Objectively pretty expensive, can't see any good family offers. Designed mostly for nights out i think. Facilities are really fine. Had good time with my 8 years old.

Is okay place. I expected it to be better to be honest. The fact that there is no proper table for every track it somehow annoyed me. You have to keep your drinks on the bench and then you have nowhere to sit down. I don’t really understand why it is like that. Staff nice and friendly. They serve Costa coffee over there which is good to know. Just the regular drinks and snacks as you would find it in the regular pub. Cleanness needs an attention too.

Loved the bowling with my grandson, not too keen on the experience of the establishment. Booked and paid through the app including details of the players, when we got there we had to do the same thing all over again even though the young girl could view my booking, I will say this young girl was terrific, kept talking to us throughout keeping me calm for the wasted time with the app. She asked if we wanted a VIP lane for extra money, I agreed and we took up our lane, my 10 year old dealt with the scoring tablet but I decided I wanted drinks bring so pressed the service button, 2 games later no one had showed up so cancelled the service call and afterwards went to the bar. Ordered food and drink from 2 young staff who really have never been shown anything about Custer interaction and service, but hey welcome to the modern world, Food was dreadful, chicken burger tasted like it had been washed in the washing up water and the Coke was definitely watered down, will not eat here again I've given the experience 4 stars because nothing should detract from the fun me and grandson had

Went on the 17th February 2022 booked online to save time got confirmation email it asks you to arrive early which we did no problem get there 20 minutes early get booked in was told to come back to reception at our allocated so we went and had a drink our time comes so back to reception to be told lanes not ready can we come back in 15 minutes OK 15 minutes later go's back to be told it will be another 10 minutes as the people on the lane are slow what's the point of allocating times if your not going to stick to it 50 minutes waiting was not fun but on a positive note the game went well 🙏

Busy place but sadly not as it once was Firstly The toilets are stinking not a place to take your kids. As for the lanes they are very old outdated the scoring system is hit and miss. The place needs a complete refurbishment . But having said that there is not much else to do with the kids here in Peterborough at the moment sadly to say. Hope this helps.

Very good bowling alley. Nice food and a good arcade to use whilst waiting for your lane. The food is good and cheap. Friendly staff. The only downside are the toilets. Dirty and not all the facilities work whenever we go.

Really nice place to go to with family/friends. As a person who plays bowling as a sport, I personally don't like the string pinsetters that replaced the traditional ones, as it's just not the same and the way the pins act. BUT, if you are not bothered about what machines are used and just want to play bowling with family/friends then this is a great place to go and has a lively atmosphere.

Easy to book online, booth is all setup with the names. Lane buffers go up and down automatically based on if the user needed them. Arcade is a massive addiction for the kids. Pay outs on the arcade are tickets which can be saved up for repeat visits.

Went here recently with the GF and had a great time. Relatively cheap, lots to do and there was a great atmosphere. The food was also good and very quick, but, the chicken burger was a bit too sweet for our liking. Other than that, a great place to visit in Peterborough.

Slightly expensive for one game, I imaging had I planned in advance there may have been better deals the ally itself was easy to use and ramp available for the kids. Good selection of arcades for after game amusement. I didn't use the catering facilities but they looked fine. The staff were polite too

Very nice place. Bowling was fun and no one bothered us. Everything worked fine and we had no problems at all. There's lots of other fun games there too. If you can go during the week in the morning. Helps to avoid crowds. Apart from bowling and pool place is mostly for children.

Always a pleasure coming here- have done since probably around October 2019. It's modern, clean and fun. The atmosphere is so welcoming and gets me in the mood to have a bit of bowling. I get 50% vouchers regularly and it's not far from me so I enjoy going when I have a bit of time off to relax from work with my family and friends! Will always come back for more :)

This is a place suitable to take families with a bowling alley and an amusement arcade. The staff were friendly and helpful. One problem was groups of children (about 10 - 12 years) running around unsupervised, causing problems for younger children. My 5 year old granddaughter loved bowling and didn't have to wait too long for a lane. Prices were reasonable.

It's a shame that this place is tucked away on an industrial estate, the decor is nice, it has a bowling alley, pool tables, and some interesting amusement machines. It also has a licensed bar, and sells food like, hot dogs and burgers. Overall, enjoyable.

Fairly cheap, good lanes, and an arcade. The food leaves something to be desired and the bathrooms were disgusting (broken sinks, messy floor, stink of urine). The service was also poor, we had to constantly chase down staff to make purchases, they did not greet us at the register like you'd expect. They were very nice once we found them though! Overall, would recommend - the bowling is good and the small arcade is pretty fun. Makes for a good time overall. Maybe eat dinner somewhere else though.

A lovely day out with the kids. The place is very child friendly although it took a while for us to get playing due to all the form filling as we were new to the venue. They provided a very friendly server who was always on hand and asked us for a drink to which was brought to us. The arcades were all in working order and the kids absolutely loved it. Will return.

Enjoyed our afternoon but think the prices have gone up a lot since I last went. Two games for a group of five (some adults, some juniors) = £60 for approx an hour and a half's entertainment. Place has had a refit at some point which is good but factor in some drinks and a couple of turns on the arcade and it's not a cheap way to entertain the family anymore.

