The staff are the most amazing people there from the security to receptionist to bar staff and actual people who actually run the casino itself they deserve a lot credit for what they have to do and how much abuse they take off the odd few but generally I prefer going to this casino than any other in Manchester

First time ever in a casino, really enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere, much nicer than wetherspoons next door and if you become a member (free) the drinks are cheaper as well :-) you dont have to gamble a penny if you don't want to. Will defiantly be back.

Can't thank you guys enough! I organised a special weekend for a poorly friend who wanted to visit Manchester and had never visited a casino. Staff at the casino were super supportive, from when I initially called to discuss our requirements (wheelchair accessible) to the night itself. We had the most amazing night - private roulette lesson, karaoke booth and help through the evening. Wow!! Thank you to Alice for organising and suggesting activities and ALL staff during the evening.. friendly, supportive and lovely and smiley, nothing was too much trouble - thank you! We set out to create memories and you helped us achieve that - we laughed and laughed! Great fun and relaxed atmosphere.. we will be back!

Lovely plush well fitted casino. Comfortable seating, good facilities and choice of games, no being questioned on entry, and we were able to get a decent meal served very late at night. It's a shame the bar drinks aren't a little cheaper- (expect normal town prices,- not subsidised it seems by gaming revenue..) Doesn't stop it being a great night though. Recommended!

Can think of worse places to lose your money. Pleasant place. Friendly staff and good service. Large selection of tables and machines to gamble on. Nice restaurant serving excellent food. Occasional singers to entertain you. Nice lounge where you can relax and watch TV when you're pockets are empty. Worth joining for a pleasant different night out.

We are members of our local gentings casino but were disappointed to find out that we weren't members of all gentings casino. We could not understand why if genting is nationwide being a member does not count everywhere. So we paid 10 quid each to go in and use the facilities and watch the boxing match. The pizza was great, the staff were great but I was also disappointed to find that nothing had been put in place for the busy night and there was no where to actually sit to watch the boxing. I arrived at 7.05 so it wasnt even late on. Other than those points it was a good night and I would return.

We went here recently to watch a boxing match that they were screening and it was a really good evening. We started out with dinner in the casino's restaurant, which was really delicious and really is credible as a standalone restaurant independent of the rest of the casino. We then went on to watch the boxing and, unfortunately, here enters my only criticism. Usually casinos adhere to a certain dress code and trouble makers aren't admitted, unfortunately on this occasion they had let in some people in tracksuits who were really rowdy and they were getting quite animated with each other as though they were gearing up to fight, which got pretty intimidating as it progressed. Although it put a bit of a damper on it, the situation didn't ruin our night and we moved onto the tables which was also really good fun, despite losing money! All in all, I would definitely recommend it and will be going back, although I do hope the incident with the thugs was a one off for the boxing!

Smashing restaurant, had a steak and it was absolute perfection. Dealers are lads but sometimes push for more daring bets. Pit bosses eyeing me up everytime I won on my dozen bets (why? It's a dozen ffs) overall had a really good time and I'll be going many more times

2 for £7 on the cocktails isn't a bad thing in anybody's book,the girl serving us was on her first night at work and was being shown how to make our order and to be fair she tried and I wouldn't know if she failed or not as I had never had a cocktail in my life before Sunday night,but I left slightly worse for wear and lighter in the pocket but musn't grumble.As with visiting any casino the point remains that you should only gamble with what you can afford to lose..

Really good service they take your car and park it for you which in central manchester is always good.The game are spread out generously and you forget your in the centre of manchester.The food is lovely , really good value and fresh if only alittle off set by a wait and the hostess was fab she remembered us from a few weeks prior and even our orders.

Took my mum for a Pre Theatre Dinner. Ate off the Meal Deal Menu.. Worth every penny, gorgeous food, lovely menu, and superb service from the guys on reception, to the Waiters and Waitresses. Added bonus is that if you park at the Q Parking under the Novatel, and visit the Cash Desk in the Casino before you leave, you get a ticket for free parker. Brill food, and free parking! Definately Recommend
