Great food and 'guest' beers on tap. Lovely staff and friendly atmosphere too. We went to The Cluny to see 80's Band 'A Flock Of Seagulls'. A great live venue and a hidden gem in the heart of the old industrial Newcastle.

Great little venue, could do with a few bar stools in the gig room for especially mellow artists where there crowd aren't moving! The village green has lots of interesting, historic things to find dotted about too.

Really great place but Very very cold inside..i guess there all the same these pubs that used to be warehouses or near arched bridge's - viaducts..lots of ales on draft and the food was good.. nice friendly staffso win-win👍🍻👍

Its a really nice and comfortable place in a really good area. The staff are all amazing and the venue is great. Saw the surfing magazines there and it sounded great. They get lots of great acts on there. I very much recommend.

Been a couple of years since we eere last at Ouseburn. But the food was really nice and the atmosphere in the Cluny was great. A warm Friday night with plenty of people inside and outside. Would highly recommend a visit

Lovely live music venue (not ideal for those who are infirm as this is located at the bottom of a large hill). Nice main bar with friendly staff. The surrounding area has pets Corner, River walk and not far from the quayside and the Biscuit Factory (art venue)

Great venue! Haven't been for ages but called in today for an ale and some food! Loads of ale choice and the Cluny Burger was spectacular! Random mix of people...from students, to young families, to arty types, to aging rockers! Highly recommended!

Fabulous night at Cluny 2. Three bands for £17 makes for a great value night out. Tonight we saw Prima Queen - a laid back indie fused with subtle hints of jazz, angst and melancholy. Then Lime Garden who made good use of synth and funk to layer their indie roots. Then Sunflower Bean from NYC closed the show. Compared to their studio work, live they had a much harder, rockier edge. Vocal and musical subtlety in places gave a lovely rhythmical ebb and flow. The latter few songs totally ripped up the place - energy to the end left the sweaty, frantic fans fully satisfied. The venue lent itself to all of the bands - intimate, exposed and immediate. As my son said, it was like you could see inside the magician's box of tricks. Definitely worth a visit.

Had some chunky chips and a cola after a visit to the Victoria tunnels. The staff were very friendly, lovely setting..delicious chips. Found out its dog friendly too. Defo gonna go back

Great artist (Holly Humberstone). Could not fault her performance. The Venu on the other hand was very strangely layed out. The area was set on 2 tiers which has obscured views. I would definitely return to see the artist but not at this venue.

I LOVE the Cluny, the Ouseburn is such a lovely place for a pint anyways, but the the Cluny has such a wonderful mix of atmosphere, music and great beers. So many to choose from and name your favourite. The food is okay, but I would recommend the Ship Inn which is right next door! It's a good place for a date or to end your Quayside walk off with a pint (try Jakehead... you are welcome)

Very remote and an unusual and slightly confusing venue as there are just lots of stairs an doors. However,once you've got your head around the layout it's a great little venue for a more intimate gig experience.

This is a perfect "intimate" venue for small or private gigs. Can be made very atmospheric with a few candles and props and plenty of seating if needed. Been a few times now and never disappointed.

Staff are lovely and helpful. Had few drinks after work, just a nice pub to go to. Takes 2 minutes from when you order on the app for the drink to arrive. Offer various beer, spirits, cider etc…. To chose from.

Love this place. I've seen a few gigs here. I always get a seat when I ask the staff. Very accommodating to its customers. It's horrible for parking though. Either get here early or take public transport.

Small intimate venue. Excellent for type of gig I attended (Nick Drake songs and inspirations from, six excellent folk singers) Few teething problems with new bar but I understand they are already onto that. Staff were lovely. And venue is clean and comfy in a beautiful area of Newcastle.

to be honest this place is ok, I mean first of all 18+ not fair on the yunnins but like come on it's just weird and smells like bleach so they have 100% killed the under 18s like whut. don't reccomend and the ouseburn is stodgy.

Went to see Mutoid Man at the Cluny 2 and WoW what an amazing gig. It reminded me of being a young wipper-snapper at a circus that was linear facing but managed to vibrate each molecule with precision and rumble my boddddy with the need of a doctor. Nuff sed. Peas and carrots

A fantastic venue supporting local artists. Saw the fantastic Faithful Johannes and Ceiling Demons supporting the amazing Newcastle synth pop trio Twist Helix for they're Ouseburn album launch. A great Friday night out worth a fiver in anyone's book.

The Clooney is an awesome venue with great craft beer, ale and cider. The colony 2 offers great musical variety and it was awesome goi g there during Narc fest 2018. The outside plaza is also quote nice, always bustling with people (when it's sunny outside for once in Newcastle 😂)