Brilliant since the refurb. You can now ask the reception person to type in your names so when you get to the lane you are good to go. Also you don't have to swap shoes (if you have suitable footwear) and the arcade machines are clean and decent. Great for kids parties aswell.

Love the refurb and when you have a discount code you can have a enjoyable time with family. I do feel they could benefit from having more staff at peak times. Only selected people got lane service, and only one serving at the bar which result in long waits. But all the staff are very friendly and polite.

Very enjoyable but over the course of just two games it didn't register the knocking down of one pin, gave someone an extra shot and some time after took away one shot from another player. These are minor things though if you're just with family have a fun day out which we were. I did like that they take your drinks orders and bring them to your lanes where you can also pay straight away, does make life easier. Not sure about all the arcade machines but I assume it's the big money spinner for the bowling alley.

Not been here in years and as it was my little boys birthday we thought we would bring him here. On first look it just looks amazing. Modern and up to date. The bowling lanes were polished and clean and the barrier system is just amazing. Although the staff member just thought I would want them down on my turn 😂 the food is so tasty and not to pricy. When leaving bowling I asked my little boy if he would like to come back and he said "yes, I love it. Better than the old one." (This meaning the one in town) even tho I have to spend £4.10 on a day rider it's worth it!! The staff are also lovely and helpful and the games they have are brilliant. We will be back again and again!! :)

I have been bowling twice this week, both times the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bowling alley was lots of fun and there was very good amusement after you had finished bowling , it was a good laugh with the whole family. The food and drink were okay, the only thing i would say is that there understaffed but apart from that all good, definitely going again.

It was very busy today. They was no lanes however I did not book. So we played on the machines children had a excellent time. The Food was served by Molly it was absolutely delish chips was chrisp the burger was perfect I couldn't fault the service at all. The meal looked very small as a portion however it was so filling. The atmosphere was excellent too and the staff wore a smile that was genuine.

Great staff!!!! There is a bar here, very cosy with a pool table. Amusements are near the entrance, great to do whilst waiting for your game or after! The lanes are easy to use and the computers, staff are on hand to help if any struggles. Food can be ordered and drinks too. Not great food but for the place it is, it’s prt of the experience!

The staff were really helpful, improved since we were there last by miles.. a good time had by all although the lack of lighter balls for the kids made it difficult at peak time to get the right size without scrambli g around other players lanes for any they weren't using. I originally gave a 4 star review but I've come back to give 5. I've been every week for the last 3 weeks (as my 4 year old loves it) and yesterday the customer service was incredible. I booked online for 10:40, for some reason I thought I booked 11:40 so turned up then. Obviously an hour late the staff did everything they could to get me a lane. I only had to wait 5 mins and we were given a lane. Now that's customer service. Brilliant people, I can't recommend them enough! Very accommodating...

The only place left in Peterborough to spend some quality time while enjoying bowling. The VIP section is very good value for money and gives you a more private atmosphere. The place is suitable to go bowling both with family and friends. The bar is well equipped and the food on offer is good.

They mostly care about money if you pay you do whatever you want. No shoes required this was first for me. And there were 10 young guys next to me who played by their own rules two balls three at the time two people at the time just doing whatever they want. And management didnt even care. Other than that its nice few beers, Ciders available and food is decent. They have quite large collection of arcades and if you win you can get tickets to then. Exchange for prizes.

Have used this bowling alley for 20 years and have always loved it. Have noticed at peak times that they seem always short staffed which leaves bar and lane service severely lacking. A recent corporate event was a disaster although they were very apologetic afterwards. Hasn't put me off though.

Great place to bowl, the new VIP section looks nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Can't fault it, although the parking area looks like it's seen better days (the lines are so faded they're nearly pointless) but don't let that deter you going there.

It's a bowling alley, you get exactly what you would expect. We Always enjoy are trips here but its Bit expensive and some of the lanes seem to suffer From regular faults but staff are on hand to help. Make sure you book at weekends or school holidays.

Always been a place for me and friends to go to enjoy a night out. The pink pin nights are a particular highlights - win a strike and get a bottle of prosecco for your lane. Always puts us in a great mood and prices are not too bad. Students get discount here too which is a bonus. Pool tables and a range of other games are here if waiting for a lane or for a wind down after. In general the staff have been lovely and helpful. One occasion lights in the bowling alley were turned off half way through our pool game, bit we were the only ones left in the place and pool is a quiet game after all. Overall good experience there.

Took some clients here for a social evening. Twenty proper long lanes of fully automated bowling. You can wear normal shoes as long as they're flat soled and closed toe. Food was surprisingly good: family platters really would feed a small family (or a couple of platters feed a bunch of engineers!). Beers were ok, nothing special on tap but some real ale in bottles.

When I went, quite a few of the workers were on strike so there were quite a few lanes spare. I was split as to whether to play 2 or 3 games but I went with two. Irritatingly, the people on the lane next to ours were so rude and swearing so much it was as if they had their mouth in the gutter. Someone had stuck some chewed skittles to the seat and there were hair pins on the floor.
