The shop is in Camden town, London. They specialize in custom designed shoes. They do really good customization in shoes. I have seen the person doing it myself and its really cool. They do have a lot of custom designed shoes on display in front of the shop. I do not have any idea about the pricing. They do also have a variety of customization designs in their catalogue.

Beautiful venue, perfect size for intimate concerts with very good acoustics. The bar at the back is nice and decoration is laid back but classy. The giant disco ball is the cherry on top of the cake and complements the lighting show nicely

First time at KOKO for Gilles Peterson's Worldwide Awards show and and I had an amazing time! Been wanting to come to the show for years so I'm happy I got the chance. KOKO is a beautiful venue. I did notice on my way in that there were long lines (queues) for the cloakroom so I opted to keep my jacket with me but other than that I had a great evening in a nice venue.

Cool venue for events and music gigs. It has a great stylish interior and looks absolutely beautiful and atmospheric. The shows vary so best to check the website. It is about half the size of O2 Academy in Brixton but is equally high and has more glamour. The prices are a bit ridiculous at the bar, but I guess normal for a night out at a gig. Unfortunately, cloak room does not take card or contactless. There is an atm which charges £1.60. There is also an outside smoking balcony. Staff was friendly enough at the bar, but did not seem to be briefed about the event that was going on.

Renowned music venue and nightclub, in an old theatre. It's a pretty amazing building, with a terrace overlooking the high street. Be sure to check ahead to make sure there's not a concert to avoid disappointment. Definitely one of my favourites in London.
T. L.
Incredible venue for a concert.. great acoustics.. lots of angles to enjoy the concert from different floors.. several bar areas and an outside place to smoke at the top floor.. TVs and speakers spread all over the place to enjoy the concert even when at the bar to pick some drinks.. loved it

Amazing place. I was lucky enough to get a pre opening tour and can't wait for the launch.
I. R.
Great concert venue in Camden. It tends to get very busy, so it's a good idea to go early if you want a good spot at the front (e.g. at the front of one of the balconies). The times I've been there, they didn't check IDs vs. the reservation name on the ticket.
B. O.
the interior of the theater has been renovated. pretty good and nice atmosphere. entry is £10. quite reasonable. Jäger bomb is 3 for £12. it's a pity that the smoking area is very crowded.

Went to see a concert here (Zak Abel):
Floor is super sticky, as they have carpet everywhere and this probably hasn't been cleaned in years.
Majority of the security staff is rude and uninviting and may spoil your experience.
W. A.
Koko was a nice intimate venue with a good deal of good seats (or standing area) to see the stage. A plus was there were bars on every floor so we never had to wait too long in line for drinks and could see the show from most places.
E. W.
Beautiful venue for a concert. It's very intimate as the venue has a small capacity but it makes for a much better and richer sound experience and also being close to your idols.
I saw Marianas trench here last night and was part of a VIP meet and greet experience, so got to see the venue without anyone else there and meet the band. The venue really adds to the whole experience, if you can't stand there is balcony where you can sit.
There is a bar at the back offering drinks throughout the concert.
I had a fantastic time last night and will remember this venue.

Back in the days when I used to go to this club was excellent it still is that the new generation is not into music just to take pictures and beyond phone are seagulls will always be partygoers because they are professional people who just want to party and have fun excellent club
P.
Packed, toilets are a bit in the small side, but a good venue, and very good looking on the inside. Was there to see Carpenter Brut, excellent show.
S. B.
A very good venue, friendly staff, the drinks are a little pricey but the Guilty Pleasures night is worth it! Lots of things going on at the different bars on each level.
B. A.
Stunning live music location with a fantastic vibe! Great acoustics and design. Bar staff was friendly and quick. I highly recommend this place.
J. J.
Fantastic venue with a great interior style and atmosphere. We went to see Idlewild perform here which was incredible. The perfect size where the room is full but the setting still feels intimate. The balconies also add extra levels, literally.
D. P.
Great venue! Love the atmosphere and architecture of the theatre. Great acoustic as well! Only thing missing in my opinion is a snack bar
H. H.
Great venue, I was really positively surprised by the look of it. Management needs improving, dancing performances needs completely replacement with something more enjoyable and likeable.
I. L.
Fantastic evening at this great venue watching Rick Astley and hosted by Chris Evans with Ricky Wilson from the Kaiser Chiefs service and staff were brilliant.
J. F.
Awesome venue, the sound levels weren't great, low mic bias making vocals weak, just sayin'
A. M.
They have a great live music of all types. The venue size is a good combination of a smaller stage level with upper sections in case you want to be out of the pit. Really enjoyed Delain gig and can't wait to come back for further shows.
J. N.
Absolutely love this place! Worth travelling 300+ miles for! Sound system is great and the 2m wide disco ball always blows my mind! The tiered floors give you a birds eye view of the stage. Bar prices are quite high but expected really as it's a London based club. Near to transport links and there's a lively pub 25 yards away for pre drinks too. Only negative is that around the bar area downstairs becomes really slippy after midnight so watch your step.
I. W.
Absolute legends. Best club and venue I have ever been to. Amazing club nights on many Fridays and Saturdays, including Antics, BURST and Buttoned Down Disco.
W. W.
Saw Carpenter Brut live here. Never been before but it was a great venue. Interesting and distinctive decor inside and a unique layout, and plenty of space for both standing or sitting. Acoustically it sounded great and they had a very impressive sound system. Staff at the cloakroom desk were helpful and polite too. Only downside was the bar at the back was very expensive and had quite long waits to get a drink but this is to be expected at a venue in a place like Camden really. Overall though lovely place and would highly recommend.

