N.This is my new favourite place after fazendas. It has all halal food and the food is absolutely amazing. The customer service is second to none. The decor is extremely beautiful. The views are awesome. I’ve got nothing much to say except for singing it’s praises. I love the food, the ambience the place so much that I really wanted to call and congratulate the owner for absolutely nailing it and felt so proud of him creating this level of gorgeous place and running it so perfectly. If you want to go for a romantic delicious meal, this is the place for you. It’s a hidden gem. If you’re driving, there is some street parking behind the building otherwise you might have to catch a cab or a bus from the Greenwich train station to get here. Although it’s not far but it’s not walkable.
G. C.I was a bit apprehensive about this location as a lot of places recently are compromising quality food and service for an “instagramable location.” However my visit was not in this category. Of course is clear decor and views from windows were incredible but the food quality and pricing were exceptional! Although a lot of waiting around for lift to 9th floor and food, I think it’s fair to overlook considering the overall evening! Special thanks to Xena! A friendly waiter goes a very long way with impressions and she did not disappoint. I hope menu becomes a bit more extensive as would love to try more selection.
A. M.Lovely decore but very small place with too many tables. Person getting past our table almost knocked over the lamp on our table. The servers are always in a rush to clear up the tables. We hadn't even started our drinks when one of them asked if they could "clear up the table". Same happened 30 seconds after we finished our main course. I found it very annoying. The quality of the food was great but it was very expensive. 2 startes and 2 mains (which by the way didn't come with sides) and 2 simple drinks and our bill was over a hundred quid! The view is great only from one side of the restaurant. Not coming back.

S. A.Pretty views over Canary Wharf and North Greenwich and the mocktails were delicious. The reason I've given it 4/5 is because there were only two vegetarian things on the menu (both side dishes rather than mains) - truffle mash and vegetable tempura. The menu itself isn't huge, but would be nice to have at least one vegetarian main OR more side options which are veggie friendly.
G.Honestly a fantastic experience. the venue is very nice. quiet and out for the way however once your inside it is beautifully decorated and has wonderful potential. the food was amazing. the only thing is portions are quite small but the quality suceeds this by all means. would definitely recommend. took the mrs and she loved it too. more of a date night than a guys night out. the staff are amazing. very friendly, kind and observant
F. A.So, let's start with the good stuff. Amazing views especially if you have a table behind the lifts. Shisha is available to set the mood and the background music is nice for a lounge. It's a new restaurant so they are still trying things out. Service was a little slow and there are no sides on the menu.
Note, they only serve mocktails which were very decent. Try the XO.
Food on the other hand, well priced but average at best. Please not that I do review restaurants for fun. The best menu items were the dessert.
I would go back only for the views, shisha, music and mocktails....... Things may however change once they settle down
V. S.The space that we was seated at was by the window as requested and we got to our table timely to booking slot. However we ended up waiting for over an hour for our food to arrive and those who arrived after us were receiving or already recieved theirs. One of the waitresses caught my glance and came over straight away and she said she would check what's happening but didn't return. Then we asked another waiter who then went over to check on the kitchen and came back saying that "as you can see it's a busy evening so it is on its way.." Which we could then work out they forgot somehow our order.
The food then comes along we ordered the Noboshi Prawns - great stuff! However the sauce Tensu was a little salty and came with extra hair! I didnt want to say anything but my friend alerted the waitress who then took it away and reduced it off the bill. Which was nice.
We then mains came over. The lamb - amazing lovely tasting and great portion size. I ordered the Cod just a little piece with pinch of side salads.
We then got to the shisha - was really uncomfortable to sit in a tight space to have the shisha people were knocking these over, trying to use the restroom whilst people using shisha felt like a game of Operation. The space was a let down for a highend restaurant the space was ridiculous and quite uncomfortable. The high pink sofas also.
Finally these ridiculous hanging glass leaves. What a health hazard. One actually fell onto another couples table right in the middle. All I could think about was the ones hanging above My heads - I had many and if they just spontaneously fell...
Last but not least there's a VIP section. Little did we know all those who were playing musical chairs in this cramped space and disappeared were all moved over to the VIP section. Which is just a 3 glass sided space to see the view which is what I originally booked to treat my friend.
Overall it wasn't a bad experience but there was alot of things they can do to improve the experience and some items I do feel they are overpriced and not worth what comes to table. But definitely an instagrammable space.

