Food was delicious and full of flavour. Decent portion sizes and fairly priced for location. Service could’ve been better: requested window table in advance and even though there were free and unreserved tables available, we were not seated there. Disappointing as having the river view was the main reason of visiting this restaurant.

Tasty food and great spot if you’re looking for an amazing view! We ordered an array of meals all with positive reviews. The chicken was definitely a favourite, along with the accompanying chilli sauce. Great spot, even better prices.

Good selection of Lebanese food. The hummus is not very authentic and a little.too tangy but the mixed grill was tasty. The rice with vermicelli could have less cinnamon but the staff are friendly and the food came in a timely manner.

It was my first time here. Had a warm welcome from our waitress Hasti. She recommended some good shisha favours. The Shisha was made exceptionally well. We were not allowed upstairs due to refurbishments being carried out. However, the owner allowed us to see the progress that had been made and I can assure you it will look amazing once it's been completed. We had an unexpected customer that walked in drunk but was removed in a polite and professional manner. Well done guys! Hope to see you all soon.

Iranian owned, Lebanese chef serving food of a very good standard. The owner has succeeded at a site where so many have failed over the years, perhaps by improving the outdoor space? The decking area has the best views. When very busy the service struggles to keep up.

One of the best shisha spots I’ve ever been too!!! Have recommended to so many of my friends who’ve also loved it! Shisha is so smooth and light, easy to smoke and flavour is always on point. Service is great, waiters are always checking up making sure everything’s okay, and the vibe is great! Food is great too only thing I would say is portion size is slightly small but that’s minor! I have just moved to the UK and this restaurant has already become my “to-go” restaurant. The prices of the food are reasonable, the service is excellent and the environment is very nice and quiet. Waitress Sogand is amazing, she’s very thoughtful and friendly. When I visit the restaurant with my dog, she will even take care of my dog by providing her with some water. In general, the restaurant makes us feel very welcoming and warm. Highly recommended.

The food at this restaurant is FABULOUS!! The food menu was just amazing with a varied variety of exquisite Lebanese cuisine. The starters and the main courses were sublime. The drinks are second to none. A few days after our event I went back to the restaurant to meet the head chef and to personally thank him for his hard work. Brilliant!! The Management helped my wife and I organise my child's 2nd Birthday Party. I recommend that if you have a party to organise then contact the highly professional management at this restaurant. They can organise everything from a photographer, party decorations and the best most delicious cake supplier. We had 30 adult guests and their children attend our birthday party. We had a 18 inch fresh cream/chocolate sponge cake. Delicious!! I live in Putney, and, if you live in the Chelsea, Battersea, Wandsworth and Fulham areas then this restaurant is perfect for your 'function' needs. This restaurant is unique because it has it's own private jetty. Our guests absolutely loved the experience of having views of the Thames whilst food was eaten and drinks were served. I guarantee that my family and I will be regularly dining at this restaurant in the future from now on. I suggest to anyone that reads my review to immediately make a reservation booking and experience Palm Riverside for yourself. You will not be disappointed. The restaurant is in a great location with free street parking available on a Sunday. The decor is beautiful and the service was attentive and friendly. I enjoyed the starters but the main (grilled sea bass)was a little over cooked! Nonetheless, I would return as the experience was lovely - shisha is also available

Palm Riverside, 94 Point Pleasant, London SW18 1PP @palmriverside ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Mellow Haze £25 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ So decided to hit a lounge where I can work from home, initially went to a lounge in Croydon but they were not ready so decided to pop by Palm. Upon entering we checked in using the nhs track and trace app and then went up stairs and to sit down. The lounge was empty which was good, meant I can continue to work hard whilst smoking without any distractions. Ordered Mellow Haze on its own and the shisha came out in just 5 minutes in a @moesshisha and jeeeez what a pipe, it was soooo heavy you can feel the quality of materials used in this pipe. So with 4 coals slapped on and another 5 minutes to heat up we started puffing. The smoke was beautiful, smooth and thick you could say it was creamy 😂 I loved it was a brilliant smoke. The lounge is quite big the decor is beautiful and overall very clean and with it being on the riverside the setting is just perfect, definitely a unique feature to this lounge. Service was excellent, cash and cards accepted with plenty of pay and display parking in the area. Definitely recommended and will be returning again soon.

