Good venue, great music, excellent location!
A bit too drafty for me as I felt really cold when party started but when more crowded it got better.
W. E.
Had a terrific time here. It's big and sprawling, starts filling up around midnight. There was a Club UK event that needed a bigger space really, as it got soooo packed - but the busiest place was the outdoor patio smoking/chill area - couldn't move in there by 2am
G. S.
Extraordinarily beautiful place. Magic atmosphere, great for an electronic music festival. Ventilation system is very efficient, even though it makes the places very cold. Music was exceptional. Unforgettable experience. Cocktails are very very expensive and are so bad (my gin lemon tasted like pure Schweppes).
D. N.
Decent size venue, with sparkling multicoloured concerts lights. There is a bar on the ground and top floor. There is a cloak room to store coats and belongings. The toilet is clean as well. Depending on who is performing there might be food vendor inside the venue as well.
S. A.
Top night out at a wicked venue, great staff around, good bar service/prices and a banging jump up happy vibes rave..! Twas so good. Can't wait to go again.!
R. V.
Lots of people complaining about the drinks. If you don't already know at this point in your life, please do now: the majority of those bars/clubs/venues don't use the booze/liquor/spirit you see in their menus. Sometimes they barely use any alcohol at all. So you're just buying a very expensive iced Coke or Schweppes. Choose to buy sealed things like beers and soft drinks and avoid being ripped off. 🤷🏻
EDIT: The place is organized and everything went smoothly when I visit, therefore I'm updating my review to 5 stars.
C. G.
Mixed emotions.
Music-wise Excellent (With Boris Brejcha I couldn't expect less).
There was GREAT QUEUE for the cloak room, both in and out of the event.
Booze had too much ice and if you ordered Johnny - Cola you most likely drink Watered-Cola.
L. F.
Great venue!! Came here to see Shame, who absolutely smashed it out the park for their Friday night gig 🎶👌
G. l. S.
Absolutely brilliant night.... Good staff a little pricy for drinks but it is a club so you sort of expect that. definitely be coming back here again ❤️❤️❤️
W.
I'm still not sure which place is colder, inside of a freezer or Electric Brixton. Might want to turn up the heat just a little bit, cause I'm pretty sure I saw some polar bears starting to walk around the venue.
Except for that, the venue looks good and the sound was great as well. They've also got some friendly staff.
S. J.
Had a great night there last Friday. Great venue, friendly security. One of the best nights out I’ve had in London for years. Will definitely be going back!
W. C.
1st time visiting this venue and it was a wonderful experience. The event was busspeper💥💥(soca carnival) and what a big night out 💣💥💥considering I haven't partied for a while. It would have been better if the bar staff knew the music tho because they punk rock ppl and was a bit lost 😉
P. D.
Nice intimate venue. Beer options a little limited
T. H.
Wicked experience. Staff friendly and happy to help. Went to Electric for Liquicity and what a great night it was! Drinks reasonably priced, smoking area is a bit small for the amount of people in the venue but overall, great place.
C. R.
Went to a gig last night joined the queue to collect tickets from the box office as security had told me where i needed to be. Was searched on the way in as normal but there was nobody at the box office so i waited for a few minutes. Then security told me to keep moving into the venue even though i hadnt got my ticket so basically walked in and could have had a free gig if i hadnt already pre bought my ticket.
b. !.
went for the abba disco! so much fun! wasn’t surprised about the drinks prices as i also work in a london club, lovely staff and bouncers! :]
R. D.
Big live music venue in Brixton. Great place, efficient and good atmosphere.
Big bars, beer on cans rather than draft, but works ok.
P.
Nice experience, once you enter they won't allow you to go out for brake.
A. M.
Excellent mid sized venue to get back into music again. (Covid vaccine checks on the door.) Standing downstairs seating upstairs. Just wish the drinks were on draft and didn't have to pay so much for an IPA.
V. S.
Great venue for live music, issue for me is one gents washroom.
When show starts getting to the loo is a nightmare fighting your way though the crowd.
Other than that all good easy to get too, very good covid protocol in place.
M. W.
Great venue with very nice balcony view and super friendly security staff! It was so good to be back there to see Astrix last weekend!
S. C.
One of my favourite venues in London. I love this space. Unfortunately the night I came here the bathrooms were horrible. Everything else was great.
C. M.
Great gig venue. Fun to be back in a proper live venue.
L. S.
Friendly staff, easy access to the bars, great acoustics, and plenty of different spaces and levels to enjoy the music on. Plus for an added bonus you can go on the mystery trail to try and find the smoking area.
Q. N.
Used to come here when it was the Fridge, great performance space now with a great sound system. Always able to see the stage which for a short-arse like me is a big plus!
J. D.
Went to the venue for the Abba disco wonderland. Fantastic event with a brilliant Abba cover band, and not only did they play Abba but also many other great songs. Good value for money. The only disappointment of the night was the “hype” girl on stage talking over the amazing tunes we were there to hear and repeating herself and it became very annoying after a while!
I. K.
Sadly I failed to see Carter USM before they broke up but a chance encounter down the pub informed me that Jim Bob, their lead singer, was still touring.
I saw him and his band at Electric Brixton.
The atmosphere was incredible and he played a superb concert.
Nowhere in Electric Brixton is particularly far from the stage, which added to the event.
This is a great venue
E. S.
Came for the first time for The Vaccines! Polite, friendly staff, and didn’t have to wait long at the bar downstairs. Cloakroom was super handy too.
Upstairs bar was much slower and the fridges weren’t getting rotated properly, kept getting the warm cans which isn’t ideal in a sweaty gig so we stayed downstairs in the end.
D. (.
Absolutely amazing venue, terrific sound system and spacing, security was on point and genuinely a very exciting and comfort setting. Needs to be said, when are mcs gonna start looking at harmonic content rather then just bars and content and loudness... no point having a message if its too distorted to be heard, or if its not mixed into the set right... we need to start treating the stage with more sonic aesthetic value! So much potential with scene on the front and back end of the game that if we tidied up the lose ends and kept the roughness... 😏☺
M. P.
Top venue, really friendly staff. Saw FFAF who were awesome as ever. 🤘
F. C.
Polite security, no hassle, hardly any queues to get in meaning we'll managed, always a queue for the cloakroom and bars but that's expected, we hang out on the top balcony and TBH it was great for the toilets and the bar once the gig started, switched on bar staff. No complaints about anything really, first time I've been to this venue (Worakls)
s. s.
Electric is such a good venue. It's not too over sized. The security can be intense but it's warranted for what they are trying to do.
There's a few seating areas and multiple bars and toilets and a cloakroom (which has a fee)
They don't have many snacks or anything but there's loads of local places to eat. But they're strict on no food/drinks or gum from outside.
