A lovely hotel, always a pleasure to return!
Standards you would expect overall and more like the little touches like the pods coffee machine in the room to try different coffees during your visit, a warm cookie on arrival, really comfortable beds (not too high, not too low) and very friendly staff.
What else could you ask for?
A little disappointed when got down for breakfast with 15 minutes before breakfast finishing and there were very little left of the warm buffet. We were told that food will be not replenished but soon the staff has sorted despite having to wait few minutes for eggs, beans and sausages to be brought out.
Better late than never...
Except that little hiccup, nothing else needed attention.

This is 1 of my favourite Hilton’s. I work in London 3-4 days a week, I have tried many of the Hilton’s, the staff and facilities here are among the best.
The gym is always open, the staff are friendly, the sports is on in the bar if you ask and you have 2 good tube stations for all of the lines you need.
The receptionist Califa always has a smile, it’s infectious.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Apart from temperature issue of room in first night, I would say amazing hotel to stay. Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Food at restaurant was amazing. Room was very clean with lots of amenities. I feel very welcome and when issues been reported, staff dealt very promptly. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

I had my wedding in double tree hilton back in June and my sister had her henna party last week.
Ana and her team are amazing and their service is really good.
They kept on checking to see everything was good through the event and if we were happy with everything. They were really helpful and friendly.
However the only downside was the team who was at the reception of the hotel was not friendly and not helpful at all.
Overall, our experience was good and I would recommend to do an event at the hotel. Thanks to Ana and her team!

It was a nice and comfortable stay in a good location of travel links. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Service was a little slow however and I had to ask for a coffee I had ordered on arrival for breakfast and had to wait 10 minutes for service at the bar. Apart from that staff were attentive and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place for stay & Parking.
Easy access to London via tube.
Clean Comfortable Rooms.
It would be perfect if a Microwave oven was available to heat up our own kosher food ...
Our family is fussy about it...
No big deal ! 😀

lovely hotel on ealing common jct with the north circular/uxbridge rd.
did not manage to find astra crt management
company.
down the road, southall is full of exciting wonderful designs to stock for your NEW in-hotel world wide chain of hilton clothing and accessories shops - (!)

Firstly Sasha Dixon who's the Assistant Front Office Manage, what can I say, from the moment we walk in she greets us with a big smile. Check in very smooth, and the hospitality out of this world. She and her team made our stay exceptional. Room service, and the unique service of order breakfast too our room even though its a buffet service was just the icing on the cake.
Sasha you really made us feel like celebrity's, Thank you!

Part of the Hilton group this hotel offers well appointed rooms at affordable prices. Its location with its proximity to the Underground rail system, provides ready access to central London. Well worth a visit.

We only had tea/coffee but the staff were friendly and helpful and I liked the atmosphere

Overall an ok place to stay. Tv has bad reception, staff are friendly but took 20 minutes to find our booking and check us in. The drinks at the bar are reallllly expensive but the hotel is nice beds are comfortable and black out curtains are appreciated :-)
S. J.
Friendly staff👍🏼Prompt service, we were there for a meeting at Ealing suit. 10//10 no complains
J. A.
Good hotel, very kind staff. Very close to an underground station which connects to city center. Be advised that it is about 30-40 minute journey each time

Decent hotel in Ealing. Usual Hilton experience. Good location but in urban area

The breakfast was a bit poor, the staff was a little bit sad and the public toilet was super dirty. But all the respect for the 2 guys in the bar. They dealing there with real business.

I went to a Propertymark regional meeting and the venue was spot on. Highly recommend to anyone who is planing a conference or anything else. tHe food was fresh and very tasty.
M. M.
Great experience. I’ll stay here again. It is closer to the train station. You need one train and you’re in central London.
D. T.
Great experience from checking in to checking out. Having attended the Energy Efficiency Awards and being served by the staff who looked after our evening I would definitely use this venue again.

I have to say that this hotel is amazing in every way. The staff are really friendly and helpful, I have crutches and they have been helpful and kind.
The food is excellent.
The beds are so comfortable and very quiet and peaceful.
I would give 10 stars if I could. I'm a honest person and don't really write reviews but the service and hotel is worth every penny. I would 100%recommend

Had an excellent stay, the two ladies at reception (didn't get their names unfortunately) were extremely kind and made me and my partner feel like valued guests when we arrived, in the typical Hilton way, as it should be. The hotel itself and room was very clean, buffet breakfast was decent with lots of variety (pancake machine is much appreciated). Bed was comfy. Location is good, under a 5 min walk to the tube. Struggling to find anything negative to say really, although a pool like other Hiltons and Netflix would have sealed the deal! Would gladly stay again.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff is excellent, especially Aron, the kindest most brilliant supervisor I've ever met and I've stayed in thousands of hotels here and abroad. This gentleman should be the manager. As I work in corporate training, Aron would get 5 stars as his customer service is the best. I shall return again thanks to the superb Aron.

