Reviews of Up the Creek Comedy Club
I haven't been up the creek for a while and nearly walked past it! It has been redecorated and looks fantastic.
We had a brilliant night, the acts were hilarious. Cant wait to go back
SO GOOD!
Thursday nights is all about 'The Blackout' night. Basically means each act has 5 mins, quite literally the best idea as they have to be right off the mark.
Most acts were brilliant and takes some guts to do this. In terms of the location it's right by the DLR Greenwich station but also only around the corner from Greenwich Overground station too.
When walking in it's brilliantly set out. The bar is ace and a great choice of drinks all round. Had a look at the food menu and saw others trying various items too. Caters for all too!
A good, affordable night for most. Great for a date night, go with friends or family too. There was a real mix which was nice to see also.
Also if you dare, sit towards the front you could be picked to have one of the cards, which means if the act is rubbish you get the chance to vote them off stage.
Solid A*****
LDT x
We went for the first time to this venue. Everyone had a great night. We watched, 15 people performance. Some of comedians was performing for the first time on the scene. So you could see they were nervous. In the end of the night each of us had their own favourite comedian.
We will be back for sure. Highly recommend.
A brilliant night of comedy. Nice venue but drinks aren't the cheapest. We started off drinking in the Weatherspoons across the road before the comedy started to keep the cost down a bit. If drinks were more reasonably priced I'd probably be in there earlier and stay for the disco/club bit afterwards too. If you're richer than me though, it's a great venue. I definitely will return
My friend and I arrived to the venue and was greeted by someone who was pleasant and helpful. He showed us where to go and where to get drinks. We went to our chairs and was happy with the temperature in the room. I thought it would be hot but the aircon kept us cool. We sat and laughed out heads off listening to the excellent comedian Mo Gilligan work out some new material. A great experience.
What a brilliant venue. Been here a few times on different nights its just a brilliant night out. So much laughs quality acts really good staff. A venue with the latest covid air con system too. What more could you ask for ? Ahh is it good value per head 100%
Drinks are alot more reasonable now, in the past when it was table service, it was not. The Bar is friendly and a great venue to have a laugh in
We went with our friends to see Cheeky Tuesday with Simon Brodkin and guests. It was our first visit to the club, it is a great venue and the tickets are a very reasonable price. Will definitely go back and I have already told family and friends about it.
Have frequented this over the years and pleased to see it retains a diverse mix of comedians and the late night dancing after. Great night out in South East London! 💃🏽
Good comedy, good selection of drinks, good environment, so all in all good entertainment. Highly recommend this place, don't seet in the front rows if you are not ready to be laughing at your own expense (comedy club rule 0:)) I always pick a front seat :)))
Great venue and the Saturday night entertainment is brilliant. It has two bars that serve a good range of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, has a large room for the acts to perform in which holds plenty of people. Some seating has small tables available too. After the Saturday entertainment they also host a night club/ bar with music and space to dance. Located across the road from the DLR and a short walk from Greenwich railway station it's easy to get to and from.
Been 3 Fridays in a row. Two have literally been the best nights out, funniest comedians and the crowd were really up for it. But one evening the comedy was poor and the crowd was thin and annoying. Im not sure if others knew the comedy wouldn't be amazing hence the thin crowd. Either way I would highly recommend, and student tickets are £2. A great venue too.
Great evening and funny comedians. Will come back again.
Still a great venue to unwind. Went to Up the Creek yesterday for the first time in decades. Just as much fun as I remember it.
The Venu was nice and the staff were lovely. The comedy was okay, I think maybe more suited for an older crowd.
Excellent place for a night out. Nice venue free to sit where you want if you come in good time.
Performed The Blackout here. Really amazing venue with tonnes of seating for comedy. Brilliant selection of drinks and very helpful, professional and friendly staff.
Whether you’re a comic or a comedy fan wanting to watch a gig this place is an institution, and for good reason.
We went today for comedy bingo and it did not disappoint! We had a great time and won some brilliant 70s memorabilia. Worth it for a laugh
If you're ever in East London, make sure you get yourself to UTC!