A brilliant condensed Venue within Walking distance from two tube stations on the Northern Line. Good acoustics around the building. The venue is very good for the up and comers and also for established bands with slightly smaller following. I saw a band called “Half Moon Run” at the KOKO and it was honestly one of the best Live performances I’ve ever been too!
P. H.
I've been to Koko quite a few times and I really enjoy it as a venue for gigs. You feel nice and close to the stage and it looks very impressive. Must importantly the acoustics are very good! The downsides are that drinks are super expensive (£6.40 for a beer) and the crowd bottlenecks really badly when trying to leave at the end of the night so it can be a bit of a crush and take a long time to get out.
I have also been to the Friday night club and it was dreadful! I was there 45 minutes; the music was boring and the other people were intolerable! I would advise giving it a miss unless you hate yourself!
N. V.
Awesome club, in a old style, several level to enjoy the stage!
Very good music and atmosphere
E. N. (.
My first time at KOKO and the place is great for small or classical events. Sound system is just perfect for the area and the toilets were clean. (Maybe before the event started. LOL) I also like the security. It makes you feel safe in and out of the event.
N. H.
Visited for the first time this week. An incredible looking venue and at the heart of Camdens music scene. Would recommend as a good venue to watch bands and would say it would also work very well as a club
M. M.
A small but very distinct music venue in Camden. Lots of bars, and you don't feel robbed by the prices.
H. A.
Really Enjoyed the concert. Can get quite crowded thou. The venue is beautiful I have to say :)
B. K.
My first time at Koko and I have to say I had a great time. The venue is ideal for live shows, they get people in quickly, depending on how close you want to get to the stage there are multi level options for watching the show so you're spoilt for choice how you want to experience the band, drinks are a bit pricey but what do you expect in London? There is easy access from the tube (it's across the road from Mornington Crescent Station). All in all I look forward to seeing more shows there.
C. G. J.
Love this place for gigs but not so much for club nights
I saw Mulatu Astake here with a large jazz band and everything was amazing, the band, the stage, the crowd, amazing
Also went to guilty pleasures club night, lots of pop tunes and amazing performances but way too crowded! Moving around was a chore in most areas and ruined my night.
S. P.
Koko is an excellent theater used for live music performances.
It's close to Camden Town and the closest underground station is Mornington Crescent (Northern line) just literally next to the venue, which is very convenient.
Today Koko is used for live music which a good standing capacity but I'm the past it must have been a standard theater with seats, which makes it interior decor outstanding.
The acustic is prrtty good and I always enjoyed every show I've seen in there.
S. G.
KOKO is an incredibly chic place in my opinion. The general setup of the whole venue allows for differing experiences. For those who enjoy viewing a concert from a distance there are two floors for that. If you can find them there are areas to sit down, there are multiple bars and also just generally the whole space can be well utilised for an enjoyable night out.
In my experience, sound quality has been fantastic and it's easy to feel engaged with the stage as a result of minimal obstructions of the view.
KOKO is also incredibly easy to find as the Venue lays outside of Mornington Crescent tube station. Which is also perhaps a 15 minute walk from Euston. Whilst you are close to Camden you are not too close to be caught up in the hustle and bustle there.
I also think it is a benefit that Sainsburys is right next door to KOKO, so if you need cash for merchandise, you can run outside and be back in a jiffy. I'd also like to add that the ladies bathroom is superb.
G. C.
Caught Sofi Tucker here for the London leg of their 2018 tour. Great show at Koko. Super venue with loads of floors. Although packed did not feel that cramped. #sofitucker
M. S.
This is truly one of the best places I've been to in Camden Town so far. Basicly an old theatre that sounds fantastic! Highly recommended!
H. T.
Really cheap, great night out. The venue is awesome! On Friday, the people attending can be quite young though, they all looked like college students.
M.
Very nice discoteque, you can hear pop music, the club is amazing as was a old theatre
N. P.
Great nightclub venue. Old converted theatre so good atmosphere. Here to see Blazin Squad reunion concert. Sold out so good crowd. Good security too and very convenient for tube (mornington crescent).
w. r.
Absolutely superb live music venue. The fixtures and fittings ooze character.
O. G.
Worked as a security officer in Koko for 2 years. Great venue for live events and space. Has great people coming to see events. Management have a costumer approach and always looking to improve things. From my experience it has to be the best event show I ever worked at and looking forward for it reopening.
V. 2.
Good night club in Camden with attractive prices. Atmosphere and design of the club are really cool. Music in fact was terrible
T. C.
Have raved here many a time, when it was Camden palace many great memory’s inside.
First time at KOKO for a concert & I enjoyed myself very much, sound was superb, staff & security was polite & friendly, easy accessible via the underground northern line.
S. G.
Awesome music venue due to be refurbished.....Peach and Sunnyside Up have graced this venue.
l. i.
The most amazing venue . Bar staff were well mannered and the overall impression of the place were really good . T pain was amazing too . Will definitely be going back
T. K.
Great venue for live music and clubbing, staff are attentive and get served within a reasonable time. Security are not as idiotic as other places. Venue is a good size and planned well so acoustics are great where ever you are. Would highly recommend it.
B. M.
Visited during Advertising week. It was a good venue with a good selection of drinks. Shame about the queues and dance floor turning into a swimming pool.
b. r.
I’ve been here for Tyga concert and the place was really good
J. C.
Many a good nights spent at Koko. From live acts to headline DJ's. Definitely a top pick if your one who hasn't experienced it for yourself yet!
I. C.
Amazing venue. Don't forget to visit the balcony..
M. E.
One of the best venues I've been too always love coming back to see more music here
M. K.
I have never been let down by this place. Great selection of gigs, good location, and decent sound system. I won’t say about pricing in a bar, cause it is always an big issue in all gig venues. I am always happy to go for a gig at this place. I have some unforgettable memories with this place.
G. H.
The venue is spacious and attractive to look at, both from the outside and inside. The internal decoration is great, including the large stage area at the centre of the venue, which is visible no matter where you're stood. There's multiple floors to visit, and with bars on each floor, there's no shortage of places to get your drinks from. The lack of seating and tables made for an uncomfortable time though, as there was no real respite or places to sit down after standing on the floor for so long. It would be nice to see more seated booths or tables for people to use, but otherwise the venue was great.
M. G.
A very nice venue with great sound. Went for the Afghan Whigs gig and it was perfect. Drinks aren't cheap though.
J. D.
Stunning old theatre. There are traditional viewing boxes with curtains along the walls and stalls on the floor. Everything is very red, and the sloping, smooth-walled corridors felt like we were walking through blood vessels. Great view of the stage from centre of the the top balcony. Bars on each floor. Hope it stays open as it's a nice music venue.
N. S.
It was our first time to go clubbing in London and we decided to go to KOKO and I can say for sure that it was a great choice! This place has enough space for dancing, however not so much smoking area available. I can't blame it because we heard they're closing for renovation. I can see how this venue can be amazing for concerts! Will come back again next year to check out renovation :)
K.
First time at this venue and it was really surprising. Multiple levels with multiple bars and getting a good spot was easy whether on the floor or right at the top. Drinks were normal price for London - seeing another act later in the year and can't wait.
M. C.
I had an amazing night there and I can say it was the best party I've been in London! Starting with the security at the door, she put my staff in a secure place and gave back at the end, so friendly. Bar staff so friendly as well and looking happy to be there. Dj was fantastic, mixed a lot of kind of songs and I had a great time dancing, singing and jumping with my friends. Finally find a place where in the toilet there is no one working and embarrassing us to give tips for nothing. To complete my perfect night out, that idea of the balloons was incredible, I could enjoy as a kid. I'm in love and definitely will be back I hope soon!
H. S. (.
Great atmosphere. Awesome venue.
C. S.
I love this venue because it looks so classy and iconic. I have only been here once, but thoroughly enjoyed my time. The venue is airy, open and spacious, and set up like an old theatre. Staff and security is friendly and not too expensive to go to either. Go here if you enjoy having a party in a beautiful location!
J. C.
This is a super fun venue! I had the time of my life here. I took a trip to London from the United States and went here as part of a pub crawl, and this was the final destination they took us to. It was quite a scene the night before the royal wedding. It was one of the best nights ever! The music was on point and there were so many people there. I definitely recommend this place on a Friday night.
M. S.
After many years not being accessible for wheelchair users, in the 00's works were carried out to make it kind of accessible. A temporary ramp lets you get in & there's a large accessible loo, but you are trapped on the balcony. It's pretty good for gigs but less fun for club nights as you can get onto the dancefloor. Otherwise it's a great venue.
P. J.
Blown away! What a place! So many levels, packed with people, multiple bars.. yesterday only the Dj was bad, because he put half a second of the next song about 30 seconds before the previous one finished! Lame
C. J.
One of the best places to go to for a gig in London. Can get packed very quickly but for such a relatively small venue that's expected. The sound quality and atmosphere once the music starts is excellent and one of the best I've experienced in a long time. The service is also good and the drinks are surprisingly not that pricey compare to other venues in the area. Will definitely be going back for a gig in the near future!.
A. K.
Brilliant live music venue. Fantastic atmosphere. Similar to going to an outdoor concert with no seating, but indoors. I went to see the Undertones last week and had a great time. Good sound system and acoustics. Much better than Wembley Stadium where I recently attended a concert.
A. P.
Nice concert venue
Small and intimate
Friendly staff
P. J.
This is visually a very interesting venue. It's a fairly weird layout with plenty of nooks and crannies. Be warned that it is a all standing venue, except for a row of about 10 double seater black leather sofas on the 1st or second level, can't remember which. The view from the sofas is great, so get there early if you don't like standing. Be warned, the drinks at the bar are incredibly expensive!!! Sound quality is good and the venue is medium level intimate. There is a nice balcony you can go out to on a summer evening.
A. O.
Amazing venue that's best to judt get lost inside and enjoy the winding stairs and dance areas
P. v. O.
Unfortunately I have no pictures but this club was amazing. The old opera house style is great. Decent priced beers and accept card for all transactions. Nice staff, and the bouncers were also friendly. Would definitely go back if I go to London again.
K. M.
Iconic London venue, cool, laid-back vibe with friendly staff - makes for a great night out.
Setting is really cool with good views from the balconies, set to the backdrop of the main stage.
Beautiful interior with majestic feel with theatre like balconies and curtains, very elegant.
Good sound, easy access to the bar and prices are OK for London standards.
I. R.
A unique historic live music venue in Camden that has great sound, wonderful AC and sight lines and a good live music gig vibe. Security are thorough but friendly and the bar staff funky and fun. Only drawback is the beer is from cans and not exactly cheap. Happy to go back and see another gig there in future.
C. M.
Definitely one of the better venues I've been to. The theatrical vibe that the building lends seems to elevate even the quietest of gigs and super charges the crowd. Old meets new is the name of the game here and, despite some pricey drinks, you will not be disappointed with your surroundings. Being a theatre means the acoustics are unrivalled so you'll be feeling those beats all the way home.
J. V.
Looks lovely but doesn't provide great views of the stage in many instances. You really need to be at the front of either the middle balconies for a good view, but because the balconies are flat if you are not at the front it can be difficult. Also because the venue is generally treated as single area which you are free to move around the main floor can get uncomfortably busy.
S. L.
Fantastic venue. Small enough to keep the atmosphere, but large enough to house a decent mosh pit. Decent drink prices for Camden and the cloak services are pretty fast. Looking forward to the next visit.
Y. F.
OMG this place is amazing!! Love everything especially the lady's room - didn't expect extra powder room full of mirror and good lighting - perfect for make up and selfies!! The sound and atmosphere is amazing. The only complaint might be the flat floor - hard for girls to see the performance when tall guys occupied the front! otherwise everything about this venue is Awesome!
R.
It's not a review, but I would like to get out of my mind the accidental physical touching on a woman.
I went to the nightclub on the 8th September 2017 night. I was inside the club, on the dancefloor. I was messaging on my smartphone.
After I was done messaging, as I was putting away my phone into my pocket, my phone grabbed by my hand, made a curve shape move and accidentally touch the bottom back of a woman.
I remembered she was with a group of girls. After the touch, I felt so embarrassed that I ran away while looking at the group and making sign languages to them to say that I did not do on purpose.
I should have faced and told them that I did not do on purpose and I was sorry.
Since then, I remind myself once in a while the experience and the regret of not excusing her, to let her know it was an accident.
If you are that woman, I would like to let you know that I am sorry. I did not do on purpose. I am sorry that you most probably had a bad experience.
J. B.
Great venue, acoustics are spot on. Staff were very helpful and drinks were reasonably priced as far as concerts go. Had a top night seeing Beth Ditto with me mate. We will definitely look at more gigs here and well worth the travel down south from Notts!
t. z.
if you wanna something different.. try this one.
beautiful place.catchy tunes big balloons.so much fun you don't want to leave...