Drinks similarly priced most bars (slightly cheaper maybe) 2 double brandy and cokes and a red bull was like 28.
Vibes always good!!
T.
Visited to see Boris Brejcha and didnt disappoint! Sound system is absolutely incredible! Drink prices are good too! Only downside is when leaving, prepare for a massive que for the cloakroom (this was probably due to being at the end of the night and everyone leaving at the same time though!)
d.
Excellent mid sized venue this one.
COVID protocols very strictly adhered to here by the door stff, COVID Pass required and there's a temperature check too. they also require you to hand sanitise before entry. This is the best I've seen any venue dealing with the COVID situation. Full marks here from here for this alone.
Inside the venue is excellent, lighting, sound system visuals etc.
Had a blinding night here, many thanks Electric Brixton!
A. S.
Large venue, plenty of space so you never feel overcrowded. Friendly staff. Decently priced drinks. The ladies loo never seemed to have a queue (definitely a plus)! Attended the Reggaeton White Party. The music could have been better: a lot of it was remixed versions for non-Spanish/Latino people 😂 defeats the point imo? But it was an enjoyable event nonetheless. Brace yourselves for the £2.50 per item cloakroom fee though!
B. D.
Really fantastic venue. Great sound and great amenities. Good access via public transport also. Bar lines could move quicker but it’s not a huge problem here. The show (Peking Duk) was great and glad we got the experience to see them here.
J.
Waiting time for the bar was really bad & cloakroom staff are RUDE!! We had tickets and the staff member didn’t take any initials for me. As I go to collect the 2 coats the staff member (different one) decides to make it difficult even though I had the tickets and a picture of them with the time taken which was around 1am. By 430am everyone’s trying to leave . The staff member eventually believed me that these were the coats I gave in & threw the coats at us. It was so rude . I recommend not taking coats & pre drinking a lot to avoid many bar trips
H. B.
Great place for an event. The only problem was the amount of people and too many stairs for a person on crutches.
D. W.
Some clear signage would be nice. It’s like a maze and no one can work out how to get to the toilets or between the floors. Good sound though.
P. B.
Electric, formerly called "the Fridge" gain much fame due to the procession of star who visit to listen to great music. Wesley Snipes was rumoured to visit back in the day. Still a great spot, sadly closed due to the pandemic.
I. P.
Smaller than the nearby Academy but an excellent venue, great layout, friendly staff and the music sounds amazing. Would definitely recommend watching music here 🤘
M. K.
5 stars for unbelievable talented Boris Brejcha! Enterance no problems. -1h waiting before cloakroom. Poor air vents. Overloaded dance floor. Hardcore maze through the building. Smoking area another waiting time. Again -1h waiting to get to the cloakroom on the way out.
A. C.
Great venue, very intimate. Beer is pricey, but during our visit they had decent IPA. Not better than Brixton Academy, but quite different.
M. B.
Terrible cocktails. There is no alcohol in them at all. Cheap atitude.
But the place is beautiful and has good acoustics
c. m.
Great staff who made slightly covid restricted entry very easy. Large bars so easy to get drinks and great view of Shame from where we were standing.
T. B.
Good venue but oversold tickets so was very overcrowded. Very bad cloakroom
M. d. F.
At first glance, a nice change from the neighbouring O2: less sanitized, feels louder and livelier. But beer prices are steep (5.5 a 350ml can? Even more a 250ml bottle?) and the bar not staffed enough. Good place, but better meet out for a drink before.
m. h.
Had a great night at this venue. Bar staff, security and cloak room staff were awesome! Would recommend this venue!
G. O.
Went to the Oktoberfest event and had a great time. German beers were £12 for a large pint, which I thought was reasonable!
S. T. M.
Man went Elecric Brixton on Reggaeton Haloween vibe, mandem... it was a madness, pure beautiful people and vibes, couple magnums before hand and your dancing to songs and u don't even know the language, des quon tito Bala mala ma da ba da bosito... calm. Listen one situation that u gta hold an L for... the clock room. You can get from Brixton to Stratford quicker then u can get from the entrance to the cloakroom...full congestion charge. 1 hour easy, so pattern your cloakroom tactics early or don't bring a jacket...sweet. But tbf pure banter in the que and a couple new followers..don't stress. Electric Brixton got a sound system and lighting set up for the gods but no not for the epileptic. So be careful. Flames and smoke and flashing lights..the works. Bars in 3 different areas... so no mad cues..fam what more can u ask for. Sick venue sick event. No drama. Pure vibes.
W. M.
Great venue and location for music. (I remember it as The Fridge nightclub!!!) Tricky concert was outstanding.
A. B.
Went to see Vaccines last week.. Brilliant venue, bar was amazingly well run and security staff friendly and helpful. Great night
A. W.
Went to an old school Jungle night. Got completely out of my head and really enjoyed it. Threw up in the loo but was totally cool afterwards. You should check it out its an old spot thats been around for ever and if youre new to the area then its gotta be on the list. Peace
N. L.
Great venue, awesome music and super atmosphere. Loved every second of it
J. M. S.
Nice and cool venue in Brixton.
Friendly staff and good vibes
j. N.
Fantastic venue, friendly staff but lousy bars. No draught beers, only cans. Only Bud or Kronenbourg at £5.50 a can.
E. J. M. (.
Iconic to Brixton, Electric Brixton is a choice venue to see and hear your favourite artists or DJs perform in. With awesome lighting and an even better chest thumping sound system, musically you will not be let down. A fair sized stage and viewing/dance floor with an equally as large upper level balcony/viewing area means finding a space to watch or dance is pretty easy. Bars and surrounding sitting located on both floors and a quaint little chill/smoking area is tucked away in there too. Cloak rooms available and toilets are as you would expect (stinky and busy). Security is tight so make sure you got photo ID and leave the chewing gum at home, searches are thorough.
m. v.
It was absolutely amazing! the venue was fab! the DJs were great special shout out to Kristian Nairn who even riffed on his electric guitar. They had the Iron throne, some actors and adorable dragons too! all in all an amazing birthday celebration!!
M. M.
I really liked this place! Everything was well organised, even the staff which was quite gentle and polite, people worked hard to dirty it but the staff worker harder to clean it. Inside is reaaaaally awesome, it's like being inside a palace; acoustic is great and the show I saw was perfectly made. Hope I can see some good artist here again, totally worth it!
M. Z.
Beautiful venue has two floors if you don't wanna be right in the pit. Even a upstairs balcony to smoke. Adequate amount of sitting spots
G. B.
Amazing venue, helpful friendly staff, fantastic sound, liquicity was such an awesome night 🔥🔥🔥
p.
Great venue, close to Victoria Station, large bar and friendly staff.
D. W.
Great venue, had an epic night. Staff are all top drawer, especially one of the ladies working in the cloakroom, full of banter and a total legend.
