and to pop in to collect between performance hours. So very prompt.
Had a lovely time and experience! Keen to go back sometime.
A. S.
It is a great concert hall. A little bit too much natural reverb if you are there to listen to a small jazz combo, but likely a nice effect for a large orchestra.
A. W.
Amazing to have the opportunity to perform here. Stunning building with beautiful art deco touches. Friendly audience. Wonderful soloists. Really helpful and friendly house staff.
A. J.
Fabulous venue..Went there for Barbara Pravi a couple of nights ago..great in everyway until after the show..Honestly I would return anytime for an evening there. Acoustics are fabulous, staff were so friendly . We didnt have a problem with meeting Barbara afterwards, as we were amongst the first out of the concert. I would suggest the venue allows more time for artists like Barbara to spend more time with her fans after the show / sell her LP's or Cd's. She could have sold so much more and fans were asked to leave as no more time ..Perhaps allow more time and even sell drinks after the venue during this time ?
T. W.
A great place to experience good music with an intimate feeling.
L. T. H.
Wonderful venue. A historic and beautiful building which was constructed in 1907 as a church, then converted into a concert hall in recent years.
The main downside is the layout. As I was sitting in the balcony on stage right, I had to go up several flights of stairs, then enter the other side of the balcony any walk all the way around. When leaving, it took five minutes to reach the front door. This was despite me being sat next to a door which led straight down, but which I was told was for VIPs only.
In addition, we were encouraged to buy raffle tickets at the interval, but the downstairs hall was so disorganised and crowded that we really had hundreds of people squished together, eventually trying to work out the wavy queuing system. I got up from my seat at the start of the interval and returned 20 minutes later, having done nothing but buy raffle tickets. Surely there has to be a more efficient way than such a long, slow walk and such a messy, slow queue?
M. G.
Ah our annual tickets to non other than The Definiative Rat Pack.the sound system seems to have been upgraded and there's a wonderful set of decorations put up along with the biggest tree I've ever seen indoors. We have had the best time and most of call we enjoyed the entertainment.
A. S.
Love this venue, sound is brilliant in there, we went to see the manfreds so could have done with a standing area. But as a listening venue superb and great view as you aren't far from stage, beware there are 62 steps to the circle area! But lift is available. Drinks at bar were really well priced.
L. W.
Beautiful historic venue with plenty of room to meet in the bar area. Helpful staff. Great location a few steps from the tube station.
D. H. (.
A beautiful looking and sounding hall with comfortable and spacious seats.
Susanna Fairbairn was the outstanding note to a masterfully delivered performance of Handel's Messiah
R. K.
A really marvellous venue hosting an eclectic range of musical concerts . The performances from young opera singers were outstanding, an absolutely brilliant evening.
J. S.
This is a comfortable concert hall, well appointed and with good acoustics. The Covid closed cloakrooms are still closed (but the loos are open!)
A. W.
Wonderful venue with clear sight lines and very comfortable seats. I love going to concerts there 🎼🎶🎶🎶🎹🎟🙏👏👏👏
R. R.
One of the nicest concert venues - classical, rock, stand-up, whatever. Close to Sloane Square Tube station and excellent bus routes.
G. S.
Good evening jazz. Bar serves excellent g&t. Must be only place in London where its the men who queue for the loo on jazz nights!
S. P.
Great venue. Most seats you get s good view of the stage
G. M.
Excellent venue for excellent performances, small and cozy compared to other halls, but the calibre of the performances makes up for it.
C. S.
Great concert hall to see orchestras or smaller groups. On the smaller scale but has all usual amenities.
M. R.
Such a stunning hall. Came here for a Christmas carol concert. It was very nice and such incredible music was played, ranging from classical music, to opera to old school carols. There are many performances here throughout the year, and the architecture of the hall has been optimised for the best sound. This was something experienced.
S. M.
Excellent venue for live music, view from all areas is good and geat acoustics
T. V.
Very intimate venue! Lovely staff ! Amazing revival concert in a very prestigious area in the heart of London
P. R.
Great venue for music with good sound quality, small but adequate bar, handy for underground,
R. B.
Recently and expensively refitted with lovely, comfortable well spaced flip seats. The sound is fantastic. It's literally moments from Sloane sq.
A. C.
Great venue - comfy seats good view
C. F.
Sat in the gallery towards back and sound and vision very good. Comfortable seating too.
M. I.
First time seeing a jazz choir and was super impressed.
The hall is large and all the seating was comfortable. Snacks and drinks are also available in the foyer.
J. C.
Lovely Concert venue in Chelsea, close to tube, buses and restaurants. Staff very helpful.
G. D.
A venue for mainly musical performances. Convenient location and limited facilities. But many of the performers are world class.
G. R.
Fantastic acoustics in this world famous concert hall has a bar in the foyer just next to Sloane Square underground station!
E.
A great venue for orchestral, choral and acoustic music. Went to a brilliant concert by Canada’s National Arts Centre Orchestra with Jan Lisiecki, piano & David DQ Lee, countertenor. The sight lines in the venue are very good from practically all of the seats.
C. R.
An absolutely gorgeous venue. Beautifully appointed and furnished. A very classy and comfortable place to spend an evening. If you're well attuned to sound mixing, make sure to sit in the centre stalls mid/rear for the sweet spot of the speakers.
L. G.
Lovely venue for intimate concerts ...and the acoustic is great
C.
Such a lovely place. Been here several times now and it's always had such a good atmosphere. Super easy to get to once you get off the Underground (Sloane Square) and great seats wherever you sit.
M. A.
A very nice concert hall just a few minutes walk away from Sloane Square tube station - the acoustics are good, and it seems that there isn't a seat in the auditorium without a great view of the stage.
S. H.
Jonathan was brilliant and so was the pianist! The theatre had fantastic acuistics. Beautiful building. Easy to find
J. W.
Good seating, very helpful staff, wonderful choir, accompanying band and excellent reading by Kevin Whatelely. Easy access, just a short walk from Sloan Sq. Station. A terrific evening. Thank you all at Cadogan Hall!
F.
Great seats, venue very close to tube, good access within and of course the concert was amazing
L. M.
A really nice venue with a great atmosphere but also a very close vibe. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening!
J. F.
Intimate concert venue close to Sloan Square tube station
M. N.
I heard Bartok's Concerto for Orchestra played by the London Philharmonic. Fantastic experience
E. S.
Keala. settle Cancel her last concert. At this lovley hall 20 hours before. It was due to talk place. Lotts of people complain. But Keala did not make an statement Not even s sorry before you book for this lady. She and her team may let you down. Cudogan hall Team could not of been more sorry. Lovley people lovley place. But this lady and her team just want Ya cash
L. C.
Recently saw The Manfreds at this venue and was really impressed. The bar was comfortable & reasonably priced (around £24 for a bottle of chardonnay). Was so impressed we have booked for another show.
I. B.
Lovely venue to hear opera performances. Booked online top price seats in the centre gallery but Cadogan Hall website failed to warn me that our view would be spoilt by the guard rail round the edge of the gallery so I watched the performance with an obscured view of singers' faces. Seats cost as much as stalls but were nowhere near as comfortable with insufficient room between each numbered space on the benches. Leaving the hall afterwards took a while due to the building's construction. What would happen when emergency evacuation is needed can only be guessed. I shall return but probably not in the gallery.
P. M.
A splendid concert hall: excellent acoustics and (in the stalls) the most comfortable seats available in any London concert hall. Plus, you get a workout climbing the steps to reach the hall, especially if you are heading for the gallery. (Lifts are available.)
M. J. B.
A charming and intimate place to hear music. Views from the balcony can be partially blocked by the thick railing so get the first row if you're up there. An honest space that is all about the performance.
C. V.
Great venue and event. Well organised, good service at the bar and comfortable seats with good view.
A. A.
Attended a performance there.Accessible disables entrance, assistance offered. Great acoustics.
E. B.
Absolutely love this place, a unique venue to enjoy lots of various artists. I saw Jenna Russell on Sunday as usual incredibly entertaining not only singing but making us all laugh updating us about her career.
G. E.
Comfy seats, great acoustics, lovely staff, excellent bar - and the music was sublime
P. A.
Fantastic concert venue in the heart of London. 3 minute walk from Sloane Square tube station and really easy to get to. The bathrooms are well maintained and pleasant, and there's a ticketed coat/baggage service downstairs. The drinks are very reasonably priced and there are two bars.
In the actual hall, almost every seat has a great view of the stage, and it's nice and warm. The hall hosts some incredible ensembles and conductors and it's definitely worth experiencing.
N. C. M.
Lovely venue with great staff. Social distancing measures in place and full of Christmas spirit!
C. W.
Great venue - our first ever visit! Perfect for a chamber concert.
Staff well organised for Covid, with careful checks before entry. Only between 30 and 50% full, although remaining tickets now on sale. Oddly, audience were allocated seats in blocks rather than spaced out.
Sound quality wonderful.
t. m.
saw Dave Holland and John Scofield here, great gig
b.
Great venue. Comfortable seats. Excellent gig. Recommended.
R. N.
Converted Christian Science church building to musical venue. Good acoustics but lots of climbing staircases. Do great Christmas concerts.
M. R.
Fabulous evening with the amazing BBC Big Band
S. C.
Love this concert hall. It is just the right size and the acoustics are amazing. Great location too.
L. B.
Lovely arena. Front of house staff so friendly and helpful. Good views.
S. A.
Fabulous location. It's great to be back listening to live music and the front row of the gallery is the best place to appreciate it. Resident orchestra is the Royal Philharmonic; what more do you want?!
M. J. B.
Fantastic venue with an eclectic range of music staged throughout the year.
C. B.
Pleasant classical music venue. Easy to get to and friendly staff
A. W.
Excellent acoustics, the Bands of the Household Cavalry regiments were simply wonderful, soul stirring stuff, great venue, great music.
J. D.
Lovely building and fab concert
I. S.
Beautiful place to go listen royal orchestra events. I definitely recommend to go there for event.
D. C.
Great venue and great location. Went there to watch the recording of Pod Save America and Lovett or Leave It podcasts, perfect venue for this type of event
G. M.
A lovely venue with excellent acoustics.
R. F.
Attended a concert here recently. A nice and cosy place to watch a performance. Very beautiful and clean. I was shocked the drinks at the bar weren't expensive at all.
C. B.
On entry, there is a large open meeting space with doors leading off to the bars, cloakroom, toilets and the main concert hall. When booking you are clearly offered a choice of good and bad seating, however, at the venue I found it quite intimate, and wouldn't mind sitting almost anywhere here. Access was good, but be aware that gallery seats are only accessible via a staircase with 62 steps, so if your knees aren't up to it, do not book Gallery seating! Staff were excellent and most helpful. I found that the cloakroom can get really quite busy after a performance, so avoid if you have to leave quickly to catch a train, but the staff were very quick and remembers what items I had left. Toilets were clean and functional. Sadly no photography is not allowed during any performance and all phones must be turned off, so if you do want a picture, ensure that pictures are taken before and after the event. Sound quality was good for the performance I saw. Whilst the venue and area is quite smart, there is no dresscode at all here.
D. A.
Absolutely perfect size for small concerts.
V. L.
Super venue, great acoustics, thoroughly enjoyed Bill Frissell
L. B.
A most wonderful theatre.
P. C.
My favourite Venue in London
I love going to shows here. It is really good if you are fan of who u are going to see.
It seats around 1000 so all seats a good.
There are loads of restaurants in the area.
Went to see Sorry Borgess who was amazing
S. Y.
This is an amazing space for an intimate concert. Every seat is a perfect view and acoustics are fabulous. Absolutely fabulous evening.
P. L.
What a wonderful place! Somehow not heard of it before 🤷🏼♀️🤦♀️ Certainly planning to visit again! More "Something Rhymes With Purple" please! 🙏😄
H. R.
The VE concert delayed from 2020 was well worth the wait. Brilliant
v. c.
Beautiful, atmospheric Hall, well run, lovely staff. Great viewpoints, not a bad seat in the house.
L. D. T.
Just finished viewing the talk with Brian Eno and Yanis Varoufakis.
It's the first time here, the location and venue are excellent. Great discussions, very relevant indeed around the situation around politics, money, power and the need for radical change - (massive subject itself). Couldn't help, but think even though it was very insightful. I figured it was the wrong crowd approached. Especially people who can't afford high ticket prices, and, paying the price of missing out on these exciting subjects - being educated on such matters is very important. It needed to have lower ticket prices and kind of defeated the point of the issues a little.
Learnt some new insights and hopefully will see more of this, in the coming weeks/months.
Great guests overall, can't knock that.