M.Nice place, a place where £40 shisha is justifiable compared to other places where you pay £30 and £35 to get Khalil mamoon, food is okay nothing special but for me I was coming for shisha and the view, so I didn't care if the food was good or no, but I'll have to be honest, for the price you could expect better.
Drinks were nice.
Service was okay no complaints, maybe just smile a bit more please specially when it's the beginning of the day and there is no stress yet.
Honest review would be 3.8 - 4.2 / 5 but the view and the good shisha couldn't let me give one star less! So I guess you guys spent your money right and invested in a place with such a location
J. S.The place is beautiful but they have a lot to improve in terms of service. The staff was super nice but we’ve ordered food for 4 people and only 1 person got their meal. Another half an hour passes and then a second dish came. After some more time then the other dishes came. By the time everyone had their food some of the food was terribly cold so it didn’t taste nice. People who ordered after us got their food before so that was also upsetting.

From stepping through the door until the time we left every member of the team were so attentive Xena our waitress was absolutely amazing. Arma (not sure how to spell his name) was so welcoming. The view and the decor of this classy restaurant was beautiful. I really can’t find a fault. Amazing service all round!!!!!!!

We was greeted with a warm welcome from the security guard and as soon as you come out the lift your greeted with even more warm welcomes from the staff and a beautiful setting. Our food arrived quickly and the portions were a good size. The wagyu beef was so nice and tender, to be honest i thought all of the dishes were amazing. Zena was our waitress and she was so lovely. Overall, i cannot fault them as to me everything was perfect. I would definitely definitely recommend. 🥰

n. d.I came here yesterday and had the time of my life! The food was genuinely delicious and the non alcoholic drinks also very tasty! The music? My goodness! It was an absolute vibe! I felt like dancing so badly and I'm hoping they open a dance floor at some point in the future because the ambiance and tunes they had was better than a regular nightclub honestly
Our waitress Millie was fantastic! Incredibly helpful and attentive. The staff were all well mannered and so kind! I cant wait to come back in april .. I'm bringing the girls!. My only reason for taking a star off is because the lift wasn't working and I was in 5 inch heels and this was on the 8th floor... It needs to be fixed ASAP please 🙏🏾

A.Nine is a phenomenal lounge. It is extremely high end and classy. The food is delicious and comes into the category of fine dining. My wife is not a lamb chop person but the lamb chops here are to die for. I don’t eat vegetables but the asparagus was incredible. Loved the round shaped prawn starter. The coffee together with the golden egg pudding are a dream combo. Never had anything like the golden egg pudding before. So warm and fluffy on the outside, gooey and delicious on the inside. Amazing atmosphere with awesome music. Great views of London. Lovely staff who are very helpful. Really cool shisha with unique designs. Smooth, nice and Smokey. It’s a top level shisha lounge (literally!). Very exclusive. Will definitely be back again

T.My friends and I attended Nine Lounge on Friday to celebrate our friends 25th birthday and our experience was great. Our waitress Xena was attentive from the start and did an amazing job serving our large group. She was patient and checked in to see how everything was throughout our meal. The food was YUM. Like wow?! Full of flavour. I was pleasantly surprised after hearing mixed reviews, but I assure it you’re thinking about eating at Nine Lounge, do it! We all tried each other’s different meals and everything we got tasted amazing - I will most definitely be going to eat there again. The views and aesthetics of the restaurant are incredible and but the music could have been better however when we asked for them to play more current music they did without hesitation ensuring that our needs and requests were met without resistance and they more than happy to do it. Shoutout to Arzy too who took all payments (which as you can imagine with a long group can be tedious) he was very patient and cheery during the entire process. Thank you to all the staff at Nine Lounge. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, you’ll be definitely seeing us again!
P.We decided to go to Nine Lounge for my birthday experience amongst family and friends. My daughter picked the lounge due to seeing the decor and wanting us to have the rooftop experience..lol.
The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. The only thing missing for us was the limited selection of drinks (although nice mock-tails) but I'm sure that would improve in time..especially once they have a drink license..lol.
Something we really appreciate was Xena..omg she was amazing!!!
She got us from the start.....she was very informative about the menu and drinks selection and we had a little laugh with her.
The "host" from Glasgow and his brother sitting next to us..😊 was friendly and took a few minutes to speak to us about the lounge.
Overall experience for us for 10/10. We would return in the future!!

