We hired All Parties and Events to supply the lighting and sound for our wedding at Pylewell Park in Lymington. They did a fantastic job, were quick and easy to communicate with and they went above and beyond when helping us decide what lighting we wanted. They up-light trees across the grounds and set up a canopy of lights where the evening reception took place. They also supplied an epic sound system for our DJ! I could not recommend them enough. They were also very reasonably priced, which was a lovely surprise, considering the quality of their work! Great work Michelle and Pete!

We used All Partied & Events for the evening part of our wedding reception as we had been to a previous wedding where Pete was DJing for the evening.
Both Pete and Michelle have been great from start to finish with our wedding being delayed by Covid and after 2 failed attempts the 3rd attempt was successful and we appreciated their patience through this time.
On the evening itself Pete kept the dance floor full, catering for the children and youngsters early on before dealing with the deluge of requests as the evening went on, handled it all like a pro and delivered exactly what we wanted from our evening entertainment and kept the dancefloor full throughout.
We are extremely thankful and couldn't recommend them more.

All Parties & Events provided the music & lighting at our daughter's wedding at Balmer Lawn Hotel in November 2021. We had booked a wedding package, which included them to do the basics, but we paid extra for them to do the lighting and music through the whole day. The whole process was handled so professionally, both in the planning and execution on the day. Pete did the setup and was with us during the afternoon and early evening, he also did the MC role. Mal took over as the DJ for the evening reception both were excellent and very friendly. We also arranged some surprise video messages and they provided the TV screens and managed this for us. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We hired All parties for a 25th wedding anniversary at the Balmer Lawn Hotel. From the first zoom call where we discussed the kind of music we would like through to the last song on the night the DJ captured our taste perfectly which somehow got everyone dancing. Would highly recommend both the DJ and the associated photo booth as well. Thank you for making our event so special.

We used All Parties and Events for our annual awards dinner. This is our flagship yearly event and always have in attendance the great and good of our industry so it is very important to make a good impression. We could not have been more delighted by the outcome. Peter provided an exceptional and professional service right from day one all the way through to the final minute of the event. His knowledge of sound and vision were instrumental in making the awards dinner as exciting and memorable as they were. After the event I received several emails from those who attended all of whom mentioned the great staging, lighting and music. What can I say they are just amazing! such fantastic service from Pete, Michelle and Carl from MC on the day to DJ in the evening. My dance floor for my wedding was non-stop with guests all night!
I only remember right at the end asking them to play more songs, did not want the night to end!
What an amazing wedding and would definitely recommend them to host your entertainment for the evening!

These guys are excellent. We have used All Parties and Events for many different events over the years…
They are our resident DJ for our Hotel Christmas Parties, they were instrumental in the success for the last two years for the Southampton Hoteliers association awards ceremony. They even looked after my own daughters 13th Birthday!
They are always on hand to help with our conference guests, and we always recommend them with huge confidence as they will always impress and go far above and beyond to deliver excellence.

All parties and events...what can I say apart from wow! From the Moment we booked these for our wedding they could not be more helpful and accommodating. Always had a quick response from Michelle to any questions and they are so professional, then when the day came Pete was with us all day making sure everything ran smoothly, if at anytime he saw me looking a bit stressed he was there straight away to take it all off me and sort out anything I needed him to. Then when it came to the evening party he was amazing, he had everyone up all night and played all the right music to keep everyone there. The photo booth was also great, guest book was amazing and people running it were lovely. Really cannot recommend all parties and events enough! Thanks for helping to make our day perfect and our evening amazing!