We went to watch the wonderful Christmas show with the Stagebox kids performing! Great venue - super show!!
L. V.
Great venue, wonderful concerts, fab quality of orchestras and choirs.Slow leaving due to the age of everyone walking slow down one set of stairs.Try to rush out before the majority leave..
I. W.
Not a venue I've been to before, but it's big enough to attract reasonable size acts, but with decent views of the stage. The act I saw (Rick Wakeman solo with just a piano) didn't really test the acoustics. TIP, the main bar gets very busy, but there is a smaller one downstairs to the left which got less busy and I got served almost immediately. I'd put this venue up there with the Union Chapel, on the plus side, seats are numbered, on the downside, it doesn't have the UC's old world charm. By the end of this summer will have been here another 4 times as they seem to be booking some interesting acts.
G. C.
Average size concert hall. Comfortable seating. Even the cheap seats at the back of the auditorium have unhindered views and are raked up slightly so very good value.
G.
A fantastic venue for a lot of performances. My last visit was to see the David Bowie tribute band, who were very talented!! I have knocked off a star as the only bar in the venue had two staff working it making it impossible to get a drink in under five minutes. It also doesn't work if you want to stand up a dance, which is why it is more aimed at the classical side of the market.
C. S.
Fantastic concert with a great string orchestra
P. D.
I organized the Rock Island Line 65th Anniversary concert here and Adam and the whole team were awesome and incredibly helpful and transparent from the beginning to the end.
Thank you guys so much.
M. C.
Lovely little compact venue. Great sound.
M. R.
Absolutely beautiful venue, one of the best maintained theatre venues in all central London. Great staff, very quick, efficient and friendly.
The seats are a bit narrow.
C. M.
An excellent venue, with lots of space and good accoustics
B. M.
Excellent lovely location and the concert brilliant
M. B.
Great historic venue. Good idea to order drinks at the interval. May want to take an extra cushion if you're in the gallery.
O. S.
Very nice venue. Bigger than it looks
M. N.
Wonderful, intimate venue. Big enough for a good atmosphere but small enough for it to be intimate, wonderful show. Comfortable enough seats.
Z. H.
Booster seats available for children, really baby friendly. My 3 month old started crying so I walked out with her while my husband stayed with our 4 year old. They had a TV downstairs that had the show on live so I didn't miss out.
R. C.
Nice concert venue. Comfortable seats an conveniently close to Sloane Square tube station.
T. O.
A wonderful hall. We were there to sing and perform. It was an awesome experience. The hall was beautifully restored from top to bottom. Surprisingly, the hall is very young: only built in 1907 as a Church. It is situated in a very expensive part of town with a Swarowska covered Lamborghini parked at the entrance.
G. E.
Beautiful hall, really lovely venue. We enjoyed Zog. Excellent staff. We shall return!
a. c.
comfortable, very friendly staff, even when dealing with belligerent members of public, clean loos, amazing acoustics .
T. L.
Great theatre
Saw Ry Cooder here. All seats are very good. Eric Clapton, Nick Lowe were also in the audience.
P. S.
A beautiful mid-size concert hall that covers almost every genre of musical presentation. It's a delight to sit there and listen.
C. B.
Lovely hall, friendly staff.
Great show too.
A. C.
An evening with wonderful music, at a stylish venue and with friendly and efficient staff - in short an evening during which everything went right.
R. R.
Such a wonderful place to hear classical music at it's best, and such friendly staff, willing to help in any way
A.
Excellent location in central London, very close to Sloane Square Underground Station (5 kind walking).
Nice venue and very helpful stuff. There is a small bar/café inside and a cloackroom.
Unfortunately, the event didn't start on time (there was a 15min delay).
A. P.
It was a really nice place with great music. You can find chepa tickets for the concerts and there are shows almost every day.
j. b.
A former church building, the hall repurposed as a music/entertainment venue.
The unusual facade flanked by arcaded arches, narrow double windows and a campanile redolent of a swashbuckling 1920’s Hollywood movie-set.
Unique and quirky.
D. S.
Lovely atmosphere in the Hall. Long staircase, so do use the lift if you need to.
M. C.
Great place to go, went with my daughters school and saw an amazing performance
C. L.
Fabulous venue for live concerts. Seating comfortable with reasonable leg room. Building beautifully appointed and maintained.
R. E.
Beautiful venue terrific staff wonderful lighting
E. N.
Hall with great acoustics in a good location. I wish the cloakroom was open to properly store my belongings.
C. F.
Great venue. Not a bad seat in the house. Toilets are really clean and well maintained. Walking distance to Victoria station too.
C. K.
Amazing place to go. To see special concert specials performance