Classic style live music venue in Camden. Backstage is pretty good for uk standards.
N. A.
Great venue with lots of space. Camden is always a great location. I would definitely recommend coming here.
B. A.
Classic venue with plenty of private spaces. I hope that the redevelopment of this building retains the theatrical terrace and spiral staircases. It is clear that there are trip hazards and repairs needed. So this club will be closed for a year but would be so cool if Madonna attended (this, her first venue) the opening of Koko version 2.
S. D.
The venue itself is fantastic. Superb location, and they host live events sometimes. Music is extremely loud, but you can ask for some earbuds at the cloakroom if needed. Drinks are a bit pricey. You should go and see if it's your kind of club, to be fair I enjoyed the venue but the music can be disappointing depending on the night.
D. C.
I was there to watch a band last week of January. A big bar, good sound system, and numerous levels to view the act as the building was formerly a theatre many years ago. The ground level (I guess formerly the 'stalls') does have a wide open staircase (about four steps) on one side that have no barrier around them. Under low light it is easy for patrons to miss their step and take a tumble. I nearly did it and as a result remained there throughout the gig to protect a couple of friends that were with me from making that mistake while they made visits to the bar. I witnessed at least two dozen near falls!
N. J. S.
Amazing night can't wait to go again.xx thanx Chip,Stormzy& Co
D. C.
Venue with the best sound I've ever been to. Vocals of the singer could be heard clearly without being overwhelmed by the instruments. Security were very friendly and made the queuing experience much better than at other venues I've been to.
A. A.
The venue is small and wouldn't be fit for sold out shows since there are barely any stairs for anyone to leave. I was there recently for a sold out show and I had to wait almost an hour to leave because I had to get my stuff from their cloakrooms which has around 3 people working on it.
S. S.
The place is an old converted theatre. It looks nice but I am not sure if it is the best venue for a club atmosphere. The mens toilets are small and dirty and I heard that the female ones are the same. The drinks are served in plastic cups and they are all over the floor. There are no tables to put the cups down. I did see one bin that was overflowing. The sound system was not good enough to clearly hear over the crowd.
M. S.
Fantastic venue. The decor inside is great - especially the huge disco mirrorball hanging from the ceiling. The bands that play here are normally really good too. The only downside is the price of the drinks at the bar. Worth having a few at the bars nearby before you go in, since the price are steep.
O. M.
An absolutely fantastic venue like no other! I had the pleasure to visit Koko in March 2018 when Peach Reunion took place, and the layout immediately blew me away! What a cool place. Prices are not that bad like at Ministry Of Sound or EGG which is another great bonus! Highly recommended.
D. S.
I had a great night out at their guilty pleasures evening!! The space is a transformed old theater, so it creates a different type of experience. The DJ and occasionally some dancers were on the stage, and the dance floor area was packed. It was great music and a wonderful night out in Camden. If you are thinking about checking it out, I would definitely recommend it!!
J. M.
Coolest interior of any club I've been to in London (and probably beyond). It's an old school concert hall outfitted as a nightclub. Reasonably priced at only 7 pounds cover. Music was hit or miss, though, and the Americans seemed to like it more than the Europeans.
A. R.
Super fun place to go out and party. Enormous on the inside, loads of places to buy drinks and floors to dance! It wasn't packed to the point that you couldn't move or find a seat which was great, they also gave us student discount so make sure you ask at the door/take your student ID.
R. K.
Nice cosy concert venue. Brilliant lighting. Bars almost on every level. The stage however is below ground level, meaning your phone reception isn't going to be that great. Nice balcony. Good atmosphere.
S.
One of the most beautiful theaters I've ever seen on the road. Great sound system and friendly staff. Loads of shops nearby as well. Not exactly in the best part of town so I suggest not leaving anything important in a vehicle, let alone within view of any items.
C.
I went here for a gig a while ago. The building stands out and is very close to a station, so it's not hard to find.
The surrounding area has quite a lot of places to grab food (Costa, Sainsbury's, and a really nice burger place across the road), although during gig nights it seems incredibly busy. I waited for a friend near the Costa and the queue never ebbed. Not the best area, so be mindful of your things.
Inside the venue it's really spacious and nicely decorated. Not sure if it's like this for all gigs, but it was really cramped and hard to move at all. It was chock-a-block from the front to the exit, and the queue at the bar never seemed to diminish.
The sound was fantastic though, which is what you're there for when it's a gig.
D. T.
a very good initiative on top of the regular night club. Yes a night club, but with a huge screen with the songs' words on them so there's a chance for a bit of singing along too; then the screen goes up revealing dancers dressed in amazing costumes, they're holding massive balloons like giant beach balls, the song build and at the right "boom!" moment they launch the balloons into the crowd. Very very good evening :)
J. R.
I just saw my favourite band at koko and it was the best experience of my life! Halfway through the show I dropped my phone and after not finding it for 10 minutes, I started have a panic attack. The security guard at the front lifted me out and then another one escorted me out through the side, then I was taken outside by another one. The staff are so amazing and kind, and I wouldn’t have been able to get through it without them. They truly calmed me down and I was able to somewhat enjoy the rest of the night. I found my phone in the end, but I’d love to thank the security for being so immensely kind and making me feel so safe!
B.
An amazing venue to enjoy live music. Great sound, great atmosphere.
Climb the stairs all the way to the top and you can enjoy a gig from the comfort of a leather sofa and a bar with hardly any queues up the stairs behind you.
T. E.
I've been to this venue a few times now. It's a nice size and looks great. However, where they've had to put a structure in to house the mixing and lighting desks this vastly restricts the back half of the main floor. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
P. S.
Great new years party, the band were fantastic, good drinks and fun club
L. O.
Went to Koko to see Tonight Alive. There was a long queue get into the sold out venue but the security staff got us in very quickly. Everything very efficient for the gig but not so good on the drinks prices - very expensive. That said, a great show, in a grand venue left me feeling very welcomed.
S. T.
Back in its heyday I am sure this used to be a great venue, it still is but the years of WKD, strongbow and other sticky drinks has made the place just that, sticky.
However, in terms of acoustics for a gig it is great. The drums can be a tad loud but it is worth it for a good band.
The drinks choice is limited so be warned!
T. T.
Definitely the place to be if you're looking for a smashing party. No soda water for vodka at the VIP stall, which was a bit odd, but otherwise no complaints. Easy to get lost and lose your crew cause the place is so big, but well worth it!
C. N.
Good sized venue. Seen a couple people live here and the stage allows the performer to interact with the audience a bit. Bar is good and staff are what you expect at a music venue.
R. P.
Love this venue. If it's sold out it will be difficult to ser what's going on. The beets good. TVs bu each bar (when they have them going). Looking forward to my next gig there.
L. J.
I've been to a lot of venues and this one really has a vibe where you are in an essentially historical place in a city of culture and rather than feeling tacky with the statues and such, it feels like a normal music venue.
Drinks are super expensive but theres a pub over the road where you can get loaded prior to entry.
E. S.
This place is acceptable if you are already around Camden area.. It can be over crowded sometimes specially on Fridays & Saturdays but still you will have a good glimpse of the stage. Spacious and interesting decor. Good sounds and lights and the crowd can be friendly too.
S. C.
I’ve been to Koko many times over the past few years. I recommend it to anyone who wants to try out something unique. It’s an old theatre that’s been transformed into an amazing space for clubbing. However I’ve only given 3 Stars because I don’t recommend going on the special nights such as Button Down Disco where they advertise going before 10:30 for free entry only to stop the line at 10:15 to wait until 10:30 to let people coming in - who then have to pay. That’s what happened to me and I was greeted with rude staff who could not explain themselves. Go on a normal night to avoid this trouble and just pay the 10 pounds!
B. G.
Spacious, great decor and cheap. I've been here for a variety of nights. From Friday student nights to mid week gigs. What's good about Koko is that you can always get a decent view of the stage. It's styled like a theatre so there are many tiers to stand on and get a better view. The drinks deals are usually pretty good for London prices.
R. A.
Had a time of my life here, before the pandemic that is. Hope to see it rockin' again

