First time I have ever been to play bingo ever but we were staying very close so decided to give it a go...we used the tablets as it would have been difficult to keep up with the calling of the numbers. The place is really pleasant and huge and extremely clean and there was a very good atmosphere. This was a Tuesday night so it was a night with lots of special offers. There is a bar and a buffet cafe and a coffee bar and the food prices were very reasonable and there were plenty of staff..we just about managed to keep up with the rapid calling of the numbers...and the games and the staff were willing to help...and worked hard...

Lovely day at Castle today. Member Free Chrismas Dinner and Christmas Pudding which was Delicious and A Gift Of Christmas Tea Towel or Selection box for each member. I didn't win today but had a lovely afternoon. Thank you Castle Bingo Staff

I'm sorry to say that this place has lost it's sparkle since the last time I visited. The whole experience from bingo to buffet and bar are just a bit flat. I personally feel that the choice and quality of the food on offer is on the decline just like the number of people you see for bingo sessions........ very disappointing indeed. Staff lack enthusiasm as do managers it seems....... such a shame.

Love the occasional visit to Bingo, only do the afternoon session and enjoy a nice meal while we are there. Good selection of foods on the day. I always enjoy the Ham salad but my friend eats various foods like curry, lasagne, corned beef pie and gravy with cheeps. Old school foods.

A great night out. Cheap meals, drinks are average price, it's a lot cheaper to have the paper tickets instead of the e cards (bingo on electric tablet). There's smoking areas and plenty of slot machines. Prize money is higher than club 3000 too. Very clean and up to date decor.

Cheap and tasty food, friendly staff, plenty of parking, cheap drinks and we had a win. Using the tablets to mark your tickets was a life saver especially for a non regular. A fun night out all in all.

We haven't visited since reopening and must have missed the information about how to get food and drink, as you are not allowed to queue. Just so others are aware, we were told, you pick up a food order form at the desk when paying and then raise your hand to place your order. Food is limited to 3 meals, all priced at £2. You then raise your hand again for drinks. Take cash, unless you want staff wandering off with your card.

First time at Castle Bingo since I turned 18.. I'm 20 now 😅 I've always wanted to go with my parents. Went on Wednesday with my Dad, sadly we didn't win anything but I still enjoyed myself. It was great! Got home and my Dad's Alexa started playing Abba 'The Winner Takes It All'.. my dad was very annoyed but I just laughed my head off 🤣

Commiserate your inability to listen to numbers being read out with the elderly. There's a Sunday lunch for a quid and it tastes like your nan's used to, what more could you ever ask for? Bring change, just don't expect to leave with any.

I like this Castle Bingo as it is absolutely massive so you can sit far away from people. It also has a lot of balcony seating areas so you can people watch. It is great for people watching. The food is cheap and you get what you pay for so it can sometimes be a bit hit and miss but drinks are dirt cheap. They don't call the numbers in a fun way which is disappointing but I think that's more about the changing face of bingo rather than this bingo hall specifically. Dabbers at the ready!