Excellent veiws, amazing acoustics.
S. P.
Beautiful venue. Fabulous
stained glass windows. Saw Christmas Cracker and it was a cracker.
K. S.
Great little venue , staff friendly and helpful
S. W.
Went here to to watch Jeff Goldblum play Jazz. The acoustics for the building were amazing and it's all so close together and personal. Beautiful hall with great history.
C. L.
Wonderful venue, almost reminiscent of a church inside. Good vie of the stage from the middle - seats are teared after the first couple of rows.
A. I.
Decent venue BUT poor sound proofing through the structures as constant banging noise of doors opening and closing during the performance was very off-putting
D. L.
Very nice place Great Jimmy Webb concert
B. T.
Really good fun seeing Stephen Lynch. The bar staff were really helpful. The walk up to the gallery is a bit much when you have a bad ankle but other than that it was all great
I. m.
Nice location, easy access & great views. One small bar means a huge queue & the walk downstairs to the hall may not please some though.
A. S.
Acoustics great, comfortable seating, wish the waiting area, reception/bar would have more tables/seats.
J. M.
Really nice venue in the heart of Chelsea, perfect acoustics for a orchestra.
J. B.
Absolutely delightful. Worth a visit. Some great shows coming..
M. B.
Loved the seating and views
Easy to get to
D. R.
Venue is ok, although very congested when entering and leaving, especially on the staircases.
M. F.
I keep going back but the layout of this place always bothers me 🤔surely they could do something to improve accessibility.
C. K.
Small venue, good acoustics
M. R.
It was s great experience, no to crowded and amazing acustick!
K. B.
Truly wonderful music venue. Very intimate and beautiful.
L. H.
Good music but difficult for people to access with numerous flights of stairs to get to your seats.
V.
Very nice clean and impressive hall. Lots of space for functions
L. S.
It was fancy and I expected to be intimidated.
But, not at all! The staff was very welcoming, charming and enthusiastic for a jazz night ! I felt that I was in a real communion with the music tooI definetely recommend ! 😍
G. T.
Great sound, small theatre for great atmosphere....and prices for all. Well done, Cadogan Hall

