Went here for a wake for a family funeral. Very pleased with it as a venue in terms of suitability and proximity to the crematorium. We had menu 3 and were very pleased with both the quality and quantity of food and also being value for money. The venue offers hire and catering for other different events and based on my experience I think would be very suitable.

Sorry late in reviewing. Went to The Trent Country Club for a family funeral in August this year as it is in close proximity to Carmount side Cremetorium, and we wanted to be in close proximity as quite a number of people had travelled distances. Good Parking. We had a big room with access to outside tables as weather was hot. Buffet had lots of choice,and was more than enough for everyone, staff were very nice & regularly asked if anything was needed. People could choose to go to the bar and no complaints there. Building looks nice from the outside but feel that it needs updating and modernising on the inside, but it delivered what was needed on the day, which was very important. This venue could be so much more as there is nothing close by.

We went for the funeral of our daughter in law. Excellent food and atmosphere. Thank you. It was a very sad occasion but made bearable by the beautiful church service, the committal at the crematorium and Trent country house

The carvery is good. I've been many times it always is. It's just simply too expensive. 11 pound each. Myself my daughter and partner with 1 drink each is over 40 pound for a Sunday lunch. It's gone a lot quieter lately. You can always get a table unbooked. The owner is a great guy. Surely, drop it to 8.99 and triple your custom? I understand you want good class people, but with your location its too dear

This place is really good they have a Mac club for disability they play bingo and games very friendly people. It is not that pricey they do do dress up on events. It is always busy on the one night I go there and a lot of happy people that attend. And it has a good decent size car park.

Been on two occasions following funerals at Carmountside Crematorium which is close by. They put on a very good buffet lunch.

Multiple Abilities Club on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm until 10pm. Disco and Bingo. They welcome all people, especially those with disabilities.