Food - (ordered the lamb main) amazing, however very small portion sizes for price paid.
Drinks - ridiculously overpriced, £12 for a mocktail!
Toilets - appeared clean but only 1 male and 1 female toilet with shared hand washing area and poor lighting. The mirrors were tinted so could hardly see reflection.
A whopping £30 service charge was added to the bill which we did not pay. Not because the service wasn’t good, just because money doesn’t grow on trees.
Overall great but mocktails are priced like cocktails and didn’t really taste of anything.

I took my friend here to celebrate her birthday as I've seen plentiful of videos on Tiktok most of which rated the food quite low but I was honestly more than satisfied with the food. The lamp chops *chef's kiss*. The staff were so amazing and friendly! Musa served our table and he told us he was new but he was doing so well considering he's new. I love how it was not just him that was looking after our table, I wish I knew every person's name who checked on us and made sure my friend's birthday was extra special. I would recommend to go in the evening as the view is beautiful at sunset. We really enjoyed the food; their portions are a little small but are very filling. We also had shisha that was a flavour recommended by our waiter and the to be honest I havent had a good shisha in a long time it wasn't harsh at all as they made sure to change the coal often. Overall it was fantastic would definitely recommend!!!!

M. W.Guys this is the place to dine. From entering the building you are made to feel special and welcome. The staff and service is first class. We had Brandon and he was attentive and listened. He was also knowledgeable about the menu.
The cocktails were a dream and they were alcohol free.
The food the food was out of this world, the prawns were a delicious starter followed by the lamb, it fell off the bone.
My son had the wagyu beef and cannot stop speaking about how outstanding it was. The portion sizes are just right!
I have given 5 stars on the starter and the main course. The dessert was ok, when next I go we will order an extra starter and leave the dessert.
To top this all off was the view and the ambience of the resturant.
I strongly recommend this is one experience you will not regret.

L. L.Hubby and I went there for dinner last weekend. At first everything was nice the host was welcoming. As my hubby was fasting we ordered the food 1 and half prior so he could eat on time for Iftar , 2 hours later food was still no served and the funny thing is that people around us got served starters and mains (few of them were also fasting) even though we got there way before them, (we basically got there when it was empty.) I had to complain and I was about to leave before they serve the food. So all the great experience we had the first 1hour went downhill. The main courses were decent and the starters were ok ish. So overall this place is overrated.

J.The lounge is OUTSTANDING, the food is amazing the pricing is respectable, for the service from start to finish, the Hostess Samira & Elen were so welcoming and helpful & had amazing customer service, along with the security & got us safely to our seats and then the views of the London skyline were beautiful whilst we sat & ate Black cod & tempura prawns for our starters then Lamb chops and Wagyu beef for our mains, the desserts were delicious, & the best mock tails I’ve ever tried! They definitely don’t water down any drinks here! All in all from the service, atmosphere & views along with the 5 star food I can’t think of a better place to come and enjoy your time. However, this is not the place to go if you are very hungry. This is quite expensive: £28 for 2 very small lamb chops is absolutely extortionate. All dishes pictured came up to a total of 121 pounds with service charge. No side dishes such as rice or noddles.
The concept is mostly a lounge shisha bar with dining option and a VIP dining area. The menu is nonetheless limited and offers various Japanese small dishes to share.

So she took us towards this gold lift which takes you straight into the lounge and I must say WoW blown away from the interior and views. We were seated in dinning area, the food did take a while to arrive. They told us the reason was because everything is freshly cooked none of that precooked food! I must say the quality and taste of food was worth the wait. Nice music beautiful views lovey staff and interior. Highly recommend however must say food does take time to arrive but its worth the wait.

We were greeted by an amazing hostess who was very accommodating and had amazing service. ❤️
The menu is small but they are a larger section of starters which were very beautiful and honestly good, I recommend the rock shrimp and the wagyu beef sushi 👌🏾, the food came out in good time and the waiters had amazing customer service, throughout the night it did get a busy later on so I do recommend coming around 7pm for sunset, the views were chefs kiss especially at night.
The drinks were all amazing and a good portion, I personally loved the lemon mint drink.
I want to thank the team for going above and beyond for my friend’s birthday and thank for salvaging the damaged cake 👍🏾❤️
