The band have performed at Oxford Race For Life for a number of years now and are an absolutely incredible source of support for us and our participants. They are absolutely brilliant players and really get people feeling inspired and joyful when taking part in our events - an absolute joy to have and we hope to work with them for years to come!

We thoroughly enjoyed the bands enthusiasm, and sincerely thank them all for giving up their time in aid of the hospice (on the night and in regards to the time everyone put in to practising!). They were fantastic! We loved the way they interacted with the audience. Moreover, they were professional to work with before, during and after the event. A great addition to any event.

It was great to have the City of Oxford Silver Band take part in our annual Oxford Open Doors event once again this year. The performances at Oxford Castle & Prison were hugely popular with visitors and the annual weekend would not be the same without them. All the best from the Oxford Preservation Trust team.

We have booked the band at our Garden Party at Worcester College for the last 4/5 years now, and would definitely recommend them. Music is ace, and the band are very accommodating. Reasonable price too. Our Alumni always comment on the wonderful band.

I use the band hall on a weekly basis for a number of years now for my weight watchers meetings. It's a great place and plenty of parking which is important for me. The kitchen is always handy too for making cups of tea or coffee and in the winter the heating is great and it soon warms up inside the hall when its cold outside

A huge Thank you to the City of Oxford Silver Band for recently supporting Sobell House at Templars Square in Cowley. The music was incredible and so many people stopped and listened, it was brilliant. They also played such a wide variety of numbers. It was great that a local community charity like Sobell House was supported in such a wonderful way by a group of very talented musicians.

We;ve been using the Silver Band Hall for a number of years now for our Kung Fu and Tai Chi classes. The guys & gals that run it are quick and easy to communicate with and the price is very reasonable for the size of the venue and the amenities. we love using this space and our classes are very successful here. With the new flats being built immediately opposite it should become a popular place to hire.

I have been running my baby development classes from this venue for a number of years now. It offers a fantastic space with very convenient free parking which is really important to my customers with very young babies who need to drive to Baby Sensory. Great location and only a few minutes off the bypass!

The COSB played at our Christmas concert last year and were fantastic. A great festive repertoire and very friendly. Very pleased to have them again next year.

The Oxford Silver Band has traditionally provided music for the Upper Heyford Remembrance Sunday services. The band greatly enhances the ceremonies of remembrance at our war graves and war memorial.
