It's a 24hr casion. Very professionally set up. The usual gimmicks - no clocks in view, no outside windows etc so once inside it could be any time of day or night. They dont want anything to curtail your gambling flow. The bar coverage was a bit scant during my visit but there was a large party event on in the function room. There is a free, unlimited, self service, decent coffee machine in the raised fruit machine area 👍👍

Great show room. Cosy and great bar and dance floor. It reminds me of a threatre. The luther/ George Benson tribute was truly amazing. Everyone had a great night. Staff were terrific and they were dancing too. Les and Nathan were fabulous. DJ was great but alittle too loud for me but the punters had a great time.

Although I was working in the show bar on a show last night. I thought all the staff I met were very nice and very helpful. Very nice place.

Decent casino. The black jack and 3 card poker tables where full and waited too long for a seat. The min is £5, should definitely reduced this to £1 in this current climate.

Amzing Bar staff , good variety of drinks . Food came out fast but member of the group received pain after eating... Security guys Try there best to handle situations in a polite manner There is just enough slot machines and virtual roulette tables just touch screen very sensitive. Nice and honest dealers Happy to explain and help new/ inexperienced players making bets in the games on the tables . Don't recommend using the taxi service they provide as takes over 1h to arrive and other guest / staff jump in first. All in all you can have a good night here if you go with correct people not to bothered about losing money.

Having been to many Grosvenor floors, this one is by far, better than the neighbouring one in the town centre of Reading. However, with it opening after a long awaited Covid barrier, the service to get a drink was painfully slow & took some of pace away from hitting the bar & getting back on the floor. My other sore point was that when starting on the first roulette table they didn't inform me of the outside stakes until they slid my chips, by which point it was too late as I had committed, but a little heads up would of been a nice. In addition one of the young staff members was a little short of customer service having had to move out of his way when carrying an empty tray (which I observed most of the night I was there (nothing worse than someone being busy doing nothing)). I'll undoubtedly go again but there is plenty of opportunity for improvement & to have a better experience.
