R. M.Great big park with lots to do, the interactive reaction wall and the Climbing wall were brilliant fun.
Great attentive staff and good value food. Well worth taking the kids there to let off some steam.
The lighting in the venue is amazing and really creates a great atmosphere
L. J.I thought this place was quite amazing! The two grandsons thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and the adults too! Enough staff to ensure things are okay. The little ones especially liked it when the lights went down😵💫 And most important- good value for money, and friendly helpful staff.
B.This was little mans first soft play experience and I have to say we will defo be going back. It’s affordable, the food is decent and it was just all round fun! If there was any fault I had to pick, it would maybe be that I didn’t get any napkins with my food😂 but that’s just nit picking. The staff were incredible. See you again soon

my daugther ended up having a staff member called Oliver speak to her like rubbish...because and I quote "fed up of telling the kids" soon apologised when he I was right there with the mouth of a fog horn and realised wrong times place and child. Boss was calm but didn't seem to care if I'm honest.
Going based on the time my daugther had it was overall a good day.
She slept at night 😆
I AM taking them back I don't need to speak to the staff, my kids want the fun! Save ya pennies to come because some are gonna need it
D.Good place, kids had fun. Only issue was getting in, it was quite stressful getting everyone sorted and paid for. After that though, it was good.

I was so worried about it going well but I didn’t need to worry…from start to finish everything went perfectly and this was definitely helped by the amazing staff. All the kids had the best time! Everyone from the main desk to the cafe were helpful and attentive…they really helped the party run more smoothly. Big shout out goes to Charlotte though…she goes above and beyond to help with anything so definitely deserves some recognition for being a superstar! Will definitely be back for any future party’s…worth every penny!

m. e.Great place! My 20 month old absolutely loved it and we had such a fun time. It is quite pricey for a family of 3, it's over £30. But we'd definitely go back. It's very big and you don't feel like you are on top of each other like you get in other indoor play areas.

T.Place had 4 customers in, thought they would of let people kids stay on longer than 1 hour, as the staff are grouped up with nothing to do and trampolines have 2 kids on and makes the place look closed, idea 💡 leave the kids on longer when place is not busy , would make sense to at least make the place busy, but needless to say the staff onsite are very helpful and polite just look very bored .

J. D.I bring my son here every other week and he absolutely loves it. There's so much space and different things for him to do. He loves the inflatable area, but also the trampolines and the soft play. The staff are always really friendly. The only criticism I have is the food and drinks available. There is SO much junk food on show, all at child level. Chocolate, cakes, fizzy drinks, soft drinks full of sugar. The hot food isn't any better. It's a shame and I'm sure it no doubt sells, but not everyone wants to fill their children up with sugar in an active play centre. There's nothing really worthwhile for toddlers to eat. Other than that though, bang on.
I. M.Lovely place for the kids to blow off steam in a safe and exciting environment. Staff are friendly and helpful, nice cafe for refreshments is a bonus too. A soft play area for the tiny ones means that everyone is catered for. Will definitely visit again.

However, I went to check on my son a few times, and the two men in each corner of the trampoline park who should have been keeping an eye on the children bouncing, were on walkie talkies, talking to eachother. 😞

The owner could do with looking more approachable and talking to his staff with abit more respect, especially infront of customers.. doesnt set a good scene or make me want to spend my money there.

L. M.A really fun trampoline experience. Freestyle is clean and accessible, well-staffed and has excellent visibility of the whole area allowing me to see my children wherever they may be. There are inflatables, trampolines on the wall, slides and a play area for much younger children. Hot food and drinks, cold food and drinks, snacks and alcohol are all available.

Right from booking to the food there really was nothing I could complain about. The staff are so friendly and helpful ( special mention to ebony keep up the fab service ). The food was hot delicious and plenty for hungry children!