Good venue for gigs, decent size which means good bands play there quite often, but not too big so you can get close to the band if you want.
The only thing I don't like is the claustrophobic tunnel you have to go through to exit, but that's a minor thing I guess as it doesn't affect the show you're there for.
V. A.
Good venue, is a somewhat on the small side and split on to several levels, tip, the higher you are there the better the sound as you tend to be swamped by Low frequency stuff at the bottom. And it's a much better view of the stage.
B. N.
Great venue. First time there. Hopefully not the last
T. H.
Been to the Halloween and new year's event and absolutely loved both. Seating area is essential for me as I have health problems meaning I can't stand long, so the many places to sit are amazing.
G.
Amazing night seeing hollywood undead live. Staff were incredible, helpful and friendly. The venue has a LOT of stairs but they really try to make it as easy as possible for people to access the venue.
3 jagerbombs for £12 so pretty typical for London but definitely not overpriced.
K. H.
Great Venue, Great Staff. all in all a good experience!
A. R.
The best club in London. Great atmosphere!
J. C. (.
Lovely venue for live music shows. Quite small when compared with places like the O2 and Alexandra Palace, but made it have a nice cosy feel to it. Great experience here and would love to go back.
P. K.
My favourite ever rave venue.
A.
Gorgeous setting for any concert...if you find yourself upstairs and its crowded definitely go downstairs to the bottom where the bar is. Better view as its on a slant and close to toilets/bar
L. L.
Went here to see Odesza on a weekday. The place is majestic royal red in a tacky (but nice) way. It reminds me of somewhere you (and everyone else) would dress up as a vampire and go to party on Halloween (or a typical vamp night out).
The sound system, visuals and lighting is great though. The act I went to see how many live instruments (think geeky band meets cool), and the sound technology coupled with the quality of the images definitely enhanced the experience.
This place is also massive with 2 bars (or so) over a few floors, which makes getting a drink bearable. There is also an outdoor balcony which gives you a chance to get fresh air without being around smokers.
Definitely a place to check out one of your favourite acts.
J. M.
One of the old music-hall type venues, with the slightly ridiculous decor (here made even more by being painted aggressively red), balconies and slightly sloping ground floor. It's a reasonable size, and the bar has generic venue/club stuff, but the chief appeal is that the venue lends itself surprisingly well to more intimate-type singers (modern folk and the like), even though it's clearly marketting itself more as a club.
M. E.
One of the best venues in London! Nice size for small gigs and always impressive sound system that produces crystal clear reproduction with the right sound engineer. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming too.
g. g.
Been to several of the Buttoned Down Disco parties @ KOKO, amazing mix of eclectic music, great crowd/atmosphere (LGBTQ friendly!). Balloons, glitter cannons and a dramatic looking venue it's an ex-theatre so very unique night out. Highly recommended!
R. W.
Great music sound, great atmosphere, reasonable pricing. Queues for coats get get long and tangled, but their system is advanced and reliable. On last visit with a pregnant lady in tow I would have appreciated a bit more flexibility on allowing a small seat downstairs so she did feel she was inconveniencing the whole party by being moved elsewhere to sit down, so dropped 1 star.
C. G.
Good venue for live music, plenty of floor space and tiered nicely so there's multiple floors to view from. The viewing can be difficult from the back of the room on the bottom floor because of the ceiling and plenty of pillars, plus the prices aren't exactly cheap, but that's to be expected.
D. W.
Good venue for a gig. Old theatre. Loads of bar space so queues not too bad. Roof terrace. Can take a little while to leave after a gig since everyone is funneled through the same corridor.
M. S.
Great venue in the centre of Camden with loads of local restaurant choices. We attended and saw The Struts, when a Pearl Jam concert at the O2 was postponed. Great venue and great atmosphere, good security and a good choice of drinks which were reasonably priced for central London
H. L.
Great concert venue, will definitely come again. Coat check was £2.50 per item which might make a winter time visit not so great. Also can be super crowded.
J. L.
Awesome atmosphere in an ancient theatre! Concert to begin and then some dj so you can adapt your time there depending on what you prefer. Just be aware that the sound is a bit too loud...
O. C.
Pretty amazing venue - set out over multiple stories! You can even get right in the middle of things downstairs, or progressively chill out as you ascend to higher floors. Some great music here, and the sound is excellent.
J. G. S.
Huge disco of 4 floors with a balcony to smoke. The inside is pretty similar to a theatre or an opera so it's really impressive. The music is good and not too loud. It's very well located 1 minute walking from Mornington Crescent tube (Northern line). Before 22.30 is usually free but after that it costs 20 pounds.
A. S.
Waterparks gig last night. The staff were very attentive to my needs as i have Arthritis. Assisted me through the entrance security and took me to a seating area set aside for disabled access. No additional charge was made for this. The event was LOUD, nut that was to be expected. A thoroughly good evening was had by my daughter and I. Even the journey home to Brighton was clear.
H. W.
Best venue in London, you can see the stage when it's sold out due to multiple levels. Beautiful decor. Great for clubs. Bar is a little pricey but hey this is London, they're all expensive!
P. V.
Loved this place! Cane to see a Radio 2 soul night. A large ish venue. The sound system was great and we got a good view of the stage.
M. M.
Great venue, great sound. The downstairs ladies rarely have toilet paper and the dispensers are the type where you pull the paper through a small hole so if it breaks the whole roll is lost :D
E. P.
One of the greatest venues in London. So many gigs, so many memories in there. A must visit place for all music fans!
H.
fun party in the coolest building!!! a must see in London
Y. C.
Great place to have fun. Toilets a bit dirty bars are always packed but you can get any drink you want. cin and tonic and some good quality music. great location
P. B.
I was taken here for the first time to see a folk band, but somehow, even though I'm techno, this place made me love the music. Obviously the band had something to do with it, but the venue is very beautiful and the pink lighting on the exterior is a nice touch.
O. T.
WOW! Best venue for intimate music concerts in London!
L. P.
Unique Disco in London. A Disco avenue transformed from a old theatre
S. D.
Beautiful, historic venue. Good bar service and coat check. Best to get a spot early though, or you might miss seeing the stage.
R. A.
Very very cool music venue would recommend it if you get to see someone playing their that you like .. sound system is excellent... I saw DJ Shadow do a set. EPIC!
D. P.
One of my favourite spots in Camden. Makes for a brilliant night out. I mean, what is cooler than an old opera house converted into a music venue come club. Good selection of DJs playing a mix of tracks, and generally get the crown pumping. Drinks are a standard London price, and staff are good enough to leave pitchers of water and cups at the end of the bars, a life saver (probably literally!). It has quite a few bars and floors, which all look out on to the main floor. A great destination on a night out.
L. B.
Stunning Chinese and British architecture fusion, amazingly confusing theatre layout and super helpful staff that know their way around. (The only drawback is wayyyy overpriced drinks) I was more pleased with the venue than with a gig itself lol.
T. D.
Really nice atmosphere on a Friday night if you're looking for somewhere to start off your weekend. Loud music and loads of lights. Great deals and lots of different nights. Beautiful outside area for smoking or just talking with friends
D. H.
Beautiful venue, very friendly and helpful staff, nice crowd but not really my kind of music. Had a great night though so can't complain.
C. K.
Beautiful location, but the entrance fee was way too high for the Halloween-themed party. The dancefloor was too crowded, music too mainstream/not original and entertainment repetitive.
B. X.
Always wanted to go but finally did and it was so worth it! The inside looks very sophisticated- a theatre looking club. 1 less star is for the unbearable queue for the cloak room which blocks the entrance/exit. We had to just leave our jackets in front of our feet!
M. V.