Pete and the team supported our wedding at the Balmer Lawn Hotel in Brockenhurst in June 2018. I feel bad we haven't left a revue until now.
Anyway, they were amazing. They had lots of great ideas, made us feel at ease, didn't pressure us and above all they were very patient too.
They were certainly open to new ideas and contacted the hotel to make changes to lighting and more, hence their offering ended up being a bespoke package. We really felt that they went the extra mile for us which was greatly appreciated. They even came away with a few new ideas from our wedding that they planned on using again! We hired All Partied and Events for our wedding and we are so glad we did, we would highly recommend anyone to do so... the photo's looked amazing, capturing our guests fun and crazy evening from the many props they had to chose from, both Michelle and Pete were very professional from start to finish, from the designing our our template for our photos to go on to to even joining in on the photos.
Complete with a photo guests book these are definitely the guys to hire for any occasion.

Dean DJ'd at our wedding at East Horton and did a great job. People were up on the dance floor all night and only had positive things to say after the day. As the General Manager of Balmer Lawn Hotel I write this review having used the services of All Parties and Events on multiple occasions. Having seen what an incredible job they have done for some of my wedding and corporate clients they were my go-to choice for our self hosted events.
Their work ethics are impeccable, their eyes are razor sharp, they are a total joy to work with and can take any event to that next level. My corporate event requests have included multiple sound / light / vision / staging and hosting needs and All Parties and Events have approached and delivered on every level every time. The ever changing needs of a client never phases them and in all honesty nothing escapes them. They cover every eventuality before the event.
The recent concept realisation for the Naomi House Woodland Ball October 2018 under the guidance of All Parties and Events was like nothing I’ve experienced. They went all out and delivered beyond everyone’s expectations.

There is only one word for it - our DJ Paul was a star!
Despite my ever-increasing exhaustion, his selection of brilliant tunes (along with my bride's enthusiasm!) kept me dancing right to the very end. His management of the the music throughout the whole day was first class. And he had a tricky assignment - he had to manage my selection of 80s nonsense, tunes to keep the kids amused earlier in the day and a host of classic Lithuanian anthems to keep my better halfs guest entertained. But he handled it all with aplomb, adapting to the mood and the audience brilliantly. The whole day was a great pleasure for all involved. Highly recommended!

Gary and I were both so pleased with our choice of DJ. We started our planning wanting the most basic of packages and quickly realised that we needed an all-day service and might not be so opposed to some fun elements as we originally thought – luckily all parties and events could cater for both! Dean, Michelle and Pete were quick on emails and were able to answer all our questions and update us when payments were made. I cannot praise Dean highly enough. He was very personable and so easy to get along with. He helped so much on the day, thinking of things that even we hadn’t thought of, finding items from nowhere for our guests and always on hand if we needed him, even helped us turn the room around ready for the evening reception. Dean was very professional and our guests have commented on how great his services were, the day ran so smoothly. The dancefloor was packed all night and he read the room really well. I will be keeping Deans contact details for when I next need a DJ and will recommend his services wherever I can. Thank you Dean for helping us create the most amazing day of our lives!

We used All Parties and Events for a photobooth at our wedding. The service we received from start to finish was excellent. They helped us choose a relevant photo frame to the theme of our wedding, and the customisation of the prints and text was so great! The photo quality is also great, and we're super happy with the online photo gallery. Well worth the money, couldn't rate them highly enough!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Pete and his staff..... We didn't have a co ordinator for the day as we had been wed in Crete it was more of a party. But when we realised the scale of the party we panicked...... but Pete was there!!! he did everything we needed. He had the timings he was fully involved in the day. Everyone said who is that amazing guy working around the room!!! PETE.

All Parties and Events, especially the wonderful Michelle, hosted a photobooth at my mum's 50th birthday party earlier this week. Absolutely fantastic, there were queues at the party to use it... everyone loved it! Amazing quality images, massive range of brilliant props and happy & helpful pre, during and post the party! Also a very wide range of designs for the 'postcards' which automatically come out of the photobooth seconds after the pictures are taken for guests to take home & amazing next day efficiency from All Parties and Events getting the images on electronically for all the browse after the party. HIGHLY recommend this 5* business, if you have an upcoming party/wedding make sure you use All Parties and Events and their wonderful services!