I've been going a lot since the re-opening post-lockdown, and every single night I've been in stitches.
A smaller setting, with great drinks & food selection, along with lovely staff, it's a perfect place to go for a nightout with friends or as a couple.
They have a number of excellent comedians performing there, with my favourite being Kae Kurd, Slim & Eddie. Of course, Mo Gilligan also does a lot of shows here so if you can snap up tickets, I'd 100% recommend it.
Great atmosphere. Love that this place turn into a club after the comedy show. Each act I've seen here never disappoints
It was my first time and what a great time it was the four comedian's were very funny 😄 the food was great overall it was a great night
Lived nearby for a year and decided to visit and I wish I'd gone sooner. Comedy was great and they have their own beers which were really quite good.
Had an excellent night at the Thursday session called The Blackout - haven't laughed that much in a long time. Would also recommend the food - had an excellent vegan burger and the chips are very moreish. Will definitely go again.
Great comedy club, they have something on almost every night, decent bar with lots of beer on draft including one of their own brews. The food is really good, service is usually fast, it’s great for casual night or something a little bit special.
Fun night with audience participation, friendly atmosphere will definitely go there again
Superb venue, outstanding comedians, really good value drinks. Such great value for 2 hours live comedy and entry into the after party. I really really really want to give this place 5 stars, but There was one thing letting it down. The kitchens weren’t properly ventilated so there was a chargrilled/burnt smell in the upstairs bar & dining area, but thankfully not in the venue. Maybe this was a one off? Wish I could give it 4.7 stars. I will 100% be going back either way!
Great venue, good beer selection at the bar too.
The Blackout was awesome, brutal but so much fun, will definitely be back.
Food was exactly what we needed, tasty burgers and crispy fries, some of the extras might be a little over priced.
The acts were fantastic even after 1 year of not performing. Will be back again.
I love Up The Creek. Been going for a long time. Sunday nights are my favourite, relaxed new material nights from usually lefty comedians you'll have seen on panel shows, sitcoms, Apologies etc...
Saturdays usually clear out after and become a disco. Seems a strange phenomenon but if it keeps the club open, I'm all for it.
There's a great effort going into safely running the events. Table service, one way systems etc.
Decent fast food and burgers run privately on site. Table service for drinks. They make a big feature of the gact they have lots of beers on tap but I don't drink so I couldn't comment on that.
You should go.
Its great.
Great venue for a variety of stand up acts. They've also had a few of the BBC radio 4 comedy shows here, which you can get into for free if you sign up online. I've also seen the "elves" behind the QI show record their podcast - No Such Thing As A Fish. Bar here gets pretty busy during the interval, but they're impressively efficient at getting everyone served.
I love and would reccomend this place.
The non-headline gigs can be hit and miss... But so long as you can deal with the odd "meh" act and an occasional angry raving misandrist, then you're likely to be a gem that you'll love and remember.
Good comedy acts and a nice venue. Very talented comedians on stage and for a good duration, a nice range of comedy styles as well. The main host and 3 acts all had very different styles and were all very funny. We laughed a lot.
The burgers were nice and at a pretty reasonable price and the ordering system was quite efficient.
My only criticism is ordering from the bar was not easy as setting up the app was very difficult especially whilst trying to enjoy the show. We would definitely go back though so at least the app would be already set up! If it's your first time and you want to drink I advise turning up early.
Overall, very good value for the quality of the show given we took advantage of the birthday deal and good staff, food and drinks.
Great atmosphere. Wonderful intimate setting. I grew up near this place and finally managed to find something to go to here and I wasn't disappointed at all. I went there after spending a fiver for a drink elsewhere so I was pleasantly surprised to see the cost of drinks here too.
Even when someone spilled a drink and broke some glass the staff were very quick in their feet.
Definitely coming back.
What a great night out. It was so much fun and never laughed so much. Host and the three acts were so different. Drink wasn't expensive and although we didn't eat here it looked really good. Would definitely recommend.