A. G.
#brixtonwintercarnival was an amazing experience if there's one next year I'll definitely be going!
G. R.
A good small venue, queues and bar are pretty well managed.
D. W.
Decent enough venue. Sound not great, drinks quite pricey.
M. H.
Open door on ticket 6pm , in reality 7pm, concert starts at 9pm....
R. K.
Clean and spacious, decent enough bar. Acoustics are very good apart from the deepest of low notes which can get distorted. Decent venue though
C. G. J.
I saw Mac Demarco here and it was amazing! The venue is nice too and caters to all levels of gig goers from moshers to balcony dwellers.
Ok drinks selection.
D. M.
The good: Great sound, quick bars and easy to get around.
The bad: took 15 mins to get in. The mens toilet was hard to find at first and was really really dirty
B. D.
Bit small, cloak room is hectic. Overall a good night tho.
J. M.
honestly had such a good night, the staff were lovely and the whole experience was amazing. first time going and definitely won’t be my last!
N. B.
Awesome venue, friendly staff. Coat room was £2 and it was £13 for 3 largers
A. D.
Big venue. Well kept but still authentic looking. Great for events and for nights out. A definite regular spot for people living near there
A.
One of my favourites live music venues in London, in Brixton, a fantastic and exciting area to explore if you visit London.
p. p.
Went here for a We party and yer good facilities, easy to navigate around.
V. F.
Great music hall
Nice acoustic and beautiful view from the balcony
T. B.
Decent venue, swift bar service and outdoor smoking area.
P. F.
Great view from the balcony and downstairs. Perfect venue for medium gigs.
M. L.
Great cosy venue, slightly bass heavy sound
S. B.
Good crowd control for a concert and well signed to find bathrooms, smoking area, etc.
Can't wait to be back soon for the Hobo Johnson concert
s.
Great venue bar service quick no long ques to get a drink
j. b.
Good venue. Not too big. Easy to get to with Brixton station round the corner. Drinks are rediculously expensive!
S. C.
Nice venue, friendly bar staff. Good atmosphere.
U. R. O.
Great venue but the cloak room queue was terrible man seriously. Waited 1 hour for my jacket (everyone did)
R. D.
Great night had by all despite the huge amount of drugs being taken in public
S. H.
Saw Idlewild and the sound was perfect. Saw Kelly Lee Owens the next week and it was a bit fuzzy
W. Y.
Okay venue but they cram waaay too many people into it. Very long queues for the cloakroom.
M. C.
Great atmosphere, great gig. Friendly staff.
S. I.
It's very cool and an attractive environment. I will visit there again soon.
B. F.
Nice Venue, and convenient to public transport. The bar area was very crowded and not all bars were open. It took us 35 minutes to be served.
A. S.
Great bass, high clarity speakers. but expensive drinks
J. O.
Amazing show and great venue staff, friendly and useful. Easy to get to by train or by walking, a cosy feel to it.
O. D.
Enjoyed my long waited concert finally. Lovely 1st time experience
s. g.
Good place to go for a dance. Be aware drinks prices have gone through the roof
P. J.
Great venue for a good old fashioned rave!
d. k.
Small venue .. but a great bight out thankyou
D. H.
Very spacious place with good air conditioning system. Don’t forget to check the second floor for a better view and quitter space to dance more wildly :)
R. D.
Great venue, the acoustics are good. I went to a big gig here which was basicly sold out and the bars queues were ,managed well and the cloak room rush at the end of the gig wasn't the longest I've had. There is a raised section about halfway down the main arena which helps the shorter people get a chance to see their chosen act/artist as well. Located In the middle of Brixton means there are plenty of bars and pubs to visit either before or after the gig.
A. G.
The security at the door was very tight with thorough bag and pocket checks. They even inspected inside my box of paracetamol. That said, the door staff were polite and professional. The bar prices were high (£5.50 for a can of Red Stripe), but not super unreasonable. The venue was very clean and the toilets remained in good condition throughout the evening. Sound was good too - very well balanced, and not too loud. I will be back.
K. D.
Bring an umbrella, sweat starts dripping from the ceiling around 1am
D. G.
Good venue, really enjoyed the sound and atmosphere. We were there to see Yonaka, didn't disappoint. Only down sides were the cloakroom £2.50 per item is too steep especially as you don't take card for it, and on the far right hand side you will be constantly buffeted by people coming and going, either emptying bins or back and forth to the backstage area, during the gig I might add.
J. R. O.
Great venue for a great night. Parking can be challenging but there are streets around the place that will help you with this.
D. S.
Went to celebrate Vibes FM Pearl Anniversary. What a great evening.
M. C.
Great soundsystem and building. Knocked a star off for nightmare cloakroom experience
M. D.
This was a great little venue. Drink prices weren't too over the top and the facilities were pretty clean. Only downside was that the gig was sold out and it gets a bit too snug for my liking with 1500 people there. Still, would definitely go again.
G. F.
Very good venue I was impressed. The entry was very smooth which is not easy with many people being checked. Good size, good sound, not bad bar prices either. I was hoping for an early entrance as Storm Ciara was smashing down but hey-ho. Top venue.
l. k.
Good venue for nightclub. Good front door staff and reasonable price
M. P.
I really loved the venue! Sort of reminded me of the old London Astoria! Everyone seemed pretty chill and the upstairs bar area is a great little addition if u want to get a bit of space and air. Definately Look forward to seeing more live acts here.
P.
Great venue, though I was on the balcony, don't think I would've enjoyed it as much if not. The sound system is top notch, made the concert all that more enjoyable. Went to see Sabrina Claudio who actually sounds 10X better live.
T. C.
Was here to see Maverick Sabre, lovely venue Great acoustics, security could doing with chilling out a bit on concert nights
K. A.
Great gig venue, high up tiered areas made great viewing. Really large lower floor, seating dotted about and plenty of bar space.
*Take ID - no ID no ENTRY.
*Cloakroom is £3 CASH per item - take a bag big enough to stuff all your layers in.
g. j.
Went to see Boris Brechja all good fun, good sound system and lights
A. L.
Genuinely amazing venue. The smoking area is a little too small and suffocating for people who just want air. Staff were all polite and friendly, and the security looked like they were more interested in your safety and having fun, rather than being too enforcing and rude. One of my favourite venues for smaller events.
M. N.
Great venue although myself and a number of others had their phones stolen the same night from what I could see and hear. Security weren't that bothered and after a little more research I've heard this is a common occurrence for this club. Other than that definitely recommend :)
S. L.
Great atmosphere and lovely venue for any type.of party
K. J.
Loved it really nice venue and a good size. Nice choice of beer also.
A. A.
Fun and nice venue for a party
G. R.
Brilliant night out
H. G.
The experience I had in the Electric Brixton night club was really nice ! The venue was absolutely packed with loads of people, dancing and enjoying them self's and atmosphere.