W. P. P.
Listened to English Session Orchestra play Schubert, sound was amazing. Hosted a pleasant evening for us.
N. N.
Excellent venue. Went to see "The Illegal Eagles". Very intimate venue.
Staff very kind, friendly, and helpful.
Highly recommended.
K. A.
We had seats in front row of balcony which was great view and sound and you felt really near to the stage. I would even book last row of balcony in the future as you could then get up and dance without people moaning. Nice bars and very friendly staff too.
V. H.
Beautiful venue with a great bar. Saw the brilliant Jeff Goldblum in concert, would highly recommend.
K. M.
Lovely building and very good show
A. M.
great venue. only downside is their 1970s approach to NO PHOTOS. Still! In 2022!
w. t.
Nice venue for music concert. It would be great if there's lifts for old people.
C. P.
Went to see The Classic Rock Show. Great venue, small but better than being in a huge venue. Could see the artists performing quite near. They were great by the way. 2nd time of seeing them and would go again on there 2021 tour.
V. F.
Beautiful evening- Dickensian Christmas Concert. Kevin Whately was excellent.
V. K.
I love Cadogan Hall - intimate atmosphere but lovely hall, warm, with acoustics as good as any in London. Fantastic eclectic choice of concerts and friendly, tolerant, knowledgeable staff. You can even take your drinks back in after the interval! The most civilised concert hall in London.
M. R.
Cadogan Hall is intimate yet has a large venue feel. When you arrive you enter a large bar area (see photo) which has plenty of seats and opens 90 minutes before a concert. (Eg 6,,pm for 7.30pm) the cloakrooms are down a level and the stalls up one level and the balcony another level. Fantastic views from all seats. It has choral, chamber, and opera as well as visiting orchestras. It also plays host to the lunchtime proms. An excellent venue formerly s Christian Science Church. Recommended for classical music lovers.

Beautiful venue for music

Everything about our visit was PERFECT. My husband had an unexpected knee problem on the day and wouldn't have been able to get up the stairs to our seats. This was spotted by a very kind 'front of house' man who managed to reseat us in the stalls. We were so grateful and this made the actual concert thoroughly enjoyable and stress free. Great acoustics, comfortable seats and an amazing performance.
A. C.
Beautiful place. It is my choice of concert venue. Very near Sloane Square tube. In the interval the bars do get very crowded but they all do their best to serve everyone in a charming, relaxed manner which gives one hope of being served! There is a lift which could be very necessary as even the stalls are up more than one flight of stairs. I believe the building was originally used as a place of worship. It has a very tranquil atmosphere, with good acoustics.
H.
Wonderful theatre, Just seen Gilbert O'Sullivan who was brilliant.
G. W.
Fantastic evening raising money for a very good cause ....A choir with no name
S. A.
Enjoyable concert, lovely venue, but bar closed at 2100. Long walk from Gallery to dowmstairs bar and back, to find that out.
M. T.
Very good place for shows. It's convenient from the Sloane Square tube station with lots of good drinks and dinner options nearby. I've been twice in the last month, once for a symphony orchestra and again for a book signing. The space serves both purposes well. It also has a decent bar and lifts for wheelchair access if you need that. It was helpful for my mother who struggles with too many stairs.

I’m not really into live music, this is the first time I come to a venue like this and I regret it. Cadogan Hall is an amazing place for live music, it has a little bar and a very unexpected (but beautiful) architecture. It was a great evening and lots of fun
G. W.
A stunning beautiful venue. Acoustics are amazing
J. G.
Always a great place to see live music
L. C.
Good place for good music. Friendly staff
J. H.
Very thorough and well planned social distancing arrangements. Even snacks delivered to your seat!
Fabulous concert too!
r. t.
Great venue, close to sloane square station. Good bar area. Comfortable seating
C. S.
Our favorite haunt for concerts. Great acoustic and good selection of seating. We prefer the gallery as the view of the stage is visible from all angles. Several bars for drinks but food only in form of snacks. Toilets can be a long wait during intervals. Love the ice cream choices.

This is a really nice, slightly hidden away venue in central London. It is grand with a lot of heritage and yet the feel inside the venue is quite intimate. It doesn't hold a huge capacity seating wise but you do feel it is a special place to be sat in.
I performed here last summer with the school I work for and it felt a real privilege to do so.
J. S.
I was at Cadogan Hall on Sunday 15th March to see "Love at the Musicals" It was the last show I saw before all the theatres closed the next day 🙂
The venue is beautiful and the front of house, box office & Stage door people were all very pleasant and friendly ☺️
By coincidence, the next event I'm hoping to see (Collabro's Christmas Album launch) will be at The Cadogan Hall in November!!
I'm looking forward to it very much 😊💖