Well located. For the future people would need to take note of the ULEZ as this is just inside the boundary.
Management also need to ensure not to become complacent regarding covid protocols
G. L. T.
It was marvellously , the staff on the front desk when I arrived around 3 pm was fantastic. I felt welcomed, the same was experienced as I checked out, the staff on duty around 10:45 were equally amazing !!!!!!. They made me feel like coming back sooner than I wanted to.

Nice enough but no executive lounge. Rooms are small. Close to Ealing Common station. Breakfast is good. To make up for lack of lounge as a Diamond member you get 2 free drinks from the bar. So all in all a good place to stay
S. H.
Parked here as near my daughter's flat and then took bus to Kew Gardens
Very good value for money

Checking in was simple, staff and friendly, room is nice and bed seems comfortable. I'll update if I don't end up having a good sleep.

It was a great ambience. I went for a wedding and the hall was beautiful. The room were also exotic

Great breakfast, rooms are nice but very small.

Great friendly and professional staff.
The Descendants Dr John Roberts CBE, QC Annual Achievement Awards Ceremony was a great success with the support of the staff at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Ealing. All the staff went above and beyond the call of due.
Great breakfast the in the morning, served by friendly and professional staff.
A massive shout out to Anna Mechlinska - Thank you

Nice hotel, lovely staff.
Good breakfast 😋

Stayed here twice before and found it really good, so expectations were high this time. Wasn't disappointed!
Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms are not exactly cavernous, but are really nice - temperature control on the wall which actually worked and made a difference (not always the case in some hotels!), a really comfortable bed, and well-equipped.
Plenty of room in the carpark when we arrived late on Friday afternoon. It's expensive to park, but make sure you get reception to validate your ticket so that you pay the hotel rate, which is merely expensive, and not the rip-off Parking Eye rate, which is something which even Dick Turpin would've thought twice about...
O. W.
Hotel decor looking dated. Restaurant shuts at 9.45. Expensive parking. Comfortable bed
K. C.
I checked in at 03:00 after a 20 hour long shift at work! Rosa was very pleasant and welcoming, my check in was speedy and professional even if the computer was not loading properly!
The room was a pleasant surprise, and offered all of the amenities I would expect of a DoubleTree. The bed was comfortable and the ambience cozy.
The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I did have some issues connecting to the WiFi, which I didn't follow up as it was late, and the plug socket next to the bed was not working. I woke up expecting my phone to be fully charged, however it had not charged all night which was super inconvenient.
M. M.
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful who went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed.
The rooms were very clean and had everything you could possibly want. They were also very well sound proofed which meant sleeping wasn't a problem. Compared to other hotels, the shower was a fantastic walk in one, plenty of room for movement without bashing elbows!
Breakfast consisted of everything you could want to start your day. Whether you wanted cooked, continental, cereal or a bit of everything, there was plenty to choose from and the juices were perfectly fresh!
Overall, this hotel is definitely one I will be visiting again. With its location to the Picadilly line (3 minute walk) meaning Central London is only a 20 minute tube ride away, this hotel is ideal for everyone.
K. B.
Beautiful hotel. Clean, tidy, spacious and modern. Excellent customer service, polite & friendly. Breakfast was tasty, tradition full English and continental. Lots of variety to choose from and vegetarian options were available. Facilities in our room were immaculate, modern & all worked well. Aircon was available in our room and there was free wifi. All staff were friendly and polite, anyone we walked passed said hello or wished us a good morning/evening. Our stay was very quiet and comfortable. 3 minute walk from tube station and there was a large car park. Would happily stay again!
F. A.
Overall amazing hotel a little less space compare to other double tree hotels.

We had a very big event here a few months ago. The events planner, Anna, was beyond amazing as were her team. The whole day went without a hitch. The rooms were OK but we couldn't get the heating to work and at 3am collapsed into bed with an extra layer on. I did report this to the room bookings manager but to date no feedback on it. Also, some of the other guests had some issues with their rooms and the guests were not wholly pleased with the way their issues were resolved but some compensation was given. On the whole, this is a gem of a place for events but 1 other thing it lacks to really make it special is a pool and a spa. You wouldn't get me out of the place! Oh and the Starbucks is great as a meeting spot or a coffee on the way to work.
B. L.
The Hotel was incredible, the staff were excellent offering a warm cookie as soon as we arrived. Check in was simple and only took a few moments, once we checked in, we got two key cards (which is a nice touch most hotels don’t offer without requesting). There Is a fabulously swift lift to the floors which I was surprised about how quickly they actually took to get to the 5th floor.
The rooms themselves which you can see in the pictures are a little small, but I always expect this in London. However, the quality of the rooms was impeccable, easily one of the best I have ever stayed in. There was a Nespresso machine which I have at home meaning it was quick and easy to operate and I know I like the coffee it makes, as well as complimentary water, both fizzy and still.
Bathroom was small but nice and had all I needed. The shower didn’t have hot or cold marked nor how to turn it on so it too a couple of minutes to get it right but other than that it was fine.
The lounge area was amazing, plenty of drink choices. (not too expensive as we had two complimentary drinks vouchers.) the food for both breakfast and dinner was amazing as well. The area had great views onto the outside areas, televisions to watch sports on and open tables for conversation.
Overall I enjoyed by stay and would be very happy to return if I’m back in the Ealing area again.