The music was good, the staff was very polite from the security to the bartenders.
It was a very busy and fun in the club, with everyone partying hard and drinking. Also i didn't saw or had no problems while I was there, so made me feel safe and comfortable.
I think the night club is located in a good place with good access to public transports, etc. Particularly I also liked the architecture of the building, interior and exterior!
For sure I recommend Electric Brixton !
A. J.
Amazing venue! There is a large amount of space for getting to the bar and room to the see band. Getting in to the venue from queueing outside was very fast and staff were very friendly when being checked upon entering. Would definitely see a live band here again.
I. U.
Good ambience.. moderate crowd. Easy to get to with public transport.
C. B.
Large venue..hosts great parties and events. Service is good at the bar and toilets are reasonable. Never worried about not having toilet paper for the night. Security are fast and effective and I did not have to wait too long queuing outside.
A. C.
Amazing venue, sound was incredible, staff very friendly all round great experience!
M. R.
Had An awesome party here. Great venue. The sound and lightning is amazing. The upper area this venue has, is great for when you want to rest or lounge a bit and still wanna able to enjoy the party.
B. F.
Nice Venue, and convenient to public transport. The bar area was very crowded and not all bars were open. It took us 35 minutes to be served.
B. D.
Sick place but musics was not that sick
B. M.
Great music venue.
J. R. O.
Great venue for a great night. Parking can be challenging but there are streets around the place that will help you with this.
J. L.
Best Trance night ever!
J. O.
Amazing show and great venue staff, friendly and useful. Easy to get to by train or by walking, a cosy feel to it.
H. G.
Good sound stage.
d. H.
Superb watched professor green and artist's
C. C.
Nice size venue. Good sound all round. Went to see my fave band, so obviously thought they were ace! Only disappointment was the lack of decent 'beer' behind the bar
M. S.
The gig was brilliant! ❤
The venue was really cool too, easy to access, pretty good sound.
The only disappointment was the human factor. Security/crowd control were rude. Bar staff had no idea what they are serving or its price. A fellow guest had to give me directions for the loos as the member of staff I asked didn't know. Way to improve there.
N. “. S.
Not bad little venue. Good sound. £11 for a double JD and red bull which is actually not bad. Weirdly while I was queueing for a drink half way through the gig a bar started pulling a huge black curtain in front of the bar and pushing people trying to get drinks out of the way with no explanation so had to queue again at second bar
N. P.
It's a great club and it's always great fun!
However quality of nights is a bit inconsistent; sometimes they have amazing djs, sometimes it's a bit of a let down.
It's still gets 5 stars because security is really nice and friendly. Best security in London.
L. S.
Good live music venue. Sound is balanced and rich and the place is small enough that you get a decent view of the stage wherever you stand. Close to Brixton station, as well as numerous bus stops, so it's conveniently located if travelling from a distance. Could do with a little updating but on the whole, you should enjoy gigs here.
T. B.
Don't bother before 1:30/2, afterwards was a perfectly good night out. Good levels of security, fun entertainment, drinks aren't the most expensive out there and also sufficient areas to chill off of the dance floor.
B. “. B.
Very large space and very thorough searches! A decent smoking area outside and fairly reasonable drinks prices. I'll be coming back in a few months -the soundsystem is nice and crisp and overall quite a decent venue.
I would strongly suggest that the £1 garage tickets are worth their price.
L. T.
Went here for a event. Would agree with some of the previous reviews, that the sound system is a bit much with the speakers being poorly positioned which left me with ringing ears for hours afterwards, even with my ear plugs in. The staff however were very friendly and handled things professionally, which as a minority, is a rarity for m to see.
And yes the drinks are overpriced but it's what you would expect in any venue of this nature.
J. A.
Fun ! Nice venue, easy to find your way around, plenty of bars and good locations to view the stage or get right in front of it. We had a perfectly sized crowd and mood to bring the energy and camaraderie.
B. B.
The electric is a great concert and club space! The staff are also really friendly. One downside to the space is the cloakroom. It's up two small flight's of stairs and is in a small room. Other that that, I'd visit again! :)
T. R.
Always look forward to gigs at this venue. Stage is easily viewable wherever you are, with a raised standing section further back for those that prefer not to be close up in a crowd. Long bars with quick staff, temperature is well regulated unlikely some other venues which end up sweltering. You are always aware you're in an O2 building though, advertisements chucked in your face and drink prices are high, lacks indie charm.
Z. S.
Lights and sound were mostly excellent! Bar was slow at times but the venue was packed, definately over capacity. Smoking area was dangerous at times. Tech team did a great job and the event itself, 'Brixton Disco Festival' was brilliant!! And I don't even really like disco :)
E. R.
Nice venue! Queuing outside wasn't too busy and the venue was very on time with letting us in. They did however confiscate all liquids when we arrived, even sealed bottles of water. They said we could have them back at the end but just stuck everyones in the same box, no marking of whose was whose or anything. Cloakroom available for 2.50 an item. The actually stage was a good size with a downstairs area then an overhead balcony you could also watch from. The curfew was VERY prompt however because they converted into a night club and the security staff were very keen to move us on, to the point where based off the set list, 2 songs were cancelled to ensure we finished at 2200.
S. L.
Some great gigs to be had at this cornerstone of Brixton clubbing. FRIDGE. Just saying.
J. G.
Great venue, very comfy
S. H.
The Electric is one of my favourite venues in South London. Just the right size to get the atmosphere going and good bar prices. Special mention to the door team - really efficient and friendly bunch who are happy to chat and answer questions about who else is coming up. I ended up buying more tickets for something else in their recommendation!
L. W.
Good atmosphere and cool venue but the cloakroom system didn’t work great. Long waits and almost ended up missing my train due to it
S. S.
Nice venue with decent sound. However be warned that searches on entry are over the top, which means that on popular nights you can end up queueing for well over an hour as they'll go through your pockets, wallet, etc etc, which puts a bit of downer on the start of the night. Suspect this will be a licensing requirement given the previous venue's closure
N.
Sound / Acoustics are excellent here, great for live music. The venue facilities are ok too, not too much of a wait for the bar or the toilets. The venue gets REALLY hot, even on a cold night!
N. N.
I love this medium sized venue, not only for all the brilliant gigs I have enjoyed here, but for the general layout, the competent and efficient but not overly aggressive security personnel, the availability of local parking, and good pre & post gig food nearby. The bar prices are expensive, but not unusual for a London concert hall.
D. G.
Very pleasant place. Boris Brejcha big show.
J. P.
Great venue with equally great music - Downside: you can get held out by bouncers for 30 minutes or for the night if you don't look well, even for you have a ticket. Upside: they're not mean about it and if you try again later when you feel better they're nice and let you in.