J. P.
Nice venue for live music, the mixing desk operative needs abit of work
D. A.
Lovely staff and, unsurprisingly, the acoustics were _sublime_... Loved it, can't wait to go back...
L. B.
This is best known as a classical music venue, but we went there to see a Guardian Live event with Jo Brand and Sally Phillips. The bar was well-staffed, so although there were queues we didn't wait too long and were pleased that coffee and sandwiches were available. There is a lift to the main auditorium if you find stairs challenging. The seats were comfortable too.
H. C.
This is a wonderful venue for concerts. Not too big, with wonderful acoustics and good seating. The staff are polite and helpful. There's even a very helpful sign telling you how many stairs it is up to the gallery seating!!
C. J.
Jeff Goldblum was incredible here. Fantastic venue. Third row, I was so close!
G. E.
Great venue, simple design but very effective.
a. E.
The venue and acoustics are great, but there were too many latecomers allowed in at various times through the concert and that was hugely distracting. Moreover the staff had a very strong light torch which made things worse.
D. W.
Lovely concert hall with nice staff but the wine is served in a can and is utterly horrific.
K. M.
Such a great venue for live music and entertainment. Went to see Ladysmith Black Mambaso. Such a great evening
W. T. D.
A beautiful small concert venue with 950 seats. Built in 1907 as a church hall in the Byzantine Revival style. All the seats have a good view of the stage although in the gallery, you might have a handrail partially blocking your view. Charmingly the gallery seats are benches for 4-8 people each. The bar is agreeable but expensive, even for Sloane Square! Turn up early and have a drink at The Botanist.
H. D.
The Cadogan Hall is a splendid venue for small orchestral or speech events - an attractive building, convenient for the Tube, and a bar. Being a small venue, the stage is not far from wherever you're sitting, so you're unlikely to be straining your eyes or ears. Seats are reasonably comfortable but legroom is not very generous (not as good as most typical theatres) so that latecomers squeezing past can be tiresome. The acoustics work reasonably well but seem to suit small orchestral groups better than a full sized symphony orchestra: the reverb is OK but some echoes can be distracting and the power of a large string section seems to dwarf the lower frequency instruments and make the overall sound unbalanced. But for me it's still better than the Albert Hall!
M. L. C. ,. I. 3.
What a unique and special venue. I worked on a live streaming project with Pilot Theatre at this venue and had lots of fun exploring the space - it's quirky and really feels like longstanding cultural venue that holds value. Staff were helpful and our video streaming went well. Would love to work here again or see a show.
I adore the raked seating and how that adds such a strong emotive feel to the space. Fab!
H. N. B.
Very comfortable seats! Friendly and very helpful staff! Lovely venue for concerts! Nice atmosphere as always during the intervals break by treating yourself a glass of wine or yummy ice-cream. Love it!
S. L.
The building is very old and in a predominantly residential area with very limited parking. The staff were helpful but trying to get a drink was a joke with people stood 3 deep at the bar! The performance was sublime. I love Rick Wakeman and he was in very good form tonight.
J. o.
Lovely concert venue, comfy seats, nice bar area.
O. S.
As a concert venue, it's ok. Very close from tube station and the acoustics is decent enough.
But it being an ex-church does present some issues; there's only one narrow staircase leading into the hall, and it is a pain to get in and out; toilets are small; some cheaper seats offer poor view of the stage.
I'm happy enough to go there if there's an event i don't want to miss, but i won't actively follow events there.
g.
A lovely venue with a steep rake so everything is visible. Good acoustics and seats you can sit on for two hours at a time. Good air conditioning and for the class of venue a reasonably priced bar.
G. J.
A well designed concert hall. Very good sightlines, acoustics and raking; the seats comfortable. Varied programme with an emphasis on classical music. Spacious rooms for before the concert but not that many seats. Catering seemed to have missed an opportunity too. Staff very pleasant. Handy for tube links.
R. C.
A good acoustic with good views in a pleasant hall. The concert was fantastic. The best version of Ceremony of Carol's I've heard.
Wonderful. The Sixteen were fabulous.
R. S.
Lovely venue for classical music concerts, close to Sloane Square tube and with a large bar area. Ice cream rather expensive £4. The front 2 to 3 rows in the stall wings appear to have a restricted view.
j. o.
Brilliant place to go. Wonderful atmosphere and great staff
K. P.
Great venue and an astonishing performance from 13-year old violin virtuoso Leia Zhu, who was making her British concerto debut in Mendelssohn’s hugely popular Violin Concerto. Her musical maturity and sensuous level of interpretation are always captivating the audience and critics! Well done Leia and thank you so much!
D. L.
One of my favourite music venues. Good acoustics and excellent view from all seats. You need to be able to manage stairs but provision is made for wheel chairs.