This is an excellent hotel to stay. I have been to two more Hilton hotels within the last two months which have been a real disappointment. Nonetheless, the Ealing DoubleTree has some great folks with integrity that work there. The whole hotel is run with integrity in mind. During my stay I had to report a minor incident at the front desk and while the employee I reported it to did not do much to solve the issue, Jim (the night manager) went to great lengths to make it right. Furthermore, the A/C unit was working like clockwork whereas in some other hotels the A/C units are either out of order due to neglect or deliberately broken to save money. Apart from that, the room I was in was tidy and had a functioning mini fridge. Again I have noticed fridges being in rooms at other hotels but were broken. I will definitely come back to Ealing DoubleTree.

Nice and clean with a great location in Ealing.

Great place to stay relaxing and friendly helpful staff
C. B.
Friendly staff, very clean throughout. Rooms small but very nicely decorated so size didn't matter as such.
Ordered room service at dinner and the food was nice albeit a little expensive.
Car parking is £13.50 although the sign at the entrance to the car park states £25... Something that almost made us park elsewhere.
Very pleased overall.
L. O.
The my experience was staff are very friendly and go out of there way to accommodate and ensure one's stay is comfortable. The hotel is clean the food is four star rating although there could be a little me on the plate.
the bedroom are small and comfortable a little tight in the bathroom yet manageable. Overall my stay was top class and I would recommend staying at the Hilton if you can get a good deal on the price. regards Laurence
A. M.
Had a very good stay at double Tree. The conplementary food was also very good with how much ever quantity we need we can have. The rooms i stayed in was little bit small but still was neat and clean. Really will recommend this hotel to others to have a comfortable stay there. L
M. G.
Rooms were very small, breakfast was good, except all the egg stuff! They do too much milk into the scrambled egg! Instead, use butter and creme freche and do it like a pro! Nice staff, just the cook needs a level up!
C. P. N.
This is a wonderful and incredibly comfy hotel, from reception to the rooms. Staff is always friendly, service always excellent: they serve with a smile and go the extra mile to ensure you're entirely satisfied during your stay. The woman on the reception desk remembered our room number! I appreciate a well equipped gym, flexibility to my requests, a good backup restaurant for a tasteful dinner. The WiFi worked okay. All areas were immaculate and clean. Very enjoyable stay, I felt delighted every moment in here. Will come back my next time in London!
R. P.
Just off the A406 and therefore easy to reach, ample parking (for a fee: £14 a day, which one would argue is quite reasonable) and easy accessibility to Central London and West End. Rooms are small (probably normal for London) but well furnished. Did not use the restaurant or order room service so cannot comment.
In summary, reasonable for an overnight halt, specially if you are driving to London. Would stay again if convenient.
M. M.
The rooms were modern, clean and well kept. The breakfast buffet was great with good choices. The parking was too expensive, but, it's London, so, what else can you really expect. Not enough blankets, considering it was the middle of winter and there were no instructions for working the thermostat. The overall experience was actually pretty good, with helpful and friendly staff.
T. M.
We organised an event (masked ball) for my 60th birthday for about 60guests and the event exceeded my expectations. The staff were very helpful. We were lucky to get a room for a budget hotel rate which was excellent value for money. Rooms at the front over look Ealing Common but you do get some road noise.
B. J.
Food in the restaurant is VERY good! The staff are friendly and helpful! The rooms... very, very small. I couldn't even open the bathroom door all the way as it hit a wall. The bed is comfortable, and it has AC! I'd stay here again.
T. M.
Delivering presentations a few times a month at the hotel and the conference facilities are excellent. Convenient to the tube line and the walk is a few minutes. The staff was excellent, especially Lucia, and they took care of all of our needs. In general well worth the stay.
R. C.
I am always a fan of Hilton. We had been there for an office party. The theme was Christmas. They arranged it very well, with caps and goodies. I didn’t like the food that much though. The fish was with cream and spinach was delicious, but others were a little bland. But the ambiance was nice and they arranged the tables for our group. Nice hospitality.
C. R.