Tuesday night, comics trying new material: might nor work 100% of the time, but still a good laugh.
And the added thrill of it makes it worthwhile
Great comedy acts.. well worth a vist.
I saw mo the comedian here. He was even funnier here than on his Instagram. He did a 30 minute set and set the crowd in tears. There were 2 other comedians who were also funny. Staff Friendly and drinks reasonable. Single yellow parking outisde too!
Bottom of my belly gut laughing through the whole show. Mo Gillian (not sure if that's how to spell it) was flipping awesome and outrageously funny. Roxbury burger bar is tasty, fries from £2.50 and the portion size is decent double spirits £7.20 (kinda alot!?!) No student rates on the night I went but may be on others (I don't know)
Would visit the club again
Great little place and tickets are super reasonably priced.
Outstanding place, great atmosphere and convenient location
Great night, good selection of beer
Best night I've had for years. Would definitely recommend going. We went on a Thursday
Lived nearby for a year and decided to visit and I wish I'd gone sooner. Comedy was great and they have their own beers which were really quite good.
Great evening of New talent. Was throughly entertained. I laughed hard 🤣
Best venue for many miles
Great show by Slim. Nice venue since being refurbished
The best place yet for hilarious outings.
Food was exactly what we needed, tasty burgers and crispy fries, some of the extras might be a little over priced.
The acts were fantastic even after 1 year of not performing. Will be back again.
Fantastic comedy venue in Greenwich, the comedy is too notch and it's worth it if you like a craft ale as they produce their own beer on site which is pretty decent.
Great venue to see new and established comedy.
Affordable drinks and great fun. But they could have more acts. Only 3 sets of 5-10 mins and a headliner for 30 mins. For £11, that's steep.
Microbrewery! 😁 Didn't have time for the food or comedy event but the in-house brewed red ale excellent!
Best night I've had for years. Would definitely recommend going. We went on a Thursday
Great little comedy club with a brewery and burger joint attached. Didn't try the burgers but the beer on tap was a tasty brew. The venue itself is cool and intimate. You feel up and close with the comedian on stage and the atmosphere was excellent. First time at a comedy club. I wonder why I've left it so long to add this as a night out.
Great venue, absolute bargain for a night out.
Comedy nights are great, doesn't take too long to get served, well organised, just not a fan of the after parties
Great show by Slim. Nice venue since being refurbished
So much fun, great atmosphere
Fab décor with a fun atmosphere, surprisingly the gents had to queue for the loo like the ladies which pleased me. Both comedians were brilliant, I went on a Sunday which is cheaper than other days plus the student discount is significant (£4 for me, £7 for my friend). The sound and lighting were both good. The drinks were standard London prices - £9 for two drinks. They do brew their own beer but my friend says their stuff isn't great, I didn't try it however. Overall a great place to go for comedy.
Great night, good selection of beer
Great to see Comedy Clubs coming back. Never been to UTC before. Genuinely funny acts and jolly nice staff to boot.
One of the best comedy clubs in London. I’ve been 4 or 5 times now and always had a blast. You can’t go wrong with 3 hours entertainment for £13.
The slowest bar service in London though
Brilliant venue. Great comedy nights.
Always a good night, and good atmosphere even with restricted capacity. Done really well to maintain feeling of being full and keeping atmosphere but with good spacing.
Great venue. Decent selection of beers and big bar area. Only complaint is all these comedy clubs seem to use the same small seats. Even an average size person doesn't have much shoulder Room
Excellent venue and a great range of beers!!
Not quite as good as it once was, but still a good night out. Especially on the nights with cheaper tickets. Recent experience on a Friday or Saturday night involved a higher ticket price and long intervals between comics. Seemed to drag on too long with not enough laughs or performers.
Great place for comedy. Went for a friend's birthday in quite a big group, they had plenty of seating and it was well laid out. When possible try not to sit near the speakers, they are pretty loud.
Plenty of options for drinks, with very quick service. Be careful on show nights, as they may not have the full menu
Fantastic comedy at great prices!