S. H.
Great venue, bar prices punchy
A. R.
A nice venue with a great line ups. The layout is a bit weird, loads of stairs and turns to get to the smoking area (tiny) and the cloakroom. The area is good since there loads of places to eat afterwards.
O. O.
An old favourite venue! Fantastic on a good night, but service can be a bit slow and ages to get in. All in all great venue be sure of the night as it does cater for a wide variety of styles from house, disco, rock, gay nights etc
D. G.
Great venue for live music and raves. Quite spacious good lightening. When standing on the upper level there is soft cushioning on the ledge for spectators to lean on, thought that was considerate.
C.
Amazing one of the best nights
L. S.
Amazing.. I went for a spanish concert, it was so easy to go in, and we were so close to the artists.. The sound was very good..clock room was only £2. I would definitely go again to this venue.
D. G.
Great music venue
K. A.
Great gig venue, high up tiered areas made great viewing. Really large lower floor, seating dotted about and plenty of bar space.
*Take ID - no ID no ENTRY. …
J. H.
Great gig / club venue
S. R.
Fantastic venue for Groove Armada live.
G. F.
Very good venue I was impressed. The entry was very smooth which is not easy with many people being checked. Good size, good sound, not bad bar prices either. I was hoping for an early entrance as Storm Ciara was smashing down but hey-ho. Top venue.
P. W.
Great sound and well run
R. D.
Great venue, the acoustics are good. I went to a big gig here which was basicly sold out and the bars queues were ,managed well and the cloak room rush at the end of the gig wasn't the longest I've had. There is a raised section about …
P. D.
Banging night - Claptone treating it up!
P.
Great venue, though I was on the balcony, don't think I would've enjoyed it as much if not. The sound system is top notch, made the concert all that more enjoyable. Went to see Sabrina Claudio who actually sounds 10X better live.
M. P.
I really loved the venue! Sort of reminded me of the old London Astoria! Everyone seemed pretty chill and the upstairs bar area is a great little addition if u want to get a bit of space and air. Definately Look forward to seeing more live acts here.
F. B.
Really great venue to see live music as it is smaller then Brixton Academy it feels a bit more intimate. The seating area upstairs gives a great view and where ever you stand you don't feel miles away from the stage! It is about 5 min walk from the underground station too which is perfect!
L. D.
It was a great gig (great band yes (SOHN), but here I mean great sound), but I'm not too fond of the venue overall. Moving around was a bit difficult. Cramped, narrow stairs on the sides for example, so once the gig starts moving anywhere is basically impossible.
Big bar though, got service pretty quickly.
M. C.
Great music venue. There are two bars, well stocked with Red Stripe. The sound is great and multiple viewpoint options mean you get a good view!
A. G.
Went to the "Luciano and friends" event in November for the first time. Great atmosphere, reasonable prices, great music and sound. The club has the balcony with the cosy seats overlooking the main stage from the top, perfect spot to warm-up or to have a brake from dancing without leaving the place.
S. K.
Went last night for X Ambassadors. There was a long queue but it moved fairly quickly. Female door security was a tad aggressive. Calling someone "lady " does not mean that you are being polite or well mannered. Please and thank you works better for me. Bar service was quick but £11.20 for 2 bottles of beer seems excessive. Sound quality was ok but I liked the venue for being smaller than most.
D. D.
Good venue for larger shows. Security isn't too overwhelming and the bar usually has a decent staffing level with OK prices. Sound is good on the floor, a bit muddy on the level by the bar.
T. G.
I was a bit intimidated by some of the reviews of overcrowding and puzzled by the reviewer who said there were loads of places to sit. We headed towards the cloakroom because I wanted the loo, got told to turn right, stumbled into the auditorium where there was the bar, loos and a plethora of Chesterfield settees, all angled together, I should have taken a photo. While my partner rested his weary legs I bought a £5.50 pineapple and raspberry cider and took my place at the balcony I've the stage. It was a wall with a cushion running the length like a window seat, topped by a brass rail. We held that place until the support act and then Weyes Blood had performed. I would go there again at the drop of a hat, but preferably not on a school night..
F. K.
Proper decent venue nowadays! Great sound, lighting, etc... and the staff were cool and welcoming all night long... even into the early hours! Dancefloor was packed and the atmosphere was perfect. Good night!
t. d.
Nice venue, wasn't too hot even though there was quite a lot of people and it was a good day. The bars are very efficient and I never waited more than 3 minutes. Nice outside area
P. G. R.
I have been there once and it is one of the most iconic venues in London. Its layout really lets you experience an event from different perspectives. Would go there a million more times
P. L.
-
One can of lager for 5.50, silly ! Few angry security guys, annoying. No food at the bar, really? Once you get out u can't get back, stupid. Tiny smoking shelter, joke and Non working air condition.
+
Beautifull concert hall. Super sound. Awesome party. Great people. Big up for High Focus
N. P.
Great venue. Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats show was superb. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good selection at the bar, although standard London venue prices!
C. A.
Great gig venue. Seats could be comfier by the bar but downstairs is not really a sitting spot anyway. At least I still had a great view.
P. J.
First visit to this venue. Know Brixton resonabley well but never been to a gig here before. Normally ended up going to Brixton Academy.
Overall impressed. Staff were friendly, sound and lighting setup was good and ticket price was resonable.
Will look out for future gigs.
A. P.
Amazing sound, not too busy, drinks are "reasonable" for a live venue.. Waaaaaay prefer it to the O2 Academy.. Much more personal, you actually feel like you're close to the artist!
A. M.
Went to a reggaeton évent. Was our first time at the venue. The queue was quick and I felt relieved that everyone needed ID. Polite staff and bouncers unlike Scala in Kings Cross.
I didn't give it five stars as the queue for the cloakroom and bathrooms were massive. Furthermore the plastic cups used to serve alcohol were not compostable. Please change with the times Electric Brixton
S. S.
Had an amazing time seeing Groove Armada here. A fairly small venue and upstairs bar area quite cramped, but that means intimate performances by some great indie artists.
C. T.
Really like this venue, sounds was good, looks like an old theatre, easy to see the stage from all angles. Drinks are typical London prices, cloakroom is up and down lots of stairs.
V. B.
Massive Venue, it feels like partying in a maze at times. Music is very good. Audience:. majority is guys. Very diverse and multi-ethnic girls. This is the only top-tier club in London with extremely professional and polite Security Guards, serious opportunity to let you party until 6.00 AM without realizing as the DJ always plays it hard like it is still midnight. Only downside unanimously is the Bar on the second floor. No lemon, no salt for shots, very slow and superficial service. Spent £10 for a Redbull and Vodka, I was saying at least pour it down into the cup for me, miss lady. C'mon. Other than that Great Night. Reggeaeton the Best.