Had a great stay! Room was cleaned daily. Nespresso coffee maker (in room) was a welcomed addition. A bit far of a location if your main destination in central London as it’s in zone 3 (underground) but Ealing is a cute city and I would stay again.
K. P.
I just wanted to say a big thank you to this hotel for making our stay extra special. I booked this hotel for a getaway for my wife's birthday in late December (28th to 30th December 2017). I emailed the hotel ahead of our stay explaining it was my wife's birthday. They kindly acknowledged the email and there was a cake with a special birthday card waiting for us in our room, along with a few drinks vouchers for the bar downstairs. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were all kind and courteous and were more than happy to answer any questions we had. To make this stay extra special, the parking fee was waived which was a nice little surprise for us. All in all would definitely stay at this hotel again.
C. W.
It is a nice hotel near Ealing Broadway. I can see this hotel would have appeal for people travelling to Heathrow or nearby areas.
The downside of the hotel is that the room is very small. There is only shower cubicles and no space for a bathtub. The bed is double rather than king.
I have stayed in 2 different layouts. I prefer rooms on the side of 01 to 16 numbers.
To compensate the room size, there are coffee machines in the room. Which I think is a nice touch. Another good point is the the check-in time is 1400(2pm) instead of most common 1500(3pm). When I stayed there were several groups. So they are definitely busy.
A. I.
Went here for Ramadan Iftar buffet today. The place is excellent and the ambience of the place is also great. The food selection was decent- about 20 dishes and tasted nice. Service from the staff is also good. Loved everything else.
One thing to think about if you are vegetarian to just check if whatever you are taking is veg or non-veg because there are no name cards for the items placed.
J. M.
Great hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Very convenient for West London. Rooms quiet and well appointed. Half way between Ealing common and Ealing Broadway so good transport connections. Would stay here again
N. M.
One of the only hotels I can find around Ealing with parking (£5 for 3hrs or around £2.50 if you book with the app). Good-sized lounge area which I use for meetings and their menu is varied and tasty too. Very helpful and attentive staff.
m. f.
Brilliant service, good amneties and staff were very polite and helpful. We were offered a late checkout when staff saw me rushing around to get my bills and breakfast sorted which showed concern for customer well being. I would 100% book this place again. Gym was nice and clean and had good machines and car park was safe and secure but a little expensive.
R. T.
A cut above most other hotels in this price range. Rooms are compact but well appointed and spotlessly clean.
Bar and eating area is great and drinks are reasonably priced.
We had a problem with the aircon in our room but the friendly staff sorted it inside of 5 minutes.
N. B.
Stayed in a junior suite as an upgrade due to previous issue there on another stay. Nice room with super king bed and sofa. Breakfast good with ample choice of hot/cold items. Awesome automatic pancake maker! Parking isn't cheap at around £20/day. Ealing Common Underground station is only 400yds walk away.
B. P.
Great staff, excellent location. If you're staying in Ealing, this is the best place in town. Highly recommended.
M. L.
Good hotel, nice to stay here.
Room is not the biggest one I've seen but is nice, big TV, nespresso machine, boiler and a good coffee and tea selection.
You can eat in your room at a reasonable price.
There's a gym, the park is to be paid apart.
A. F.
Great hotel, friendly helpful staff. Good parking especially for London Hotel, never had an issue getting a parking space. Nice rooms, very comfortable and well furnished with comfortable beds. Food is great too.
J. B. T.
I recently held a fundraising dinner with live music, auction etc. at this hotel and I was blown away by the standard and customer service.
The event staff, Federica & Anna could not do enough for us in the run up, and were flexible and very professional with the organisation.
And on the evening we were given help to get our signs, the band and all the other time consuming things ready.
The food was fantastic, best sea bass I have had in ages and so many attendees gave the same feedback on how much they enjoyed the dinner.
Waiting staff were perfect - attentive, very efficient but very professional and friendly. Thanks particularly to Kim & Luca.
From start to finish I was impressed with the high customer service & professionalism offered at Double Tree Ealing. They helped me in every step of the way. Thank you for contributing to our night to be a fantastic success!
M. S.
Clean and comfortable. Would definitely use again.