Ok venue very small and cramped. The organisers always overbook and it ends up being not a great experience as there are too many people. But the place is very nice and perfect for plays and theatre
S. J.
The venue is amazing. Depends on the show the stage and visual/sound effects will impress the audiences. High security and friendly bar tenders
M. B.
One of the best venues in London for gigs, dancing and having a good night out. The security here are the best and really look after you as a customer. 5 stars well deserved!
B. K.
Events are kind of pricey, but so much fun! Good dubby music the night we went. Getting a drink wasn't too difficult & drink prices are pretty average for a big club (6 euro for a jaegerbomb)
M. T.
It'll always be Camden Palace to me. Never had anything but a great night whatever the promotion in the 20+ years I've been going there. The walk down through the tunnel leading out to the balcony overlooking the dance floor has to be my favourite entrance to a club of all time!
J. A. N.
Nice spot for going out amd having some drinks with friends and a bit of partying. Lots of music variety, from electronic music to rock.
The place and animations are amazing thoe, it an old theather and its about 5 or 6 floors looking at the stage. Prepare to queue.
A. J.
An amazing converted theatre which now plays host to club nights and live music events. The original layout has been preserved so you can observe from the balconies or descend to the stalls and get stuck in on the action. Great sound, relatively friendly staff, and reasonably priced drinks (at least for a nightclub type venue). Be warned of the toilets however, which are very much of the Camden mold (if you're not from North London, this means they are literally swimming in pee).
G. H.
Used to go here when it was Camden Palace, 20 years ago! Went for the nostalgia and wasn't let down. Still a great club. Good atmosphere, great music and lot of laughs!
J. M. L. F.
Great location for a venue, right by Mornington Crescent Station and up the road from Euston. Upstairs is great for watching the show as the tiers are staggered so nobody to obstruct your view. Have been here to watch Kehlani, Aston Merrygold, Omarion and most recently Tamia and no complaints whatsoever. The accoustics and sound are fine and music plays well. Holds a great capacity. All in all a great place to see LIVE music and usually depending on the artist, very reasonably priced as well.
Also many shops and food places nearby so always somewhere to grab a drink or bite to eat.
L. B.
Went to see lowkey. Twas Amazeballz.
B. B.
Such a stylish venue inside with the steep seating arrangement and kitsch opera house feel. The sound isn't always as good as it could be with a little mud in the vocals and boomy overbearing bass but that can vary depending on the band. Definitely a step up from your average O2 Academy though.
A. Z.
A great experience and the drinks are super cheap. It is a Greta place to start ur early night life in a Friday. But don't forget always. Check on the website to see who is there as presales or online are always cheaper. Be there early to take a good psot and u can always drink in the queue with friends discretely. Would definitely return. If u say remain inside after the event from 7pm. U do not need to pay again to go back in for the late light club time.
A. R.
Great qurky theater-like venue. Marvelous outside balcony for smokers or just for watching the world go by. That particular event was hosted by the ledgenary Sunny side up crew who provided the flawless content along with the friendliest bunch of punters. Apart from one lass outside who got a right ticking orf from the rozzers. All perfectly viewed and discussed from said balcony 👍
A. B.
Overpriced alcohol and a laughable sound system that only sounds decent in terms of live music when you're in the balcony section. Having a smoking area at the very top of the balcony is also an absolute pain in the arse if you have a standing ticket.
T. U.
Great music venue, bar is a bit pricey.
S. D.
At the risk of sounding a million years old, I've been coming to Koko for aaages. Being multi-level, with plenty of nooks and crannies, it's perfectly suited to club nights, especially as the volume can be ear-bleeding. It's also great for certain gigs but the acoustics and levels mean you won't get the best view. Bar very pricey, too.
S. D.
Awesome venue, good sound system.
Can be a little too loud if you're sat in the booths by the bar due to proximity to multiple speakers.
E. A.
I have always enjoyed myself here. Okay, the drinks are over-priced but the gigs and club nights are so enjoyable it doesn't really matter. The old theatre setting is lovely, decadent and when smooshed together with newer parts like the steel staircase, it somehow works. Gigs in an old theatre adds a certain performative vibe no matter what and the dance floor/crowd are feels epic. Great fun. #DavidBowieis
t. S.
Great venue, amazing space. Still haven't figured out how to get a beer tap in there, so overpriced bottles poured into plastic cups are the thing holding this and many venues In London back.
M. M.
Nice gig venue - suffered a bit for my height amongst a crowd of tall people, usual concert woes. Good sound. Cans of beer for a fiver; standard but maddening as ever.
J. T.
Cool, quirky venue. Went there for the Guilty Pleasures night out which was great fun with cheesy tunes ruling the playlist. There was also a little RNB room off to the side for people bored of the main room (though the smaller room got very 'cosy')
The club is rather labyrinthine with lots of stairs and balconies to lose your mates, so be sure that people have some battery on their phone in case. Also the drinks are a bit pricey (though entry was not too high).
H. S.
Brilliant! Koko should be on the London 'must do' list! Fantastic music venue in a great location. Camden is buzzing with pubs, clubs and basically whatever sort of evening you are after you can find it within a stones throw of Koko. The acoustics within the building itself are fab and drinks are not cheap but reasonable. Book yourself tickets to a gig here - you wont be disappointed.
M. Q.
Koko is an institution, when you've arrived outside you know it's going to be a good night. Situated right across from mornington crescent there are plenty of food and drink options nearby - Simmons if you want a cheap happy hour, Lyttleton arms for atmosphere. The venue itself is surprisingly elegant (surprising given the young clientele and party atmosphere). I've gone for live-music but I've heard good things about their club-nights.
J. P.
Despite being a very popular club KOKO does not have much of the associated downsides - it can get crowded but it's not too dirty or hot, large outside smoking area/balcony and the staff and people I have found to be relatively nice
A.
Great venue for a night out - loved the music and it was busy, but no too busy we were squashed
Drinks were a bit too expensive, but overall a good night
A. F.
nice venue. good balcony. VERY nice. did NOT let me take my peanuts in however the staff held them until the end of show.
C. W.
Easy and good management of disabled access. One of the best venues in London for this. This was Creeper. Excellent show dispite people complaining it was too full for a proper pit.
S. U.
I really loved this place, the decor was fantastic and the prices was great. Very different to other clubs, they also had live DJ and a balcony for smokers.
Will go again.
a.
Amazing! There was a struggle to get out though and it was very slow
L. B. P.
Amazing venue. Also went there to celebrate the completion of the London marathon. Really cool ambience and the design is really funky. A great location and really cool place, looking forward to going back soon.
M. L.
One of the best places in Camden to go for a weekend dance - expect indie goodness with Club NME and Buttoned Down Disco, and unrepentant cheese with Guilty Pleasures; regardless of the night, expect a fun, friendly crowd. Set in a beautifully-restored theatre, the club is split across multiple levels, with a packed dancefloor downstairs, and a smoking terrace and plenty of sofas and chill-out space higher up.
M. F.
Rapidly becoming my favourite mid size venue for gigs. I love the multiple areas to hang out. Drinks and bar is pretty standard gig fair.
D. C.
Went here to watch Becky Hill and the box office lady was amazing, as I forgot my tickets and had a couple of hours until start time, ticketmaster had lied to me and would not help me out one single bit!. I explained the situation to the box office lady and she helped me out big time. So a massive thank you to the box office lady and a massive well done to the security team who did well. Oo and not to forget becky hill, amazing performance!!
D. J.
Beautiful old theatre. Went to see Matt Berry and the Maypoles perform live. Was amazing. Such a great atmosphere
C.
I went here for a gig a while ago. The building stands out and is very close to a station, so it's not hard to find. …