M. A.
Club is quit ok, dance floor seemed spacious but the clerk office is drag (way too less room for clients). Who ever does the program, should get a statue for electronic music lover. Will certainly return :). Good access by public transportation.
S. E. H.
Great space to dance!!
M. H.
Decent gig venue now. Came here for a few late nighters when it was still The Fridge and it was a little sweat box. They seem to have mostly fixed that problem now. They also attract some good bands and DJs here, though the venue is fairly small so you often need to be quick to secure tickets.
S. E. D.
Always a wild night amazing
G. I.
Great venue. Great drinks. Great people.
D. D.
An amazing place for the purists of electronic music. The box is located in a popular area where the good atmosphere prevails.
The staff is professional and friendly, i came to eletric brixton in a wheelchair due to an injury, the pickup was perfect (vip entrance, help from staff, place reserved in the room).
The prices of drinks are classic for a nightclub, young and respectful public, the floor is regularly cleaned during sets, irreproachable security service.
P. G.
One of the best live music halls in London. Acoustic is amazing, it's the right size and you have good views of the stage from everywhere
C. F.
A friend was performing... The venue was easy to find, security were friendly and venue was clean bar staff nice. Only issue was ladies toilet was not great
C. J.
Love this venue, just the right size , great atmosphere. Drinks normal prices for night life, long queues at the bar and lights out in toilets, but none of that spoiled my night
p. o.
Good venue with great sound for live bands, but security checks totally over the top for a rock concert! Rub down searches on males by females; is that even legal?
B. R.
Set up here is really good! Got a place to smoke too which is handy Also and upstairs that overlooks the stage which is cool if your not the type to be in big crowds!
S. I.
I took my daughter to see Craig David here. At 25 it was her first real gig. Long story but real life can get in the way of having fun. Didn't much enjoy the security vetting outside, long and tedious. Be advised you can't get in before all members of your party or group are present. Don't wear your best shoes or posh clothes. You going to get spilled over no matter how hard you try to escape. It's standing room for everyone except VIP s and drinks pass to and fro across you all the time. Drinks choice but limited. Havent had bottled Cider in an age yet it was surprisingly refreshing in a very overheated environment. The warm up MC was brilliant and it's fair to say that Craig gave his all. He performed for a solid hour a day twenty minutes with one prepared encore. The crowd lauded, loved and sang along with him in wildly enthusiastic abandonment. I thoroughly enjoyed people watching, my daughter amongst them. Everyone left chatting and laughing. Not been here before. I'd come back again but make sure l ate beforehand. All outlets too busy when we came out to bother queueing.
D. O.
Very organised entry... temperature checked before entry
R. F.
Tuff venue stand up people lovely atmosphere security could of been on point a bit more I'm disable and didn't see much help overall sounds I saw left an impression for life one luv Brixton
/. -.
I've seen Noisia, Annix, Hype, Hazard, Break, Mefjus and many more over 2 separate events at this venue! Absolutely fantastic nights. Polite, friendly security and rarely a long wait at the bar!
J. L. C.
My daughter went here to see pvris, she love the whole experience and myself spoke to the doorman which seemed quite please t which is quite hard to come by these days, the waiting times arnt that long. All around a good experience. Close to brixton tube and overground station with mcdonalds just next door.
R. C.
So this review has come off the back of Liquicity dnb event.
Absolutely AWESOME venue, security did there jobs and had a laugh theres couple who think there above though obviously there's always one or three in this case lol but was seen to be helping alot of people that had just one too many, but it was actaully awesome, the sound system is insane you have to find the bit of the room that sounds best ( for me it's on far right by the bar ) chest rattling bass , water is expensive though at £3.60 a bottle... And the people that go to these events are always absolute legends
B. M.
Great music venue.
A. H.
Came here for a concert. Nice venue, cloakroom upstairs wasn't a pain to get to at the end. Toilets are on a raised platform in the blokes cubicles which was amusing.
J. S.
Surprisingly intimate venue considering its size, good layout and plenty of room to move about which isn't always the case at music venues. Very friendly staff too, which again, isn't always the norm.
M. P.
Fantastic show. Loved every minute
I. m.
Great music and great location!
S. A.
Great venue and it has been back when it was the fridge. Some nights they let far too many people in and the dancefloor is more like the tube which isn't great.
A. P.
Great venue, £11 for a double and £6 for a shot quite is steep for Brixton I thought.. Same price as a top central London club.
I. W.
Great venue. We were in the accessibility platform and the view of the stage was great. Also really good service from the venue staff
P. B.
Amazing venue in Brixton, I've been to 3 concerts here and I always get a good view of the stage. They have a cloakroom which isn't too expensive aswell which I appreciate.
A. M.
I went for a reggaetton concert there. It was amazing. Only annoying thing is how they made you go all around to access the toilets but that was more a fault of those hosting.
M. M.
Great venue. A lot better than the last time I went. Good sound. Some staff were miserable though
T.
Saw KRS One here who was phenomenal. Venue was good. Most positions are nice and close to the stage and reasonably priced drinks contribute to an excellent atmosphere.
S. S.
Quirky dance venue, converted from an old theatre so there lots of stairs to climb and mazes to go through. Security is tight (won't allow gum!) but always polite.
J. D.
A really nice venue, came to see Maverick Sabre and it was a fantastic show. One of the better venues ive seen him at. No complaints at all with the venue.
J. G.
Nice venue and good quality sound. Has a viewing platform area and a large bar as well as two cloackrooms. Easy to get to from central London
R. K.
Amazing venue, good security. Only fault is when it gets busy its really hard to move but what rave venue doesnt have that problem.
S. K.
Best time ever...reliving our youth😆😆😆
G. O.
Brilliant music and pretty sick venue too
M. G.
Great venue close to Brixton Station and easy access for buses also...acoustics are very good and the floor in front of the stage has a very slight and gradual rise as you get nearer to the stage, good location of bars and the stage view from almost all parts is super...formerly known as the Fridge back in the day...excellent 😎 !
T. C.
Apart from the very rude young security woman doing the ticket check. A nice venue with a good although very loud sound system.
P. M.
A great venue, went to see local Natives, such a great night. A club I would definitely revisit, see for yourselves you won't be disappointed!
S. R.
Went here for a Lick (lesbian event) loved how big it was and the atmosphere was amazing! Especially with all the lights flashing on the dancefloor.
R. C.
Decent sound from the Sinai system last week but the layout to get to the smoking area could do with a rethink! Squeezing past 50 or so sweaty clubbers just so you can get some air and a smoke is a bit much!
M. R.
Wow, amazing. This was my first time here and I've never imagined it could be how it is. It reminds me the Empire in Shepherd Bush.
But Besides I'd never imagined to see here bands like All That Remains and Sevendust. Pure awesomeness!