I really like this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had some issues with my reservation but they were more than happy to help out.
Nice location which is close to an underground station (Ealing Common) as well as a small walk away from the Ealing Broadway Mall.
T. C.
Would of been a 5 star if the food was a bit better and the conference room had a useful sized projector board. Saying that the parking was convenient and available, I slept well and the seating arrangements in the conference room (circular tables) were perfect for our event.
B. J.
Food in the restaurant is VERY good! The staff are friendly and helpful! The rooms... very, very small. I couldn't even open the bathroom door all the way as it hit a wall. The bed is comfortable, and it has AC! I'd stay here again.
S. M.
Double tree at Ealing is perched at the edge of central London while coming in from the airport. As is usual with all European hotels, there are no bell boys and one has to shift your own luggage.. A big surprise specially for Asian visitors.
The rooms are decent and small sized. The wash rooms are nice and clean as expected from a chain hotel. Alarms exist in the room as well as wash room.
Staff are warm and I would stay here again if I was on a business trip.
T. M.

Excellent hotel and venue
M. K.
Two minute walk from Ealing Common tube station. Hotel lovely. Given a complimentary bottle of water and warm chocolate cookie upon arrival. Best cookie ever! Rooms comfy and clean with access to most satellite TV channels. Excellent shower. Free wi-fi for 24 hrs. Lovely surroundings in the hotel though we weren't there long enough to make use of them. Breakfast £10 if booked the night before but well worth it. Gym facilities too. Will definitely stay again.
A. D. D.
All of the facility is so nice and worth the stay, the bester are really combatable and the rooms are so clean and tidy. The shower is spacious and clean too. Plus it had a coffee machine in the room too which was a nice little add on.
The breakfast was really nice aswell.
R. D.
A very good hotel from all points of view. It is located in a nice and calm place. It is near to two undergound stations and it isn't far away from the center of london if you go by underground. The rooms are very cozy, well furnished and are cleand every day in the morning. The food at breakfast is very good and it offers everything you can want for a good English breakfast. Tha staff was very nice, polite, willing to give a halping hand and friendly.
T. M.
Staff was very helpful and friendly but the room was way to small. The staff at the desk lacked warmth but were professional in sorting me out. The room was immaculate and exactly as pictured on the website. Will stay at the Double Tree next time we come to London.
M. P.
Good location for small meetings. Fantastic place, great place for meetings and not busy. Didn't try the food but the beverages were good. Parking was great at a pound an hiur outside and 5 hours max stay. MP
s. l.
Courteous staff, complimentary water (1 still and 1 sparkling), clean modern rooms, walking distance to the tube. Couple of restaurants nearby. One Lebanese restaurant, which is not bad but don't order the grilled lamb pieces. They're fatty and chewy.
J. B.
Nice hotel. If you want to travel into London to see a show, you can pay to park here and get the tube. Station is less than 200 metres away. It's outside the congestion zone.
D. L. C.
location was great. we had a work party. however the space allocates to us was very seperated. The bar never seemed to be running smoothly. great venue.food was not the best. overall some things could of been better.
M. P.
Hotekl was fantastic as were the staff, my only fault was that i left in early hours due to travelling for work and found that the exit from the hotel to the car park was locked, and i had to be let out, the member of staff was not aware that as it is a fire exit too it had to remain unlocked. A key was used to unlock the door so it was not automatic
T. M.
Eventially after a long wait (over and hour)We accepted a double room with a put me up bed for my son. The location is great for West London where I was attending a business event, with the tube station just a few minutes walk away. Excellent value for money.
w. a.
Good hotel, excellent service from the staff, always greet well and are very welcoming at all times. Location is perfect really close to tube station and also plenty of local shops around too.
G. P.
We had a really nice stay at this hotel. All the staff was kind and attentive (we needed a special assistance for some bulky packages). Special thanks to Davide, Alan and all employees at breakfast (which was delicious).
T. W.
Easy with good facilities for an overnight business stopover. The rooms are clean and comfy. The lighting in the lounge and restaurants is a little dim for my personal taste.
M.
Great place to park for a quick trip to London on the tube. Never stayed in the hotel, but parking seems fairly secure although it is open to pedestrians. There has always been space when I have used it.
D. L.
We only used the car park, which has acres of empty spaces. The system worked very well and this is a great place to leave a car to get the tube into the centre.
T. M.
The Hotel is excellent and so are the staff. The bar and the restaurant had excellent service. We had a drink in the bar before heading to the concert and several when we returned and they were reasonably priced for a London hotel. The hotel is conveniently located from Ealing Common station.
M. W.
I didn't stay here although it did look nice from the outside..I stopped here when I had problems with a car I had just bought literally 15 minutes before from down the road. I suppose the fact I didn't get a penalty fine for my time parked outside, hanging over half the junction is a bonus at least.
I. J.
Small but well kitted gym. Rooms are well geared with comfortable beds, nespresso coffee machine, iron & board, safe, hairdryer and amenities by crabtree & evelyn. There is a bar and reasonable dinner menu and/or room service (though with a much reduced menu). The only thing I dont like is the breakfast!
M. G.
Very nice hotel really enjoyed our stay! We regularly use the parking when visiting London and the car always feel like we're leaving it in a safe place.
S. C.
Incredible hotel located near a tube station for easy access into central London. The room was well presented as always with a nespresso machine in our room which was awesome. The service was incredible as we where celebrating someone's birthday so they went above and beyond to make our stay even more present.
K. H.
Very nice hotel. Pleasant, neat, clean and affordable rooms. Modern Bathroom, AC and TV. Delicious breakfast buffet. Most friendly staff. Close to several tube lines as well as suburban shoping mall, restaurants, and pubs. Cosy bar inside.
B. M.
I attended a professional event at the hotel. It could have been organized much better. There was no indication where exactly the event would take place and the receptionist didn't seem to have much clue about it. The building and the cafeteria was nice and clean though.
J. H.
The place is very comfortable and pleasant to visit
D. J.
Excellent hotel. Walmart cookies at check in, friendly staff, very helpful excellent choice for breakfast, reasonable car parking fees. The room was very modern comfortable & most importantly clean. Couldn't ask for more.
X. W.
A standard example of the Hilton group's corporate/budget level chain. This Doubletree looks much nicer on the inside than it does from the street. The rooms are average with good firm beds. The corridors can be a bit hot, especially in the summer, and the air conditioning can be quite loud, but otherwise it's fine.
The breakfast is typically overpriced for this type of hotel but slightly better than the average in terms of food options and quality.
T. M.
The hotel is located near two underground stations and public transport going downtown. The room is a little small even for business trip but good buffet breakfast spread. Overall enjoyable experience.

