L. H.Really nice casino. Can guarantee a good night out every time All the staff and maagers are friendly and helpful. Good selection of drinks and bar food - always cooked to a very high standard. I find all the managers really professional, friendly and helpful. There are lots of promotions available for all customers including slots parties with a free buffet and drinks. Charles, Chris, Maxine, Graham and Rob are always available to sort out any issues. Also, the added advantage of the lovely James Martin restaurant on site.
s. l.From entering the building felt really nice. Great food in James Martin restaurant, the icing on the cake was a manger I was talking to called Charles amazing person chatted about the casino and made us feel welcome. Highly recommended thank you.
A.Considering it was a late night experience, staff were brilliant, very helpful both with drinks, gambling advice and keeping it safe. I walked away with 500 pounds!! Bonus couldn't believe it, great night

P. M.I really like this casino, they often have live music on by the bar area, not too loud so you still chat. Nice seating area at the bar, close to the action so you feel the buzz. Bar is a tad pricey but the place is quite up market.
E. F.Was here on a Friday, 6 poker games running, got seated straight away, the staff were all excellent in all areas. Would be 5 stars but the parking, had to download an app, set up an account and then got charged £8 or so for about 3 1/2 hours parking using casino discount code. Will be going again, as i said all the staff were excellent the games were good, facilities good and a shout out to the lady cashier who kindly helped me with the NCO parking app which really was a pain to set up... Thank you mucho.
O. K.Loves the place ! Every time we in Manchester it's a must for us. Yesterday we got lucky and came in an evening that had a nice free buffet for members.
In the casino there is auto slots, roulette tables, black jack and poker