This is visually a very interesting venue. It's a fairly weird layout with plenty of nooks and crannies. Be warned that it is a all standing venue, except for a row of about 10 double seater black leather sofas on the 1st or second level, …
H. N.
Excellent venue. Went for the hip hop night. Music and crowd were excellent.
A. K.
The music is great, the venue it self is amazing BUT TOO MANY PEOPLE. If you go there to dance, forget it.

Good accoustics, for a little live music keeps the atmosphere electric. Staff were friendly and attentive.
R. C.
Great old style venue. The perfect place to see a gig.
J. V.
Looks lovely but doesn't provide great views of the stage in many instances. You really need to be at the front of either the middle balconies for a good view, but because the balconies are flat if you are not at the front it can be …
S. T.
Back in its heyday I am sure this used to be a great venue, it still is but the years of WKD, strongbow and other sticky drinks has made the place just that, sticky. …
W. D.
Sound excellent and great bookings. But beers are a bit steep! So go somewhere first. They also have a giant disco ball which is ace.
P. B.
Was there a couple of years ago (late review I know) but great atmosphere. Beautiful theater, very cool place
A. B.
One of my favourite venues for concerts.. Good view.. Especially on the balcony.. Great sound.. Not to big not too small
C. F.
Brilliant venue! Merchandise stand could be a little bigger though. Other than that really good!
C. C.
We went here for coincidence and turns out to be one of the most amazing night in London. The place is an old theatre and the people are dancing everywhere. very nice atmosphere !
S. S.
The place is an old converted theatre. It looks nice but I am not sure if it is the best venue for a club atmosphere. The mens toilets are small and dirty and I heard that the female ones are the same. The drinks are served in plastic cups …