R. W.
Nice venue always lots of space and bar wait not usually too ridiculous. But smokers is so far away and so small.
z.
Really good venue. Excellent acoustics down on the floor. Nice toilets, great smoking area and really friendly helpful staff.
A.
The place has a good size and nice bar but the toilets are a bit dirty and not always working properly. Overall not bad, nice live music
J. E.
Great venue, good sound (which is rare), not packed to the rafters when sold out, and security are thorough but fair and friendly. Downside: the price of drinks!!
J. H.
I have attended this venue since the fridge was around. New upgrades and different layout makes it an awesome space. Staff and management have been very helpful during the electronic events attended.
D. Y.
A.M.A.Z.I.N.G very big disco nice audio nice people nice vibe
J. R.
Great venue. Vack office staff really helpful. Non uniform security staff need to speak to customers with less aggression and more respect. Some training in handling customers clearly needed.
J. M.
Great venue and great sound, only downside was security treated every one the same, the drunks , the lads and the couples on a night out, all treated the same
A. B.
Nice venue drinks very reasonable. Went there for Vibes Pearl Anniversary show & dance, had a brilliant time.
W. H.
Acoustic was good. It was busy and seems more focused on selling alcohol. The performance of the band seems to be just a way of getting punters into the bar.
B. D.
Sick place but musics was not that sick
m. j.
GREAT NIGHT FOR A SPECIAL FRIEND WHO HELPED ME AT GUYS HOSPITAL. TREATED TO A FILMING OF
ROAST BATTLES FOR COMEDY CENTRAL.
BIG NASTY WAS SO FUNNY
JIMMY CARR AND KATHERINE RYAN BRILLIANT AS USUAL.
THANK YOU CHARLES FOR KEEPING ME COMPANY 🤶🏽👌🏾❤❤
D. H.
Nice venue I went last year, sound system could have been better on the night but that's just my opinion
f. a. b.
Fantastic location, they offer various events for all of kind of music and artists. Healt & safety are provided by a great security team, but I suggest behaviour.
R. s.
Nice music wild crowd ☺️
M.
Good atmosphere, decent stage and dance floor. There is a strange little side room which they call the "secondary stage" could fit around 20 people in the room.
M. P.
The electric ballroom is an amazing gig venue, staff are really helpful and it has the nice club feel to it as its not too big of a venue and you can see from wherever you stand when watching a gig.
S. M.
Great little venue for TOP band!
S. W.
Pretty good spacious venue with bars situated outside the mosh. Security were friendly and helpful
R. W.
Great gig venue with fab live acts. Drinks were quite expensive but what do you expect from a venue in London!
J.
Went to see an artist. Whilst queueing security made sure everyone was prepared with their tickets. Going in was orderly and quick. Enjoyed the venue.
N. A. E.
One of London's essential venues, if you've not been to a gig or two here, you've not lived. Lines can sometimes be long to get in as security is thorough (or slow - possibly both!).
B. S.
Another great place for live music in Brixton, much smaller than the Academy, but still hosts some great DJs. There can be quite a wait to be served with very slow bar staff
J. L.
Best Trance night ever!
p.
This was my first time here for a live gig and it was a positive experience. Great setup and felt like a safe space to be in.
C. “. R.
Went here for a gig rather than a club night. Had a good time, the sound was pretty good except for the first song where we could barley hear the first half of the song.
R. S.
Small but pretty good sound and if you get a spot on the elevated platforms, you’ll have a great night at a gig.
A. W.
Good venue with great views of the stage no matter where you stand. Not sure £5.20 for can of 1664 is good value though!
N. W.
Amazing venue layout, reasonably priced drinks for a gig venue. Could do with more air con though hence the 4/5.
A. C.
Great, very large venue for big name people but slightly out of central london. Wish the balcony were more accessible to hang out on.
B. F.
Can't go wrong with The Fridge 😉 Crazy P was amazing. Again!
R. E.
Great venue, saw Tycho here and the performance, along with sound and visual representation was done extremely well (I'm talking about the role of electric Brixton).
d.
Saturday 15th March The ORB.
My ticket stated the Doors would open at 10pm, but we was all kept outside for the Film Crew to get in their places until 10.30pm and it was very cold.
The Bottled Water (saka) can be purchased at Tesco's for 29p, so why does this club charge £3.50?
Some area's in the club are dark and you can't see some of the Steps, white paint will prevent further falls and spillages.
Huge Bottleneck on the Balcony after The ORB had finished playing.
Anyone caught Cat Napping will be chucked out immediately.
No Locks in the Ladies Lavatories
My ticket stated that closing time was 6am, but we was all chucked out at 4.30am. However, I did overhear that this was because everyone was drinking Tap Water and No alcohol was being purchased.
Friendly approachable Crew, plenty of Bar Staff, so no time wasted waiting.
Will I go again?
Defiantly.
h. b.
Great venue often hosting great music. However..... very pricey drinks, awful waits for entry, drinks, cloakroom. Staff are rude and unhelpful
d. d.
Iconic place .... had amazing time everytime I'd been here in the ladt few years
M. L.
Great venue, but drinks are expensive.
R. S.
Excellent venue, great sound and really good views from the balcony.
Would go back to the venue for a concert again.
S. T.
Great venue - been going here for years. Friendly, non-intimidating staff. Clean female toilets! x
M. G.
Azealia B. delivered to the Maximum of what a Performer could Ever offer on The stage. Because of that I’d go back there just for a re-experience of such a Kind even for someone else on god
D.
Such a great atmosphere and the music , Raindance Vs Fantazia oldskool was absolutely wicked no trouble, door staff were actually ok fellow ravers were friendly would definitely recommend and I would go again 👍👍
G. S.
Great acoustics and set up, bar was affordable and friendly staff all around. Would definitely recommend!
P. B.
Its spacious even though it was over full packed like sardines. Easy to get to through public transport nice architects inside the building.
M. A.
Loved the venue when it was the Fridge, now it's been much improved and is surprisingly intimate despite holding 1500 people.
A. B.
Excellent venue for live music, not too crowded and great acts on a regular basis!
e. o.
Fantastic venue....if you aint been yet.then ur missing out....i see and met krs one there wot a great hip hop nite. 10 out of 10
S. L. P.
Went to Deep Medi 10, Void sound system is a must to experience. DM know how to throw down a rave.
However, the mens toilet smelt SO badly you could smell it from the very far left hand side
J. M.
It was kind of small for a concert, but at the same time big enough. Good organised and not bad prices, 3 beers for 13£
A. R.
Great venue!
r. b.
Security is always a pain tbh it is really harsh to get in but it is one of Brixton’s amazing club and with loads of history and amazing gigs going on ;)
V. M.
Had a brilliant time while seeing Grace Carter. Bar staff were really helpful and the venue was quite spacious.