This is a lovely restaurant with excellent service and amazing Lebanese food. We went there for my birthday. The dishes quality is impressive, and the mix/fusions of flavours, you will not get elsewhere. BEST LEBANESE RESTAURANT I have been to in London. The mocktails (Mint lemonade etc.) were refreshing, and their alcoholic drinks menu was full of different options. The hummus starter was so tasty, as well as all the lamb dishes. They also serve freshly baked bread that compliments the food perfectly. Highly recommend the fattoush for a starter and lamb cutlets as a main. The falafel with the tahini sauce is a must-try. The restaurant is relatively big inside, and the ambience is really relaxing, not too loud, and you can hear/speak with your table without shouting. The customer service was outstanding, we had the pleasure to have Vafa as our waitress, and she was helpful with recommendations, as well as making sure we did not over order. Thank you, Vafa and thank you, Palm Riverside, for an unforgettable birthday.

Food was delicious and they do really good portions but shisha was a let down. Quite expensive and not great quality. They also have nice decor downstairs for food and upstairs for shisha but ruin it with tacky red teddy bears on every seat.

We came across this place just after lockdown and popped in for some drinks. It was amazing. Since then we've come back many times and had the best experience. It's beautifully decorated and the service is top notch. The food has been delicious and well presented each time we've been. Starters wise, the falafel and humous is absolutely amazing! Main meal, we've had the mixed grill, stews and chicken wings and they are all amazing. The service has always been super attentive and welcoming. A really fab evening. Popped in last minute last night with a friend we both live locally and had walked by loads of times. The food was really fab and the staff were all so friendly and really passionate about the food. Chatted to the owner who was trying out new heaters on the terrace and was telling us they are planning on starting a Lebanese and Turkish style brunch soon. Looking forward to that! Worth the wait. BUT, they made us wait... It took almost an HOUR for someone to take our order for food, as their kitchen was “busy”... but apart from that the decor and ambience was lovely! They have heat lamps, so yu won’t get too cold if yu decide to sit outside. Food was great, apart from the batata harra wasnt cooked enough! Will go back to try the shisha.

With only 2 weeks notice Ali and the team were able to cater and hold our wedding reception. We were over the moon as the location is really exceptional and the newly refurbished restaurant looks exceptional. The day perfectly. The staff couldnt help more from making complex cocktails, to knowing their beers up to some delicious food. Many food types on offer too with lots of plant based options for our guest and allergies taken care off. The staff are highly skilled and passionate about their work, which shows. I cant recommend going here enough and plan to have many aftyernoon lunches, cozy winter meals and catching that sunset here. Thank you team!!

Four of us visited for a “ladies that dinner “treat on a Tuesday at 7:00pm. It’s spacious, light and airy, with modern, classy decor. We chose a table by the outside with the nice view , After studying the vast menu, decided on shish taok and mousaka Mmmm.....! We gave our orders to the lovely kash who then serve us..! Looking around, nice location and good atmosphere , lovely for photo's. We all had a lovely hour or so enjoying good food in this friendly, classy establishment, and I would highly recommend trying it. So glad we did though!

What an evening! My wifes birthday celebrations were well accommodated to. Ahmed and Mohamed are both heroes. Ahmed was my host/waiter and he recommended the mix grill and the cocktails for myself, as well as the kafta and the roast lamb for my family as per their preference. Mohammed was my coal waiter for shisha and was always on hand to help. I have already made a reservation to return. Would recommend every day of the week!

Nice restaurant and great food. The cocktails are not the best though. There are no tips added to the bill and we cannot pay extra with card. It’s painful to see the owner standing there while he lets his staff run around and don’t get tips for it.