Brilliant venue! Drinks are reasonably
I saw mo the comedian here. He was even funnier here than on his Instagram. He did a 30 minute set and set the crowd in tears. There were 2 other comedians who were also funny. Staff Friendly and drinks reasonable. Single yellow parking outisde too!

Another lovely night of comedy I would recommend to anyone. Just let down with a few people who want to chat through the acts. But this was well managed by security and the management team.
Well, I did not have any expectations when came here for the first time. To be honest, I loved the shows, and food available there is amazing. Kept coming back, definitely recommend to visit for a show and food 👍👌
Superb venue, outstanding comedians, really good value drinks. Such great value for 2 hours live comedy and entry into the after party. I really really really want to give this place 5 stars, but There was one thing letting it down. The …
My most frequented club...the core of London comedy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Friendly club great service top music
Great performances by great acts.
Food ordering is a little clumsy.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent venue for some excellent comedy. Good place for stag and hen do's as well, bar reasonable with small selection of food that seemed to be on offer. I have previously had a full meal here before the performances began but not sure if this option is still available.
Andrew good place for a good night out.
Great night full of fun. Bar not too expensive. A round of drinks for 9 less than £40. Comedy funny. After party is great. Went in a group and had fun. Food there is fantastic. Great burgers. Staff really helpful and great service. Would highly reccomend.
Went to a BBC Radio comedy recording here. It was a little hot because they had to turn off the aircon (not a good sound for Radio 4!). The staff were very polite and helpful and the seating comforable. You could see and hear the stage well too.
So this place has changed a lot since I was there in 2014!! I expected to see amazing comedy as I always have done, but also to have the dark and dingy club and bar serving pretty awful booze.
How times have changed! The area you walk in is now bright with a big bar with a decent alcohol selection. There is a separate section for the comedy which is on the other side to what it used to be.
The nightclub is still pretty dark and dingy, with slippy floors, but the music is good.
Sadly I took no photos, but well worth going to now!
Had a really good time! Also their veg burger is fantastic
It's a great venue with big capacity for all sort of stand ups. It has a lovely bar with smiling staff. Small stage but it gives you impression as if you were part of the show too.
Brilliant night out full of laughs! Night club after the acts is good as its not overally packed so room to dance. Friendly staff. If you haven't been before, Go!
Went to the comedy club for children that runs the first Saturday of each month. It was great fun: a really good experience for both children and adults. Will definitely return. Very reasonably priced too both for tickets and drinks
Best venue for many miles
Good beer, great stage and s good show. Minor issues are the second act being quite weak but I guess you get unlucky sometimes. Still the first act was good and the finale was amazing. The biggest problem is how tiny the rows of chairs are resulting in a real squish.
Comedy was great (though I can imagine you want to look into the acts before going to check they're your cup of tea), the atmosphere was really nice and the drinks were reasonably priced. Only issue was the seats are a little cramped.
It was our first time here, and we loved it quite a lot.
The doors opened at 8, but the actual show started about an hour later. So, no need to rush!
There's a bar with quite enough options.
The building itself is very nice inside; had a facelift and the bar area is very pleasant with a good selection of drinks. However I thought the standard of comedy here was poor. A lot of the audience seemed to be lapping it up however.
Been going to this place every now and then for years and always had a good time, quality acts (you often get to see some of tomorrow's big names here before they make it big), great atmosphere, good drinks... having said that, my partner and I went there yesterday as they had a free entry Wednesday event. Nice improv act and all but right at the end there came the sting as the performers informed all and sundry that by their own reckoning the show was worth paying £15 per head for and then proceeded to unsubtly toll-booth the exit. Hell no. If you're an emerging outfit trying to make some money, fair enough - charge a small price on the door and I'll be more than happy to pay, as I've done often enough at this same venue. But if I go to a "free entry" event I expect it to be "free exit" too. Needless to say we walked out without paying (and my partner got a dirty look at that) and will stick to ticketed events from now on.
