Not my first visit, won’t be my last. Shisha is the best in the area, staff friendly. Drinks and desserts always really good too.

Popped in for dessert with kids after a visit to the museum. Waffles and cake were amazing and the kids loved the milkshakes. Really child friendly, especially natalie who took time out to speak to the kids and make them feel very welcome. Will definitely be back in the school holidays.

Had a great day with family for sisters 60th birthday. We went for the festive High Tea. We had 1 person with allergies and one vegan. The food was good, the view from our window seat was wonderful. The thing that made our day was the exceptional service from all the staff including the chef. A specific shout out to Estelle you were fabulous and thank you for bending over backwards to accommodate us your service was great!!

I visited 360 sky lounge last week, I honestly can’t rate the place enough. This is the NEW place to be in Newcastle. Relaxed, chilled atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, amazing mock tails and very attentive staff. The girl who served us was called Natalie, I told her my diet requirements and she made me the most beautiful drink, all with fresh fruit. The whole venue is stunning, defs worth a visit x

This place has amazing views of the city. Its very high up the mountain and day time you have have some wonderfuk views if you sit outside. The shisha was nice and the service was good overall. The reason its 4 stars because one of the staff was rude to my friend which was not nice and we almost left early because of it. Overall I would recommend a visit and hopefully that staff member will be more welcoming next time :)

Been to 360 sky lounge regularly, experience and service is always great. The vibe is unbeatable and shisha is good. Their fruit platter is amazing and refreshing! It compliments the shisha well. Also have tried their lotus milkcake, so if u have a sweet tooth I would definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing, amazing stuff the owners are very friendly, the building is beautiful, its always clean and cared and the shisha it’s very nice you have a lots of choices on tobacco products and different flavours, deluxe Shisha’s and the classic alfakher shisha for the classic shisha lovers, the desserts, mocktails, smothies and shakes are amazing, the music is very nice. I’ve been in so many shisha places this one is on top definitely the best on the Tyne and Wear, I definitely recommend this place for all ages.

The crepes are delicious (the 360 Skylounge special is my new favourite), service is good and staff are all very friendly. The Skylounge is a nice suntrap, weather permitting, and sheltered (plus indoor seating) if the Sun is feeling shy!

Lovely service as always! Staff are always so friendly and accommodating. You’ve got a young guy working there tonight, he was doing our coals- what a polite lad. He’s definitely been raised well!

The place is a nicely decorated setting. It has two levels of elevated outdoor seating... The food is okay. Same quality as any other pancakes and waffle place. I was absolutely astonished when we needed to cancel an item on our order only minutes after putting the order through as someone needed to leave our group for an urgent matter. The staff said that they don't do returns, but we weren't returning anything. It'd only been a few minutes. There was more than enough time to cancel the items before they cooked it. They brought all the food out one item at a time anyway with quite a while in between. 3 waffles were delivered one at a time with 3-5 mins I think between each one. Cooking them one at a time, so plenty of time to cancel. They took the payment with the order and so they call cancelling an item a "return". I they said that their management won't allow returns. It was ridiculous that they wouldn't help their customers out. It was so bizarre. Lost money on something that the other person wasn't there to receive.

Good sheesha, friendly service, drinks and ice cream extremely basic considering they're a little pricier than other sheesha cafes, music can be very loud on the ground floor so difficult to have a conversation, middle floor is cosier.

An amazing little spot with such a holiday feel. I visited with my son who said the shisha was the best shisha he has ever had. I had a mocktail which was lovely and a waffle. Everything is of very high standard and we are looking forward to visiting again soon 🥰

I came to the 360 sky lounge today with my client. Honesty I couldnt praise Natalie enough her attentiveness towards my client and myself was second to none. As my client is in a wheelchair she took a video upstairs so my client could see more of the place. The place itself is stunning, the smoothie i purchased was really refreshing and my client had a mock tail 😋 Overall a pleasant experience and definitely returning.

The Sky lounge is hip and happening place in Central Newcastle. Excellent location and easy to park nearby . The Shisha lounge is.a perfect place to relax and unwind with our friends in the evening. They do yummy crepes snd waffles

A large cute shisha lounge with a pretty architectural design with a terrace lounge too. They don't serve hard liquor here only mocktails, smoothies, cold/hot drinks and dessert options. To order: - you order and pay on the counter near the entrance , give your table number beforehand. -they will deliver your items to your table. A awesome place to come and chill with your friends. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here, definitely coming again!