Great music venue, both can be enjoyed upfront or further away in the comfort of their sofas. Great staff and perfect atmosphere and ambience.
N. A.
It is a very classic uni club. If ur looking for standard pop bangers, this is a great club. They did miss sell a Friday night as a DnB night while it wasn't and hence the 3stars
G. M.
I always feel like I have the wrong hairstyle to fit in here, but no one has ever done anything to make me feel ashamed. I come here because I'm convinced that the next revolution in British guitar music will happen here, and I want to be able to say I saw it happen, heard it happen.
L. F.
Super venue for live music and a nice outside to cool down / smoke / regain your senses! Well worth a visit.
H. R.
Great venue, loved the acoustics and sound. Standing area mostly, save for a few seats on the upper floors.
M. M.
To go an see bands this place is awesome. Problem i have is that the floor is always sticky. It needs a proper scrub down and clean up everywhere.
E. D.
Great venue. Staff really helpful. Very good for disabled people because they went out of there way to make sure you have a great time .
J. S.
A lovely versatile venue with a large stage, plenty of viewing spots, excellent acoustics and enough period quirkiness to make it very different to most music venues
Z. J.
Really have never had a bad night out in Koko. Have had some weird ones... But overall it's been good fun. Koko tends to pull of nights that can't be replicated elsewhere.
I must admit, I don't really recall how much drinks cost inside but at a guess.. it's not too bad. Good travel links as well so you don't get stranded at 4am once it closes.
M. B.
Been to a lot of venues around London however KoKo stood out big time. The venue is small on the outside and large on the inside and features multiple viewing balcony's so if the crowd isn't your thing you have many balcony's to watch the act from.
c. o.
Great sound quality. Space to see with a good view is very premium so make sure you get in early and keep your spot on sold out shows
G. W.
Great night watching Ed sheeran. The only thing that spoilt it was an extremely rude I'll mannered security man. Who pushed passed me and my granddaughter to get to the stage. Shouting MOVE as he nearly knocked my granddaughter backwards. There was no trouble happening so not sure what his problem was.
Q. A.
First time I've been. Lovely old glamorous theatre. Sound great and although full, didn't feel too packed.
R. V.
Cool venue at night on the weekends. Sound system is great. The stair locations are odd but overall nice spot. Serious security.
A. K.
The music is great, the venue it self is amazing BUT TOO MANY PEOPLE. If you go there to dance, forget it.
L. T.
Great music and atmosphere but the club gets way too hot and getting to the bar is very hard but not as expensive as I thought. Definitely worth checking out though!
M. C.
Standing music venue right in Camden with an amazing sound system.
Been here a few times and there is something about the place; a buzz. Great atmosphere, tired feet!
C. T.
Koko's a lovely venue. I've only been to more mellow gigs here but I love the intimate theatre-esque feel - it feels a lot more cosy than Brixton Academy which you might be able to describe in a similar way. Always has surprisingly good acts in, too. There's something very distracting about the giant discoball on the ceiling, and on the whole it's a very friendly venue. Drinks not always on the cheap side, as to be expected.
P. W.
Had a really good night first time at KOKO’s loved it venue is great beautiful so quirky. Big shout out to Jack in the cloakroom for charged my phone. Life saver.
Came to see Tamia she killed it the Dj was very good.
I hope when they refurbish this building does not lose its charm.
O. R.
Went for a gig and absolutely loved the venue. Such a cool idea having an old theatre as the set for gigs/club nights.
D. P.
Fantastic venue; very atmospheric. Great gig. Highly recommended, we need more live music venues like this.
V. M.
Beautiful building, great sound system. Ridiculously priced drinks however - £3.50 for a coke! That's London for you.
J.
Really good venue. Good sound and plenty of bars so you don't have to queue for drinks for very long.
C. L.
Amazing venue however can take a while to get in worry if you want to see opening acts however they have pushed the start time later both times I've visited.
S. O.
Good venue for live music and good structure so you can see at all angles. Lovely rooftop smoking terrance aswell
R. S.
What a great gig venue... Converted theatre with a few bars, great sound system, decor, lighting and ambience. Great staff. Really loved it.
N. M.
Such a great night out. Entry being cash only is a bit difficult though for those who don't carry cash. The should at least be a cash point in the foyer if they only accept cash for entry.
M. B.
Nice venue, drinks prices and very steep! Security are very respectful and reasonable compared to some other venues I've been to!
B. D.
Old converted theatre provides a great venue for live music - some odd stage viewing angles but good acoustics and overall atmosphere.
J. M. L.
Been visiting this place since 3 years ago. They keep improving the place, and the new dj is really good! Lovely smoking area too :)
J. J.
Fantastic venue with 4 floors, even the smallest of music fans can get a great view of the band.
D.
As always I love coming here since it used to be called Camden Palace
P. S. (.
Amazing place! Good music
K. D.
I love this venue. Small enough to feel intimate but has a huge capacity and an awesome roof terrace.
M. G.
Haven't been here since I was going to the under 18's raves when I was at school. Brought back loads of great memories and the venue is still as great today.
B. D.
Excellent venue, good music, good amenities, great layout. Can dance out in front of the stage or chill on the balnconys.
G. H.
A great venue. The sound quality is amazing. Very nice inside and a glitter ball to
G.
Great venue with tons of character and atmosphere. Currently KoKo is undergoing a full refurbishment and I'm looking forward to seeing what it becomes.
C. R.
Very cool venue. Went to see Lucky chops play and it was all great. Very cool bar as well.
G. “. K. L.
Fantastic venue, one of the best in London!
J. N.
My favourite venue in London for gigs and parties. They have an awesome sound system, clean toilets and most importantly good ventilation!
K. B.
Only love the buttoned down disco love the interiors , staff friendly , club friendly and love the giant disco ball and that terrace ❤ but i dont like the music of koko except the buttoned down disco ones moreoved buttoned down disco is one amazing saturday they do every week
J. G.
Amazing looking converted theatre with fantastic acoustics. Great views of the stage from all levels, even the top one with the sofa :-)
D. R.
It's an interesting venue, 4 tiers from ground to roof. Like a wedding cake that smells of sweat. Bar staff were super speedy though.
P. B.
Was there a couple of years ago (late review I know) but great atmosphere. Beautiful theater, very cool place
c. m.
Great venue, lots of bars avaliable on each level. Plenty of washrooms, awesome sound in the venue aswell.
M. R.
Theatre repurposed into a club with excellent djs and a fun atmosphere. Face painting, balconies and tunes as standard... Bon pour les français aussi!
B. U.
Best night club in London, a former theatre converted into a concert venue. Enjoy the terrace and the upper levels.
C. C.
Great Venue. Always have a wicked time when watching bands here. Tom Grennan played here last June. Quality Gig!
T. P.
Beautiful old building, beautifullly maintained, and a perfect venue for top quality music. Easily accessible, efficient and pleasant staff.
P. B.
Awesome venue where i have seen a number of live acts over the years. Always enjoy the gigs here
W. G.
A great venue when I last visited and I'm sure after renovations are completed it will be outstanding!
K. H.
Great venue, well staffed and organised, good acoustic. Convenient walking distance from several tube stations and Kings Cross/St Pancras.
G. V.
Such an amazing venue..
Great for both parties and live shows.
The decor is amazing and very spacy as well
J. L.
Amazing concerts and artists have played here. Enjoyed the atmosphere and has an indoor bar
P. S.
Great venue, friendly staff, venue full of character plus many bars/restaurants nearby
E.
Old theatre with the classic look but once concert is over.. the patron at the lowest floor would have to wait for a long time to leave as there are only 2 stairways heading to the exit.
M. S.
Awesome had a really. Great time fantastic staff and brilliant music .Great vibe make sure you go to Simmons bar across the road first .
A. Y.
Fantastic venue, great atmosphere occasionally get really good bands playing here on a whim.
J. C.
Went go see Daniel Caesar! Amazing experience, very is recently sized with the option to either stand downstairs directly in front of the stage or stand up on the balconys above.
H. K.
Brilliant venue, lots of levels all with standing room and bars, and additional rooms and large smoking area for between sets
A. B.
If you want a good time whether it be weekday or weekend then this place is going to be for you. Only downsides will be that food and drink are expensive and waiting times can be long on big events.
B. C.
One of my favourite live band venues in London. Beautiful decor, great sound and great views of the stage throughout
J. v. E.
Great atmosphere, cool looking place
T. M. (.
Saw Maggie Rogers and MosaWild, great venue interior, big bar at the back but stairs down to main floor can get very packed
J. E.
Venue is a good size and planned well so acoustics are great where ever you are. Would highly recommend it.
R. L.
Love this venue, sound is always really good and lends itself to a great atmosphere
O. T.
Best venue in London. The sound is always well balanced, and it's a perfect capacity. Not too large. Not too small.
B. J.
First time back at koko in 25 years and it's still such a cool venue. Fantastic architecture and a great place to see live music
i.
Nice club, great ambience inside, and architecturally speaking very nice (it was an old theatre). Price ok if you book early. Music ok.
H. N.
Excellent venue. Went for the hip hop night. Music and crowd were excellent.
D. J.
Beautiful old theatre. Went to see Matt Berry and the Maypoles perform live. Was amazing. Such a great atmosphere
T. A.
A nice venue, not the best transport links. Expensive drinks
G. B.
A wonderfully ornate and historic venue. Only downside is the bar prices. £6.00 for a can of lager. That's right... CAN!! Talk about pocket burner!!
S. M.
Loved it. A great idea of converting a theatre into a club. Very spacious. Attended a concert. It was fun.
M. S.
The provision for people with disabilities was top notch for the gig I attended, and the security staff were relaxed, friendly and professional.
F. R.
Very good acoustic, still place to dance even if concert sold out. Great A/C system!
D. C.
Classical theatre redesigned and painted red inside. Decent acoustics for live music. Drinks are expensive as expected...
N.
Great venue, could do with some better air con but other than that it's great
N. A.
Good place to experience live music if you don't mind standing. Great sound system.
Y. G.