A great venue offering hilarious standup comedy in an atmospheric interior. A well equipped bar, friendly staff and comfy seating upstairs are bound to make the evening enjoyable. After the standup the staff clears the chairs and the place transforms into a dance floor. The upper level can be booked for private events.
Great venue. Excellent choice of drinks. The food smelled good although I didn't get to eat any. The seating at the side of the stage was a little unfortunate for viewing angles though so get there early to see things properly.
Fantastic definitely coming back again
Went here with a friend 2 weeks ago and saw 3 acts. It was a brilliant night acts were great and the place had a fantastic atmosphere. When I visit London again it'll Deffo be on my list. Well worth the night out
Brilliant venue! Drinks are reasonably
We are regular vistors who are always guaranteed a great night out at up the creek. From booking tickets via the birthday club the service and communication was first class. Great comedians a great night out 11/03/16 already looking forward to returning soon. Keep up the great work!
Had a great time twice now. The blackout night is funny and in contrast to other reviewer I thought the crowd was very well 'controlled' and the room was pulled together by the compère The second night had more good first timers. Brave peeps getting up there ;)
I'll deffo go back. Also the remodel is well done Love the bar and the bartenders. X
Bar was far too busy. So the breaks between acts were very long, just to enable people to get served. Particularly when you're serving 2 pint steins! Also there was no notification of changes to the acts. Appreciate changes happen but could have advised by email?
Great evening of New talent. Was throughly entertained. I laughed hard 🤣
Had a fabulous time at this venue and saw some great stand up comedy. Cosy place, nice bar, not too overpriced. Good staff and atmosphere. Would recommend for a night out
Super quirky bar! Great atmosphere and nice drinks
Amazing place! Full of energy and very trendy! Great thing is they even serve food! Which was fantastic! Staff were friendly, and the DJ ssssiiiicccckkk!
door guys were easy going and polite! Definitely going to visit again!
Fantastic comedy at great prices!
I am a regular on a Sunday night and the club is great.
Front of house staff are friendly.
There is a good mix of up-and-coming and established comedians.
Outstanding place, great atmosphere and convenient location
Went to the comedy blackout on Thursday. It was awesomeness I highly recommend it
Great place to hang out, have a laugh and drink great beer. The bill is always top class, the venue has a warm intimate feel and is nicely presented with clean facilities.
Very hot, smelt like a toliet in the bar area and the floors are too wet and slippery. Drink prices were ok and music was mixed and cheerful. I didn't see any trouble but was quiet an older crowd.
Amazing atmosphere we'll be going back
It was quite empty, the floors were covered in drink and incredibly slippery and some if the music was questionable.
I would like to add though that it's never normally like that. All the staff are very friendly and drinks are reasonably priced.
'Bring your own baby' Comedy. Hilarious. Nice beers, very sticky floor (as we had our baby, but hey). Both comedians were brilliant and even the lady introducing them was good.
I've been going to UTC for more than 20 years. Shows usually good, but a few weeks ago the show wasn't all that hence my score. It's a very affordable night out
The most atmospheric comedy club I have ever been in. Every Thursday it's The Blackout night with entry free for students and drinks have decent price. Good music and awesome place, right next to the tube.
It'd been many years since I visited up the creek, and it's changed... For the better. It's moved with the times without losing the grit that made its name. Done of the best comedy I've seen for years. I rate it higher than three comedy store.
First time ever to a comedy club. 3 v funny comedians and fab host. Good venue...food if you want it burgers etc (nowt vegan not good for me) after party on Saturday and reasonably priced
My most frequented club...the core of London comedy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Visited the place several times already. The choice of comedians was always great. Nice atmosphere. Can recommend
Decent enough venue but the staff are in no hurry to get the drinks served and if you don't arrive early enough to get a seat in the front you can expect one of the poles to impair your vision.
Great venue and entertainment for a group of us on a weekend away in London. Would recommend to friends. The location and setting is pretty cool, right down on the harbour.
