Squid Lips played at our wedding in Evian last weekend. They handled all aspects of music and sound from ceremony, to jazz during cocktails, to mics for speeches, to band for dancing, and the DJ for later on. They really did an incredible job, took account of all our requests, no matter how obscure, and kept people on the dance floor all night. Cannot recommend this very talented bunch of musicans highly enough!

Having experienced the amazing Squidlips Band while on a ski holiday we asked them if they would play at our wedding in deepest Essex. They worked hard to understand all we needed and desired. They guided us expertly through the equipment requirements and offered great advice. They even rejigged a hallowed Beatles song in very little time which sounded amazing for our walk back down the aisle! Their talent is stunning and they had everyone up dancing from the moment they started playing. Just fantastic!! Highly HIGHLY recommend you ask them to play at your function, you and your guests will LOVE them!!

Anthony and his band are some of the best musicians you will find. They were absolutely incredible on our wedding day and brought their unique style with our favourite songs to play not only in the daytime but also into the evening. They are so talented, versatile, charismatic and read the crowd perfectly to tailor their performance to bring the right vibe! Their repertoire is extensive and included many of our favourite songs but they were eager for any requests, which we offered and they absolutely blew us away, especially for our first dance. Nothing was too much to ask for! Music was an important part of our day as it really sets the tone so we were in no doubt they would take complete control, ease our minds and make it a day to remember. Awesome band, very talented, quick to learn and adapt to the tunes we asked for and lovely people to have at our wedding day. We are so grateful to have had these guys at our wedding in Chamonix. They gave the perfect vibe to our campsite wedding with chilled afternoon classics followed by an awesome party in the evening, getting everyone up on the dance floor! The Squid Lips played at our wedding (July 21), we had heard about them from our time in France and we’re recommended them by so many people. I am so pleased now that we get to be some of those people. The band were AMAZING- helpful beforehand, thoughtful to our many rearrangements (due to Covid) and created the best ever atmosphere for our service music (learning a song or two for it) and then for the party. Squid Lips are as a good a band as you will find anywhere for any type of occasion. I book them regularly for chilled sets on the terrace and massive party nights. They have a repertoire almost as immense as their collective talent. They’re also top blokes to boot. Quite unfair really! Definitely recommend.