I'm in Ealing quite a bit because of my office nearby. I'm glad I have this hotel another go after being disappointed a few years ago by the dull, drab, overheated rooms with no aircon. It's had a makeover since then and it's now smarter, with nice rooms, air conditioning that works and soundproof glazing. Buffet style breakfast is just about OK, with cheap, watery, fruit juices and the usual crappy hotel toaster that takes two goes and causes a queue of bewildered foreign tourists. Aside from this minor gripe though the staff are friendly and helpful and it's location near Ealing Common tube makes it a good choice for West London.
M. P. T.
Wow, I don't know where to start ..
The hotels location is perfect, not in the busy centre but only 20 minutes away from it, so perfect to discover the city. Tube is only 2 mins away and there are a lot of shops, restaurants, cinemas, ... just down the road.
Right from the beginning we were treated so well, every single staff member was extremely friendly and everyone made big effort to ensure our wellbeing. Delicious cookies on arrival (and anytime you ask for one), smiles from every receptionist and waiter and the newly refurbished hotel itself made our stay perfect. The doublerooms were not the biggest, but decorated very beautiful and equipped with everything you could think of (Apple docking station, endlessly refilled Nespresso machine, BIG tv screen with Sky ... ).
Restaurant and room service was delicious, great breakfast buffet with lovely DIY pancakes and the possibility to order your own fresh omelette. Dinner menu was awesome as well.
Special thanks to Jorge and Lucia at reception, who made check in and out very easy and helped us with every question we had, and to Gabi, Kishore, Miroslava and Sali in the restaurant, they served us with an extraordinary friendliness and brought us everything we asked for at once.
I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know who wants to stay in London and will always come back!
P. G.
Lovely staff and great accommodation. Clean and tidy with covid rules putt in place
S. W.
I should first start by saying hey have some of the best cleaning staff I have ever had. However, my boyfriend and I both got harrassed and told not to smoke in our room (neither of us smoke) and when we checked out, they tried to say we bought three bottle of wine (neither of us drink wine). I was not impressed with that.
T. S.
Great location close to the tube. Rooms are on the average size for London which is small by most standards. Food at the bar was very good and above all the staff where polite, quick and helpful.
J. K.
I had a good experience here. Friendly staff, nice accommodation with free internet, fabulous breakfast on Saturday. No luggage or valet service. My only criticism is that it's near main roads so I could hear some traffic noises.
A. N.
Absolutely amazing staff and fantastic food! Just a short walk from tube station. Plus very good size parking. Love it! Definitely 5 stars.
M. C.
Clean, great parking. Nespresso coffee and helpful staff. No negatives that I can think of. Projector is a little too small but room quality spot on.
M. F.
Lovely afternoon tea spot at a great price! Enjoyed a nice selection of sandwiches (4 small ones) with lemon cake, a macaron, othello cake and a scone as well as tea (I took the white rose one which was great!)
Place also offers Starbucks coffees in addition to a menu of sandwiches, paninis, salads, pizzas, burgers plus cocktails & drinks.
Highly recommended
P. A.
Had a very nice stay for one night during the travel disruptions across UK. Allthough the room was a bit small for our liking, it was very clean and we enjoyed a great night sleep. The staff was very friendly.
T. P.
Attended a wedding reception here. Service has to be commended with such appreciated efforts like the childrens' food arriving ahead of - and separately from - the adults'. Also, chef's lamb main course has to be commended; surpassing similar offerings at functions attended at some of central London's top hotels.
H. G.
Stayed here on two occasions and both times they hosted a party. It's recommended that you ask for a quiet room especially around Christmas; it can get quite noisey. Certainly not the best Doubletree in London and more comparable to possibly a Premier Inn. They do serve a good breakfast, the rooms are pretty average and just good enough. Inner city London has the better Doubletree hotels, Islington is my personal favourite.
X. V.
Just as good as your normal DoubleTree. Service and staff are friendly and everything is clean.
Would have been handier to build this a little bit closer to Ealing broadway. But apart from that can't really complain.
J. D.
Beautiful hotel lovely staff. Just wished the cookies did not have any nuts. But that's just a minor thing. Very nice touch though. Second time of going.
S. T.
Very welcoming at the reception through out the whole hotel.
Very relaxing .
s. l.
Great hotel just off of The North Circular road and M4. 2 minutes from the Tube and only a £25 or so Uber ride to the West end. Large car park and a great buffet breakfast.
K. H.
Really pleasant, functional, and charming. Staff very friendly. Good location (close to shops 5 minutes, tube station 5 minutes, and Heathrow 50 minutes), ~ 35 minutes to Piccadilly Circus.
