AWESOME! The sound upstairs is incredible it’s got this feel where you don’t feel cramped together but your at one with the artists as they perform. The bar area is so well done some real time and effort has gone into this place, Great selection of spirits and shots some I’d never even come across. What an awesome little venue perfect for a nice chilled night or a full frontal rock mayhem! The owners were awesome! Thanks guys! Definitely recommend

Gallery sounds. Was a absolutely amazing night. Banging tunes great despite lovely people. The venue is looking great these days . Really top staff so kind friendly and helpful. Loved this. If I had a complaint though it was that all the toilets was now gender neutral. I didn't appreciate sharing with all the men in there too . Especially when the toilets next door which was the mens loo's which has urinals in it was empty . Yet the men was in the toilets which used to be just the ladies loo. It was chaos.

Probably the best live music venue in Nottingham, truly epitomises the independent spirt of the alternative music scene. They have affordable live music it on several nights a week, the sound puts many high end venues to shame. The staff are friendly, the bar very well stocked and reasonably priced the atmosphere is always relaxed, inclusive and you will never feel unsafe.

Excellent little bar, plenty of drinks to choose from, and has seating and tables as well as a couple of leather sofas, if you like the metal scene then there's always quite a few gigs throughout the year.

This is such a good venue, full of character. Whether it's a calm pint overlooking the square through the big 1st floor window that you're looking for, or a lively event with gigs and good rock, this place has it all. Visit soon, these kinds of places tend to live fast and die young, so go before it gets bought off by a chain and stripped of its soul, and possibly help avoid that!

Classic dive bar with some great unique bands that play. Staff are super friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced. There's a happy hour too! Defs worth the drop in.

Really friendly staff, little place tucked away. Loved it separate bar and gig floors, quirky and individual without trying too hard. Can't believe I hadn't been before, will be going more. This is a cool place but without the hipster crowd.

A great hidden gem. Lots of interesting music and reputed the best PA soundsystem in Nottingham. The downstairs bar / cafe areas is nice. The upstairs is appropriately grimey (in a good way). Definitely somewhere to check out of you have an eclectic music taste that stretches beyond indie bands. They host a great electronic music open mic night about once a month.

I mean it was ok. Downstairs was fine enough with retro seating and a suitable punk aesthetic. Upstairs had a gig on and was the size of a small potting shed and smelled liked a boys bedroom. It was alright really.

Absolutely love the chameleon. Incredible venue for bands that isnt used enough! They have beer on tap which when it runs out (quite quickly) they change. They have some wonderful selections! Needs to be more used for lots of occasions!
