A. H.Odd atmosphere in the downstairs section. Floor was already sticky when we arrived and got more slippery and sticky as the night wore on. People trying to upsell Jaeger bombs like they were going extinct.
The music was the redeeming feature. Good singer followed by a good DJ.

If you are open to a modern version of drinks in plastic steins, getting up and down and dancing on benches and tables then give it a go. Sing along to modern and traditional classics, enjoy the night
c.Really canny place bouncers are class and so are bar staff great music aswell will be going again soon also the bloke in the toilets selling sprays of aftershave was very polite and not pressuring at all

K. W.Really quirky, I thoroughly enjoy Wednesdays there but the beer selection is a little rubbish (ok if you like larger or IPA) and not overly student budget friendly. One of the bouncers seemed a little power mad on one occasion when I got a good shove 🤔. Not had it since though.

J. H.Most Steins are around £8 but that is because 1 stein = 2 pints, cocktails can be hit or miss as they are ridiculously sweet, but the main thing is the atmosphere and music, there isn't a place like it in Newcastle (for atmosphere). The entry price is fixed at £2 also.

J. G.A messy experience is awaiting for you inside, but it's okay, you won't see anything in the dark. This is a German centric beer bar, with all the stereotypical stylings, but be wary, it's a cramped experience inside and is more of a nightclub as opposed to a bar.
H. E.A great friendly ... Well there's nothing else quite like Bier Keller really, but certainly worth a visit! Not too bad prices either £7.20 for stein of cider isnt too shabby