E. R.
Friendly staff, good service
v. w.
Lovely modern hotel. Cosy bar area in one bit. Friendly staff. Lovely food. Definitely worth a stay
M. C.
Excellent service...great bartender named Henry..served all my wine spritzer perfectly well..great xmas event..I would visit again.
I really enjoyed the little touches...like mince pies and tea..well done double tree..xx
P. H.
Used one of the meeting rooms, it was comfortable, clean and tidy. The reception staff knew where to send me on arrival. The location was very easy to walk to from Ealing Broadway tube station.
A. H.
If your looking for somewhere to stay in London this is not bad but is a seriously long way out. It suffers from the extreme lack of value for money all hotels in London experience but at least it's clean, the air con works and it doesn't look weapons grade shady.
T. T.
Love staying here, staff are friendly and helpful too, even though we miss the breakfast and meal set up; becauseof the present pandemic.
A. C.
Tiny room even tho the hotel is on the outskirt of London. There isn't room for 2 carry-on luggages really... The usual hotel amendities: hairdryer, water boiler, towels, shower things, tea, coffee, etc. Welcome cookie, complimentary expresso, warm staff but they should be more careful to not place their guests next to a room that's in working condition (painting/fixing the wall or something) -1 star for this. **Be aware of the cost and time to tube into the city.
M. H.
Went to a wedding yesterday- staff were excellent and everything ran smoothly. Food was really good, hot and tasty. Would recommend.
C. S.
Good price, convenient location. Staff helpful. Rooms on the small side but quiet and had everything we needed. Decent breakfast selection too.
P. R.
Really good location, 5 minute walk to Ealing common station on the picadilly/district line for access to central London or average black cab fare using GETT was around £30. Exceptionally clean, great staff and comfy rooms, most have a Nespresso machine in.
N. C.
I personally went there for a private function but obviously you still come into contact with the people whom work there. I'm not 100% sure that the staff who where serving us worked at the hotel, they were not friendly or helpful and would rather ignore you but the staff at the front desk were friendly but very slow even though it wasn't too busy.
S. D.
Room was small but adequate, liked the fact it had proper coffee in the room. Breakfast was manic though and they couldn't cope. We had gone to see Coldplay at Wembley stadium. Good thing is the 24 hour bus (no 83), that runs opposite hotel to Wembley.
M. E.
Rooms are comfortable and quiet but the restaurant is overpriced and portions frugal. Oh and it would be nice if the food was served on a plate and not on fancy gimmicks to make it look nice
A. L.
I had a meal in the restaurant here and both the food and the service were good. The surroundings are attractive too. Recommended.
J. T.
It is a great place to stay in. Quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful
P. M.
One of my fav London hotels. Staff very helpful and friendly and coupled with good value and location cpl mins from tube make it excellent hotel.
D. P.
Good standard Doubletree in Ealing. Location is around 20-30 mins taxi ride to central London but very conveniently located only 5 minutes from the last M4 junction which makes it very easily accessible by car. The standard rooms are quite small but for a break in London for a bed to sleep in is fine. Also used the hotel for work trips and has 2 underground stops within a few minutes walking distance. Also a good choice of restaurants in Ealing within a 10/15 minute walking.
T. L.
Great breakfast, cozy clean rooms and very friendly staff. Also free gym if you're into that. The only downside is the underground station is in zone 3.
I.
I always love the Hilton chain... you are guaranteed a cozy but warm and welcoming space. This one wasn't any different. Breakfast was great and I really love the bathrooms.
K. G.
This is one of the better hotels I get to stay at when working away from home. The staff are great and the rooms are modern and clean, I have never had a bad experience here.
J. J.
Nice hotel, food is great, staff are so friendly and made family feel so welcome. Only downside is parking is not free but I suppose that is longer a given in busy London
A.
Very convenient location, 2 mins walk to Ealing common tube station. Hotel nice and clean, parking slightly expensive. Be mindful of noise coming from parties on the ground floor. Go for beds at level 3 and above.
S. O.
I have been been doing business with this hotel for several years and the reason we have stayed and keep coming back is the distinguished and outstanding professional service that we receive from Udit the manager. I must say nothing is ever too much and his professionalism with customers and staff is something that many of our partners ect. Continually comment on.
Udit is an asset to the Double tree name , great service is something that adds to the experience of staying and doing business here.
I hope to continue a great relationship
For many more years, Thank you Udit.

