H. M.This place is the business! The staff are super friendly and welcoming, the food is incredible and the whole place is a vibe! You have to try the calamari and the sushi. The poke bowls are delicious as well, I can highly recommend the Cajun chicken. We will definitely be back for more!

I was assured that there were no traces of peanuts in anything for my allergy, and they provided GF soy sauce for my Coeliac friend. Only bad thing was that service wasn’t great (lovely waitress just food and drinks took a while to come). I think they were understaffed but maybe it was a one off? 🤷🏼♀️

M. X.Such a lovely gem of a place. The environment is warm, the staff are lovely, food and drinks = outstanding! Even had a cheeky dance in the basement with my friends Friday night and the DJ brought the house down!! Definitely amongst my favourite spots!!
M.I recently had my 30th birthday at Tiki Tail Balham, and I must say the service I received throughout was 10/10. Autumn the Manager accommodated all my needs and made sure I truly had the best experience. The space was perfect for my guests and the food and their drinks were amazing. Would Highly Recommend for anyone wanting to hire a venue for the night.

s. r.I love this place ! I found out about this place mybee a year or 2 ago and I have been back on numerous occasions. The venue is nice chill spot with an great garden in the summer. Autum and Kam and the rest of the staff are amazing and will go to every extent to accommodate your requests. My partner has numerous events and every time, we have had an amazing time not to mention all the compliments we got from our friends and our family. The space down stairs is great for hosting events. The cocktails are always a hit and never watered down! aswell as having a 2-4-1 ! The food is also a hit and I would definitely recommend this place.I want to thank the team for always going above and beyond for us. Thank you Tiki Tail and keep doing what you do ! C. _.My thanks to the TikiTail staff for providing an excellent, professional and brilliantly managed service for a 50th birthday party celebration I arranged for my partner. The basement bar (with an outside garden) was excellent and made for an intimate, warm environment enjoyed by all, even the staff!! The food was superb (JD chicken wings was a great suggestion and we're loved by all) and the drinks exotic. The Hawian rum punch went down a treat and it went down quick!! It couldn't have gone any better. You'll no doubt be getting more business from those that attended, everyone was really impressed. Thanks once again to the wonderful management (not mentioning names, you know who you are!!) and bar and catering staff for your excellent, courteous, well hosted service.

We had a poke bowl each and sushi and 3 starters between us and each dish was fantastic. The food was very fresh and felt really unique. We arrived during happy hours and had cocktails which they were happy to alter to our taste. The atmosphere was really relaxed and homely. We cannot wait to return.

B.What an amazing discovery, this wounderfull hidden gem..Hats off to the hardworking, stunning owner serving up the most sumptuous cocktails that whisk you away to the shaws of the Caribbean islands, on a cold, frosty, damp Friday evening in December, Balham England..Mixology at its purest form is what you will find here. 80's RnB music playing in the background, combined with the sounds of ladies laughter, singing, dancing, topped off by culinary explosions of the Sushi inspired, Lobster tail and rice dishes..You really do not need to travel far (6 minutes walk from Balham Station) to experience some Caribbean delights...

S. M.Visited tikitail for the first time today and I was not disappointed as a matter of fact I was overjoyed and overwhelmed by the explosion of flavours as I bit into the Hawaiian sushi. The calamari was a very close competitor to the calamari I had in Greece which at the time was the best I had ever sampled. Please if you value your taste buds, give them a visit!!
f. l.Very cute place with great food and drinks and friendly staff. I booked very late and the manager was very kind to squeeze me and my friends in regardless of them being busy which I truly appreciated. The restaurant did however not have any blankets or outdoor heating facilities which made it very cold to sit outside. The service of the food wasn't that great either. We asked 5 times for the sweet potato fries that we ordered and had to wait overall around 1 hr for the food to come out. As it was too cold to sit outside we decided to pack the remaining food we were waiting for to go. If it wasn't for the long wait and for the cold I would have rated the restaurant higher.

L. P.I celebrated my Birthday at Tiki Bar & I can’t begin to express the excellent Customer Service. From time of booking to the end of my evening the Customer Service was on point. Autumn especially dealt with my reservation, & even though I made amendments she went out of her way to accommodate my request. The food was amazing and the cocktails even better. The management & chef also need a mention as together they all made my birthday experience a great one. I’ll most definitely be returning.

K. P.I can highly recommend this fabulous bar and restaurant the food and cocktails are wonderful as is the service! Kam the owner and her team made sure our ever need was taken care of!. I will definitely be a regular from now on. I can't speak highly enough of how well they looked after us. It was also a last minute booking for 12 (birthday celebration) and the effort was outstanding. The menu is tasty fusion style food is cooked to perfection. Great happy hour on impressive cocktails, welcoming staff and really friendly vibe. We enjoyed partying with the DJ until 2am on the weekend.

Try and get in for happy hour, there are some really good cocktails on the menu and if you are looking for something to eat they have good menu of bar foods.

Looking forward to trying some more dishes from them - looking at their Instagram it would be amazing if you could order cocktails via deliveroo too because they look great too, but that could just be me craving a frozen daiquiri.

Mentioned to them that I may come down the following weekend with some friends for birthday drinks (they are open till 2am on weekend with a downstairs area and dancefloor!….
On the night, they went above and beyond to give myself and friends a good night! Including free shots, tailor-made cocktails, taking music requests; nothing was too much trouble!
This place is an absolute gem, it may be a minute or so off the beaten track, but serves some of the best cocktails in South London and the staff are an absolute pleasure to be around. Couldn’t recommend them more…
F. C.I was here on a Saturday night with friends after work. We found ourselves so well that we have now become regulars. The drinks are good, the staff super friendly. downstairs you can dance until late on weekends with DJ sets and obviously a second bar available.

I.Brilliant service from Autumn the manager. The food was on point but the cocktails need more alcohol and less ice to have a better taste.. We still enjoyed ourselves regardless of the lockdown!

The short beef ribs are best best i've tasted. The flavour is something else. The meat itself could be more succulent, not a fan of the japanese/hawaiian ginger, beans, seaweed and rice as it doesn;t go with the beef if you ask me but still, nice to have it than just the ribs by themself.
The garlic aeoli is the best i've ever tasted (really) and i wish there was more as it tasted amazing on everything!
Also, i ordered chunky chips and unforunately it didn't say they would be sweet potato and i prefer regular poatoe chips although they were nice.
Try this place out!