This place has a lot of security that are on the ball so. One gets out of hand. It's quite intimate which makes it a better comedy gig and the choices of comedians was top class
I visted this place on & off over the years! I loved it until it had a change of management and refurbishment, now not really to my taste. But with that said It has a modern look and provides other activities outside of the comedy eg disco, vip after parties etc.
I love this place. Performers aren't always funny, but that's the same wherever you go. My only gripe is the seating, not enough room and you can end up a little closer to the one next to you!
Staff were very well organised and prioritised, Sean Walsh was amazing.... do not judge a book by its cover, and Tom Lucy stole the whole show, even as a host the boy made me laugh so hard, he has a very bright future ahead of him....look forward to seeing you all very soon!!
Great night! Lovely MC. Good crowd work😊👍
Not sure what is going on with the crowds at the moment but they are getting quite challenging for the acts....often with brilliant outcomes. Really edgy comedy nights, loads of cringe and top acts working super hard. Brilliant.
First time here last night. Very helpful friendly staff as soon as we walked in. Comedians were very good. We also had a burger and was so good my husband had 2.
It was a great Sunday night line up - comedians were awesome. The compere was brilliant and handled the audience well.
All in all a good night out.
Been going here since 17yrs old.
For all the years malcolm hardee had it before he past away.
The refurbishment doesn't do it for me.
Didn't see any comedy just had a drink and dance.
Really had a good night, with fun on dance floor afterwards. Great atmosphere and security were good with hecklers..
Already planning our next visit. 👍
Very good experience at Up the Creek. Really do recommend a visit if you’re visiting or local. We lucked out and had 3 great comedians not including the host, who was also on top form.
Best value comedy club in town. I saw Steven Merchant, Russell Howard, Russell Brand amongst others in my time going one Sunday evening. Lots of students and locals for £6 it’s epic value for a few hours. The Sunday Special which I'm talking about ends about 11.15 so you often have to dash for last trains....but it's so worth it (I travel from the other side of London for this).
hi I live in Birmingham but been loads of times its only a 2 hour run love the place of all the ones in town I so far find it one of the best beers great a long with company
Been coming here for years, always such a good night out. The "club" afterwards isn't worth sticking around for. Reminds me of an under 18s disco. But the comedy is on point.
Very fancy comedy club
Lovely comedy club.
The room is very comfy with good visibility and audio in all spots I found.
The staff ais vert welcoming as well which helps.
Fun little spot!
Really enjoyed a night here with solid acts and an excellent compere. They leave a good amount of time between the acts to allow you to socialise etc.
Legendary comedy venue with a great heritage.
Formerly the domain of comedy legend Malcolm Hardee who died a comedians death in 2005 when the money he'd won out of a fruit machine put so much weight in his pockets it caused him to drown when he fell in the river whilst trying to board his house boat.
The anarchic spirit of Malcolm is still here, indeed his face is painted on the wall behind the traditional cloth backdrop at the back of the stage.
Thursday night is kind of an open mic night but one where the quality of acts is usually pretty high, the cream of the open mic circuit, often treated as heats of a new act competition, at £4 entry its a cheap night out, food and drink at average pub prices, my only gripe here is the plastic glassware they use, it makes the beer taste weird and makes you feel as if you're in a powder-keg back street boozer where it could all kick off at any minute, you're not of course BUT the place did have a crazy reputation back in the old days which still make it a feared venue for those who listen to hearsay
Friday nights you see good newcomers and a well known headliner for £10
Saturday is the main night for big name pro comics, yes the chairs are removed after the show where you disco into the early hours for no extra money, naff? sometimes but who cares, it's a bargain night out
Sunday is a bargain £5 and often the busiest night of the week, always a couple of quality acts and promising middle spots
Great little comedy club, food was good (had the burger and sweet potato fries), drinks were reasonably priced and acts were fantastic! Recommended!
The acts that came on were good, but the seating was too tight and don't think 2 x 15 min breaks were needed.
Great little comedy club, if u get the chance, go
Great comedy venue outside of central London.