L. R.
Great small old school venue
Only ever been to the Academy
Great sound and view from the balcony during the Razorlight gig
h. j.
Absolutely wicked venue, went there for labrynth 30th birthday. Drinks are on the expensive side but thid can be expected from this type of venue.
M. A.
Great venue for night parties and musical concerts and different shows. Has a first floor and a mezzanine
G. B.
Top Kek! (Going Quantum Played Crab Rave)
J. R.
Great gig, great venue.
S. R.
Had some good nights here, but can't get a decent drink and the place smells funky. Could use a decent clean.
G. W.
Confidence Man were excellent!
C. M.
Good venue with a great atmosphere. Would give five stars but drinks far too expensive.
L. B.
Great place, Victoria line is right in the corner, the entrance was smooth. However, the bartenders believe they are way too cool for you.
A. C.
Nice venue. The toilets were actually kept keep and stocked up. Very impressed
P. B.
Had a great night here. Mainly it was the event and the people attending as opposed to the actual venue, but no issues with the venue itself.
D. S.
Very good party, good music and fantastic atmosphere, music sounds great on the theatre all around the place, I recommend this place to anyone who likes good sounds.
C. T.
Good Gig Venue, slightly on the small side!
C. S.
Fantastic place, went and saw Groove Armada and loved the venue. Don't take my word for it, get yourself down there
A. S.
Good concert but the sound hurt my ears sometimes as I was close to the speakers (it is normally ok in other venues)
M. B.
The layout is slightly confusing with the cloakroom up 3 flights of stairs behind the second dance floor. Also the drink prices are extortionate
J. N. (.
Awesome place, drinks are expensive af like one should expect.
n. s.
good club but the worst security and stuff!! been dancing and out of nowhere a security guy started accusing me of smoking weed and i got kicked out and my jacket was lost!! f*^&*(k you!
A. C.
Great concert venue. Staff and security are not rude but helpful. What a change from other venues.
D. D.
Nice venue. Lots of space, pleasant staff, good music.
W. B.
One of my favourite venues. The floor slopes down so that you can see the stage from all angles on the bottom floow
G. K.
Good venue but channel one was over sold massively making it very hard to get around and even have a dance
S. R.
Fantastic venue for Groove Armada live.
E.
Great venue, lovely staff and reasonable drink prices. Look forward to going back soon.
R. T.
Great Night Club from the floor space in main arena to comfortable seating area above with theatre type look.
M. H.
Very expensive drinks. Very wide venue, which means even with a large crowd can feel a bit empty.
M. M.
Since the refurb this place has really grown from strength to strength. Sounds is epic and there is a nice small room with a quieter bar even on busy nights.
D. H.
I was expecting mighty Diamonds and they never arrived, did the promoters pull a fast on us to sell tickets how can a international band not plan this properly. And why was the band promoted before it sure they were coming?
J. A.
Proper venue. Big enough for a brilliant atmosphere in but small enough so you are never far from the bands.
A. P.
Nice place to see your favorite band. (even for the smaller one, there is a nice downhill = perfect view for everyone)
J. H.
Great gig / club venue
M. B.
The balcony is comfy. I could lie down while standing up thanks to my large belly. Big up to the balcony. Would deffo lean on again.
J. R.
Lovely venue. Well maintained and fantastic looking building even if the layout is slightly confusing
D. j.
Loved it, nice friendly staff, good smoking area, couldn't find the toilets though
T. I.
Very nice venue
S. D.
I am rating the building. It is dirty, the floor damage, the wall have broken tiles .
The singer Anselmo Ralph and band 5 stars amazing
T. C.
Good venue! Friendly staff. Dubfx killed it
G.

Great venue. I'll be there another 3 times soon!
A. S.
Awesome
T. F.
Went 1st time ever couple weeks ago saw Jazzy Jeff vibe was nice security was tight and polite , definitely roll through again .
S. S.
Saw Baker, great size venue. Not too big so is very personal
S. K.
Went last night for X Ambassadors. There was a long queue but it moved fairly quickly. Female door security was a tad aggressive. Calling someone "lady " does not mean that you are being polite or well mannered. Please and thank you works …
R. C.
Good music venue but could really fix the ventilation.
H. T.
Really good sound quality for live music. Shame about the astronomical time it took to get served at the bar
J. F. R.
Fantastic place for a fun night out. Good selection of substances on offer. (If that's your kind of thing) LOL....
m. j. (.
Excerlent place for events..very firm but fair security...large dance area and a balcony were you can stand and watch..
J. V.
Nice concert hall. When it's at capacity, it gets really hard to move around, even in the back of the hall.
A. H.
Wow when it finishes they like get you out far to quick can't even grab t shirts after the show if you at the back of the queue
O. B.
I went to see Vicente García concert, it was amazing, the place is great, quick to go in and the staff in the bar were quick as well.
C. C.
Loved this place because you can move around unlike a bigger venue
d. H.
Superb watched professor green and artist's
A.
Decent venue, very professional front of house staff. All around good night!
D. S. B.
ABBA tribute band... Say no more!
A. A.
Security were professional and efficient; so although the queue was long it moved pretty quickly. Bar staff were also friendly and quick.
D. G.
Great music venue
L. M.
Great venue, but no air conditioning in the cloak room area.
A. W.
Everything we went to the bar- the cost of 3 bottles of water changed...especially when paying cash. Not bad venue.
K. R.
Saw razorlight ..venue was good ..however queues for drinks was too long and bar staff not entirely with it !!
C. W.
Great place to see all the hottest shows including the brazilian ones
There is always something one that we could like it
J.
Went to See Kojo Funds. Venue was large, box was abit small in terms of view. Staff were pleasant. Enjoyed every moment.
C. P.
Great venue that's been a big part of the Brixton scene for years. Only let down is the drinks are crazy expensive
T. F.
Went 1st time ever couple weeks ago saw Jazzy Jeff vibe was nice security was tight and polite , definitely roll through again .
s. l.
Massive venue reasonably prices drinks and good sound system
b. c.
Cosy venue, smoking area can be hard to get to but had great times here. Hosts some amazing DJs
J. B.
Sound is on point but can get Hella warm
G. S.
SG Lewis was amazing tonight, great backing singers. A really enjoyable experience, nice place.
A. L.
Lovely venue with different level of seating. Great lighting and acoustics.
M. N.
Great experience and quality service provided by the vip staff. Bar service was good, Faiza provided a great service with our bottles!
R. I.
It was a very very good experience as you know we had a very very big party there on the 12th of January and it was a very very big success a very very very big thank you for all the people who were in volved we hope that next year we can come back again once again thanks from crises and from the captain
M. C.
Been here a few times now for different events, drink prices are reasonable