I attended this event with a friend who's performed at Cadogan Hall on a number of occasions. We had drinks in the lounge and purchased a programme prior to taking our seats. The staff throughout were attentive and polite.
The English Chamber Orchestra were cohesive, working with such synergy that was simply enthralling from start to finish. Lively, graceful maestro performances by the conductor and outstanding individual solos.
Definitely one of the most spiritually inflating classical concerts I've ever attended, here or abroad.
P. W.
Went to hear The Sixteen performing their 2019 tour selection of Christmas music whilst this venue lacks the Christmas atmosphere of (for instance) St John's Smith Square its a comfortable auditorium with good sightlines and an excellent pre-show basic food and drink offer. Usually has mulled wine and mince pies for December performances
O. B.
Nice hall, some seats are not the best but in general it's ok
A. L.
Great acoustics and a lovely place
A. M.
A very intimate venue with great acoustics. I've been there three times now, each time seeing different types of music, but every time has been superb. Highly recommended.
S. R.
One of the loveliest venues in London.
J. T.
Beautiful theatre, acoustics/sound is fantastic
C. S.
Great, intimate & cosy little venue. No matter where I sit, I always feel really close to the orchestra. The venue itself is nice, clean & tidy - easier to manage than some of the bigger ones I would imagine. The staff are all friendly and help you out if you need it. There is a private event space for you to use, and there is a space for everyone else, too. It's a great place and a worthy home of the RPO!
D. H.
Great venue watched the UK Doctors Orchestra perform in aid of Free from torture, great performance and a very worth cause.
C. G.
Great space, good seating. Lovely staff.
F. l.
Good venue near sloane Square tube station. All seats have a good view of the stage and the sound is excellent. It is hard to move around before and after the show as the staircases are narrow
R. L.
Excellent venue for live events!
J. W.
Fantastic relaxing place.
J. K. P.
Brilliant night with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
M. T.
Fantastic place, a wide range of music.
L. O.
Excellent venue with ample parking and also close proximity to the tube station. With concerts starting at 7:30pm, there is always free parking. Free parking available on single yellow lines after 6;30PmThe Purcell school students were brilliant. More of them please
P. B.
Lovely venue, decent size reception/bar area, and nice old style hall, formerly a church. Word of caution if booking seats upstairs the front row has a safety bar which can be in your eyeliner of the stage.
A. R.
Lovely venue for our Christmas concert this year, a short walk from Sloane Square on the tube with lots of places to eat around the Square.
Bar for interval drinks but not a lot of seating in the bar
n.
Brilliant, Staff were excellent ordered drinks from our seats delivered within 10 minutes. Also very clean.
A. H.
Great venue good acoustics and excellent sight lines. Woefully deficient in Tory facilities, though maybe I shouldn't complain, because - for once - the Gents queue was longer than the Ladies.
K. H.
A great night! We especially enjoyed Frank Sinatra. However, every member of the group was very good. Thank you, and well done!
t. t.
A lovely gentle rake to the seating!
A.
Excellent location in central London, very close to Sloane Square Underground Station (5 kind walking).
Nice venue and very helpful stuff. There is a small bar/café inside and a …
I. m.
Nice location, easy access & great views. One small bar means a huge queue & the walk downstairs to the hall may not please some though.
D. J.
What a stunning building, and they have handled the change in Covid restrictions very well, and it was a pleasure to visit!
A. N.
Excellent venue and the staff are so helpful. It was my first visit but, I look forward to returning..
K. R.
Very pleasant. Good service
L. S.
Lovely venue goodness all around
H. S.
Cool sounds in open laid back setting with bar in the embasy side of town
P. S.
Cadogan Hall is a 950-seat venue two minutes walk from Sloane Square tube station in the heart of Chelsea, hosting over 300 concerts and events per year. Housed in a converted church, and home to the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
Cadogan Hall is also the chosen venue for the world-famous BBC Proms Chamber Music Series and also offers a vibrant selection of contemporary, jazz, folk and world music events as well as talks, debates and conferences. Also regular yearly performances by the London Gay Men's Chorus and other artistes.
Great acoustics! Has lift to stalls with stairs (62) to gallery. Bars and cloakroom. Comfortable stalls theatre seating with cushioned bench seating in the gallery area. Central Stall seats M or N usually good value and have good views due to slight rake.Nearest tube is Sloane Square (Piccadilly/District lines)
J. A.
Cadogan Hall is situated just off Sloane Square. It is mostly renowned for classical music concerts, but it does have other types of performances, including talks/comedy. Just saw Michael Palin talking about research for his latest book and also reminiscing about his comedy and travel background. Comfortable seats; views of the stage are excellent from the majority of seats.
D. R.
Great hall for performances!
J. M.
It's a beautiful venue-- lovely high, barrel ceiling, beautifully maintained, gorgeous place to come and listen to some music. It's genuinely gorgeous, and that little bit plush that comes from being in Sloane Square.
The downside is that, although they've done their best, it's age shows in the access-- where possible, they've got lifts, disabled toilets, ramps, etc. but there are still winding stairs and so on. They are obviously used to dealing with people with access needs (it's the sort of venue that gets a lot of older visitors for shows), but it might be worth contacting them first if you're in a chair.
T. F.
Smart and very atmospheric. A tremendous venue.
N. P.
Excellent concert hall! Close to Sloane Square Station. If you like classical music you'll have an enjoyable evening. Some nice bars and restaurants nearby.
S. H.
Great comedy venue, nice and open, good bar and facilities.
M.
The acoustics here are definitely one of the better venues I've been to. Bar staff sometimes struggle with the service when it's really busy, but the politeness and decor make up for it.
K. N.
Can't really get a bad seat in Cadogan Hall with great views of the stage from pretty much any seat . Beautiful church like building . Perfect size for shows and concerts. Friendly staff too. Can't fault it.
J. K.
Lovely hall, amazing experience
A. B.
An excellent venue with great acoustics. Separate bar. However entrance to stalls is up by stairs which could be seen as a fire hazard.
B. P.
Great venue. Need to get seats facing stage for best sounds (we once got seats too far forward on balcony) but always enjoyable venue.
A. L.
Gorgeous venue, lots of room and great views to the stage from every row (even from the back) thanks to raised floors. Great acoustics.
H. W.
Good venue. Loved the little touch of the toilets being for Gadabouts or Pearls. Zog was terrific. 3 Kids loved it ages being 4-12. Even the pre-teen enjoyed it! Very talented cast members.
t. s.
Went here to watch an orchestral piece, seats in the stalls are very comfy and offer a good view of the stage. Acoustics were good as were the rest of the facilities.
S. N.
A nice venue to perform in.
a. c.
Nice space but seat backs uncomfortable.
L. L.
It was my first time at Cadogan_Hall and I had a very good experience. I went to see an Etta James tribute and was really impressed. The atmosphere felt cosy, intimate and at the same time relaxed.
The people that works there were friendly and helpful. I arrived a bit late due to my poor navigation skills and missed quite a bit of the first set but they told me that I could go up and helped me to find my seat.
In the whole a very good and pleasant experience.
K. T.
Apologies. I have cardigan hall a 1 star rating in error. Cardigan hall is a wonderful venue. Been here a couple of times, my children's music school performance. Great venue, easy to get to. The sound in the theatre is brilliant.
s. s.
Great place for live shows. The acoustic is wonderful.
C. O.
Very good venue for music - but- upstairs is about 65 steps which is a lot if you are elderly or if there is a fire! Also found that the pew seating is very uncomfortable upstairs for a 4 hr concert.
E. F.
We sang with brilliant conductor James Meanders and choirs from America on June 1st. The singers and my guests were delighted with Cadogan Hall in every way. It is perfect for such a performance.