Reasonably priced and some great acts.
Be prepared for the usual crowd of Stag and Hen dos from time to time.
Great bar staff and owner, very trendy decor and atmosphere, often show really funny acts and performances. Would recommend for a trendy comedy night out.
Went to the nightclub after comedy club. Good atmosphere and local to me which is good. Please get some blackcurrant for your Guinness though
First time in this venue. Lovely old school vibe , audience very close to performance. Really good staff. Lots of bars and toilets.
Heat fun.
The best place yet for hilarious outings.
Great comedy venue with excellent friendly staff.
Whether you want to perform comedy or watch comedy. Go check it out for yourself..
Well worth a vist...
Great venue for live comedy! Love the fact that it turns into a club after too. Played some party anthems!
Great night, four comedians, good laugh had a drink (drink a bit expensive) but worth it. Entrance fee not expensive.
Easily the best comedy night for only 7 pounds! We have seen rich Hall, Ramesh Ranganathan and James Acaster all for less than a tenner!
This has been refurbished and looks like a completely new establishment, comedy is perfect and drinks are great. Food from the bar isn't that great but they also have a restaurant.
Not a massive comedy club fan but this place was Great, wicked atmosphere and plenty of jokes
Very very funny. Fantastic value for money and great venue/atmosphere. Will definitely go again.
It's a staple on the comedy tour. Even for a Sunday night it was fun and friendly. No one got picked aggressively like some places and their were laughs all around.
Friendly club great service top music
I came, I saw, I laughed. Wish I had gone here more often. Great place to go and watch some comedy to wrap up your weekend. Super cheap too. It's great!
My favourite stand-up comedy bar in London. The acts are hilarious and once all the acts are done it turns into a nightclub
Great night out!
it was a great night out
Great comedy club with great prices
A few candel's dotted around makes for a cozy feel. Recommend the Sunday Special shows.
We have been here a few times. This place has recently had an upgrade. We always have a great time. Its easy to get to and the prices are reasonable both for tickets and drinks.
Absolutely loved it, 1st visit and could not believe how funny the guys were
Highly impressed and recommend 👍
Amazing comedy club. Always have a great line up. Awesome bar and a great burger as well.
Great little place. Went to watch a live podcast. It's right next to the station, bar and burger joint on the premises.
Great venue. Good selection of alcohol. Really cool decor and great acts all the time
Great atmosphere, good comedians & beers and amazing burgers that top Five Guys in my opinion.
Changed a lot since I last went here. Good choice of beers friendly staff (including the Doormen) a good night was had by all
Very good comedy club, small enough that there are no really bad seats
Apart from the stairs lol, the show was amazing and although it's a bar/club it can get quite cramped but okay
Wkd night
Acts were amazingly funny, The decor is amazing too. Will 100% be going back to see some more comedians
Venue is great and acts were hilarious. The drinks offering could be improved...cocktails? Fever tree tonic?
Great atmosphere here.
Friendly staff dance floor always full.
Brilliant night x
Great small cosy comedy club, seen some great comedians here, would def recommend visiting.
Always a great laugh here (obviously!), after party is good although the DJ's catalogue is a bit limited.
Great night out for comedy. Bar gets very busy during performances
Great night comedy great drinks priced good too good really good and disco at the end was fab
Great atmosphere, laid back and casual comedy club. Easy to get to as well, just across the road from a DLR station.
Good night fun and friendly. But racist comedy from the 70s from a gay yank in London seemed a bit out of place imo
Beautifully set out. Brilliant design. Very friendly staff. Well stocked bar.
One of the top comedy clubs in the country. Beautifulybset up with the best acts performing.
Great standup comedy nights! Warm and welcoming ambient. Good selection of beers.
Incredible comedy club, amazingly funny stand ups, very reasonably priced and very helpful staff.
Rox burgers delicious and always good comedy. It would be nice if coke/lemonade from the bar was a bit cheaper.
Great comedy and the best burgers in London - been coming here for 23 years!! (Ouch!!)