Koko is not just an amazing entertainment venue that has never disappointed me, its also a beautiful location that you need to show to your favourite people.
M. T.
Great venue, one of the few in London that still feels special. The only down side is it takes a really long time to exit the venue after a busy gig.
S. H.
Lovely venue, great night and music. Went there for Guy Gerber and fully enjoyed it
m. c.
In the top 5 best large music venues in London, perhaps England. Multiple floors, multiple bars to cut the queues and top notch smoking balcany for those with such vices
S. C.
One of the best venues in town to catch a great gig.....as I did tonight with Lucky Chops & Hooch Moon!
J. F.

Unforgetable, amazing, thrilling nite! hipnotized years ago by The Shins and Pakawa it
....unforgettable, just it

Great venue. Don't expect anything from the beer. It's a music venue not a pub. Be realistic.
M. R.
Atmospheric venue. Friendly door staff. Good views from every level as you would expect in one of the few theatre venues left in London.
P. T.
Great venue, not too big though it's still easy to lose your friends!!

J. K. M.
OK venue. Served its purpose. Interior is pretty nice but not very practical. It took ages getting out after the concert.
C. A.
Good atmosphere with plenty of space. Balcony for smokers avoids the need to leave the venue. Plenty of bars.

L. K.
Amazing venue. old theatre vibe with balconies and lots of bars ! great place for concerts and parties

Would prefer draught beer as opposed to expensive cans or bottles. Only one decent beer in the fridges. Otherwise venue is pretty good.
S. J.
It sounds good in there, the bar isn't too expensive and the staff are ok. Being able to get out more quickly would be an enormous improvement.
S. H.
Really fun and quirky venue with staircases going in all directions and an outdoor terrace up above the street. The drinks are expensive though!
S.
One of the most exciting concert venues in London
F. O.
Good music, good vibes, but they don't let you flirt with the dj
Unless you charm the bouncer first
B. B.
Have seen two gigs here recently, and both times the sound was great (quite rare these days), and the staff super friendly (even more rare). Wish all gigs were here.
M. N.
Saw Delain here recently stood up on the balcony and had very good view, small cosy venue with fascinating interior and good acoustics.

Very similar to Shepherd's Bush Empire with a very different feel to it and great balconies for those who can't hack the ground floor. Extremely stylish.
M. J.
Nice venue in a really different atmosphere than other club. Nice concert sometimes
K. S.
A space with some incredible lineups! Get a view at the front though, the view is best from there. Both upstairs and downstairs
w. s.
The night we went to there was only 'disco' music playing so the music wasn't what I liked but the venue itself is massive, the drinks are ridiculously expensive though but that's london for you.
E. T.
Turn up the music 🤘🏻🔥💃🏻
R. C.
Great old style venue. The perfect place to see a gig.

S. D.
Such a beautiful venue, friendly staff, good priced bar and amazing music

Great venue with high ceiling and lots of seatings. Drinks are overpriced as to be expected at a live venue
M.
Great venue, beautiful to look at and a good sound for live gigs.
N. R. M.
Opera House turned into a bar/club with a live performance area = sweet fun.
[also easy on the wallet for students!]

The same taps in the mens bathroom do not work, it smells; however it is atmospheric. Drinks are too expensive though: £5.10 for a can of lager.
R. B.