E. O.
A wonderful venue for classical music, home of the truly spectacular London Chamber Orchestra. The only negative is that although there are handicap options it is quite a long hike up stairs for those of us who don't need a chair lift but do need better calf muscles!
T.
Opera Prelude event every Tuesday's morning is unbelievably stimulating and value for money. You will experience a wide variety of opera and classical music live performances from young talented Artists.
Z. U.
Had the pleasure of visiting for the first time during their Valentine's Gala by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Magical evening in an amazing space. Will be coming back soon for a performance.
A. N.
Excellent venue and the staff are so helpful. It was my first visit but, I look forward to returning..
P. F.
A delightful small hall originally built as a chapel. We went to an event that was part of the London Jazz Festival. It turned out to be ideal for this purpose and included a good bar.
M. C.
Great acoustics. Staff can be strict so keep your phone away. Avoid staying on the side balcony as the view is a bit too restricted.
R. S.
Simply stunning. We saw the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra with Pinchas Zukerman, it was amazing in every way. We sat in the stalls row M and had a great view of the performers and the acoustics were fantastic.
M. H.
Great venue and good acoustics. Handy from Sloane Square tube...
A. C. C.
First visit to this wonderful venue excellent concert striking just the right balance for both adults and children . The front of house staff deserve a special mention you were delightful
L. N.
Very nice venue, perfect location and stalls setting, good view to artists and what's important, friendly and helpful assistance.
This evening, my first time there, was magical all over 😍
T. B.
Fun festive carols in a comfortable converted church.
D. M. S.
An ‘OK’ venue for classical music. On the last visit saw a jazz guitarist (Bill Frisell) - but found the place totally unsuitable. Atmosphere felt wrong and did nothing to encourage any sort of connection between the performer and the audience.
M. S.
cozy concert hall. really enjoyed his performance
D. D.
Beautiful theatre located very nicely within the west end and handily close to both Victoria train and coach stations. The only issue I would have with theatre is the bar area can get crowded, however this is no fault of the theatres.
S. T.
Great Hall, friendly staff. Went there in the Peak heat of summer 2018, and was expecting a clammy evening. How wrong I was.
Was there to see David Sedaris (speech) and everything was perfectly clear in the stalls. Some dodgy seating positions on the balcony, but great on the main level. Good seats and great sightlines.
F. W.
It's such a beautiful, intimate venue. There really are very few poor seats in the house, and the acoustics are fantastic.
L. A.
Excellent acoustics and view of stage. Lots of stairs to balcony if you struggle with mobility. There is some lift access
D. S.
Really difficult to get out after an event from the gallery owing to just a single staircase, other venues allow exiting using the fire escape to avoid such problems.
Frustrating that doors opened two hours before start, without anyway to find out except a little notice inside the venue. I assume this is to allow you to purchase overpriced drinks.
B. L.
Great night staff very friendly
R. M.
Very good concert supported by helpful staff as always. There is a concern re access, however, and whether the Hall could be evacuated quickly and safely in an emergency.
L. G.
See Shoshana Bean at this venue. Great place for live music
V. B.
Great concert, and great social distancing A joy to be there in every way
A. M.
Beautifully restored home of the Royal Philharmonic orchestra.
Many other events and performances.
Was a 1200 seat Christian Church now 800 seat venue with delightful reception area to enjoy.
L. M.
The staff are absolutely amazing and made the experience enjoyable
G. M.
An excellent small music venue. You can actually see the performers. Nice bars, clean toilets, close to the underground.
L. L.
Fabulous Concert Hall used for BBC Broadcasts and friendly staff..
S. P.
A lovely venue with comfortable seats good views and excellent acoustics. They have a good programme of top international artists. A real treasure
d. S.
My son and his friends performed there last Thurs very proud mama. X
C. R.
Such a beautiful venue 😍
n. k.
Intimate venue.Excellent view of stage.Undergound meters away.
P. D.
Beautiful intimate theatre with very comfortable and roomy seats showing lesser know artists. Will definitely keep an eye on their "what's on" page for future gigs
A. W.
An excellent place for live music and or debates. The acoustics are very good and the performances are intimate. Could use a new coat of paint, but aside from that it is lovely.
J. M.
My favourite London venue for classical music. A hidden gem, and home to the wonderful Royal Phil Orchestra.
The Christmas concerts are a must.
S. S.
An intimate venue which draws you into the heart of the orchestra. A truly wonderful performance this evening by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, with an amazing performance by Rebecca Afonwy-Jones. From the side gallery you have close views of almost all the stage and are completely emersed in the sound. The professionalism of the RPO and all soloists was outstanding.
A. S.
Had a great early evening prom. Felt safe and the staff were very helpful.
S. M. (.
Never been here before. Really interesting Hall, really liked the set-up of the auditorium to see an evening with the great actor Richard Dreyfuss. Which was Brilliant, I am pretty sure everyone enjoyed it :)
s. k.
Good venue for live concerts and choirs
L. L.
Great place to see a concert. Easy to get by underground (2 minute walk). Seats are very comfortable and provides a good view of the stage
M. Z.
It's is a beautiful venue, we went to see a classical concert, organised by MISST, the music in secondary schools Trust. 6th annual concert. Lovely. And the building is gorgeous.
A. F.
Very Good seats. Helpful staff. Hall is in good repair. A little bit too much echo in the venue so 4 stars. I'd give 4.5 if Google had 1/2 stars.
J. B.
Relaxed historic concert venue, refteshments delivered to seat during distancing covid restrictions.
J. L.
Great place withe excellent bar and brilliant acoustics. As with all venue's they could do with more ladies toilets.
C. B.
Lovely theatre, the seating in the stalls rises so even young children can see adequately. Lots of stairs though, so don't turn up last minute!
B. A.
A lovely venue to enjoy mainly classical music. Comfortable seats with views of the stage. A good bar and excellent comfort facilities in the basement.
P. M.
Everything about this place is great: location, just the right size of the hall, sitting places with some leg space, lighting. Love coming here, and yesterday's play of Rachmaninov, Khachaturian and Chaykovsky was sensational!
P. H.
I really love this hall. It has a beautifully engineered ceulang and the bar area downstairs is nicely laid out. Easy to get to from the tube station.
R. S.
The Big Band Show was very good. I just felt they did not need microphones on the bands instruments. They slightly over shadow the singer voices.
S. B.
Very nice music venue, probably my favourite in London. Smallish, comfortable seats, food and drink available, very close to Sloane Square tube.