I'd go for an hour and try to skip paying for food and drink and go somewhere else. You can literally get a full meal at the pub for the price of a chip cob and a coffee here

D.It seemed to be slighlty over crowded on my visit, under staffed since there was one member of staff behind the till having to go back and forth cleaning tables in between booking people in and the booking was accidentally deleted by a lady behind the till when we turned up so had to re-book (luckily we got the same time slot). The equipment is great though and my child enjoyed it
P. “. A.Simply fabulous! The park is a bit smaller than places like Jump, but it is also 50% cheaper 😊 Still loads of stuff to keep the kids occupied for an hour though. Cafe on site is reasonably priced and you can get jugs of juice with however many cups you need for your clan. Staff are great - they keep it fun and safe. Free parking, clean toilets. Freestyle also don't keep the lights off all session. This really helped my kid (who has autism) as he didn't get quite so overloaded. Great place!

T. O.First visit today with our 20 month Grand Daughter, she had already been with her Mum and Dad. The cleanliness was VGood, prices no more or less than anywhere else. Food was VGood, staff, only one on but coped excellently. Facilities was impeccable.All in all enjoyable couple of hours spent. Will be back with older Grand child. Only criticism the Wifi needs attention because it is only Guest Wlan and that doesn't give a good connection so a password needs to be posted on the wall like other soft play areas
A. R.My 2 children really enjoyed Freestyle today. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and observant. However, it is expensive. It cost us as a family of 4 just under £50 for an hour's bounce, including one drink each. Adults must go on with children under the age of 5 which is understandable but have to pay full price for themselves. There wasn't much for toddlers so a bit disappointing that they are the same price as children over 5 and adults. I would go to the parent and toddler sessions as it's cheaper but it would be a while before we go as a family again. For what we paid we could have had a full day out somewhere but thought we would try out Freestyle.

J. 1.28/04/2018. I held my son’s 10th birthday party here today and would just like to thank all the staff for making it a lovely party. Very friendly and helpful staff and nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a party for their children

T. W.5th birthday party. We had our sons 5th birthday party and it was brilliant. There was a seperate party area for us which was great as it gave us a place to add the balloon and cake to the table. Hot food was great, nuggets pizza and chips and plenty to go around! Due to it being busy it got abit chaotic trying to get all the members of the party into the briefing area before the jumping session. The only suggestion would be for a staff member to prompt the party to the briefing area. But once all the kids were on they loved it! Great music and plenty of room to run around. Nice having the soft play area too to play in before the jumping session. Would highly recommend for a kids birthday party. Thankyou.
M. H.Cheaper than others by quite some way! Best to book online, fairly easy process. Has a reward scheme of buy 4 jumps get 5th jump free. Presented well inside, clean and tidy. Snack bar has a fair few options, also does beer for the adults who aren't driving. Reasonable prices overall and quick service. Has a horizontal airbag rather than a large drop vertical airbag. More background musically and disco orientated than most. Kids had a really enjoyable time here.

B. J.Prices have gone up to £9 per person which I feel is quite expensive for an hour of trampolining. No family of 4 discounts etc. Plue every time I have been the place absolutely honks of cooking fat. The whole place stinks of of it and it's not a 1 off its everytime you go. The facilities are fantastic but because of the 2 things mentioned I can only give it a 3 star. I wouldn't go back until the kitchen ventilation is sorted as it gets into your clothes. One other thing to mention is there is never enough staff behind the counter at the main desk. You can be queuing for 10-15 minutes as everybody who works there is 16ish and very inexperienced.

x. o.iJump is a great place to go. Parties can be booked. I wouldn't recommend bringing toddlers as it does get crazy with several year olds and up running about. It's very fun and they do serve drinks and food.

D. G.Prices are really good. You get an hour on the trampolines for less that £7 per person. There are around 50 trampolines and there is also an air cussion, gladiator style batons, a child play area and numerous other activities. There is also an onsite cafe with reasonable pricing and staff are first aid trained too.

B.It was good fun the bit where the play bit is for the kids who cant go on which is very good cus other trampoline parks dont have that but the reason y im giving a 4 star is the actual trampolines need to be a bit bouncer and a bit more selection of stuff to do there i like how it has arcade things there though.Most of the staff are really nice and kid friendly like they let my 5 year old brother say something in the microphone as im only 12 i enjoyed it as well.I think it would be better if there were more tumble tracks which are the long trampolines because people were queuing to get a go.Over all me and my siblings really enjoyed it there!