It was a lovely Hilton Hotel fantastic staff and the breakfast was amazing rooms were very good quality yet there was what look like chocolate on with the curtains other than that couldn't fault it
C. W.
The room the conference was located in was superb! Excellent faculties with plenty of space for 150+ people. Staff were very friendly and always available to help.
A. A.
I did not live there, although it was worth the experience, but I had a cup of coffee with my colleague, the place was more than wonderful, quiet, and the staff were nice , It is a little far from central London, but the experience is worth the wait
L. L.
Humble staff that are fast on helping any situation you may run into. The rooms are expensive however well worth every penny as you really feel relaxed after a stay
On the other hand the outside of the building looks old and dull and needs retailing and designing
B. N.
Excellent location for meeting
F. O. O.
A well kept, friendly hotel, ideally suited for business purposes. A thoroughly good night's rest was had.
J. W.
Very nice and clean hotel! Near the underground. We were there 2 times and we will always come here again!
R. M.
Very polite staff, excellent wine, no hangover the next day. Will definitely go there again
D. B.
Prices in the restaurant and bar above average for hotels and location but the food was very good and the service was excellent.
Hotel was very comfortable the staff were very attentive throughout.
S. H.
Stayed on the first floor. It was quiet despite being close to the road. The room was warm and comfortable and the staff we talked to were all friendly and helpful.
S. C.
Amazing service at the hotel, always help with any requests and conference rooms great. Food is lovely also would highly reccommend
P. B.
Nice hotel. Attended function in their function room. Outside catering. Clean environment with good facilities.
R. S.
Good location, close to the tube station. Nice lobby and staff. Good, big room for the conference. Did not stay overnight.
D. W.
Nice, clean hotel. Rooms and bathrooms are a little small, but very good amenities. Proximity to underground station is also a big plus.
M. F.
I only visit3d for the day so can't give a full 5 star as I didn't use the rooms but looks very nice with helpful staff
C. H. (.
There was a wedding on at the time I visited and the toilets were a state. Other that that all good. A very nice hotel with a small but well equipped gym
c. l.
Very clean, modern, 2 min walk from the tube station, staff were very friendly and I loved the welcome gifts of warm cookies, a very nice touch and start to a nice stay.
T. D.
The rooms are small, but have all the necessities. The staff is very friendly. Walking distance to the underground
C. B.
Helpful staff, lovely room very handy for access I to London via tube
a. l.
It's convenient. The staff are helpful, but the bathrooms are so small as to be uncomfortable for bigger folk to use- I'm 6'2 and 18 stone and could barely fit on the loo!!!
K. M.
Staff was so helpful room was lovely and clean as was the hotel. Tube ride into London would definitely stay there again.
T. C. (.
Very good stay. Great amenities and loads of food and shopping near by. 5 minutes walk to underground station for district and picadilly line.
I. P.
Very professional service. Highly recommended.
P. J.
This venue has been used for 14 years to celebrate Descendants Annual Achievement Award Ceremony. This is the recognition of school students abilities and talents and is awarded certificates, medals and trophies.
J. P.
Every member of staff I spoke to was helpful, polite and professional. Obviously a very good level of management at this hotel.
A. F.
Heat was broken on the first two days of my 10 day stay here. After it was fixed, the hotel was acceptable. Nice that it is so close to the tube.
R. T.
Comfortable bed and sheets felt luxurious. Located away from the city and was a bit of a train ride everyday. Overall, was pleasant
М. л.
great. modern friendly clean. room service good but pizzas american and not italian style so each to his own
H. C.
Well located for Ealing Common tube station, the A406 & M4. Handy for Heathrow but near to Ealing Broadway shopping & bars/restaurants/clubs. Englishy village feel to the area. Quite picturesque. Nice area, low crime.
T. D.
Good parking, nice decor spacious conference rooms. Fairly local to shops etc. Meals could have been better but pre arranged
M. S.
Nice hotel. But outside central London. Very near to a underground train station called Ealing Common. So can easily travel..😊
S. C.
Rooms and food are really good . Its a 2 minute walk to ealing common tube and about 25 minutes on the tube to central london . Great if you wanna see london but be away from the busy life of london at night
S. A.
Rooms sizes are very small, not the usual standards, breakfast spread is good, great service though...
P. M.
Overall it was good, using a key card for everything from using the elevator to turning on lights was a bit weird but you would get used to it quickly.
m. k.
clean and cozy... room and bathroom small... good bfast and a good options... surrounding is quite and you can sleep well

I always like Doubletree by Hilton
M. S.
We had a fantastic weekend and a major part was the staff at our hotel. Thank you for making us feel at home.
B. S.
Nice hotel but a little noisy and traffic in the morning. Not a Hilton but not far off, good value for the area.
W. T.
It's a nice hotel, however, the room I got was quite small and the food menu is somewhat expensive if you wish to eat in the restaurant. I'd go there again though.
S. B.
Great location and close to Underground station. Good English Breakfast. Friendly service and support. Rooms too small.
S. F.

Used this as a parking place to go into central London. Just 2 minutes from Ealing common tube station and 30 minutes by tube to Piccadilly. Worth considering to avoid driving into central London.