N. F.
Decent hall space. Upper level seats are wooden benches and can be uncomfortable. That said, it's hard to say there is a bad seat in this theatre since it is quite intimate.
L. S.
Great show Down for the Count
P. B.
A rather nice place, to be honest. Easy to get to, good acoustics, and friendly staff.
Bit slow to get out as it seems to have limited access, but other than that, enjoyed the visit.
J. F.
Always a pleasure to visit. Friendly staff, efficient operation, customer/client focus, excellent acoustic.
K. M.
Really nice venue, looks so much better in reality than it does through the online pics. Sight lines were great especially for the West End Does concert!🎶
P. T.
Fabulous concert hall.
M. D. G.
Beautiful choral concert of renaissance music, sung wonderfully in a delightful venue.
V. L.
Good place for a concert, stalls were quite comfortable. Aircon is far too strong for an October evening.
P. J.
Interesting attractive interior. Sound quality good. Stall seating reasonably comfortable. Circle/ gallery seating not very comfortable. Needs replacing.
S. H.
Great venue. Lovely large bright hall with comfortable seating and good view from all seats
J. W.
I really like coming here and listen to the beautiful music! Seats in the upper tiers are not most comfortable but at least the view is unobstructed. Conveniently located, close to the tube station.
l. G.
Excellent venue mainly staffed by volunteers have seen so many varied music shows there
B. T.
Brilliant venue. Staff are so good. Bar prices reasonable. My favourite place t hear great music
G. D.
Great sound, friendly venue. Great gig
r. m.
First class musical performance!
M. T.
Great concert hall with a good view from all seats. Watch the number of stairs or leave a lot of time to get the one lift!
G. L. P.
Cadogan Hall is a 900-seat venue dating back to 1907 when, in a former life, it was a New Christian Science Church. A mere two minutes walk from Sloane Square tube station, right bang in the heart of Chelsea, this is a beautiful space with stained glass windows and Bang and Olufsen-esque acoustics.
Revamped and remastered in 2004, this bright and airy auditorium plays host to an eclectic range of jazz, folk, contemporary and classical music throughout the year, where musical beats bounce around its steep barreled roof like a pinball machine.
Resident music magicians come in the form of The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. A few of the BBC Proms concerts also take place here during the summer. Making this a Grade II building with Grade 8 music.
E.
A amazing place to experience all types of music, classy classical style building. Huge shout out for Reeds school for a amazing performance of the Magical mystery tour and classical music
L. C.
Wonderful venue, very friendly and helpful staff
C. R.
Good venue but probably better as a concert hall rather than a theatre. Nevertheless it was home to a great theatre production. Would definitely go again
V. W.
Saw Rat Pack Tribute Christmas Show. Lovely venue, great setting for this concert, performers were really good.
R. W.
Good views, great acoustics. Floors a bit steep in places. Nice intimate venue.
L. P.
Great intimate concert hall. Good sound ac oustics and views of stage. Only downside is the poor availability of ladies loos!!
N. S.
Brilliant concert from the Bands of the Household Division and this is a favourite venue since it is near the tube, making it easy to get home again after the concert.
K. H.
Wonderful live music concert hall. Great accustics. Lots of different types of music for all tastes. So so worth a visit.
B. W.
We saw Katie Melua here and had a fantastic time the seating was comfortable and was brilliant also as this venue only holds approximately 700 people you don't feel over crowded
R. M.
Good views from most seats, as its a fairly small hall none are too far from the performers. Good seats. And above all good music.
M. P.
Perfect location & building for spoken & musical events. Great acoustics & visibility from all seats.
David Sedaris is an intelligent & talented author & raceunteur.. a delight to listen to.
S. E.
Great building and good acoustics. Not too big a venue so more intimate.
P. J.
One of the best concert avenues in Chelsea, London. Offering rich and varied programme. I have been there to celebrate memory of Jiddu Krishnamurti concert:silence, music and arts by Maria Joao Pires / Beethoven. Great!
R. S.
Nice venue friendly staff
A. J.
One of the best venues in London and they have a very wide and interesting range of music: classic, jazz and rock.
M. W.
Beautiful hall. A lot of stairs to even get to stalls and lift not well advertised. Good view from everywhere we have sat on 4 or 5 occasions
R. J.
Great music good experience
T. B.
A fantastic place to to see live music....Very reasonably priced. Great staff. Worth going just too has a look at the inside of this beautiful building.
D. J.
What a stunning building, and they have handled the change in Covid restrictions very well, and it was a pleasure to visit!
A. G.
Had a great time listening to an unfinished symphony finished by AI
B. S.
Comfortable charming oldy worldy theatre.
E.
Wonderfully comfortable seats, very good air conditioning and plentiful ladies toilets. A lovely, airy music venue.
P. T.
Excellent venue, comfortable seating in a magnificent building. Very reasonable priced bar at the interval.
J. S.
Great venue, very near Sloane Square underground. The choice of music is fab and the building is lovely
E. F.
Good venue for a musical performance, however I felt let down recently by the hosting staff at the venue after the willingly sold alcohol to some already obviously drunk and disturbing guests.
C. W.
Excellent comfortable concert hall
V. M.
Great concert by Reeds School at Cadogan last night
V. A.
Went for the Sarah J Maas book signing. Luxury atmosphere, lovely staff and honestly have nothing negative to say. Need to mention one of the staff members (lovely mature lady) who when I explain I have aniexty and so needed to sit towards the back just incase was friendly, understand and kind. She even checked on me every now and again to make sure I was doing well.... Thank you and if the company are reading this please forward my thanks and appreciation 😊.

Saw all of the violins and all of the cellos and all of the oboes and all of the I can't remember the other instruments except for the banjo man hidden in the back, very good. He was the true star of the show

What can I say? A great, historic venue that gets better and better. London has lost so many venues and meeting places, let's not lose this one!

Beautifully converted church into concert hall. Acoustic isn't the best, it's a bit dry, but definitely belongs to higher than average.

Very lovely hall but lots and lots of stairs up to the stalls and we weren't allowed to use the lift. I am recently out of a wheelchair but they were still unable to help me.

Best to get the tube to Sloane Square then walk. It's just around the corner.
Always some interesting music on so worth going even if you haven't heard of the band.

Great venue. Good view of the stage despite being at the side and a comfortable seat.

A fantastic venue in the heart of London. Second visit seeing my daughter sign with her school choir, so my view is bound to be a but biased.

Lovely venue. I prefer sitting above the orchestra so that I can see most musicians from above. Also, I love the international series.
